We had a rest here from August 22 to September 4. I liked the hotel as soon as we arrived from the airport. It was big, beautiful, sparkling in the sun, and the doorman at the entrance picked up our luggage and took it to the hotel. Our room was on the 9th floor, spacious, 2 large beds with high upholstered headboards, a large TV, 2 telephones (in the bathroom and in the room), a large bathroom with shower, Jacuzzi, 2 washbasins, bidet, toilet, hairdryer, all toiletries, shampoos, gels. There is a table and 2 armchairs on the balcony with a glass wall. A large wardrobe (safe inside), a large TV stand, a refrigerator, a kettle, water bottles, cutlery, mugs, a set of tea bags, coffee, sugar, etc., 2 armchairs, a table in the room, an ironing board and an iron. The room has air conditioning. The restaurant is large and shiny, with floor-to-ceiling windows, a view of the terrace with tables and chairs, and a view of the beach beyond the terrace. We stayed from 31.12.2025 to 07.01.2026 at this All-inclusive hotel. I really liked the living conditions and the staff. We cleaned every day, the room was clean and pleasant to be in. There is also a souvenir shop "Cleopatra" on site. Sultan, the owner of the souvenir shop, told us a lot about the excursions and helped us organize these trips. He has all the same excursions as the guide, but cheaper. There are a lot of high-quality souvenirs at a pleasant price in the shop itself, we bought everything from Dubai chocolate of various grades, to oils and perfumes. The expensive-rich decoration of the lobby, restaurant and corridors has seen better days, but without critical damage, it just doesn't look so relevant and outdated anymore. At the same time, I had no questions about the number itself (the number is 911). Yes, the humidity is high and things on the balcony don't dry out all day under the scorching sun, but the hotel can't change the climate, so you have to put up with it. Otherwise, everything is cool - the room is really spacious, the plumbing is working properly, the air conditioner is working perfectly, it is possible to change the operating modes, including air drying, the view from the window is worthy of all praise, because it opens onto the bay. There is enough furniture for storing things and clothes. The only thing that is not critical is that there are not enough clothes hangers in the closet (there were 3 in our room). There is a mini control unit at the head of the beds (do not disturb / need cleaning), and local lighting in two modes. The TV even catches several Russian channels, so if there is no animation in the evenings, you can watch movies or TV shows in the room. There are all kinds of one-time hygiene kits, towels for hands, body and feet, a hair dryer of quite decent power, containers with hand soap, body lotion, gel shampoo and conditioner for hair. Desserts - delicious small cakes with cream of whipped cream, mousses, custards, fruit salad. But be prepared that you only get lunch and dinner on the day of arrival, regardless of the fact that you arrived early in the morning. And on the day of departure, only breakfast. Even if the flight departs late at night. You can't reschedule a meal that was missed due to an excursion! It's also impossible to get a lunchbox! My life has never prepared me for this, so at least be prepared. The hotel's beach consists of three or four sections with umbrellas and sun beds along the backwater, enclosed by two breakwaters. It is ideal for children and those who cannot swim. However, for lovers of LIVING water, waves and a visually defined horizon line, there is a wonderful wild beach beyond the territory. There you can jump on the waves and watch the wildlife while snorkeling (the breakwater acts as a kind of reef). The unpleasant features are that the beach opens at 7:30 at best, closes at 19:30 (however, this time does not change every day in favor of the vacationer, apparently due to the length of daylight), the deck chairs are tired, and we got normal towels. There are cigarette butts on the beach and on the territory - this is a claim exclusively to ill-mannered vacationers (and I've seen enough of them, for example, two grandmothers on the beach called a bartender girl who was collecting glasses that hadn't been cleaned by tourists, and handed her their garbage, which, apparently, was incredibly difficult to carry 10m to the urn). The amount of alcohol and soft drinks for "all inclusive" was enough for me (3 alcoholic cocktails, juices, a couple of non-alcoholic cocktails, wine, rum, gin, vodka, whiskey, 7up, mirinda, cola and the possibility of cocktail variations from the above ingredients). There is no animation at all (the exception is drunken karaoke in the evenings, and something for children), there is nowhere to go outside the territory except for the market and the wild beach. The staff is diverse - someone is smiling and ready to help everyone, explain everything and give an accompanying person to show everything, while someone is limited to "no, it's impossible". I recommend taking guided tours only from Mara! Not with their guides, not in any obscure places, but ONLY WITH MARA. Don't get burned like us - we hurried and booked with the guide at the meeting on the very first day. Mara's desk is located to the right of the elevator lobby. Her tour groups are small, and the prices are good. And she herself is just a wonderful person who will help in any difficult situation. 🤗 In total, for the money you pay, I would like better conditions. No, they're not terrible. You won't be hungry, cold, or hungry. But you definitely won't have the feeling that you've rested at 5* on all inclusive.

