Well, that's the Arab mentality. Bartenders are impudent, very fond of tips and constantly tactlessly hint at it. The Internet is free, but only at the reception. The room itself is old, but you can spend the night and wash up. The furniture from my grandmother's years seems to have fallen off somewhere, the balcony is barely closing, the air conditioner is broken. The cleaner is just a sweetheart, always smiling and joking, cleans perfectly, all the time he asked us whether we need to clean up or not))
Hotel. There are also a lot of shabby places, but they repaired the tiles at the main stage when we were there, and they are trying to repair something. A nice hotel, there is a newly built building, which means that the restoration of the entire hotel is possible, and it will become more expensive for the price) All three hotels will be at your disposal, this is the largest, palm bar right in the pool, and miret slides. The food was more varied in ours, but there were more people, and the queues were normal. We had lunch a couple of times in miret, few people and minimal food.
Animation. The animation guys are great, you can chat with all Russian speakers about anything, everyone is invited to the club in the evening, we didn't go (( There are some movements all day, yoga, bocce, dancing, exercises in the sea, volleyball. In the evening at 8 or 9 children's animation, an hour later adult animation. Oriental dances, local dances, fireshows, Miss and Mr. hotel, quiz shows and live music. Food. There are soups, hot fish, fish in batter, chicken, beef, seafood once. The pies were so-so, but we took everything and everyone liked it, we were so-so)) Fruits guava, melon, orange, grapefruit, dates. There is a children's menu. Besides the restaurant, there were burgers and French fries on the beach, and ice cream at the bar.
Alcohol. There are many bars, anywhere, but not everywhere you get drunk) We liked it better in the paid bar in the hotel itself, you can buy beer in a bottle, I took cocktails, the bartender does it beautifully and it's delicious, at least you get drunk with him)) And so in ordinary bars, alcohol is local, it's hard to get drunk with it, at least half dilute it, you still run to the bar every 10 minutes, because it's not enough)

Very nice family hotel. There is a lot of animation during the day, especially aqua aerobics is good. The kitchen is on solid 4, the rooms are cleaned every day and very well. Everything was great, and snorkeling and the rest itself and the extraordinary view from the window in our room are the best moments of our lives.
The food is not very tasty, but there is plenty of food. A bar with very tasty cocktails: I liked the non-alcoholic ones more, but my husband poisoned himself with one of the alcoholic ones, although we hardly drank and certainly did not mix anything. Salads, of course, it is better to take simple ones, rather than those with everything mixed in. Baking for three. Desserts for 4-, but when they say that there is nothing to eat, I want to ask, Do you also eat lunches and dinners from many dishes at home?
Everything was ruined by the last day, and not only for us, as the reviews show: on the first day we arrived at the hotel only by the end of dinner, and on the last day we were already fired during dinner, that is, we were obliged to provide lunch, and we were interested in this issue in advance from both the travel agent and the hotel agent, that's all they promised, it was said that they would give coupons for lunch. As a result, coupons had to be literally knocked out of the receptionist at the reception, besides, several people incorrectly communicated with us at once, it cost me a lot of work and nerves to explain that we were owed lunch and this despite the fact that a seven-year-old child was with us, they just tried to shut us up and not give us anything. It is very sad that our wonderful stay at this hotel was overshadowed by such a boorish attitude in the end - the aftertaste is a little spoiled. As soon as the bracelet is removed, you become nobody - this is the wrong policy. The reputation of the hotel suffers because of such squabbles - an impolite attitude towards guests is unacceptable for a hotel of any stardom.
we also want to warn you about the so-called State Pharmacy on the territory of el Palacio - real scammers, be vigilant: the prices of medicines in Egypt are regulated by the state and they are really two or three times lower than ours, and the price is stamped on the package. In this terrible pharmacy, the price was taped. Our daughter got sick and we came to this pharmacy to buy an analogue of a baby's sumamed, so, the pharmacist, knowing that the medicine for a sick child, sold it to us 7 times more expensive!!!! The next day, my husband, along with the hotel manager, went to sort it out, as a result, somehow returned half of what we were owed. If our very drunk tourists hadn't bought everything in this pharmacy without checking the prices, the pharmacy would have behaved more decently. Moreover, pharmacies with the right price tags are found every 100 meters when leaving the hotel. Do not buy anything there - then the pharmacy will begin to change, the only thing that can be influenced is the ruble, and, by the way, the police, in Egypt criminal penalties for the sale of counterfeit medicines and price fraud.
For the first time, because of the huge territory of the hotel and the sick child, we did not go anywhere in Egypt and did not get bored at all, because animation, promenades, the most wonderful sea with fish, a la carte restaurants, the opportunity to eat in the Palma de Mirette, that is, to change the situation, discos and the general benevolent atmosphere made our vacation in general and generally good. Although next time we would have gone 10 days earlier, that is, in the first half of November - it would have been warmer and less winds, which repeatedly disrupted our plans for snorkeling, and it is very rich in El Palacio.

