Amazing hotel, I enjoyed the view from my room, the staff was helpful especially Javokh, and the Manager Mr Hicham The hotel is in the heart of Marina. It is my favourite hotel. This is not the first time I have come and I will come again. The rooftop pool is very romantic.

I liked the hotel! We were there for a week and there were no problems during all that time. The staff is always very friendly and nice. They will bring everything you need, they will always help. The water ran out, I called the reception and they brought it right away. We took breakfast. A large selection of cooked eggs, different bread. Ham, cheeses, various snacks. A good choice of pastries. We were satisfied with the food. The beach is 10-15 minutes walk away. The beach is urban. There are many shops and cafes nearby. There are good freshes across the street at a good price. A 5-minute walk to the Marina, where it's great to walk and have dinner. The only negative thing is the noise from the club. But we lived on the 8th floor and in general it didn't bother us much. The hotel is undergoing renovation during the day. It didn't cause us any discomfort.

We had a rest from August 7 to August 14 at the Marina Byblos Hotel in Dubai. We checked into the room at 12:30 It was annoying that there were no opening windows (panoramic windows) and a balcony in the room. To dry bathing clothes only in the room on the windowsill, nothing dries. The room is not big, the room is cleaned every day, they bring water, there is a shortage of water, they give out 0.5 liters of a bottle per person. We went to get water from the water dispenser on the embankment. Soap supplies were replenished, tea, coffee, cream are constantly replenished. The staff was less polite, they didn't even know the language, and they communicated with gestures. The hotel is not quite suitable for living with a child, although we were moved to the ninth floor, I think because we were with a child, the music was not particularly audible (distant bass) there were also a couple of sockets in the room, our Russian charger did not fit without an adapter. The adapter was ordered on WB. The duck hotel is saved by its excellent location, 2 minutes to Dubai Marina, 5 minutes walk from DMCC metro station and tram stop. We took meals for breakfast and dinner, the same thing every day, at the end of the vacation I was sick of the monotonous food, they gave me juice, tea, coffee, cola, fanta from drinks. There is a small pool with sun loungers on the roof, and towels are provided there, separately for the beach and separately for the pool. There is a free gym, not a big one. On the ground floor there are 2 bars with discos, anyone who wants to drink can go there in the evening, but there is not a very large contingent, girls of easy virtue come to diversify the rest of the men. Jumeirah Beach is a beautiful public beach, large but dirty, with green algae floating. Sun beds are paid from 5,000 rubles per day, you can rent an umbrella for a day of 700 rubles.

We had a rest at Marina Byblos and were very satisfied! The hotel is located in the heart of Dubai Marina, close to JBR beach, the promenade, metro and tram. The location is just great: everything is within walking distance. The rooms are spacious, clean, and have a beautiful view of the Marina. There is a cool swimming pool on the roof with a panorama of skyscrapers, especially in the evening it looks impressive. There is a gym, a spa, and bars — everyone will find something for themselves. The breakfasts are varied and delicious, and the staff is always friendly and ready to help. I would also like to mention the atmosphere in the pub and lounge areas - it's nice to spend an evening right at the hotel.In general, Marina Byblos is a good combination of location, service and infrastructure. We liked the hotel. They were checked in an hour earlier, evicted an hour later - they said that they had done such a service because of the child. The room was tired, but the view of the Marina compensated for everything. The room and the hotel are very clean and smell good. You need to get used to the air conditioner - as far as I'm concerned, it's stuffy without it, but it was cold with it. I turned on the air conditioner for a couple of nights, there was nothing to breathe (it wasn't hot, but the air was stale), the rest of the time the air was good even without air conditioning, I still didn't understand why those two nights turned out like that. I really liked the food: classic breakfast, dinner - everything was delicious! For the first three evenings, I tried all the dishes in a row, two spoonfuls at a time, because it was delicious. Then it's standard)) meat, salad side dish. Chicken, fish, beef every day. There was salmon three times a week and blue cheese every day, different fruits, both sliced and whole. I don't know the desserts, not mine, my husband and child liked the jelly and tiramisu cream. The rooftop pool is a classic, the photos are trendy. It's very nice to swim in the evening before going to bed. Bar. Song! It's like I don't drink alcohol, it's about the kitchen - the food in the bar is like in a restaurant. Delicious! and the portions are huge. The hotel staff always treats children with sweets, so I recommend not sitting in the lobby with children before going to a restaurant. It happened to us that a child ate too much candy, did not eat at dinner, and after an hour he was like "mom am-am", and there was a system that you would not go to dinner a second time. I asked the guide to talk to the staff, and only then did they stop giving me sweets. In September 2025, the rooms on the lower floors were renovated. Judging by the sounds of the hammer drill and hammers, this is a serious repair. The hotel has bars open until 3 a.m. We lived on the 7th floor on the Marina side, the silence was complete. The location of the hotel is right on the 10th. It takes 10-15 minutes to walk to the beach with a stroller. The metro is 5 minutes away. A straight line to many points. And take the tram to the monorail, boarding the tram in the same place as the subway. For a long stay (beach, sightseeing, mixed, with or without children), I recommend this hotel. It's unpleasant that I had to pay 50 bucks extra for 3 nights to be moved to a room with a view of the Marina. The food is good, but there is not much choice. The hotel is not suitable for family members, because you can always hear the noise of clubs from below at night, even from the 6th floor I could hear every track perfectly (ksta, respect for the DJ, good musical taste). There's a pool on the roof, but it has the most beautiful views of the road, not the Marina, so it's a shame. But the pool itself is well maintained and swimming there is comfortable. Don't even go to the bar, I paid 6 bucks for a small bottle of water.