The room has furniture that looks like it's from Soviet times, dampness, a tall toilet and a washbasin. The towels are stained, the bathrobes are gray, not white. But the air conditioner is working, even though it's noisy, and the ocean view from the rooms is also cool. Both the beach and the pool are closed at 18.00. (in November, it's already dark there at 6 p.m.) And boredom sets in, as there is no entertainment at the hotel.And this fact spoiled the whole mood. Who drinks near the bar, who goes to the room. The hotel has a sauna and a hammam, we went with pleasure. If it weren't for the guided tours for a fee, our stay at this hotel would have turned into a melancholy. We will not choose this hotel for sure anymore.

You can clean the sand every six months. - I highly recommend not drinking iced drinks. The ice, as we understood it, is pressed. The whole taste of cola and so on is being killed. Accordingly, if you take it without ice, you get a warm drink at +40. - I was very surprised by the ants in the bungalow, namely on the table with a mirror in the bedroom. There were 50 of them, and they crawled onto the backpack that was there, and there were these ants everywhere in Moscow because I was cleaning them every minute, no matter where they came out of the backpack - ABSOLUTELY no animation or entertainment. As we were told, the owner of the hotel abandoned him and started doing something else. Hence the deterioration. Because the people we met have been staying at the hotel for the second year, and last year, according to them, it was unrealistically cool (foam parties, discos, etc.). Now there is nothing here, even the music on the beach plays every other time. - the towels that are white with blue stripes are torn, the brown ones are even more or less. At least there weren't any holes. But if I'm not mistaken, they give out towels from 10-11) - if you take a tour for the whole day, then they won't give you any food with you. She's not here. And here, of course, I'm surprised. In the same Egypt or Turkey they give, but in the UAE they don't.... Take food with you from home, because you can't take it out of the dining room either)) - you can check in before 15:00 for a fee, even if the room is available - you can't walk along the pier either. We were allowed only when we asked well and for a long time - torn sun beds on the beach and by the pool - I was surprised by the lack of fruits. Apart from watermelon and melon, we didn't see anything during the vacation. And then it's ripe every other time. You can eat these fruits in any city and it will taste better. - we haven't tried ice cream because we stupidly didn't find it in principle. Of the advantages: - the food is delicious, you won't be hungry. But not very diverse. Compared to Egypt, where the buffet is huge but useless, in the UAE the buffet is 3-4 times smaller, but edible. - room cleaning - when we first moved in, they brought a compliment in a video of juice and water - the attitude of the staff is good, apart from one man sitting at his desk next to the reception desk, who speaks Russian. He constantly gave us incorrect information. But it will help. - we helped to take the luggage to the bungalow. Oh, there's billiards and bowling, but it's all for a fee. There are no waves, if you want waves, go to a wild beach. And buy tours not from your representatives, but from women who sit at the elevators or walk along the beach. They are almost 2 times cheaper.

