Good afternoon! We flew to this hotel in July 2023. Of all that this hotel offers, I liked only the location and the gorgeous sea. Otherwise, he's not worth his stars at all. The rooms are old, the water barely flows, the doors on the balcony do not close, the room was open and how many people asked to fix nothing was done, the refrigerator does not work and judging by the complaints at the reception, not only in our room and of course no one repaired anything. The food is the same every day, no variety, the waiters are rude, yelling, indignant, until I cried and calmed one of them. Other visitors were treated the same way. Russian russians, I don't know, maybe they only treat Russians like that, at least in my time they robbed only Russians. There is one problem with cleaning, they do not put new paper, you run down the corridor and catch the cleaner to take it yourself. On the day of departure at 12.00, the bracelets were cut off, although the departure from the hotel was at 17.00. We vacated the room, promised at 13.00, went to the reception to hand over the room card and towels, so they yelled at us so much that we did not immediately give the cards and ate their "gorgeous" food. The whole tree is cracked, the door handles often remain in the handles (mine)... There are not enough outlets.. The food is good, there is meat and chicken, there is almost always fish, scrambled eggs and an omelet for breakfast One thing I ask, do not take the local cheese and sausages, I do not know what they are made of, but apparently from the same thing, just with a dye of different colors. The rooms are poorly cleaned, they just make the bed and hang towels, they don't even sweep the floor, despite the fact that sand is constantly dragged from the street. The staff is mostly polite, but they are not particularly eager to help or do something until you quarrel with them or pay. Not all, there are exceptions. The territory itself is decent, clean, they constantly go to collect Garbage and clean up the territory. The location is convenient, the city is a 10-minute walk away. But at the same time there is absolutely nothing to do in the city, most of the houses are abandoned or unfinished. The price does not justify itself and the hotel does not pull for 4 stars. 3 would barely give. And if the price was several times cheaper, then it would be quite a decent hotel for your money, and I don't recommend going there except for a week. The sea is cool, a couple of kilometers deep goes to the waist, and then a sharp break. The water is blue, transparent, everything is visible, beauty! Yoga classes are held, and you can play volleyball. In the evening, you can see crabs on the embankment. The staff is polite, responsive. Most of them understand and speak Russian.