Food: El Palacio has a communal restaurant called Mirete. Good luck with your search. The tables are not wiped after each eater and you have the happy opportunity to sit with your sleeve in the remains of the soup. It's better and quieter there.
The rooms were at the hotel in February, it was windy and cool. The balcony door is wooden and dangles in the wind, there is an eternal draft, and the room temperature is the same as outside. Sometimes the evening show was delayed until 24:00 and you won't fall asleep to the extravaganza of wind and music. (I am attaching the video taken at 23:30 to the deo. There is both music and wind). If you are not driving in the heat, it may be cold. Let's continue further, the problems with the missing accessories were solved only at noon, although at night and in the morning all this was voiced at the reception. Basically, the rest of the hotel is built with dignity. The sea around the hotel is excellent, clean, transparent, lots of different fish, moray eels, there are even large shells with molusks. The interior of the hotel has its own marine lagoon, which is fenced off by a net from sharks. Animations take place on the beach near the lagoon, and in the evening there are various concerts.The room stock in the hotel is old, but they look after it and immediately fix the problems. It is very difficult to change the room. When buying a tour, it is better to buy standard rooms, they are located in the first large hotel and around the lagoon and the sea and a large territory, and premium rooms are located next to a changing territory, and do not differ from the standard in any way, even worse, and many asked them to move to the standard. The food is standard as in four hotels, fruits according to the season, they cooked well, but a lot of people, no one bothered anyone. At 12 :00 they give ice cream and have a snack. The alcohol is not very good locally produced. The beer was on tap and bottled locally. Drinks like jupi, but there is bottled fanta, cola and sprite.It's a gorgeous killer aqua park, but it's located across the street, through a tunnel and at the end of all buildings.but the adrenaline is pumping. Originally it was on the ground floor with a view of the lagoon. People often go there in the evenings too; you can hear everything. There is no sound insulation. It's hard to sleep.
The next day we moved to another room: they also offered some kind of fucked up. One is scarier than the other: either next to the elevator, or from the balcony to the stage; where animation for children takes place in the evenings; it is impossible to sleep. It feels like the guy at the reception was bullying us. He offered not better, but worse.
We moved into more or less normal rooms (everything is the same in terms of furniture, the bathroom and the room itself are just cleaner), so the walls are so thin that we heard the neighbors having sex for two nights.
At night, the door to the balcony was opened somehow, so it was impossible to get rid of the wind. I had to close the balcony. The room is stuffy. There were also times when it was pulled from the balcony either by someone's smoking, or by some kind of sewer.
The food is tasteless. Alcohol is of very low quality.
There were 2 restaurants to choose from: Italian even more or less; although it is difficult to call it Italian. It took a long time for the Asian restaurant to bring us what we ordered. They didn't bring that at all. So also, according to the stated options in the menu, not everything converged there. Again, it's tasteless.
Wi-Fi is paid!!! There is a free Wi-Fi at the reception. Bitch, I've never connected, how many times I've tried. The reception referred to a lot of people in the lobby trying to connect, so the connection fails. Bullshit
After Moscow Time, of course, all these inconveniences are just a blow, wild stress.
Another friend of mine dived in the lagoon with a mask to see this shark net. Yes, there is one. But not to the bottom. There is a decent gap where, in fact, any shark can swim.
The service is also average. I can say that only the excursions from the tour operator Biblioglobus were very cool. And the guides are top.
The hotel itself is just one solid minus.
From the good that I will note (because of this, I did not put a unit):
- a large area
- in the lagoon, the water is clear and of a fabulous blue color.
- on the other side of the lagoon - access to the sea and the presence of its own reef; where you can swim; fish to see. Just like in aquaurim. And its own first line. This is a big plus; but it is, in fact, nature and a good location.
Everything else that relates to the hotel itself is tin. I do not recommend it.

