The buffet in Safrona deserves to be written about) it takes about 15 minutes to go through all the dishes and choose what you want, and there is something to choose from there. There is a huge choice there, for every taste ... Do you want Chinese, Japanese, Indian, Russian, Greek cuisine? Please Do you want fresh crabs, lobsters, lobsters? Please 😊 All this is on the buffet. The room was clean, fresh. We cleaned 2 times a day, morning and evening. The staff is very responsive. Everything is clean on the beach, there are few people because of the heat, as soon as you choose a sunbed, they already run to you with a towel and (attention)there is an employee walking along the beach who offers a sun protection cream with any spf🥹 (everything is free) We are completely satisfied with the hotel and the rest! Our family's favorite hotel, we started going to it almost from the opening.A lot has changed during this time , some of your favorite restaurants and shops have disappeared. And of course we see how the hotel and the water park are changing. On the last trip, I really didn't like visiting the aqua park. There were not enough sunbeds, as well as circles (or they were half-lowered), long queues on the slides. This did not happen before, I do not know what it is connected with. Maybe in the pursuit of making money, they stopped monitoring the number of people who come to the Water Park. In general, it became a shame to watch how the hotel and the water park are not changing for the better.🙁

The first star is an incredibly professional and helpful reception! There is always a Russian speaker and they are ready to do everything for you! The second one is the biggest beautiful modern and clean rooms! Perfect air conditioning, super mattresses, stylish bathtub, huge TV, lots of water and a marble table!) The third is the absolute cleaning of the room twice a day! Change of everything - water slippers bathrobes … Killed the cleaning to bed) they bought us here at all) and when they saw that they had collected ice in the ice box, my wife cried) The fourth is the beach and swimming pools - the cleanest, most comfortable with a lot of space and very polite stewards and lifeguards, my wife cried again when she was offered to wipe her glasses!))) guys - it was incredible! The fifth star is a water park and an Aquarium - well , everyone knows this , an absolute delight at the highest level in the world ! There are no such water parks anymore!) The sixth star is of course breakfast! It's hard for me to convey, but we had breakfast for at least two and a half hours and not all had time to try! Delicious cuisine from different countries of the world, only more than 20 kinds of scrambled eggs) everything is the freshest, purest and again the best work of the staff, who easily (externally) copes with the huge flow of Atlantis (which, by the way, is 90% loaded in the off-season) Seventh - Hotel Gorod! It has everything! A garden, a museum, shops, dozens of restaurants, swimming pools, playgrounds are countless, there is even more service for children than for adults! A helicopter, a taxi for every taste to any place are always ready, incredibly polite stewards in the parking lot, the guys always have a huge respect for the mood! Well-groomed territory, along the perimeter of a kilometer, when I was running, at 6 in the morning dozens of people are already working on licking this miracle hotel! Fountains! Paths! Sports grounds! An aquarium with 60,000 inhabitants! The best views from the windows! A queue of yachts to inspect the hotel from the water from all over the world! But for those who count on a solid sea, it is better to choose Abu Dhabi, the water is stagnant, it is unpleasant to swim. The pool is shallow , more suitable for families with children, I think that the hotel is focused on this . I liked the water park, but I'm so extreme , I don't have enough extreme for leisure, it's ideal, especially since the water park is included for everyone to stay from 3 days, in my opinion. I also advise you to go to the water park for the opening, so that you can ride all the slides without waiting in line, it makes no sense for hotel guests to be there all day) I am happy with my vacation, but there was not enough all inclusive😄

Atlantis is considered one of the most luxurious in Dubai. A lot of things are at the highest level, but there are also many disadvantages. For example, the fact that the room you booked and paid for in advance is not available upon arrival, and you have to pay another 400,000 rubles to stay in a nice room with a view of the Palm Tree (as it originally should have been). The check-in was very long, the administrators for the check-in are probably not working fast enough, and the flow of people is huge for the check-in, and we stood in line for about 2 hours, and everyone is on their feet, the children are very tired of waiting, there are very few sofas in the lobby, literally for 1 family. And there are huge queues to check in. Also, a big disadvantage is the huge queues at restaurants, and at all! There's a queue for 20 minutes each time, and that's 3 times a day, that's how much time you need to set aside just to get to the table. The food is delicious, there's nothing to complain about. But the paid water on the beach and at the pools was also unpleasantly surprised! They rested everywhere, and the water was unlimited, but a hotel of this level can afford free water for guests. But they have free water only from 17.00-19.00, although it is very hot and everyone wants to drink. It's strange in my opinion, this is also a minus. Also, I had to sleep on a cot in a luxury room, which is also a minus. Although the room was large, 120 meters, there were probably 2 dressing rooms, 2 toilets, and a bar area. But in the bedroom where there was a double bed, we accommodated the children. My husband and I got a second room with a small sofa, a work area and a balcony. In order not to wake the children by going to the balcony at night, we stayed in this room. But the sofa was very small when unfolded, so we had to ask for a cot. Of course, it was provided, but the fact that you have to sleep on a cot in a room that cost 1 million rubles in total leaves a residue. The sea was cold at the end of April and dirty, so we swam in the pools. I also forgot to write that I saw cockroaches in the bathrooms near the pools a couple of times. I even managed to take a picture. But the room cleaning itself was good, they always kept the rooms clean and changed towels every day. Shampoos / balms, etc. were a good brand of the Italian Aqua di Parma, I have known her for a long time, excellent quality! The fitness club is very clean, the equipment is all modern, and it was nice to practice there. I can also include the presence of my own Aquarium and Water Park right in the hotel. For hotel guests, their visit is free of charge.

Of course, there are questions about the service, but I understand that this is basically a problem in Dubai.. 5 stars does not pull. Like herrings in a barrel without division into children's ((( children play ball in these pools, in a plate and it's all the same to everyone that it's right over the heads of other people! This is a huge minus! The same thing happens in the dining room, everything is right next to each other, children are running and screaming everywhere. A status hotel cannot make a separation of zones for adults and children . We won't come back anymore