Well, the beach of the hotel is also like this, for an amateur - two jetties block off a small puddle, moreover, it is blocked by buoys, for which you can not swim, the rescuers start having hysterics with whistles and throwing along the shore, they said that they could be fined (from the deposit), but this is not accurate. Well, actually, that's all, the cons are over, for children, and such a beach is only a plus. There are two complexes on the territory, a high-rise hotel and bungalchiki, the entire infrastructure is shared. There are three pools, one large, one heated, and another for children, apparently. There are always free sun beds by the pools, by the sea whenever. The food is amazing, don't listen to the hayatels, they're overindulged. Five types of fruits every day, meat and fish always, sometimes seafood. And what desserts, mm-hmm. The pastry chef is a pro. We didn't even look for alcohol, we didn't even look for an alcohol market, there was enough in the hotel for every taste, the only thing is that two glasses per hand in one approach, but no one counts approaches. Just around the corner of the hotel is a wild beach, there are fish and turtles, but on weekends and evenings the locals relax and don't bother much with cleaning, so it's not perfectly clean, but the water is clean, turtle fish are in the assortment, you can even pick up turtles if you know the approach. There are no complaints about the rooms either, the cleaning is daily (do not forget to leave a little money, otherwise the quality will be excellent... well, you get it; 2 dirhams is enough for a high-quality bonus, they will spin swans for a dollar). The only drawback in bungalchiki is the floor-to-ceiling windows, and everything faces the courtyard, so you can't open the curtains, otherwise there's no privacy. All rooms in the high-rise have a sea view. There is a lot of animation, but mostly children's and near-sports in the pool, there is a foam party every week. All other things being equal, we will go again, there is no comparison with Goa, which is already for the same money.

In short, the money is being ripped out again. With grief, we were put in a room, but even then they woke us up. Despite the fact that we paid for the tour for 4 people (3 adults and 1 child), we were only offered a room with two small beds. This was explained by the fact that the voucher provides only 2 small beds or one large one to choose from. We chose the first option. In order to be accommodated in a normal room, they asked us for 350 dollars! We refused, we wanted to find out who was to blame in this case, the travel agency or the hotel. As soon as we entered the room, we noticed that the floor was wet. we thought we had recently cleaned the floors, but that was not the case. It turns out that it does not dry at all and is also cold, very cold (take wool socks and warm slippers on top). The floor is stone, it doesn't heat up at all. The room is very humid, the windows and mirrors are constantly sweating. This moment was explained by the fact that it is necessary to turn on the air conditioner so that there is no moisture, and close the balcony. But if you do not turn off the air conditioner, then the room is very cold. Because of this, we caught a cold and got sick on the very first day. As for the sea, there are underwater rocks that scratch your feet. Plus, the sand on the beach is mixed with shells that can hurt. We noticed that only Russian speakers are staying at the hotel, and there is one person at the reception for the entire shift who speaks Russian and then 50/50. He's not there when you need him. Others do not understand Russian and communicate only with a translator, which is not very convenient. We had full board, meaning the bars weren't on at all, but that shouldn't mean the guests have to go without water. There was not enough bottled water in the rooms. If you really think about garlic, then from the street the hotel looks like a sanatorium. It doesn't cause a wow effect when we drove up to the hotel, we were even a little upset. The territory is small, you can walk along the "embankment", there and back for 7 minutes. In the evening, they didn't know where to rush, there was no entertainment. But there are also advantages: I liked the cuisine, although the choice is small, but almost everything is edible. Don't expect normal coffee, just coffee powder in a thermopot, and don't go near coffee. The kitchen staff is polite, everything is clean. The table setting is beautiful. I liked the sea, there are no waves, you can swim safely. The water is clean. If you have the courage to choose this hotel, then I ask you to think 10 times. We got here because time was limited and we bought tickets a week before departure. But the amount of the tour was quite a lot. We recommend taking warm clothes to the room and a thick wallet with money to stay here for a decent 7-10 days.

Next, it's nice that you are always escorted to your room and your luggage is delivered. The numbers themselves, of course, I can't know about all of them, not wow. Sofas and armchairs with streaks. But the main problem is in the bathroom, where the shower stall leaks and floods the floor. For some reason, towels, including those for feet, which are so necessary in conditions of wet floors and cold tiles, are not always changed, but you can ask for it. Cleaning is carried out throughout the day and the rooms on the tenth floor are reached only at 16-17 hours, which can be a problem for most. Externally, the building has transformed in a year from a snow-white tower into a yellowed building with dirty balconies, which, by the way, offer beautiful views of the sea and sunrise. The food has noticeably decreased, but it remains just as tasty. Different dishes and cold drinks are offered day after day, and there are always fresh vegetables, hot drinks and various desserts. The only fruits you will find are watermelon and melon. There is some kind of "entertainment" program in general, mini-discos for children and activities for adults are held. The beach at the hotel is fenced, which is generally not very cool, but right on the right there is a public beach where various fish and even turtles swim, but after the chemical spill, there were much fewer animals, during our stay the sea was also a film of unknown origin, as well as the beach was clogged, but the staff said that This phenomenon is variable and not always so.

