We had a rest with our family, the service is good, the restaurants are decent, the water park is excellent considering that it is included in the price. We visited this hotel in January 2024, the hotel is very old, the service is disgusting, the water park is very worn out. And now in order: we had a late check-in, they greeted us with smiles, everything was fine, they put us in a room (as it turned out later, a room for people with disabilities), they offered a late dinner at the reception, so it was already the first hour of the night, they said everything for Free (as it turned out later, the whole banquet was at our expense)))) in a word, liars). In the morning we went to the reception to change the room, they said they would change the room without us, we went to the water park. Upon return, we were given cards from the new room and told that our things were already there (but this is ATLANTIS, THEIR CREDO TO DECEIVE WHERE I CAN), We came to the room, thank God the room is standard, but everything is old, even the TV remote does not have batteries, they began to call the guest service, after 10 minutes they brought batteries, and Our things are still missing. After three calls and an hour of waiting, our suitcases arrived at our place. (we were after the water park and we had to change clothes) it looks like their credo is to wait. We had breakfast and dinner included. (the food is ordinary as in a three-star hotel, alcoholic beverages for an additional fee). The room is cleaned perfectly, there are zero complaints. The only advantage of the hotel is a beautiful aquarium. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone, I do not justify my five stars, so do not waste your time and money on it.

The hotel is high (22 floors), but there are 7 elevators in one tower, so you don't have to wait long. 3. The territory is large and you can find entertainment for yourself. I didn't find anything interesting outside the territory. You can move to the other shore to a new entertainment venue , The Pointe . There are the largest singing fountains in the area. 4. Every day, going to breakfast or the beach, you will pass by an aquarium with a height of 5m. It can 't get boring . 5. The whole Buffet system now works according to the principle: "I pointed with my finger, they imposed on you." You can't even touch the fruit yourself. 6. The wearing of the mask is monitored and always ready to give out if you forgot / lost / ate. 7. There are already towels on each sunbed on the beach, there is a waiter call button, lifeguards are on duty 8. Everything is the same near the pools, but you can also take life jackets for kids. 9. Taxi from the hotel works only on the counter without cheating (the very fact of boarding is already 5 AED, then how much you will hit).
