We had a vacation in May 2025. It's not my first time here. We have never regretted choosing the right place to stay. Excellent cuisine, excellent rooms, professional and friendly staff. Special thanks to the Sanjar manager. A very decent, well-mannered, highly professional and attentive employee. We would also like to note the very high quality of houskeep Anil's work (13th floor). The room is always in perfect order, clean and cozy. There are good wishes laid out on the bed with rose petals. We sincerely wish all the staff of the hotel the best of health and success everywhere and in everything! See you soon!

Amazing hotel, a masterpiece of architectural thought. Food at the highest level, every time we enjoy the service, views, many interesting locations and entertainment! The only minus - the presence of smokers among the guests, instead of sea breeze you feel the aroma of cigarettes, and ash flies from the balcony on your balcony and clothes - it is very upsetting!!! Also a lot of algae in the sea surprised this year, swimming among them is not pleasant. Otherwise, everything is super, I want to come back here again and again! Thank you to all the hotel staff!!!❤️

Came in for a meeting on Sunday morning. The people at the gate to both lobby and restaurants kept asking me where I was going, which of course I didn’t know yet since I hadn’t seen the options. Then it turned out they don’t have valet parking! And I have to go to some other place to park, then take a shuttle bus to come back. What an extraordinary idea for Dubai! Of course I just left for good. I was willing to pay whatever just to avoid any hassle. This was a very dumb and inflexible experience.

Before coming here to live for several years, I just came to the water park, at least this place is worth visiting because of the water park. A short conclusion about the hotel is very decent, very. If you have teenage children, take them here boldly, they will get a lot of pleasure from daily visits to the water park and from life in a fabulous castle. Now for a few details: go to the water park from the hotel either on foot or by shuttle, shuttles run from the beach every 5 minutes. It is better to buy more Fastrack. It can be uncomfortable without it, very often children come in large numbers, after that the queues increase significantly, so there is absolutely no way without a fast track. The rooms are nice and well maintained, I did not feel any dilapidation of the room stock, the rooms are very adequate. The cuisine is normal, there are a lot of delicious items, they pour good sparkling wine from a nice one in the morning – for example, I went to the water park drunk every day. There is a cool ice cream shop on site. It's really delicious. I've eaten ice cream a lot. It's very worthy. An interesting aquarium location. The fact that I liked it on the beach, you can play football in the evening, there were always activities at the pool, I really didn't go, I don't know what's there. The hotel is very interesting, it feels like you're in a castle. The service is five out of five. They'll make me pay a decent deposit, I didn't have time to pick up mine – be sure to spend everything, otherwise it might be a shame. Be prepared that there is nowhere to walk there except the territory, but on the other hand, there is such a territory that you may not need to go anywhere, especially if you are with children. Summary – it's a real cannon with children, or for example, two people together is also suitable for a couple.

And The Lost Chambers Aquarium with its amazing marine life is a separate story that is worth a visit. The food in the hotel's restaurants is top notch. I was particularly impressed with the cuisine in the main restaurant, which offers a wide selection of international dishes. The service exceeded all expectations. The staff is attentive, professional and always ready to help. The rooms were cleaned daily at a high level. Atlantis is a place where dreams of a perfect vacation come true. We definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who appreciates luxury, comfort and unforgettable experiences. The result: 10 out of 10. The best choice for a luxury vacation in Dubai!

A beautiful hotel, comfortable rooms, very fine cuisine, a great variety of dishes- crabs, oysters and lobsters with champagne)) A very beautiful huge aquarium with beautiful fish—you can spend hours glued to this sight!)))) guests from other hotels specially come to Atlantis to see this beauty))) We also visited several excursions individually with the excellent guide Svetlana (on recommendation). The only "minus"— that it's the beginning of the month of May and it's already getting a little hot)))..

An iconic hotel. There are practically no disadvantages, but the cost also corresponds. A wonderful water park with slides both extreme and not terrible, which is free for residents, the staff is well-trained, there is a Russian-speaking employee. The food is a separate big plus: fresh and delicious. For people who prefer a relaxing holiday, I think it is unlikely to be suitable. There are too many people who don't live in the hotel, and too many children.

Excellent hotel, everything is on the level. We took the Imperial club, there was a separate reception, a separate beach, very neat, clean and quiet. All disposable accessories (in the bathroom creams, brushes, etc., slippers, bathrobes, etc.) are of high quality. They put in a beach bag (and a very decent and pretty one at that), a shoe bag, and even a prayer mat. And a bunch of other little things. - they brought a delicious birthday cake, really delicious. - there is even an employee on the beach who offers to use expensive tanning products for free. Water and drinks were also provided on the beach. - the food is delicious and varied. Everyone will find something to eat. - well, the aquarium is a separate delight. Words cannot describe it, you need to see with your eyes. Very cool! - the water park is also worth noting separately. Unfortunately, we didn't have enough time to ride there. Next time, we'll set aside at least a day only for the water park. In summary, I can confidently say that the hotel is gorgeous, and we will be happy to return here.

The best place to stay with children. We've been coming back here for 4 years. The hotel is perfect in everything. The rooms are spacious, and there is everything in the room. The service on the beach and by the pool is top-notch - they offer free ice cream, cream with SPF, and put towels under your head. The food is very varied and delicious. There are different dishes every day. At Moét breakfasts, the bartender pours, freshly squeezed juices of more than 5 types, including very tasty watermelon. Toasts with avocado, salmon and poached egg are prepared in seconds for you. At dinners, oysters are fresh and delicious, lobsters and other types of seafood, daily. Not to mention the different cuisines of the world (India, Arabic, European, Russian, and so on) Well, the cherry on the cake is the Water Park. It's all about him. The whole family spends half a day there, enjoying riding all kinds of slides. My favorites are the blue shock wave, the orange Odyssey, the purple blackout, the green Zumeranga, and others that are also good. The aquarium in the hotel is also huge with a lot of fish, sharks and rays. You can list it for a long time, I want to return to Atlantis every year!

We visited this hotel with my family in July. This is a real diamond in the crown of Dubai. We liked the aquarium at the hotel more than the aquarium at Lubai Mall. The main impression is simply not worth the money, the advertised postcard of Dubai, which all Chinese people go to just to go on a tour and see what kind of miracle it is. The attitude of the staff in other hotels where we were is amazing, but with the same Rixos it's not even worth it... by 3 points, just because clean rooms and comfort are created every day, and there is everything your heart desires for food, but again, after 3 days at the hotel, the food is already boring, because the same thing is prepared every day.

There are usually 5-6 people at the entrance, and each time you have to fill out absolutely unnecessary information about allergies (although you have a buffet — why is that?). Even if you enter the room number once, this information is not saved in any way. Because of this, the input process is constantly delayed.: what's in the morning, what's in the evening, what's on the first day, what's on the tenth. Instead of an easy stop for breakfast or dinner, there is always waiting and unnecessary formality. The sea is beautiful nearby, but it is not suitable for swimming. If you remove this moment from the restaurant, then the rest is really comfortable and decent. The water park is packed. There are a lot of people from all the hotels
