The food is three-star, it shines with variety, but it is delicious, high-quality (except coffee). The rooms are good, the view from the 9th floor is excellent. The staff is friendly. Cons: there is no lobby bar with drinks for all-inclusive vacationers, and it is very hot to sit outside, as a result, the huge luxurious hall is empty and will miraculously preserve its furniture for many years with such a concept. The animator girls are great fellows, there are few activities, but they try their best. There is only a water park and a mini disco for very young children.

We have been resting here since 08/23/24. The hotel has 5* in the main high-rise building and 4* in the bungalow.
Food in different restaurants, the rest - swimming pools, children's mini-park, beach, etc. - are shared. The receptions are different, but you can come at any time. At 5*, of course, the reception and the restaurant are more beautiful. There are bigger rooms, all with ocean views. But in the summer, in extreme heat, I read complaints from tourists that the humidity is high, the walls "flow", and the bed linen gets wet. There is no such thing in the bungalow.
Upon check-in, a deposit of $ 100 is charged from everyone. For some reason, they didn't take money from us as collateral, but passports)
Check-out at 12.00, check-in at 15.00. They do not feed before check-in, only for an additional fee.
We are in a 4* bungalow.
The room is small. Bed, wardrobe(3 hangers are available)with a large mirror. Large TV (3 Russian channels), safe, shampoo, conditioner, body gel, liquid soap, slippers, hair dryer, kettle (green and black tea, 2 types of coffee, all put 2 sachets, refilled every other day) two bottles of 0.5 for two every day are given.

Food. The choice is not great, but it is delicious. Fish, vegetables, porridges, rice, pasta, soup, meat, salads, tea, coffee, water, some kind of drink. Entertainments. There is animation. (See the schedule in the photo) Water aerobics, volleyball, karaoke, disco, etc. Not much, not intrusive. There's a foam party on Saturdays.

Almost the whole area is covered by long breakwaters, the view of the ocean is therefore worse, but there are advantages: a pleasant entry into the water, clean sand, no waves, oil emissions.

According to reviews, there is one territory with 5 rooms and you can use everything, in fact, meals are served only in your restaurant. In principle, the assortment in restaurants, as we understood, does not differ much, so we were not upset about this. The rooms are small, tired, towels and bed linen also leave much to be desired. Of the individual accessories in the bathroom there was a shower cap, cotton buds + discs, a washcloth, all in a single copy for a family of 4 people, this set was not replenished in a week. Hand soap, body lotion, shampoo + shower gel (2 in 1), hair conditioner in dispensers. Tea, coffee, and sugar were replenished every other day. 4 bottles of water every day. There is no ironing board, surfaces that are more or less suitable, far from the outlet, had to be ironed on the bed, which is not very convenient. The staff mostly tries to be friendly and welcoming. It is strange that even at the reception, there are no Russian-speaking staff, although the vacationers are 90% Russian. An extremely strange hotel, I still did not understand whether I was satisfied in the end or not
First, the main disadvantages:
1) An extra bed for a child costs some crazy money, from 22000 rubles. for 8 nights at the tour operator, up to 300 dirhams per night at the hotel
2) The contingent is exclusively Russian vacationers, most of them from the regions. Quite a large part spends the whole day without leaving the bars, the mate is heard everywhere. Well, such a thing.
3) Animation... There seems to be an animator, but what and when he does is a mystery behind the 7th seals. Then suddenly there is some kind of aqua aerobics in the sea (1 time in 8 days), then there is water polo in the pool (also 1 time), then in the evening there is insanely loud music by the pool in front of the dining room, and hours before 11 pm, but also 1 time. Is it in a hookah-looking building? (there is a hookah sign, there are no hookahs) some music in the evening. There is no children's animation at all.
4) Quite random work of everything except the dining room. One pool is open until 8, then the second, then the beach bar is open until 6.45 pm, then until 19, then at 21. The same goes for the pool bar. It is not known what it depends on
5) There is a children's water park, which is a plus, but its condition is a minus. The tile on the bottom has broken off in places and continues to break off. The rope net is torn at a decent height, the joints at the slides are very painful, the water is cold for some reason. There is not always a lifeguard.
6) There is some kind of building with children's slot machines, but no one has ever been there - whether it works is a question. There is a skating rink, but it definitely doesn't work.
7) The beach is fenced with breakwaters - like a children's sandbox, But when an oil spill occurred in the sea, it was not there.
8) Well, for small things: for some reason we got a room with single beds, the conduits are poorly regulated, the water pressure is jumping, we have to sign a receipt for alcohol every now and then... but sometimes you have to, sometimes you don't, and then they give you only 2 drinks per person, then no - the trend, like everything in the hotel, is incomprehensible.
Positive:
1) Food in the dining room. Here it is consistently delicious. There is fish, chicken and beef every day. And always on schedule. And it's always delicious.
2) The premium bungalow is quite spacious and with 2 toilets, sound insulation is good.
3) There is a nice "wild" beach behind the fence, where you can swim normally, where there are fish, turtles and soft sand.
4) The liquor store is practically on site, open from 9 a.m. to 02 a.m. This is a plus for the Emirates.
There is a tent on site, a la shop with a rather annoying seller. His prices are surprisingly ordinary, not too high, although he brazenly lies that everything is cheap and merges without fulfilling promises (for example, he promises mangoes for $ 1 kg, but in fact for $ 2.5 as at the fruit camp for tourists, which can be reached on foot in 10 minutes).

If you need an "open" ocean, then it's a minute's walk away. Of the cons: food (everything is edible, but monotonous), the reception staff does not strive to help solve the issues that they are asked. With a large arrival, there are not enough sun beds on the beach and by the pools. People were lying on towels on the sand. The hot water was cool for most of the rest.

Great hotel! There are both 4 and 5 stars on the territory, the difference in rooms, they are less in 4 rooms. All rooms are new, not tired, but the designer did not try very hard, so in the style of brown laconicism)) The food is delicious, the restaurant is cozy, the staff is friendly, they love Russians. The guests from Europe are mostly friendly. There is a very beautiful hall in the 5th floor, it is pleasant to sit. The beach is not big, literally a puddle, convenient for small children and the elderly. We did not use it, because the hotel is the last in the chain and behind the fence there is a beautiful ocean and 2 km of wild beach, where there are many fish and turtles, you can dive. There is a small shop on site. We walked in the evening towards the neighboring hotel and behind it there is a residential area along the sea, there is enough for a promenade. We rested at the hotel in August 2023. We liked everything. They were placed in the rooms immediately after arrival. A small area. We lived in a bungalow, almost on the shore. The sea is fenced with breakwaters, at first it was somewhat confused, but then they realized that it saves from high waves. Convenient access to the sea. There are a lot of fish, turtles live. The water is very warm. There is a restaurant in the main building. The food is delicious, varied. There are not enough fruits for August: apples, oranges. Very sweet watermelons and no melons. Friendly service staff. Wonderful girls are animators. All children and adult vacationers are friends with them. Despite the heat, daily water aerobics classes, volleyball, water polo, darts. In the evening there is entertainment for children and adults. I remember the foam party. Thank you for being allowed to swim in the pool until 22.00. Of the minuses, of course, the absence of any civilization outside the territory. You need to get to the nearest town by taxi.
