We stayed from 31.12.2025 to 07.01.2026 at this All-inclusive hotel. I really liked the living conditions and the staff. We cleaned every day, the room was clean and pleasant to be in. The buffet was varied, and we didn't stay hungry. The food is delicious. gained a couple of kg. The hotel staff was pleased, friendly and experienced staff were ready to help with any question. It was exactly the calm, beautiful and full of natural beauty vacation that we were looking for. Warm ocean, stunning mountains, well-groomed beach. There are many pools on the territory, which are heated constantly, three bars, a sea of greenery, a sandy beach and many entertainment options for a fee. You won't be bored. There is also a souvenir shop "Cleopatra" on site. Sultan, the owner of the souvenir shop, told us a lot about the excursions and helped us organize these trips. He has all the same excursions as the guide, but cheaper. There are a lot of high-quality souvenirs at a pleasant price in the shop itself, we bought everything from Dubai chocolate of various grades, to oils and perfumes. Sultan became our main assistant during the holidays.

There is a table and 2 armchairs on the balcony with a glass wall. A large wardrobe (safe inside), a large TV stand, a refrigerator, a kettle, water bottles, cutlery, mugs, a set of tea bags, coffee, sugar, etc., 2 armchairs, a table in the room, an ironing board and an iron. The room has air conditioning. The restaurant is large and shiny, with floor-to-ceiling windows, a view of the terrace with tables and chairs, and a view of the beach beyond the terrace. We had a rest from 02/07/2026, 7 nights, in the main hotel, in 5 rooms. The room is great, ocean view, balcony, panoramic windows, beauty. We took everything inclusive with alcohol. The expensive-rich decoration of the lobby, restaurant and corridors has seen better days, but without critical damage, it just doesn't look so relevant and outdated anymore. At the same time, I had no questions about the number itself (the number is 911). Yes, the humidity is high and things on the balcony don't dry out all day under the scorching sun, but the hotel can't change the climate, so you have to put up with it. Otherwise, everything is cool - the room is really spacious, the plumbing is working properly, the air conditioner is working perfectly, it is possible to change the operating modes, including air drying, the view from the window is worthy of all praise, because it opens onto the bay. There is enough furniture for storing things and clothes. The only thing that is not critical is that there are not enough clothes hangers in the closet (there were 3 in our room). There is a mini control unit at the head of the beds (do not disturb / need cleaning), and local lighting in two modes. The TV even catches several Russian channels, so if there is no animation in the evenings, you can watch movies or TV shows in the room. There are all kinds of one-time hygiene kits, towels for hands, body and feet, a hair dryer of quite decent power, containers with hand soap, body lotion, gel shampoo and conditioner for hair. For breakfast there are several types of hard and soft cheese, Muslim sausage/ham, hummus. Pancakes and waffles with different toppings. Yoghurts. Puffs, muffins, biscuits (I recommend banana - it's a dump of everything), milk and cereal. There is always tea, a specific local coffee, several types of juice. Desserts - delicious small cakes with cream of whipped cream, mousses, custards, fruit salad. But be prepared that you only get lunch and dinner on the day of arrival, regardless of the fact that you arrived early in the morning. And on the day of departure, only breakfast. Even if the flight departs late at night. You can't reschedule a meal that was missed due to an excursion! It's also impossible to get a lunchbox! My life has never prepared me for this, so at least be prepared. The hotel's beach consists of three or four sections with umbrellas and sun beds along the backwater, enclosed by two breakwaters. It is ideal for children and those who cannot swim. However, for lovers of LIVING water, waves and a visually defined horizon line, there is a wonderful wild beach beyond the territory. There you can jump on the waves and watch the wildlife while snorkeling (the breakwater acts as a kind of reef). The unpleasant features are that the beach opens at 7:30 at best, closes at 19:30 (however, this time does not change every day in favor of the vacationer, apparently due to the length of daylight), the deck chairs are tired, and we got normal towels. There are cigarette butts on the beach and on the territory - this is a claim exclusively to ill-mannered vacationers (and I've seen enough of them, for example, two grandmothers on the beach called a bartender girl who was collecting glasses that hadn't been cleaned by tourists, and handed her their garbage, which, apparently, was incredibly difficult to carry 10m to the urn). The amount of alcohol and soft drinks for "all inclusive" was enough for me (3 alcoholic cocktails, juices, a couple of non-alcoholic cocktails, wine, rum, gin, vodka, whiskey, 7up, mirinda, cola and the possibility of cocktail variations from the above ingredients). There is no animation at all (the exception is drunken karaoke in the evenings, and something for children), there is nowhere to go outside the territory except for the market and the wild beach. The staff is diverse - someone is smiling and ready to help everyone, explain everything and give an accompanying person to show everything, while someone is limited to "no, it's impossible". I recommend taking guided tours only from Mara! Not with their guides, not in any obscure places, but ONLY WITH MARA. Don't get burned like us - we hurried and booked with the guide at the meeting on the very first day. Mara's desk is located to the right of the elevator lobby. Her tour groups are small, and the prices are good. And she herself is just a wonderful person who will help in any difficult situation. 🤗 In total, for the money you pay, I would like better conditions. No, they're not terrible. You won't be hungry, cold, or hungry. But you definitely won't have the feeling that you've rested at 5* on all inclusive.

