Amazing hotel, I enjoyed the view from my room, the staff was helpful especially Javokh, and the Manager Mr Hicham The hotel is in the heart of Marina. It is my favourite hotel. This is not the first time I have come and I will come again. The rooftop pool is very romantic.

For a budget vacation in one of the most beautiful areas of Dubai (Dubai Marina), the rating is good. Due to the repair work, I'm putting a 4u. Yes, the hotel is already a bit old, there is a bar on the ground floor, music from which you can hear, not the most varied breakfasts.. BUT the views of Dubai Marina and the proximity to the sea make up for everything)) About the advantages: 1. Location . A very beautiful area with a walking area along the embankment with yachts and speedboats , 10-15 minutes walk to the sea , near the metro , near the tram , many cafes and supermarkets for every budget . There are even alcohol shops (we found 2 nearby ) 2. Staff . They work very professionally , are friendly , help promptly with any request, know English and even Russian phrases already - which was nice) 3. Rooms. Overall, it 's very cozy. If you don't focus on the downed corners in some places, furniture, etc. - there is a safe, cleaning every day, they give out water and all toiletries . Bathrobes too, but on request. 4. Breakfast is generally fine. It 's pretty monotonous , but there are plenty to choose from , you won 't stay hungry . Our usual food has always been eggs in various forms, porridges, fruits, vegetables, toasts, and breakfast cereals. 5. A rooftop pool with cool water and a nice view of the skyscrapers. 6. The hotel provides free towels to the beach and pool (secured by money (20 derham)or by securing the key to the room ) 7. There is a shuttle service to the beach. The bus departs at 10 a.m. and returns from the beach at 14:00 (for those who are in Dubai for the first time, keep in mind that in the summer off-season is not the right time for the beach :))) In summer, the heat is from 40C, so it's better to go to the beach at 06-07 in the morning, and at 10 o'clock back to the hotel or on excursions, or for walks under the air conditioner in the city, because it's impossible to be outside. The breakfasts are very large, pastries, fruits - pineapple, melon, watermelon, in 7 days I did not have time to try everything. We only took breakfasts, a very large selection, I don't understand what someone doesn't like about breakfasts! And the pool is just cool, heated and already hot! Everything is fine! There is a sauna that is hot at 80 degrees, the hammam does not work. Great hotel! Justifies its 4 stars to the fullest! Moreover, when we left at 12:00, we hung out in the pool until 18:00 until the transfer arrived. No one was against it.

We had a rest from August 7 to August 14 at the Marina Byblos Hotel in Dubai. We checked into the room at 12:30 It was annoying that there were no opening windows (panoramic windows) and a balcony in the room. To dry bathing clothes only in the room on the windowsill, nothing dries. The room is not big, the room is cleaned every day, they bring water, there is a shortage of water, they give out 0.5 liters of a bottle per person. We went to get water from the water dispenser on the embankment. Soap supplies were replenished, tea, coffee, cream are constantly replenished. The staff was less polite, they didn't even know the language, and they communicated with gestures. The hotel is not quite suitable for living with a child, although we were moved to the ninth floor, I think because we were with a child, the music was not particularly audible (distant bass) there were also a couple of sockets in the room, our Russian charger did not fit without an adapter. The adapter was ordered on WB. The duck hotel is saved by its excellent location, 2 minutes to Dubai Marina, 5 minutes walk from DMCC metro station and tram stop. We took meals for breakfast and dinner, the same thing every day, at the end of the vacation I was sick of the monotonous food, they gave me juice, tea, coffee, cola, fanta from drinks. The waiters are very nimble, as soon as I finish, they immediately remove the plates. There is a small pool with sun loungers on the roof, and towels are provided there, separately for the beach and separately for the pool. There is a free gym, not a big one. On the ground floor there are 2 bars with discos, anyone who wants to drink can go there in the evening, but there is not a very large contingent, girls of easy virtue come to diversify the rest of the men. Jumeirah Beach is a beautiful public beach, large but dirty, with green algae floating. Sun beds are paid from 5,000 rubles per day, you can rent an umbrella for a day of 700 rubles.

