We have just checked out, and having a time to say thanks to the staff and the management of the hotel. Everything was so perfect, from the entrance till the thematic restaurants. Location: metro 1 minute walk distance. Money exchange, supermarkets, restaurants, fast food, all is nearby. Meals: we had AI dine around, nice selection of fresh and very tasty food in a buffet. For dinner we chose Long's bar. Special thanks to Uma, who met us at the Long's on the first day and made our stay even more beautiful. She is so attentive to details, super fast, and charming! Her job is 50% success of the bar. Rooms: we had a guest room and asked for the upper floors and we were heard l, we had a beautiful view on Sheikh Zaed road on the 17th floor. Room was clean and furniture looking fresh Pool. Not big but clean, with enough space for everyone. Beach. Shuttle bus with a nice driver, who showed us the city, telling about the sights of the city, just like a guide. Big thanks to him Reception: very polite and caring. Cleaned rooms, good location near the financial center, shopping center and metro station. This is not a beach hotel , so be ready to use a taxi (15 min) if you want to go to the best beach. Big choices of food on breakfast and good food on restaurant and pub in the hotel. So, I would recommend to stay there if you don’t plan to go to the beach holiday there.

We stayed at this hotel since May 16, 2025, the room was 2216. At our request, the room was given on the 22nd floor with a beautiful view of the city! Thanks to the girl at the reception, Rabie, and the girl at the reception who had the first day of her internship that day (a girl from Kazakhstan), but unfortunately she didn't remember her name (( The food was delicious! The buffet! For dinner every day there was a different national menu, Turkish cuisine, Indian cuisine, Italian, etc. Cleanliness and order in everything! The rooms are cleaned every day, the bed and towels are changed daily. The rooftop pool is clean and deep, a lifeguard sits all day, towels are provided on the pool, there is also a steam room and a hammam, a gym, comfortable sun beds around the pool! A shuttle service takes you to Kite Beach free of charge every day, as well as beach towels. The location of the hotel is excellent! There are many shops nearby, two steps to the Museum of the Future, we walked to the Dubai Mall and the Burj Khalifa, although there are two metro stations near the hotel, you can take the metro. The bar is also open on time. Room cleaning every day. Now for the cons. Since there is no private beach, the bus takes you to a public one, but you need to add the time of departure from the beach, at least at 12:00 and at 18:00, because in the morning you will go to the beach 8:05, 8:45, 9:15. You can of course return on it, But it's too young to be on the beach for one hour in the morning. In the morning, the last time he leaves is at 10:15 and everything is packed with a full bus from all three times, they drive standing up and even the conder can't cope. The hotel is located on a famous highway, 2 minutes from the metro station. On one side of the hotel there is one stop to the Bursh Khalifa Tower, on the other side the Museum of the future is within walking distance. There are many grocery stores nearby, KFS, and a currency exchange office. There was a great dinner on New Year's Eve, and the food in the restaurant is delicious. At midnight, we left the hotel to watch the fireworks from the tower, everything was visible. But there was one thing, they didn't warn about the cat at the travel agency, and that upset me. The cost of the trip included a New Year's Eve dinner with a separate fee. But dinner is not supposed to be at midnight, but at certain intervals from 6 p.m. to 23 p.m. If you wanted to meet me at midnight, you also had to pay the hotel.

I liked the hotel, the convenient location between the Museum of the Future (15 min walk) and Burj Khalifa (30 min walk) - the financial center. The metro station (red line) is a 5-minute walk away. The hotel is right on the Sheikh Zayed Highway, not a walking area, of course. The exchanger is nearby. The standard room is clean and small, but we just need to sleep. The food is not bad, we had a variety of meals for 5 days (we had breakfast and dinner). The hotel staff is very attentive, responsive, there are Russian speakers - a girl at the reception and a guy on guard (he helped us with a taxi, talked about life, where to go, etc.))) The hotel has a heated swimming pool, but the disadvantage is that there are very few sun beds, people take their places at dawn and leave... when asked to place us somewhere extra, the pool administrator says - wait until someone releases the sunbed. But, we were lucky, we found 2 places within 5 minutes, we just came around lunch. Overall, the hotel made a good impression, the service was excellent. The food is 4 stars, you will not stay hungry - meat, fish, side dishes, cheeses, pastries. We didn't have much luck with fruits (we were in early March, everything was green and unripe))) There is a shuttle service to the sea, but we never used it, the sea was cold, and we rested for 2 days at the pool between walks around the city. Dubai Marina (Dubai Venice) is a 30-minute metro ride away, of course, there are quiet walking areas, cafes on the waterfront, but housing is more expensive. The cheapest area is Deira, but there is a bazaar station (Pakistan, India- all the staff of Dubai lives there), we didn't even go there. I recommend the hotel for accommodation and exploring the city!

Breakfasts and dinners need to be adjusted in time, because there are a lot of people and there are not enough tables. But there's enough food for everyone. About the beach: there is a shuttle to Kite Beach. The beach is at least one of the central ones, well-equipped, but we walked to La Mer, only 40 minutes, and a taxi back - 18-20 dirhams. It's more convenient than getting on the bus. In general, the hotel is 4 stars, you can go, and most importantly, it is conveniently located. There is a Russian-speaking staff at the reception. We had an incident: after the beach, we returned the beach bag with towels, but we forgot the selfie stick in it. We only remembered the next day: we went to the counter where they give us a bag and the stick was returned to us immediately. Thanks a lot for that. So the impression of the hotel is only positive.

The plates were quickly removed from the table, and juice was offered. Thank you guys and girls. We went to a restaurant once, I thought I'd stay hungry after it, no, I didn't want to eat. Cleaning is daily. Water was brought. The air conditioner is individual, you can turn it off. There is no balcony. There is a bus to the bay that went according to the schedule in the booklet. There was enough room for us, we went in the heat. After breakfast, we used the pool and sun beds. The workers in the pool area are wonderful. Always, Good morning, good afternoon, good evening. The metro is nearby. The staff is English-speaking, I am not, I used Google Translator. Upon check-out, the room was extended for 2 hours, free of charge.