Cakes, mousses, yoghurts, croissants, puffs, muffins, muffins, and buns are quite plentiful and quite diverse. We have never been hungry. But! We had everything included, and dinner on the day of the tour had to be knocked out. They don't pack with them. Generally. No way. They just shook out the "late dinner". And this is despite the fact that we missed a number of lunches without any compensation when we went on excursions, and we also did not take breakfast on the day of departure. Cleaning is done every day, but judging by the conversations in the corridors, not in all rooms. Again, judging by the plaque on the floor, the floor was not washed. The towels were changed one day in a very interesting way: they were given one towel for two, although the standard of the hotel provides two baths, two for intimate hygiene, one for legs (i.e. 3 large and 2 small). The second towel was knocked out by calls at the reception for quite a long time. Instead of 5 towels, we got 1+1. When we bought the tour, we were warned to have 2 separate beds. Everything is perfect here. The linen is good, clean, whole. To put things in order after the suitcase, they provided an ironing board and iron (free of charge). There is a paid laundry service. We didn't use it. The exchange of money has also become a cross: you can change it at the reception. But they chased us for a couple of days: "Come back in an hour. In another hour. Tomorrow. Later, closer to lunch. Come back after lunch. After 16:00. After 19:00. Tomorrow." You can pay in dollars for services at the hotel and shops on its territory. Cards are accepted reluctantly, they prefer cash. Of the additional services, I liked the massage at Shakira's SPA. Maya (Egyptian) and Misha (Thai) are both smart: they are sincere, and the massage is good, and each is excellent in her own way. The price is quite adequate. Tours can be taken from girls from the local travel agency (counter in the lobby near the elevators) "Klasna Tourism". Sultan (a clothing and beach accessories store on site) will offer cheaper prices. But you won't get a work permit for organizing the transportation of tourists from him. If you want to save money, good luck, but don't cry if you get dropped off in the middle of an excursion in another emirate and the transport is taken to a parking lot, and you stay somewhere in the desert. Entertainment at the hotel: we heard disco and karaoke. They did not participate themselves. It turned out to be a very eventful vacation (4 days on excursions out of an incomplete 7). There are several pools in different parts of the territory, the beach is a small bay, the water is comfortable, clean, the entrance is gentle. There is a wild beach nearby, where turtles swim. Turtles also swam onto the territory of the hotel beach, there are shells and crabs running along the breakwaters, you can see fish right under your feet when you enter the water. And we had a very good escort from Al Khalidiah Tourism. Suleiman explained everything clearly, was in touch, and organized an excursion to Abu Dhabi with visits to the Louvre, the Sheikh Zayed Mosque, and the Presidential Palace in one trip. The room has furniture that looks like it's from Soviet times, dampness, a tall toilet and a washbasin. The towels are stained, the bathrobes are gray, not white. But the air conditioner is working, even though it's noisy, and the ocean view from the rooms is also cool. Both the beach and the pool are closed at 18.00. (in November, it's already dark there at 6 p.m.) And boredom sets in, as there is no entertainment at the hotel.And this fact spoiled the whole mood. Who drinks near the bar, who goes to the room. The hotel has a sauna and a hammam, we went with pleasure. If it weren't for the guided tours for a fee, our stay at this hotel would have turned into a melancholy. We will not choose this hotel for sure anymore.

The hotel is a three-star hotel, instead of the stated 5. Check-in to the room at 3 p.m., as a result, they checked into the room closer to 17, so there is no point in taking an early arrival. The room is large, but very damp, and the room cleaning is purely formal. The linen has not been changed for 10 days, they give two large towels for two , two tiny ones , then as luck would have it.
