We visited in November 2025. The hotel exceeded my expectations. The staff is very friendly, helpful and helpful. All questions and requests are resolved immediately. Breakfast buffet, dinner, 2 dishes to choose from from the menu and dessert, barely got up from the table. There is also a rooftop pool and you can sunbathe on the sun beds. The rooms are cleaned daily. The metro station is a 5-minute walk away. To get to the Marina beach, you will have to ride a meter (6 dirhams per person in one direction) for a couple of stops, and then another 15 minutes from the meter. You can take a taxi, but it's more expensive. There is a grocery supermarket right next to the hotel, right in the next building. If you want to save money, there is an inexpensive shop not far from the meter, but you need to go there, which we did. I'm not a fan of visiting the same place twice, but I would come back here if I went again.

Cons: we live on the 4th floor- there is no balcony, it is difficult to dry clothes without a balcony for summer holidays, the sea is far away, the breakfasts are European and the whole hotel is there in the morning, there is nowhere to sit, but they try very hard. We took it with dinner, of course it's hard to call it that- salad (always the same), soup and a dish to choose from (fast food), it's better to buy it in a store (but prices are higher than in other emirates). To use hot water, you need to press the button, it warms up, it's great in the sink, but the bathroom is barely warm, it's cold to wash, but for a summer vacation, it may not be suitable for everyone. If the question is about the price of the hotel, then we could have taken another one for only 12 thousand more expensive, then I regretted that I did not take it. If possible, I would have already stayed at another hotel. The pool is small on the roof, everything is clean but cool (in January), the water is warm, but we did not swim, it would be cold to go out.

I liked the hotel, the convenient location is 5 minutes to the metro, there are many supermarkets and cafes nearby. The hotel itself is at a solid 4, daily cleaning, water, tea and coffee are replenished, there is a heated pool, the breakfasts are monotonous, but you will not stay hungry.

A good hotel near the metro, near shops, pharmacies, old rooms, but everything is clean and tidy, a heated pool, not a bad hammam (you need to turn it on, we take a shuttle to different places), a stove, a refrigerator are all there. The breakfasts are good and everything is there.
