Its a good hotel but there were some issues regarding the stay. Wifi was not working when we checked in and after correcting it Wifi was damn slow and gets cut on and off. The AC unit was not working in the suite room we got. When we check in late and again calling the staffs for repairs late night is very uncomfortable for the family.

This place is ideal for those who want to spend a couple of days here quickly and leave. The prices here are quite affordable, and breakfast is already included in the room rate. However, as I understand it, this hotel is aimed at the Chinese, so the food in it is prepared according to their tastes. It's not very tasty, but the fruits are very tasty. The hotel is clean, there are no unpleasant odors. The beds and pillows here are very comfortable. There is a swimming pool and a gym.

The rooms are old. The wallpaper is coming off all over the room. The toilet stinks of sewage. The air conditioner does not work throughout the hotel (outside +25⁰), the room is stuffy. The window does not save. The illuminated mirror does not work, it is dark, there is no hot water (warm), shaving is a problem. In order for a taxi to enter the hotel parking lot to board / disembark passengers, the hotel must call the reception desk and tell the taxi number (I have not seen such nonsense yet), and stopping on the road is prohibited.

In principle, everything is pretty good, but you expect more from a 4* hotel, I can note why I lowered the rating: the hot water is not at a constant temperature, apparently the strange operation of the boiler during the heating season is reflected, the furniture in the rooms is not chic, as well as the loud operation of the ventilation at above-average speeds. Of the good things, I would like to highlight that the buffet food for breakfast is very good.

A very good option to spend the night in Almaty. The upper floors offer beautiful views of the city and the mountains. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable enough. Though time-worn. The bathroom is decent. The bathroom accessories are clean, and there is a pair of shampoo/shower gel in the set. There is a closet with 2 hangers. There is an iron (on request). The Internet is not very fast and sometimes disappears in the breakfast room. The breakfasts themselves do not shine with variety and lose out in the choice of some online Moscow Safmar *** Buckwheat, sausages, fried eggs, sliced vegetables, tea, coffee, a little baking. However, there are no complaints about the taste of the dishes - everything is quite tasty. It's definitely not worse than in a Cafe/ Cozy. As a result, for relatively little money you get a completely acceptable service.

The service responds quickly. There is a small selection for breakfast. Heat. The only thing was that the refrigerator in the room wasn't working. I couldn't turn it on.

Overall, the place is good. The exterior has been battered over the years, but at first glance you can still see the luxurious tone of the building. There is a beautiful interior inside. A good breakfast, there is plenty to choose from, even the fastidious will stay full. The staff is excellent, they will get into the situation if necessary. The rooms are nice, but the downsides are that the outlet next to my bed didn't work and I was used to seeing a kettle in the room (there was no kettle here).

The hotel is saved by its excellent position, the room and the view from it. The pool, gym and breakfasts leave much to be desired. Regarding breakfast: there is no variety, no nameplates, no juices except compote. There doesn't seem to be any staff at all, and the tables stay dirty for a long time. During the 10 days of our stay, we went to breakfast only 2 times. The gym equipment looks like it's from a Soviet-era school. It is impossible to lower the temperature in the room, the windows do not open, and sleeping at 32 degrees is uncomfortable. The reception staff is not particularly friendly. When we checked out, all we heard was "it's okay, goodbye." There is no chance that I will return to this hotel again.

Nice hotel, location. The restaurant's guest service leaves much to be desired. The tables are always half-empty, everything is cold, the water from the cooler does not work, the porridges are cold, they do not complement the dishes, you ask, and the administrator replies that the kitchen said no. I have been visiting the hotel restaurant for the umpteenth time and the food is tasteless, it feels cooked not from the heart and without pleasure, attention. They claim 4 stars, but in fact 3 is a stretch. The rooms are clearly tired, occasionally something does not work, then the shower flows, then the toilet falls off. Once I even found a cockroach in the room. The only plus is the area and the price. Not far from the hotel there is Dostyk Plaza (10-15 minutes on foot) and many places to have lunch and dinner.

