We had a rest from 10 to 15.01. We were satisfied. Service. Food. Location. The room is on the 15th floor, which has everything: TV, hairdryer, refrigerator, washing machine, iron and more. You must take an adapter for English sockets with you. Or buy it for 16 dirhams (320₽) in the store. Breakfasts are like everywhere else. Cereals, fruits, vegetables, juices, sausages, cheeses, etc. The room is cleaned every day. Things help to convey, everyone is very smiling and friendly. The pool is located on the roof of the 30th floor. Clear. Heat. Sun beds are free of charge. There's also a free gym. Near the hotel there is an exchange office, shops, a mini park, a cafe, and a metro station. Upon arrival in the country, everyone is given a free 10 GB SIM card. Excursions are plentiful. The prices are reasonable. The desert for two is 6000₽. The Ferris wheel is also 6000₽. You can call a taxi from anywhere. Prices are 1 dirhams = 22 rubles.

We stayed at The First Central Hotel Suites in Dubai in the first half of January 2026. I liked everything very much, the rest turned out to be calm and comfortable. What was especially memorable: The rooms are clean, spacious, cleaned every day, changed the water, tea/ coffee bags, cream, shower gel, soap, shaving machine - if necessary. Breakfast is a delicious , but not very varied, varied buffet, always fresh produce. The staff is polite, helpful, and always ready to help. The location is convenient, 10 minutes walk to the metro, easy access to different points of the city. There was also a free shuttle service to some malls, which is very convenient.

I stayed at an apartment hotel in December 2025. Very convenient location, 7 minutes to the metro station, also nearby there are 3 large supermarkets, an exchange office, many cafes, a square for walking. The First central hotel is far from the first hotel in my life, but it is indeed the first in terms of the quality of services provided. Our standard room is fully equipped with all necessary appliances: microwave, hairdryer, TV, refrigerator, washing machine, air conditioning, electric stove, kettle. Everything is working as it should. The rooms are cleaned quickly and cleanly every morning. Breakfast is a buffet where you can find anything your heart desires, and for dinner they offer a salad, one main course and dessert. There is a pool with warm water on the roof. There are usually a lot fewer people in it in the evening. There is a gym on the same floor. There are two floors of underground parking. The staff is very polite and helpful. We visited in November 2025. The hotel exceeded my expectations. The staff is very friendly, helpful and helpful. All questions and requests are resolved immediately. You can take a taxi, but it's more expensive. There is a grocery supermarket right next to the hotel, right in the next building. If you want to save money, there is an inexpensive shop not far from the meter, but you need to go there, which we did. I'm not a fan of visiting the same place twice, but I would come back here if I went again.

The staff is very pleasant and helpful. They don't know Russian, they speak English fluently and there are no problems in communication, questions are solved quickly. The location is very convenient: 5 minutes to the metro, near kerifur and a couple more grocery stores, and even mmi in 5-7 minutes on foot! Moreover! A couple of items are cheaper there than in dutik! Amazed) to the bus stop to the beaches, passing by the sails of the hotel is also a 7-minute walk (81 and 88 rooms). I would recommend it to my friends, for sure)

Positive: 1) The hotel's great location is a convenient area, as well as just walking, and getting anywhere, as there is a 5-minute walk from Dubai Internet City metro station. There are plenty of cafes and minimarkets nearby. 2) Great room - I won't speak for the other rooms in the hotel, but mine more than satisfied me. Nice, large, with a private kitchen and beautiful views from the Windows. When paying through the website, in the comments to the hotel, I asked to move into the upper floors - they settled on 28. An excellent choice for looking at the city from a height. The elevator goes fast. 3) Good staff - all friendly and helpful. A pleasant young man met me at the reception, explained everything perfectly, and took the 40 dirhams city tax. They didn't take any deposit from me personally, but everything is individually possible here, so it's better to have money with you when checking in. The room was always cleaned, fresh water was left, towels and linen were changed. In general, there are no complaints. 4) It's a plus for someone, but personally it doesn't matter to me: the food for breakfast is offered the same way - a kind of European breakfast - porridge, pancakes, juices, sausages, beans, omelets, potatoes, fruits, vegetables, cheese, cereals, pastries. It doesn't matter to me, I didn't expect variety, since none of the hotels I visited had it, but personally I wanted to see some national dishes of Arabic, maybe Indian cuisine. I understand that the hotel is international, so it's better to opt for neutral products, but I wanted local flavors :) There will be only one disadvantage- hot water, or rather its absence. The faucet was either very cold or just cool. Although the water heater was turned on. As if taking into account the fact that in the morning after sleeping it is good to cheer up in such water, and in the evening to relieve fatigue from walking in the heat, then I will not remove the star for this. Perhaps this is not the case in the floors below.

