Excellent apartment hotel, at a reasonable price.
The location is great,
near the metro, currency exchange, budget cafes of good quality (60-80 AED for two, large portions, delicious), Carrefour, bus stops, including to the beach.
Free shuttles to outlets and some shopping malls.

The room has everything you need - a kitchen, a large refrigerator, necessary utensils, a microwave oven, an iron, an ironing board, a small sofa. It's all clear. They bring water and tea every day, and change their underwear regularly, but we need to remind them. Bathrobes, toothbrushes with toothpaste, on request (also need to be reminded).
The breakfasts are average , but you won 't stay hungry .
On the roof there is a small pool with sun loungers.

We took this hotel from 03.01.25 to 07.01.25 in order to take a walk around Dubai. It's a long way from the Marina, but there is enough civilization near the hotel. The choice of the hotel was based on the location next to the metro. Pros: fresh linen, towels, there is a washing machine, a large refrigerator, a stove, the efficiency of the hotel staff, the child was quickly replaced in the room from the sofa to the bed. There are enough shuttles to the shops from the hotel, but not everyone leaves the hotel, there are those next to it from the circle. Cons: we live on the 4th floor- there is no balcony, it is difficult to dry clothes without a balcony for summer holidays, the sea is far away, the breakfasts are European and the whole hotel is there in the morning, there is nowhere to sit, but they try very hard. We took it with dinner, of course it's hard to call it that- salad (always the same), soup and a dish to choose from (fast food), it's better to buy it in a store (but prices are higher than in other emirates). To use hot water, you need to press the button, it warms up, it's great in the sink, but the bathroom is barely warm, it's cold to wash, but for a summer vacation, it may not be suitable for everyone. If the question is about the price of the hotel, then we could have taken another one for only 12 thousand more expensive, then I regretted that I did not take it. If possible, I would have already stayed at another hotel. The pool is small on the roof, everything is clean but cool (in January), the water is warm, but we did not swim, it would be cold to go out.

Very good location. There are many different restaurants for every taste inside the area. Dubai Internet City metro station is 7 minutes away on foot (but in Dubai there are very long metro crossings, as soon as we reach the entrance, then walk for another 5-10 minutes, depending on the station). Near the same metro station, the terminus for the 88 bus is easy to get to Kite Beach,Jumeirah Beach. The room is nice, the view is good, there is a kitchen, but it was not used. We had a rest with a friend from October 8 to October 15. We were VERY satisfied with the hotel! A good hotel for your money, good location, good breakfasts, good, rooftop pool (the only one in the hotels nearby), well-trained staff, decent cleaning, refrigerator, washing machine, stove. The rooms are tired, but everything is well done (built back in the 2000s). Good location, near the Internet City metro station, bus 88 goes to the beach (however, the public beach of Jumeirah did not come to us - it's too wild, without infrastructure). There are plenty of shops and cafes within walking distance.

A great hotel for your money. Conveniently located, 5 minutes from the metro. The nice Kite Beach is 15-20 minutes away by taxi, the taxi cost is about 40 dirhams. There are free buses to a number of malls, in particular to Blue Waters, and there is a Dubai Marina and a beach nearby. The rooms are cleaned well, the food is good and most importantly the staff is very nice and friendly. Among the disadvantages of the hotel, not all rooms have balconies. In general, I recommend it.

Great hotel. We had a rest from January 20 to January 26, breakfast only.
The room is clean, we were given everything we need on the 7th floor, cleaning and changing towels every day. They respond to any request at the reception immediately. The staff is friendly, smiling, and helpful.

We stayed at the hotel on New Year's Eve and New Year's Eve. He left a double impression. Let's talk about the advantages:
1) Convenient location in a beautiful area, close to shops (I recommend going to the one a little further from the mosque - Carrefour), metro and bus stop
2) Nice rooms, inside there is a washing machine, stove, iron, ironing board, appliances. You should immediately cancel that there are other outlets here, take an adapter with you (they don't give it at the reception)
3) A hearty breakfast from 6.30 am.
4) Transfer to several malls, a couple of which are very nice, and one near the beach and Marina area.
Well, now about the cons:
1) There is no transfer to the beach. This is the main disadvantage. The one who goes to the mall leaves only at 14:10 for the clogged dirty beach. Therefore, get ready to go to the beach either by taxi (about 50 dirhams one way) or by bus (3 dirhams one way)
2) Strange room cleaning. I still didn't understand the logic of things being thrown away. Yes, something minor, but it disappeared periodically. And on the last full day, the local slippers were taken away from us, leaving us barefoot. Not to mention that they didn't give shampoo for 3 days in a row, adding lotion and gel. Yes, these are small things, but the impression depends on them.
3) We were encouraged by a Russian-speaking employee. But he's completely unfriendly. This is the first time I've seen a hotel employee who can't talk about the public transport that runs nearby. Totally unscrupulous.
4) A small pool. An aquarium, I'd say. With a high height, it is absolutely impossible to swim. Seats for 30 people, no more.
5) When checking in, instead of a room with two beds, we were given a room with one, citing the lack of them. However, judging by the number of people in the hotel, this is unlikely.
Therefore, if you are ready for constant rest in transport, then the hotel is quite good.

