The nearest public beach is at least 3 kilometers away. The ones that are closer are the private closed beaches of the hotels. There is no transfer from the hotel to the beaches. That is, you will have to take a taxi or a tram (waste of time). Actually, it seemed to me that the hotel is more suitable for business trips. There are many conference halls and other business infrastructure. There are very nice corners by design. The breakfasts are excellent: lots, tasty, varied. Fresh juices, fruits, pastries, honey in honeycombs, red fish. The chef will cook the eggs especially for you. Alternatively, you can choose from a wide range of ready-made dishes. Two small pools (for the period of September 2025, one was closed, only the one on the 2nd floor was working). There are many areas where you can sit: both in the lobby and on the veranda. There are several bars and cafes in the hotel buildings. There are two buildings connected by a bridge. There are exits to the street from each, conveniently. As for the room (standard, west tower). The situation is very tired: furniture, carpet. There is no balcony or heated towel rail: it is difficult to dry towels and swimsuits. The air conditioning is centralized, and the temperature is set to be low. When we were in the room, we just turned it off, because it was impossible to regulate for ourselves. The staff is friendly, the cleaning is daily, of average quality. Another off-putting point: at breakfast, waiters can be extremely intrusive right during the meal to ask you to write a review. The hotel consists of two buildings, which are connected by a bridge on the 2nd floor. You can walk from one building to another inside the hotel, or as quickly as possible just across the street. The room is clean, new towels were put in every day, bed linen was changed once a week. The mini bar is not replenished. I really liked the buffet breakfast, lots of fruits. In addition to the usual apples and bananas, there are also watermelon, papaya, melon, pineapple. Red and white fish, ham, sausages, several types of cheeses, vegetables, eggs, even honey in honeycombs. Coffee machines. I advise you to take dinners, it's more profitable than eating somewhere or buying after the fact. We paid 20 thousand rubles extra for the dinners with the package, and we had dinner every day for 6-7 thousand rubles. You can choose 2-3 positions + dessert and drink. There are 2 restaurants in the second building, one is open every day, the second only on weekdays. If desired, you can come and have lunch instead of dinner. The hotel has a swimming pool, where you can take a towel and go to the beach with it, no one will refuse. By the way, no one approached us and asked us to write reviews like other visitors write. In general, we really liked it, for us the appearance of the hotel is not important, since we went to see Dubai, and not to chill in the hotel.

In the bathroom, the shower head was barely hanging on the mount, constantly falling. Plumbing (bathtub, shower, toilet) requires good cleaning with detergents. It was very unpleasant to be in it and take a shower. The kitchen is also for 4 (four), it was not particularly diverse.