The room is old, but everything works and is cleaned cleanly. The location of the hotel is wonderful, the city is nearby, the sea is clean, corals and fish are also available. Now about what I didn't like. The descent into the sea by ladders, and they are in a disgusting state, there are no changing cabins at all, the shower is only on the inner lagoon. we arrived at the hotel on September 17th at 8 a.m. The first impression in appearance was quite positive: a huge territory, a beautiful lobby
According to the check-in time, we were supposed to have at 14.00, and we were able to get the bracelets only at 10.30. At the same time, our things were just in a corner at the entrance to the hotel, there was no separate storage room or room (i.e. anyone could come up to pick up other people's things). Fortunately, we were able to check in earlier and then only because we paid $20 to the staff
They settled us in the penultimate building with a view of the bay and the sea itself, and brought our suitcases to the room. But then they immediately started asking about chocolate, whether we have it or not. Initially, we thought that we were interested in whether there was chocolate in the mini-bar, but as it turned out later, the man who brought the suitcase asked for a tip in this way (in Egypt they love Russian chocolate very much, because the same chocolates in their store are worse in quality)
After checking in, we went to lunch, where the food did not please us (we thought we just fell under such a day, but no)
There was a show program in the evening, which seemed quite bright
The next day we had a meeting with the hotel guide, who told us about our accommodation, insurance and excursions, saying that his excursions were cheaper, in fact, again, it turned out not to be so.
We stayed at this hotel for 10 nights, which seemed a very long time, many factors contributed to this
1. Terrible room cleaning. For 10 nights, we have never had our bed linen changed (or to be more precise, it was changed only 1 time on one of the two beds after 3 days of swearing)
2. The food is monotonous, nothing changes at all. One of the advantages is a wonderful omelet for breakfast and 1 good dish for dinner (different every day). They gave pancakes for breakfast every day, which were not baked at all. There is no seafood - from the word at all - it was very upset
3. There are a lot of crows on the territory that shit on things on the balcony, steal things from sun beds and scatter garbage
4. A dirty bay, despite the fact that it is cleaned (cups float, vegetables - what struck me the most)
5. Bad monotonous animation that lasts less than an hour in the evening (from 20.00 to 21.00 for children, from 21.00 to 22.00 for adults, but in fact only 30 minutes of activity out of this time). At the same time, the animators go and invite everyone to the disco at 23.00 with departure from the hotel for $ 15, where alcohol is paid
6. Alcohol in bars is terrible + they still sell it
7. All the best benefits to the Arabs, an extra piece, a delicious cocktail, etc., the rest are rude, they say they will not give more, etc. But if you leave a tip, then you immediately become their "brother"
8. A huge area that is not used for its intended purpose
9. Towels can be received only in the morning, and handed over only in the evening
10. The key to the room in the form of a card that you don't know where to put when you go to the sea
11. The staff does not know Russian and English well (except for animators). The reception does not understand at all when you talk to them in these languages. How to hire people who do not know English (especially at the reception)
12. Wi-fi in the lobby works disgusting, but it is not available anywhere else or for a fee, so you need to buy an exorbitantly expensive SIM card or a personal router on site. I do not recommend buying a SIM card on the territory of the hotel, where the store is located. The seller shows a lot of positive reviews, but in fact it is a deception. We bought a SIM card for 40 GB of Internet from him, we ran out of it for 19 GB
13. As for the ala-card restaurants, we only managed to go to an Italian restaurant. Overall it was not bad, but the next day we were served exactly the same food in the dining room
14. When checking out of the hotel, the bracelets are immediately cut off. Our departure was at 21.00, and departure from the hotel at 17.00. They did not let us go to lunch without a bracelet, they said that it was only for a fee. For comparison, when meeting other vacationers at the airport, everyone was wearing bracelets and, accordingly, enjoyed all the benefits of their hotel before leaving for the airport