As already mentioned, the hotel is for sale, and the owner simply has no interest in changing anything. There is a sense of economy. We lived in a bungalow in the 4th. We checked in and ate at 5. In the 4th, it's just closed, apparently they save on staff. We were lucky with the bungalow, 1st line , in a corner. The room is 2-room with 2 bathrooms. There was no mold or unpleasant odors, and no wildlife. The room is functional and comfortable, but there are certainly stains from the previous owners on the sofa. The pool is spacious, better than the 5, but they are all shallow. Both pools have saunas. There is a children's water park. In general, the hotel has a lot of chips, there are attractions (paid). We even found an ice rink on the premises, but it's closed. Animation can be said no. The food is without frills, without any seafood, but it is quite tasty and edible. My husband praised the dishes of the cook, who is in line, and he prepares omelets with filling or pasta in front of you. But the juices are yup-like, absolutely unworthy and unacceptable for 5. Employees seem to be scurrying around the territory, cleaning, watering, rubbing sun beds, but there is a feeling of neglect. The mattresses are old and stained. There is garbage in the sand on the beach. Why they don't put trash cans along the sun beds is not clear. There are few tables, there is nowhere to put glasses on the beach. But sun beds on the beach were always available. But there may not be towels. All inclusive is alcohol, no snacks, this is not Turkey. The beer is strong, to put it mildly for an 8° fan. That's why I wasn't satisfied. The most wonderful thing about the hotel is the sea, warm without waves. Perfect for people with children or who are afraid to swim far into the depths. The beach strip and the volume of water for swimming were quite enough, especially before low tide. A very rich animal world: colorful fish, rays, turtles, crabs. Huge fish are constantly doing somersaults over the water. You can watch endlessly. Many people go to the wild beach next to the hotel. Alcohol market is available, anyone with software is welcome. The tours were taken from the girls Mara and Alexandra, cheaper. There's nowhere to go, yes. But read the information about the hotel so that there are no disappointments. We were traveling mainly across the sea. And I wanted to visit Fujairah.

The hotel is weird. Nice rooms in the main building, comfortable beds and stunning views from the huge window and balcony. The side rooms ending at 14 and 1 do not have a good view, and on the wall of the building where rooms *14 are located there is an outdoor air conditioner unit that makes noise and vibrates, it feels like you are sleeping in a transformer box. They settle in there and wait, maybe the tourists won't make a fuss, and if they really make a fuss, then they can relocate. The hot water wasn't working in our room, and it was clear that it hadn't been there for a long time and that no one was going to fix it, somehow we survived this case. Refrigerators are being moved from room to room, maybe they will survive one day without a refrigerator, and then ... for a brand new one. Apparently those.there is no staff as such. The staff is very friendly and they try very hard, it's not about them, but about the owner and the manager. The canteen is very sparse and ugly in terms of interior, but we weren't hungry. The hotel has one powerful advantage: a wild beach of two kilometers. For those who like walking along the sea, for those who like snorkeling, this is a super gift. The Gulf of Oman is beautiful. Water turtles live along the pier, and there are some fish from the Indian Ocean. Living in bungalows seems like a nightmare to me, as they are crammed wall to wall, the windows do not open and the neighboring walls are visible in the window. The main building has a super ocean view, plus the east side. The nearest shopping center is 7.5 km away, a pharmacy is 6.5 km away, and a fruit market is 1.5 km away. And you will need it: there are practically no fruits in the canteen. If you're lucky, it's a 2.5-hour drive from the airport. In general, if you do not stick out from the sea, do not dive or walk along the beach, you have nothing to do here. I'm just walking, diving and going crazy with the sunrises at sea, and it helped me have a great vacation, regardless of the disadvantages of this hotel. I hope I will warn someone of mistakes in choosing a hotel.