The hotel has no balconies, windows that open, or individual air conditioners, so the rooms are always very cold! The central air conditioner was not regulated from our remote control, we were constantly asking for it to be turned off altogether. They asked for an iron, and it broke after 5 minutes. On the day of departure, the magnetic key was turned off at 9 a.m. (we understood the hint). My daughter's birthday was indicated on the voucher, but the hotel did not congratulate her on that day. All these seemingly small things do not correspond to the 4* service level.

DDMC metro station, also nearby 10 minutes to the hotel. There is a pool with warm water and a nice view on the roof of the hotel! The sauna is small, but also pleased with the good heat, you can turn on the water and enjoy the steam! It works until 23.00, which is very convenient! The breakfasts are good too! Coffee is served from a coffee pot, tea too! Lots of pastries, halva, nuts, dried fruits, sausages, bacon, cheeses and sausages! There is yogurt and sliced and canned fruits! Omelet and fried eggs are prepared separately, poached eggs and other options are available. Hot dishes include French fries in batter, beans and chickpeas, sliced vegetables! On the first and second floors there is karaoke and a nightclub, a restaurant! I've heard loud music a couple of times! But it didn't bother us on the 7th floor! Considering that we only came to sleep at the hotel, the little things didn't particularly disappoint. Towels were changed every day! Cleaning is also every day! I really liked the rooftop pool and sauna, although small, but the heat is good! It started raining unexpectedly for us in Dubai for a couple of days and the sauna was very much in the theme!

We had a vacation with a guy at this hotel at the end of December. The worst hotel we've ever been to. We didn't find a single advantage in it. For those who have low standards and do not have any requirements for the hotel-welcome. The hotel did not inform the tour operator that they were undergoing renovation work. The sound of the renovation is clearly audible in the cafeteria at breakfast/lunch. There are 2 elevators in the hotel, they work very slowly and you have to wait 5-10 minutes. The furniture in the rooms is already outdated, scratched and peeling. The towels are old. There is nowhere to dry things, because there are no balconies. Also, in order for you to properly take a shower and wash in hot water, you will need to tell the people at the reception that you do not have hot water. I called the person from housing to the room several times, he said that you need to wait a couple of minutes and the hot water will go, but it was not there. The breakfasts at the hotel are very meager. It's the same thing every day. Those who write in the reviews that a good variety of breakfasts- have never seen a good variety of breakfasts. There is a swimming pool on the roof of the hotel, but it is not possible to stay there because there is a hum from the operation of the air conditioners. And the most interesting thing is that there is a nightclub in the hotel, where prostitutes are invited who obsessively run after the hotel guests. When I went to the reception desk to figure out why prostitutes were chasing guests around the hotel, they pretended they didn't know what they were talking about. The hotel has a maximum of 2 stars.

About coffee, the truth is only partially true - tea/coffee is free only for breakfast, black or with cream, but cappuccino, etc., will be for an additional fee.There is a fee, but there is no limit, and the second and third cups will be poured. Plus, do not forget that there is a kettle in the room and when cleaning, they replenish the stock of tea and coffee in the room every day, which is also included in the room rate. Once we decided to have lunch, and here I completely agree, it's better not to take lunch here.