Hello everyone We had a family vacation at this hotel from 07/21/2024 to 08/01/2024. We were settled in the left wing, room 6100 with a view of the lagoon! The view from the room is gorgeous!
The room stock, of course, is old: the furniture looks medieval, the air conditioning is noisy, there is a refrigerator, a safe, a hairdryer, a TV, a kettle with mugs in the room. There is no iron in the room! Bad. Everything worked in our room, there were no problems.
Internet is free only at the reception.
Now for nutrition. The food is monotonous, but you won't stay hungry. Only beef and chicken are made of meat! There are fish. Garnish with rice (white, yellow, fried), pasta in different variations, French fries. For lunch, we ate soups, we liked them. For breakfast, scrambled eggs, pancakes, muesli, yoghurts and many others. Pizza for dinner. A variety of drinks, beer, wine, cocktails, tea and coffee, sweets. The fruits made us a little sad. There were only melons, oranges, pears and dates. The watermelon was given only once. There are always long queues in the main restaurant and there are no empty tables, it is better to come 1-1.5 after opening. And it's best to go to the restaurant on the second floor to eat. There are no queues, there is no need to look for a table and the view from the windows is gorgeous - on the sea! That's what we did at lunch. There are 4 Ala-kart restaurants. We really liked the Asian one.
The location of the hotel itself is just super - on the one hand a windless lagoon, on the other a beautiful, clean, transparent sea with fish and corals. We watched two big beautiful fish every day in the lagoon, as well as a whole family of crabs. It is better to occupy sun beds until 8.00. There are bars on the beaches with free drinks, cocktails, ice cream and light snacks.
The territory of the hotel is huge, you can also use two more hotels for free. There is a mini water park on the territory of the third hotel. You can get to it through the second hotel by going through an underground passage.
There is an animation every day. We really enjoyed the Fire show!
In general, I will say this: for those who care about the sea, the sun and walks, a budget hotel, then you are here. If you are traveling primarily for high-quality service, then a lot of things can upset you.
We flew to the sea, sunbathing and swimming. The hotel is budget-friendly and it did not disappoint us for its cost. Where else can you see corals for free in your own hotel?!

There is a decent water park in the upper hotel, and an underground passage under the road to the beach. The central restaurant is loaded-go to another one! The staff is like bees working day and night. Nearby there are shops, a Marina (a fashionable promenade and excursions on a bathyscaphe boat), an Orthodox church and a mosque (where they let you see)... The hotel allows you not to meet with an unpleasant person for a week (!) without harming yourself. The thickness of the walls allows you not to notice who lives next to you and not to use the air conditioner in the evenings. I will definitely come back at the first opportunity!

If you are not a brutal man, but a woman from 16 to 60, the hotel staff from the toilet cleaner to the management will constantly send greasy compliments to your address. THIS IS THE NORM IN THIS HOTEL. They even saw how they accost girls about 15 years old.
RESTAURANTS. Wild queues, no matter what time you arrive, even at the beginning of breakfast / lunch / dinner, even at the end. You can stand for 10-15 minutes, then look for a table or wait until it is free.
ALCOHOL, BARS. Alcohol is just terrible. In beach bars, beer is poured into 150 ml cups, half of the foam at the same time. Stand in line and get only 2 in one hand.