We had a rest at Marina Byblos and were very satisfied! The hotel is located in the heart of Dubai Marina, close to JBR beach, the promenade, metro and tram. The location is just great: everything is within walking distance. The rooms are spacious, clean, and have a beautiful view of the Marina. There is a cool swimming pool on the roof with a panorama of skyscrapers, especially in the evening it looks impressive. There is a gym, a spa, and bars — everyone will find something for themselves. The breakfasts are varied and delicious, and the staff is always friendly and ready to help. I turned on the air conditioner for a couple of nights, there was nothing to breathe (it wasn't hot, but the air was stale), the rest of the time the air was good even without air conditioning, I still didn't understand why those two nights turned out like that. I really liked the food: classic breakfast, dinner - everything was delicious! For the first three evenings, I tried all the dishes in a row, two spoonfuls at a time, because it was delicious. Then it's standard)) meat, salad side dish. Chicken, fish, beef every day. There was salmon three times a week and blue cheese every day, different fruits, both sliced and whole. I don't know the desserts, not mine, my husband and child liked the jelly and tiramisu cream. The rooftop pool is a classic, the photos are trendy. It's very nice to swim in the evening before going to bed. Bar. Song! It's like I don't drink alcohol, it's about the kitchen - the food in the bar is like in a restaurant. Delicious! and the portions are huge. The hotel staff always treats children with sweets, so I recommend not sitting in the lobby with children before going to a restaurant. It happened to us that a child ate too much candy, did not eat at dinner, and after an hour he was like "mom am-am", and there was a system that you would not go to dinner a second time. I asked the guide to talk to the staff, and only then did they stop giving me sweets. In September 2025, the rooms on the lower floors were renovated. Judging by the sounds of the hammer drill and hammers, this is a serious repair. The hotel has bars open until 3 a.m. We lived on the 7th floor on the Marina side, the silence was complete. The location of the hotel is right on the 10th. It takes 10-15 minutes to walk to the beach with a stroller. The metro is 5 minutes away. A straight line to many points. And take the tram to the monorail, boarding the tram in the same place as the subway. For a long stay (beach, sightseeing, mixed, with or without children), I recommend this hotel. The hotel is not suitable for family members, because you can always hear the noise of clubs from below at night, even from the 6th floor I could hear every track perfectly (ksta, respect for the DJ, good musical taste). The hotel's contingent is mostly Russian-speaking, but no one has learned it at the reception. Of the cons: 1. I want to say about the rooftop pool, I tried to lie down there several times at lunchtime, but not all umbrellas were open at the request of the employee to open, he said that it was impossible, referring to the wind. And only a couple of umbrellas were open at the bar, above 3-4 sun beds, and of course they were usually occupied, but being on the roof under the scorching sun in May is a dubious pleasure. 2. The Wi-fi in the hotel is linked to the room, after check-out at 12:00 it is turned off, but many people are waiting for the transfer and there is no way to be in touch, roaming I personally consider expensive. He also does not catch on the roof by the pool, there is another Vi-fi, but weak. I was in 5 * two years ago, the Internet was available everywhere and on the roof and even after eviction from the room. There are several supermarkets near the hotel, which I didn't like in front of the hotel. It looks like our private store, it's crowded, cluttered and there are no price tags. But if you cross the bridge from the hotel on the way to the beach, there's a Korfur store on the left, there's a normal supermarket chain, and I don't remember the name on the opposite side, but there's also everything you need and a bonus, a counter with ready-made food and you can eat there, like our Spars. After I returned from Dubai, I saw on the Internet that on the beach, more precisely, in a building somewhere above the arch that is across the street, there is a Fix price store!!!! It's really like ours. There are souvenirs, and little things like creams, hats, and you never know what you might need. There's also a McDonald's to the left of the arch.In the evening, you can walk along the embankment, if you face the entrance to the hotel, then walk to the right 15-20 minutes to the Marina Mall shopping center, there was only an exchange and a supermarket on the 1st floor, I don't know what is higher. And there's also a tram stop on the way to the beach. In general, the hotel and its location are very good for a small price, the hotel has 10 floors, not big, old, but it will do. If there's a chance, maybe I'll come back to it again. Yes, I forgot to clarify, there are a lot of local workers on the beach in the evening, I am Hindus or Pakistanis, they are quite noisy and splash in the water like children.