I liked the hotel, the staff was polite and helpful, and one young man at the reception spoke Russian. We checked in before the scheduled time at about 11 o'clock. Very convenient location, within walking distance of the metro station, shops, cafes. The breakfasts were normal, but monotonous, there were vegetables and fruits and pastries, the rest was standard porridge, sausages, eggs in various forms, vegetable dishes, rice, noodles. In terms of time from 6-30 to 10-30, there were always enough tables and there were no queues. They cleaned well, provided water and tea bags every day, coffee, shampoos, Gels were added every day too.
Linen was changed regularly, towels were changed every day. The pool is small, and there are few sun loungers. There are buses to the malls and to the beach, but we didn't use it, because I picked up from the hotel at 14 o'clock, it's too late for the beach.

I stayed at this hotel with my family. The hotel is nice, located in the center of Dubai, near the metro. There are many shops nearby. Delicious breakfasts, there is food for children. A free bus to the beach departs from the hotel, which is undoubtedly a big plus. He goes to the shopping center, it remains a 7-minute walk to the beach itself.
One thing spoiled the vacation: on November 4, 2023, a cleaner took a bag of new clothes from my room during cleaning. When I came to the reception, I was told that the package was empty, this is a lie. It's just terrible that in such a civilized country there is theft among the staff. Things were in a bag in the kitchen (not at the front door), there were tags and a receipt on things.
Overall, the hotel itself is great, but the staff is just awful. Be vigilant.

We traveled with three children, the youngest less than a year old. We took two apartments for five days, after some requests we were accommodated on the same floor, which was a significant plus for living.
We took it for the sake of quick access to Abu Dhabi, the water park on the Palm Tree, some beaches, we did not lose, the location turned out to be extremely convenient for such trips. We didn't spend much time in hotels, so everything was fine with us.
Of the advantages:
- quick access to the subway, free parking, a large store within a three-minute walk.
- there is a stove, refrigerator, microwave.
- high-quality daily cleaning, there were no complaints.
- several transfers per day to many malls in the surrounding area.
Of the cons:
- not very tasty breakfast dishes, everything seems to be there, but it gets boring after two days. There is no normal coffee.
- there weren't enough dishes, we didn't have enough.
- the rooms have a rather tired look, old sofas with sagging pillows, worn wallpaper, but the bed is comfortable in principle.
- there is no clothes dryer, none at all, although there is a washing machine. Nonsense.
- there are no sockets by the bed, they are not conveniently located.
- the pool does not cause a desire to spend time in it, neither adults nor children.

There are mothers who leave their children and go somewhere, thinking that if a child can swim, then nothing will happen to him. The rescuer immediately sends such children for their parents. The only downside is there is no Russian-speaking staff, you have to communicate via a translator by phone, and breakfast is monotonous. We visited in January 2025. Nice apartment hotel. I liked everything. Swimming pool, hammam on the top floor. We were pleased with the free buses to the malls, one of them that goes to Bluewater can take you almost to the beach in Dubai Marina (schedule at the entrance). Cafes and grocery stores are nearby. We called the reception in the hope that they would sort out the situation, they went up to the next room and said, "please be quiet, you are disturbing the neighbors." It became really quiet, but at the same time it was scary that someone might need help there. Of course, the hotel is not responsible for inadequate guests, but it seems to me that it was possible to show a little more participation and make sure that no one was injured inside. There are buses to places where it is necessary, but they did not use it, they rode the subway in a 5-minute walk. There are 3 shops nearby (2 round-the-clock) and a 24-hour pharmacy. Good location of the hotel, liked everything. Also every day they brought bottles of water, tea, coffee, sugar, something else... the room has a washing machine, kettle, stove, cutlery, plates, pots and a frying pan.
Well, also a safe, towels (changed every day), disposable slippers, a wardrobe. The only remark is that there is nowhere to hang the laundry after washing, I had to hang it anywhere, but these are just quibbles.
Obviously I will go again, I liked Dubai itself, quickly got used to the climate in a couple of days, my friend got used to it only a week later that it was already cold at 28 degrees.
We took the most standard room. Thanks to the hotel for the service and maintenance, wait for me again!)

The hotel was chosen for our tasks - to travel around the city of Dubai and a little to other emirates. In my opinion, this hotel perfectly meets our requirements: the room has everything you need for a comfortable stay, water is put on every day, the refrigerator is cold, the washing machine is washing, the kettle boils water, the microwave heats up everything you need..... An ironing board with an iron is also present... Cleaning is daily. Our room 409 was cleaned by a very funny man.... I rearranged everything in my own way..... It was very funny.
The hotel staff is very attentive, responded promptly to all requests, was always ready to help with luggage, taxi, and replacement of a leaking hose, etc. Just don't expect Hilton Hotel or resort services from this hotel... This is a comfortable city hotel for the convenience of a traveling guest.