The room corresponded to the stated one, without a single breakdown: soft beds, a large mirror, powerful pressure of both cold and hot water, the view from the window is just a fairy tale! Yes, the furniture is a bit retro, but there is a special charm in it)) We felt like the heroes of the TV series "Clone"😄 By the way, we didn't pay anyone and didn't ask for anything - we immediately settled into a room with a view of the pool (a piece of the sea is visible from it). Sometimes a chocolate bar was left for cleaning, sometimes a dollar, sometimes nothing at all - it was always equally good to be clean! And water, clean towels, new shampoos were always delivered.
The food is varied, fresh vegetables and fruits for every meal, there is always plenty of meat - chicken and beef, a large selection of baked goods. Seafood at 4* in Egypt is not expected at all, so there are zero complaints! Desserts are only very much for an amateur, but Egypt is not famous for its sweets) There are always places in the restaurant, the waiters quickly take away the dirty and bring something on request. The food in the trays is never lying at the bottom: they report very quickly so that everything is in abundance. Almost every evening, dinner is dedicated to one of the cuisines of the peoples of the world, Friday is the brightest in this sense, because the meal is preceded by playing national instruments, songs, dances - this is an evening of Egyptian cuisine! It's a whole holiday! Those who stay at the hotel for more than a week are entitled to two free a la carte dinners. There are 4 such restaurants in a separate complex, we visited the fish and Asian ones. Overall, we are satisfied)
We are especially pleased with the hotel staff! Everyone is very responsive, friendly - it is clear that people who love people work here! In the restaurant, after eating, I just wanted to thank every employee, so everyone tries to make the rest pleasant. No one looked at us askance, even if I was the only one, a woman, asking for alcohol at the bar. We also did not observe rudeness on anyone's part.
Animation is very important for our aara, so that it is almost like in a children's camp)))) Yoga, exercise, aqua aerobics, volleyball, bocce and many dances - everywhere you are welcome, everywhere you are expected, everywhere you are supported. There is no time to be bored! Especially when every day there is some kind of party: sometimes foam, then Hawaiian, then with giant dolls, then a soloist sings in the middle of the day, then a circus performer performs... In the evening, as a rule, an even more colorful show awaits! For example, a fakir show or a fireshow. There were also contests like miss or Mr. hotel, dance flash mobs until the guests got tired😁
And all this in a clean, well-maintained area with its own lagoon and a small coral reef. You can explore the richest underwater world of the Red Sea without leaving the hotel! And if the weather wasn't good, then instead of the sea, you could flop in the pool: it's heated (even when it's hot).