We had a rest with a young man at this hotel in February 2025. Convenient location relative to the metro and shops, near the park, in general there is a place to walk. The first thing we liked was checking into the room right away, we did not have to wait until 14.00, but you need to have 60 dirhams with you, a tourist fee. I liked the room myself, it's very clean, but it already needs updating, especially the chairs and sofa. A nice bonus is a mini-kitchen (2 electric burners, a microwave, an extractor hood, a pot, a frying pan, etc.) in the room there is a nice large refrigerator and the cherry on the cake is a washing machine. The bathroom has no special features. The pool on the roof of the hotel is not big, in summer, I think it's very crowded. Now about the unpleasant thing: they forgot to give water for two, after cleaning they took all the towels, I had to call the reception to ask for them. But most of all we didn't like the food, we had breakfast and dinner, there was a buffet for breakfast, there were a lot of vegetables, their sausage tasted bad, the coffee was just in a thermos, the juice was delicious. For dinner, you could choose from several dishes, the soup was different every day and the salad. In general, we were not hungry, but the food was not delicious. The hotel has a great location, close to supermarkets and cafes (I really liked the Chinese restaurant). Well, transfer from the hotel to good malls and Blue water beach. The hotel left a good impression about itself.

Lovely hotel, stayed from February 1 to February 7, 2026. The arrival was early, I was already here at 8 a.m., checked in at 10:00 (even a little earlier). On the day when I set "do not disturb", they even left a note saying that they could not clean the room and that I would call the reception if I wanted to be cleaned. The room has a large wardrobe with hangers, two 0.5-liter bottles of water, tea, coffee, dishes, a large refrigerator with freezer. Disposable slippers. Toiletries (shampoo, shower gel, body lotion), towels for hands, feet, body. A huge bed. Good lighting. You don't need an adapter for charging, the Russian connector will do. I only had breakfast - from 6:30 to 10:30, I had enough of everything: tea, coffee, juices, water. Porridge, cereals, vegetables/fruits, beans, potatoes, fried eggs, sauces, sausages, bread, sausages, cheeses, pancakes. It's a great breakfast. Wi-Fi is also good at catching, although I had a SIM card. I repeat, the staff is very polite, the room is clean. Everything was cool. There was also a pool on the top floor, I went up there purely for show, since I didn't really need it))) There is a transfer to 5 malls, but I went on my own. The location of the hotel is ideal, it's not far from the metro, I even walked to Palma, as it takes the same amount of time by bus or taxi (there are traffic jams here, and in general there are many interchanges, it's a long way to go somewhere). I didn't regret a bit that I stayed here, 10/10.

The breakfasts are excellent, delicious, and the standard set of dishes. Coffee at 3. Kite beach by taxi 40-50 dirhams, it is better to take it on the street, in the Karim application it will be a little more expensive. The hotel does not carry. There are buses to the malls. It's not far to the subway. Turn left from the hotel and straight along the park. 7 minutes, then another 5 minutes along the passage. In general, it is close to Dubai. The area is good. Both Marina and Burj Khalifa are close. There is a speedway store near the hotel, a good one. In general, I recommend the hotel, it was taken at a low price, so in order to save on other expenses, it suited us. Did you go again? Probably not.

We chose this one again because we like the location, the alley is beautiful, a good and not expensive supermarket is nearby, and a money changer is right next to it. Very nice view from the window, there are many cafes nearby. We always used only a taxi, because compared to the Far East, it is not expensive at all. Breakfast was included in the price, the food was basically the same, sometimes it changed a little, but my family and I were completely satisfied, thanks to Mark and Jeny. Also, thanks a lot to the staff in the Lobby, they always helped us with buying tickets to different places and ordered a taxi. We will definitely return to this hotel again.

We stayed with 2 adults and 1 child for 3 nights. We booked through booking services. They didn't send us a free taxi- they said the airport was far away, even though it was on the list. No underwear was provided for the child. But in general, the reception did their best, I guess… The rooms were "tired", they did not feel the smell of dampness. We lived on the 12th floor. The kitchen was used. That was enough. The rooms were cleaned. We went to the pool and the gym. Everyone looks modest and tired. I would like to note separately that we bought entrance tickets to museums through doormen. They helped with the taxi service and everything turned out cheaper than using the ticket office or the Internet! I recommend it!!! I don't think they have much contact with Russian... I spoke English. There are good restaurants and affordable shops nearby. Then we moved to a palm tree and assessed our purchasing power :)( In general, if there are no expectations, you can stop, quite!

You should immediately cancel that there are other outlets here, take an adapter with you (they don't give it at the reception) 3) A hearty breakfast from 6.30 am. 4) Transfer to several malls, a couple of which are very nice, and one near the beach and Marina area. Well, now about the cons: 1) There is no transfer to the beach. This is the main disadvantage. The one who goes to the mall leaves only at 14:10 for the clogged dirty beach. Therefore, get ready to go to the beach either by taxi (about 50 dirhams one way) or by bus (3 dirhams one way) 2) Strange room cleaning. I still didn't understand the logic of things being thrown away. Yes, something minor, but it disappeared periodically. And on the last full day, the local slippers were taken away from us, leaving us barefoot. Not to mention that they didn't give shampoo for 3 days in a row, adding lotion and gel. Yes, these are small things, but the impression depends on them. 3) We were encouraged by a Russian-speaking employee. But he's completely unfriendly. Very good location. There are many different restaurants for every taste inside the area. Dubai Internet City metro station is 7 minutes away on foot (but in Dubai there are very long metro crossings, as soon as we reach the entrance, then walk for another 5-10 minutes, depending on the station).