Dinner was also included, always varied, salads, soup, second courses of meat or fish with a side dish and fruit salad, juice or cola. Everything is very tasty. There is a swimming pool on the top floor. The staff is always smiling and friendly. Thank you all very much!!! The beach is a 15-minute walk away, the Marina embankment is a couple of minutes away, there is a yacht club, a yacht trip - I advise you! The advantages that were important to us: the convenient location of the hotel from the sea is 15 minutes on foot to the beach, located opposite the Ferris wheel (the beach itself is not large, there is a deep descent immediately, in this it is inferior to Kite Beach, which is larger and cleaner and with gradually increasing depth, which is good for children). DDMC metro station, also nearby 10 minutes to the hotel. There is a pool with warm water and a nice view on the roof of the hotel! The sauna is small, but also pleased with the good heat, you can turn on the water and enjoy the steam! It works until 23.00, which is very convenient! The breakfasts are good too! Coffee is served from a coffee pot, tea too! Lots of pastries, halva, nuts, dried fruits, sausages, bacon, cheeses and sausages! There is yogurt and sliced and canned fruits! Omelet and fried eggs are prepared separately, poached eggs and other options are available. Hot dishes include French fries in batter, beans and chickpeas, sliced vegetables! Everything is delicious! The staff is friendly, the cleaning is good, on demand and they respond immediately to requests! Svetlana is a very accepted salesperson in the store at the reception! On the walls in the bathroom, something crawls around the bathtub, but the most important thing that I didn't like was there is no balcony and there is no place to dry a swimsuit, nothing dries in the bathroom!!! On the first and second floors there is karaoke and a nightclub, a restaurant! I've heard loud music a couple of times! But it didn't bother us on the 7th floor! Considering that we only came to sleep at the hotel, the little things didn't particularly disappoint. Towels were changed every day! Cleaning is also every day! I really liked the rooftop pool and sauna, although small, but the heat is good! It started raining unexpectedly for us in Dubai for a couple of days and the sauna was very much in the theme!

The hotel has no balconies, windows that open, or individual air conditioners, so the rooms are always very cold! The central air conditioner was not regulated from our remote control, we were constantly asking for it to be turned off altogether. They asked for an iron, and it broke after 5 minutes. On the day of departure, the magnetic key was turned off at 9 a.m. (we understood the hint). My daughter's birthday was indicated on the voucher, but the hotel did not congratulate her on that day. All these seemingly small things do not correspond to the 4* service level.

(!) the air conditioner is controlled not on the wall, but on the bedside table - call the staff they will teach you everything, plus they will tell you a life hack how to turn off the air conditioner when you leave the room.

I definitely recommend the Marina Byblos Hotel! A wonderful hotel, super rooms, a 20-minute walk to the wonderful beach. And the breakfasts and dinners are simply delicious and varied. Blue Waters Island, where the Ferris wheel is located, is nearby, along a bridge from the beach, offering beautiful views, 10 minutes. We took meals for breakfast and dinner, I can't say anything special about breakfasts, the usual standard is like everywhere else, there is juice, tea and coffee from drinks in the morning, but the dinners were very tasty, we didn't even expect that they cook so well here, as if in a restaurant, dinners changed, every day somethingthey gave us different things, there were fish, meat, and seafood, usually we are used to the fact that in other countries they do not cook very bland, tasteless, but here we just went with joy to dinner and everything we took turned out to be very decent. Drinks in the evening are paid, but juice and water with lemon are included, the rest is for an additional fee. The waiters are very nimble, as soon as they finish, they immediately remove the plates. There is a small pool with sun beds on the roof, towels are also provided there, separately for the beach and separately for the pool. There is a free gym. The hotel itself is cozy, our compatriot Svetlana provided any necessary assistance at the reception. The breakfasts were delicious, quite varied, both indoors and outdoors. There was a view of the city from the window, and the view of the Marina was excellent! Walking along the embankment is just a dream!

A wonderful hotel. We did not regret that we chose her. The location is top. The excellent free beach is a comfortable 10-minute drive through the urban landscape. The metro and trams are 7 minutes away. There are trams on different routes, but we managed to use only those on the subway. You can easily get to Palm Jumeira, to the monorail. There is a free shuttle service to Outlet Moll. There is a beautiful promenade with yachts nearby, where you can just walk, run or ride a water tram for 7 dirhams to Bluewaters (there is another inexpensive route, but you did not have time to try it during your stay). The room itself is good, something old and shabby was not noticed. The room has a kettle, tea, coffee, sugar, cream, water, refrigerator, safe. They cleaned every day, towels were changed as well. A cockroach was spotted and killed in the bathroom. The air conditioner was turned off more often than it was turned on, because, apparently, centralized air conditioning was still working. The breakfasts are mixed. Unfortunately, there are a lot of delicious pastries (in our opinion, cinnamon buns turned out to be the most delicious). There were always good fruits, fruit salad (even the youngest son ate, although it is difficult to get him to eat fruit). You can comfortably observe fasting/veganism if necessary and desired. Tea and coffee for breakfast on request. We haven't tried coffee. The children were leaning on the juices. I only drink tea for breakfast, I was a little stressed by the need to ask for tea every time, but this is uncritical. There is a rooftop pool, the water is warm, visits once a day, open until 23, towels are provided. There is a sauna, a gym, but not used.