We stayed with 2 4-year-old children in this hotel from 02/28/2025 to 03/07/2025. We arrived at the hotel early: around 6 a.m. Our requests to check in early were declined, although the rooms were definitely available. They gave us wristbands at 9 a.m. so we could have breakfast. After breakfast, we asked for towel cards so that we could at least relax on the beach after the trip. We were not refused. The weather was not good, there was a strong wind.
We were checked in only at 14.00. My son and I were on vacation, and my sister, daughter, and mom. When we checked in, we said we were a family and asked for rooms nearby. They were given at different ends of the building. We changed the numbers after the request the next day. We moved into the room where no one had lived from the very beginning. They stupidly wanted money.
Advantages of the hotel:
- A large lagoon, closed from the wind and large waves (you can swim even in a storm at sea).
- You can use the territories of 3 Sunny Days hotels, each has its own chips.
- The beach line is very large and has access to the lagoon and the open sea.
- There are enough sun beds for everyone.
- The cuisine is varied.
- There are hookah bars on the territory of hotels at similar prices of 7-10 $.
Disadvantages of the hotel in my opinion:
- There is not a single place to change clothes on the beaches.
- Toilets are only available in rooms, restaurants and lobbies. Running from the beach with a child is not so easy, especially when you are far from the room.
- The cuisine is diverse, but not all of it can be called food. You can't think of anything to feed the children.
- There are long queues in the main restaurant. There are no plates in places where hot dishes (meat, fried eggs, etc.) are prepared. You have to go to the other end of the restaurant to get them. In general, while you bring everything to the table for everyone, you will wind up a huge number of steps. Everything is located irrationally. The glasses are plastic and badly damaged. It's not pleasant to drink. Napkins are given out 1 per person. You're always running around looking for either appliances or plates.
- The Wi-Fi in the lobby downloads only notifications from applications and a maximum of messages in messengers. Paid Wi-Fi costs $ 5 per day.
It's easier to buy a local SIM card for $ 10 - 30 gigabytes of Internet.
- All the staff, especially the bartenders, are begging for tips. They're trying to sell you a bottle of alcohol for $5. A bottle of Cola or sprite will be given as a gift. They're very annoying. Drinks are poured into very small soft plastic cups of about 100ml. No more than 2 in one hand.
- Going to a la carte restaurant is a separate song. You should only go to the seafood restaurant. At least they're not rude and the food is delicious. The rest are not even worth meddling with. The food is disgusting and paid for.
- The children's room does not work much. From 10 to 12-30 and from 15.00 to 17.00. The animators do not speak Russian.
- There is a snack bar, but it is open from 12.30, at the same time the main restaurant opens. You will not be able to eat from 10 to 12.30. They give you pseudo-burgers and pizza, which is never ready to open. It is located in the farthest corner of the territory.
- Ice cream. It's something cold, unsweetened with some kind of taste.
- The animation is working, but everything is somehow at a very low level. The programs are delayed. The children's disco starts at 8.30 pm. (I think it's very late for small children).
- The volleyball court and the pseudo-bocce field are located directly next to each other. As a result, you'll either get hit in the face with a volleyball while playing boccia, or hit in the leg with an iron while playing volleyball.😊
- It was cool in the evening. I wanted to sit indoors, have a cup of coffee or something stronger and listen to the musicians perform in the lobby bar. but! There is a bar on the ground floor, but the drinks there are imported and paid for. There is a way out! There are free performances on the second floor. And there are more tables there. But there is an annoying rule: you can't go there with children for safety reasons.
Overall, we had a good rest. But these minor annoying blunders on the part of the hotel management slightly spoiled our positive attitude.
My opinion about the hotel: this hotel is some kind of parody of a quality vacation. Like an Indian movie that remade an American blockbuster. Everything seems to be there, but there are a lot of BUTS.
Just be prepared for these nuances!

An excellent 4* hotel, on the 1st line, with a unique "personal" lagoon and well-built buildings around it. You can swim everywhere - both in the sea and in the lagoon. The lagoon is deep and there is less wind, you can arrange real swimming training. We had a room in the left building with only a view of the sea, spacious, the furniture was a bit old, but everything worked. The food is good - for every taste. Poultry, meat, fish every day, fresh vegetables and citrus bowls, wine of very good quality. Yoghurts, omelets, and pastries helped out in the mornings. It is better to take tea instead of coffee. Good coffee is only served in bars.
The animation is very good, including live concerts and belly dancing. The staff is friendly, they speak English and a little Russian. The contingent - 50% - Russians, 50% - all the rest, especially English, German, Italian, Polish and Chinese were often heard.
This is a resort that includes two other smaller hotels. In the second section there is a nice bay and a more cozy pool with a bar, and in the third on the 2nd line there is a good water park. We did not take excursions at the hotel, we took them directly from an Egyptian travel agency, as a result we saved at least $ 150.

