I didn't expect that we would dislike this hotel so much. We were here for the first time in 2018 and the service dropped a lot. The only thing they have at five stars is buffet breakfasts and dinners. The food is above all praise in both variety and taste, we received incredible gastronomic pleasure and the service in the restaurant is also at the highest level. They always take into account the wishes of the table, drinks are brought quickly. And the service in the hotel itself failed already upon check-in. A Russian-speaking girl with dark hair was immediately unfriendly towards us. I asked for a higher floor, as it is important for children, but she said that the 8th floor is the maximum that she can offer me. Next, it turns out that you need to make a deposit of 500 dirhams per day per room, and this is despite the fact that we have half board with drinks. In the afternoon, we planned to spend the whole day at the water park and have lunch there, but I refused the mini-bar. But she wasn't very good, and the tour operator didn't tell us anything about it, and in principle I don't see any point in paying such a deposit. To which she told me that these are your problems, deal with your tour operator, and without a deposit she will not settle us and we can go to all four directions. I had dollars in reserve, so to speak, if we find something wow in the stores, but they were bought for our next trip. I heard that if I give back the dollars, they will return it in dirhams. But why do I need so many dirhams when I leave the country and when I need dollars on my next trip. Okay, I'm clarifying the exchange rate at which my dollars will be returned to me already in dirhams, it's 3.45 dirhams per dollar, it's just a robbery. And then they will have to be converted back into dollars. Of the dirhams I had, I could painlessly allocate 500, (and 2500 was required for 5 nights), which, of course, I did not agree to. In general, I had to demand a senior, since she refused to move in without a full-fledged deposit. She went to get it, but returned a couple of minutes later, informing us that we had approved a deposit of 500 dirhams. We exhaled, got the key and went to the room. As soon as the door was opened, the smell of tobacco, to which I am allergic and I actually have two children, hit my nose. The children also noticed an extremely unpleasant smell. We turned around and went back to the reception. That evil woman was no longer there, I clarified who speaks Russian and I was directed to a pretty young girl. She said that the room was for non-smokers, but maybe the balcony door was open and there was smoking nearby, so she immediately offered to replace us without any questions and she found a room on the 19th floor! Feel the difference. With a smile, she told us everything and gave us the keys. I note that the first woman didn't tell us anything about the hotel at all, and she also lied to us about the opening hours of the buffet for dinner. We checked into our room and went to dinner. We return 1.5 hours later, but there are still no suitcases. We waited a little longer, but we were tired from the journey, we wanted to sleep, and they didn't bring us any suitcases or an extra bed for the second child. I had to go to the reception again and again this unpleasant woman. She pointed to the door and told me to go there and look for my suitcases there.What did we pay such money for? To run around looking for your suitcases and maybe even carry them there yourself?! As a result, our suitcases were found in a room on the 8th floor. They see our new number in the program, but why did they take everything to the old one (even though I changed the number in 5 minutes) and did not forward it to the new one, no one could answer me. And most importantly, no one apologized for it, no one!!! Continuing the theme of the service, you come to your room in the afternoon, and they seem to be waiting for you, so that as soon as you enter the room, they call and ask if everything is OK with cleaning. At first, I didn't even realize they were asking for extra tips. Well, I don't think it's decent at all, especially for this level of hotel. When I lived in the Jumeirah grid, I didn't even see cleaners on the floor, and the room was cleaned on time and when we weren't there, no matter what time you returned. And at the last cleaning, they generally decided that since we were leaving, then cotton swabs, which we already lacked for three, cotton pads and tea did not need to be replenished, we were leaving. And the towels that I specially put in a pile on the edge of the tub (and they indicated that if we leave the towels on hooks or a rod, then we agree that they do not need to be changed), respectively, waiting for a replacement, they just folded them neatly and put them back on the shelf. I noticed this only by a small stain on the towel, by the way, it is not acceptable to put towels with stains on this level of the hotel. In general, there are no two identical towels with the same stain in the same place. I have never seen such lack of professionalism. Therefore, the service at the hotel cannot be rated more than two stars, and to be honest, there is no desire to ever stay there, and I will not recommend it to anyone. P.S. We had a family vacation at this hotel, rented two rooms.I liked a lot of things at the hotel, especially the food, the beach, the waiters are all very nice, pleasant and extremely helpful. The hotel has deteriorated in the year since we stayed there in November 2024. No complaints, just room cleaning and a water park. The dedicated reception of the suites was moved to the imperial club, where there are a lot more people, and the staff is not as well-trained. Requests are ignored, in the previous 4 arrivals I asked for a view of the water park and received it, this time I asked the tour operator and wrote to the hotel, but they settled me with a view of the palm tree, where the noise from some mechanisms wakes up from 7 in the morning. There is insufficient water pressure in the shower in the suite, one of the safes is broken, there is no shoe spoon, there is no shaving kit. And most importantly, when entering the water on the beach, my daughter was so pricked in the leg that she had to go to the surgeon. At the same time, there are no warning signs, the hotel management does not care. We will never go here again, there is a sufficient choice of luxury hotels in the UAE.

