The food in gafran was not delicious, and the smell in the room was as if someone had let the whole hall down. Daily room cleaning, nice guys. Thank them. In general, 2 days, minus 3500 $ and you're just shocked how bad everything is. Aquarium, not included in the price, if you want to swim with a helmet, pay another $ 500 and then the same amount for the photo. As a hotel guest for that kind of money, no privileges. I rode the slide twice in two days, and then on the same one, an hour in line, an endless crowd. The food is also not delicious on the territory of the water park. It's terrible, but they praised this park so much.

The water park on the territory is free of charge for residents. But it is better to buy a bracelet without queuing, since it takes 20-25 minutes to stand on one slide. On the 20th floor, WI-FI does not work for 5 minutes, and it reconnects for 5 minutes, I had to connect the tariff to Yota because nerves are more expensive, for which I took off the star. We contacted the reception. To no avail. At the check-out, they also taunted me about WI-FI. Check out at 12 if the plane is at 6 p.m. then hang out wherever you want. In Turkey, when we were on vacation, we simply extended the card until the right time. They gave me 20 minutes to collect. Everything else about the hotel can be viewed on YouTube. But we won't come here next time.

The pool is large, it is convenient to exit the main entrance and immediately get to the pool, but there is a pool further from the entrance, there is a more relaxing holiday - fewer children. Free of charge for residents visiting the water park is not limited. The beach is like the whole palm tree, sand and small shells. Nice entrance. It is convenient for children to swim without waves.

There are Russian-speaking staff, there were no problems with the language barrier during check-in and accommodation. The hotel has its own 5 stars. Large, nice rooms. They are cleaned 2 times a day. Good European food. But!!!An unpleasant residue remained from the Ossiano restaurant (with an aquarium). We booked dinner for March 11; everything went well (keep in mind - the cuisine is molecular, for an amateur- but interesting). Drinks are not included in the price of the menu - we knew that, and we paid for them after dinner. And when we went to the room, we noticed that we had an extra 2500 dirhams written into the check.(this is 80 thousand rubles). We returned, the receptionist immediately recognized their mistake and told them to return the money to the card, since we paid with the card.She gave us a refund receipt. And today, April 16, there is an active correspondence with the hotel, but there is no money and now they can't even fix the problem, although there is a receipt. This attitude crossed out all the positive emotions. So be careful- check the receipts before paying, although there should be no such errors in a hotel of this level.