There is no mini bar, only a 1.5L bottle of water.
In general, I will share my impression of Hurghada. If you are going for the first time, know that everyone will try to deceive you. Do not visit any markets with taxi drivers, they will only take you to their points with a huge margin (and we took a taxi from the hotel) and then they will name a huge price tag for the trip. Souvenirs can be bought at the Cleopatra store, as you leave the hotel immediately to the left and you will see a walk there. It is better to buy food, halva, nuts, etc. in small shops with a cash register (where prices are fixed and very pleasant). There is also a good shop called fix something there (go out from the hotel and to the right, it will be on the other side), the seller there is very good and gave us gifts) It is better to take local currency to the shops. Coral masks and slippers are cheaper to buy in the city than to bring them from Russia. It is better to take gels and shampoos with you, the ones in the room are some kind of smelly. We took excursions on the albatross website, rode quadricycles and on a bathyscaphe. I liked the excursions in general. To be honest, I was scared to walk the streets, there was garbage everywhere and locals who were constantly staring. Well, I was with a guy, so I was more or less calm, but I wouldn't risk going there alone or with a friend.

This is the first time in my life I am writing a review. I was here 2 years ago and still does not let go of the negativity.
1. DECEIVED and brought to tears. The rooms are terrible, something is broken in each one. We changed 3 rooms. Then the air conditioner does not work, the safe, the bathroom is bent, there is no hot water and there is a kettle! In general, something is broken in all rooms. Where the kettle lid was broken in the last one. Well, we think okay, a trifle... During the eviction, they rolled a paper on us that we broke this kettle! They made me pay. The guard did not let us out of the hotel until we paid. And the bus from the tour operator refused to wait. The tour operator himself refused to solve the problem at all.
The hotel blamed everything on us, they say, why didn't you tell us when you checked in. And there is absolutely something broken everywhere!
It's a terrible shame. They brought my mother and me to tears. And we also ran out of currency, we didn't even have anything to pay with. They just kept them there by force until you paid. As a result, a kind person paid for us.
2. Not a hotel, but a hostel. Lots of people. I have to eat in time. They are not allowed to take anything out.
3. Food is terrible. It's tasteless and everything is very peppery. Of the fruits, only an orange and chopped apples in water.
We sat on the toilet a couple of times.
4. Snack food is creepy. I don't know how people eat it. We didn't take this food at all. They cook like French fries, hamburgers. At the same time, crows fly everywhere and walk on the tables where they cook. Chemical ice cream.
5. WiFi is only available in the lobby. But you are unlikely to connect, tk almost does not catch because of the HUGE number of people. At most, write something in the messenger and that's it. No photos or videos.
6. There were small advantages (for example, a boat trip), but the KETTLE changed everything!
Read all the bad comments - it's true.
Do not spare money - go to a normal hotel!

We were from September 4 to September 15, 2024 , with a company of 6 people and a child.Everyone liked everything, the food, the animators, Katya from Saratov, Nikita from Kazan. The sea is awesome. The rooms were cleaned every day, absolutely everything was changed. There is a lot of entertainment on site and beyond. Shopping and souvenirs can be purchased on site is not expensive. Special thanks to the bartenders on the beach in the lagoon.

We had a rest with a friend at this hotel from 12/14/2023 to 12/23/2023, we are flying out today! We are very happy with our stay, the hotel is wonderful...and the territory..and the beach, and the food!!! Although this is our first time in Egypt, we really enjoyed it! We swam every day, the sea was calm, warm, no waves, there was wind sometimes, but it didn't stop us because of the lagoon that is in this hotel, we didn't feel it! The food is varied and delicious...beef, chicken, fish every day, vegetables, fruits abound, animation is good, live music was almost every day ...! The staff is always friendly! Well done, everything is great!!!

We rested from 23.10 to 01.11.2023 . Great hotel! Unexpectedly for Hurghada, a gorgeous coral reef. Lagoon with shark netting, even if the sea is stormy, you can swim in the lagoon. A variety of animated events, a lot of slides of varying complexity. Beaches for every taste! There were enough sun beds for everyone, despite the 100% load of the hotel. The food is good, there is always fish, chicken, beef, salads and side dishes are standard. I do not recommend a la carte restaurants for free so as not to spoil the mood, but for the money there are excellent restaurants, but they do not belong to the hotel, so this is not a minus.