The room has air conditioning, I don't like air conditioners at all, but here it was as comfortable as possible, a good location! The most gorgeous huge bed and body-pleasing bed linen! Delicious cosmetics in the bathroom, a huge bathroom, everything is there: bathrobes, toothbrush and paste, shampoo and hair conditioner (this is a separate delight), shower gel, towels, and the softest slippers. There is a safe, an ironing board and an iron in the room. The only thing that was a problem was the hair dryer (for some reason it was not possible to turn it on in the bathroom. And in the room, I had to move the bedside table to insert the plug into the outlet. You will need an adapter for your hair dryer. The staff is very polite on the floors. Regarding the food, I liked everything, breakfast / snack and dinner, for every taste, everything is fresh, drinks are ordered separately, there is a cocktail hour. There is a swimming pool, sun beds, toilets equipped with a shower and all the necessary accessories are there (shampoo, gel, conditioner) You can order drinks by clicking on the button. This is the best hotel I've ever lived in. The room was on the 22nd floor with a view of the bay. Amazing service, unreal views from the window, including the sunset. You can talk about food separately and for a long time, but in short, there is a huge selection of dishes for breakfast (included in the room rate), sparkling wines, a bloody Mary cocktail, etc. are served, and dinners for an additional fee at Kaleidoscope and Saffron restaurants amazed by the variety of cuisines of the world. Upon arrival, a deposit of around $180 per person is required, but it is refunded strictly in dirhams upon check-out, and what you eat or drink in the minibar and room will be deducted from it, except for water in glass bottles, which is free. You can also pay for everything on the territory of the hotel with a deposit by calling your room number. We were at the end of May, it's hot outside, the sun is burning, it's cool inside. The hotel itself has a lot of restaurants, an aquarium, shops, and a large water park nearby. The hotel can be classified as a family hotel. I was with my husband, sister and children for 1 year, 9 and 10 years. The older ones didn't need anything except the pool and the water park. Although then we found a bowling alley and all sorts of climbing walls. The staff is good, there are Russian speakers at the reception. We took breakfast, lunch, dinner, but in fact we had lunch 1 time, because we went down late for breakfast)) and then we went to dinner. The food is delicious, but I brewed porridge for a one-year-old child for breakfast. I would classify it as a family one. Lots of married couples, happy children. The scale of this hotel is simply off the scale. Beautiful well-maintained territory, green, clean, bright. The rooms are a separate fairy tale. The room even had a gift beach bag with the hotel's logo, as well as a bunch of all sorts of gadgets. We went swimming, I left a bent charging cord for my phone on the bedside table, returned and noticed that it was specially fixed with an elastic band to prolong my life - it's soooo cute. Breakfast is a separate topic. So gorgeous, diverse. There are such delights there that you want to try absolutely everything. Everything from proper nutrition to something harmful has been found for sure. Lots of sweets for children, even ice cream, honey in honeycombs, fresh desserts. We bought dinner separately, I really wanted to try seafood. I collected crayfish and lobsters and asked me to cook them - they did not refuse me and after a while they brought me ready-made dishes, I was very pleasantly surprised. Beach. It's just a fairy tale. Pleasant, warm water, swimming is a pleasure. Lots of sun beds, everyone has a towel. Lying down, drinking a delicious cocktail and enjoying the view - well, it's gorgeous. The only thing is, the pool is cold, we couldn't swim in it. Also, in the evening it is better to book a restaurant in advance, there are a lot of people, and there are no places at all. It's a very long pitch. I am madly in love with this hotel, its concept and its possibilities. I advise you to stay there. Also, upon check-in at the hotel, you will be given free access to the water park for the whole day. A great bonus, I'll tell you!

I paid for a day trip to the beach and pool at this hotel. On a day off, this treat cost 350 dirhams. Expensive. But it was worth it. To understand once and for all that this hotel does not match the advertisements and reviews. I read a lot about it, wanted to get there, and considered options for settling in. Now there is no such desire. The territory of the hotel is very small (for a super 5-star hotel), there are literally two alleys: along the beach and along the hotel building. The pool is no more than 120cm deep. You won't be able to swim in the pool:It's small and there are a lot of children.The second pool is positioned as a family pool, and there are even more children there, respectively. The beach is ordinary sand, the sea is an artificial bay with muddy water, excessively warm in November, without fish or any living creatures at all, but with buoys and a net near the shore. In short, you won't be able to swim either in the pool or in the sea. The hotel has more than 1,500 rooms, imagine how many people are vacationing there. Sun loungers and umbrellas are available around the pool and on the beach. There are many of them. Umbrellas don't help much in creating shade - the sun keeps shifting and the shadow goes away. The best deck chairs are permanently occupied with towels. I noticed that the owners of the towels do not appear for 3-4 hours. The deck chairs are packed tightly-neighbors can annoy with loud conversations or even shamelessly smoke cigars (the beach staff ignores this violation of the norms of public behavior). I also noticed that many hotel guests order drinks (including alcoholic beverages), snacks, lunch and pay for it separately-and this is at the hotel “Everything is included "! A day's stay at the hotel costs a lot of money and you also have to pay extra for the service on the beach and alcohol. Yes, the hotel has entertainment in the form of a water park and an aquarium.But anyone can access these locations from the street (if they bought a ticket) - and they are brought by buses from the coast, as well as guests of the neighboring hotel. So there is entertainment, but queues at the water park and crowds in the aquarium deprive you of most of these entertainments. There is something to compare this “best hotel“ with, and it loses even to hotels in Crimea. In Crimea, the sea is cleaner, the nature is richer, and the pools are deeper.