The rooms are warmed up by the sun, and the air conditioner is turned off and the management refuses to turn it on. I can't breathe! Nice 2.5 star hotel. You can't put any more. The room got a large, spacious and comfortable bed, you can sleep well. There are no more advantages. Of the cons: 1. The exterior picture of the hotel is different from the one on the splash screen in the description. The facade is all peeling. When you drive up to the hotel, you doubt that you were brought there at all. And it really makes you think for a reason. 2. When we checked in at the reception, we were faced with the following situation: at first we couldn't find a reservation, then we were told that one of the reservers had a reservation for only 1 day, after they showed the booking the questions disappeared and everything turned up on its own. 3. Upon check-in, we said that we needed documents for reporting. No receipts were issued when paying for the rooms. We'll leave at 8 a.m. tomorrow, and we came for our documents in the evening. They said they wouldn't do it until after 9 a.m. tomorrow. But the girl at the reception promised to send the documents in cash. But the young man, not the partner on the phone, answered rather sharply and hung up. The girl has to apologize for him. The young man's name is Imankhali (recorded by ear). 4. The room stock here is very worn out. There is no host providing top-level room support. 5. All the furniture is falling apart. The air conditioners are not working, the room is cold. 6. There is mold and dirt in the bathroom. The shower curtain is smeared with some kind of blood. 7. There are already 2 TVs in the room. It was possible to launch only 1, and then only through the Remote Control application on the phone. One remote already had its batteries jammed, the second one was missing. And for some reason, the second TV did not start. It turned out that there was simply no power cord. (During which period of stay) 8. I waited a long time for the ironing board (the situation is a little better than with the kettle, because they brought it on the same day). But first they brought me a board and gave it to me in pieces - there are severed legs in one hand and a board in the other. On my remark, the board was immediately taken away and another one was brought in 5 minutes later. It has legs, but the cover is torn. Well, I thought I'd look at the edge carefully. But it turned out that the iron was smeared with something. Therefore, I dispensed with ironing (I didn't even test the operation of the iron 9. Many more write about low water pressure. Yes, it happens. 10. There is no kettle in the suite. When asked to bring it, they offer to bring you boiling water from the restaurant. On the 3rd day of the stay, a kettle was brought. It doesn't work (it's broken). They offer to bring boiling water again. But while they are being carried from the restaurant to the room, the water is getting cold.(and I want to be sure what kind of water is being poured at all) 11. Breakfast for three. There are 2 coffee machines and they take turns working every day. The distribution is small. The restaurant is gloomy and low-ceilinged. 12. The hallway on the floor is so heavily smoked that it is impossible to breathe. There's a smoking room and everything drags out of it into the hall. And you're just standing there and breathing it when you're waiting for the elevator. 13. The Internet does not allow photos and videos in messengers. There won't be a chance to work. The connection depends on solar flares. (See photo) I do not recommend it even for a short stay.

The paranormally high rating for such a hotel on Yandex maps is extremely doubtful. But let's start in order - A large building, 10 floors, several facilities at the hotel and even a "spa" - a 10x10m pool, a small sauna and a fitness room from the 90s. Oh, yes, the place where the meal takes place is like in that riddle: without windows, without doors, although wait, there is still an entrance. A surprisingly large number of guests, despite all the conditions and cost. The rooms are generally neat and there is nothing superfluous (as well as a kettle). A table, a chair, a bed, a built-in wardrobe and a TV stand. Panoramic floor-to-ceiling glazing and the lack of air conditioning will make your stay in the room as uncomfortable as possible. Thanks for the hot water and the good maid work with the replacement of consumables. But the view, yes, it's great, but it's probably better not to come here next time for it. Breakfasts are expertly made as poorly as possible, in general, you can not even consider them as a way of eating. The assortment is meager, the quality of execution is two-fold, it's a pain. We were here for 5 days at work and realized that we had made a big mistake. As a result, is there a problem with the staff? I don't think so. There is a strong feeling that saving is a way of existence for the administration. And if the hotel had not claimed four stars in the price of 270k tenge for 6 days, there would have been fewer questions.

A great place to relax. The mountains are relatively not far away, you can go skiing and snowboarding. The hotel is clean, good service, very polite and qualified staff. I really liked the pool and sauna. I took off the star for breakfast. We lived for 2 weeks, in the first week there was just a great breakfast with fruits and nuts, there was an excellent, very diverse selection of dishes. In the second week, as the staff found out, the composition of the breakfast changed, only one version of porridge remained, fruits and nuts were removed. There was no baking. Peas, olives and vegetables were removed (almost all vegetables were removed, I saw only tomatoes and cucumbers, and then not every day). If you close your eyes to breakfast, then this is a great place.
