We were from May 19 to May 29, 2025.(this is the second time, the first time we were here in May 23.) We had The family room is on the 12th floor, we were 4 adults and one 11-year-old child. The rooms smell very unpleasant. At first they gave me a room, it stank terribly, they changed it to another one with a view of the sea. There are a lot of Russian people. It takes a long time to check in. Somehow the registration is slow. The staff is friendly. Room cleaning is standard every day. Daily- breakfast, lunch, dinner - although we had half board, they brought us to the room. In general, these are such apartments. There is no restaurant as such, there is a semi-dining room on the ground floor. Very small. The choice of dishes is well, there is everything, the plates are always full, but I repeat, the option is not a buffet, but a dining room. The location is great! The location of the hotel is amazing, on the one hand the beach is 5 minutes away (for me this is an important criterion, as I like to wake up, have breakfast and quickly be on it, and taking into account the distances to Dubai, this is a significant plus), on the other hand the Marina embankment, for evening walks. There's an exchange office on the corner, a metro station and a shopping center nearby, and a tram that takes you to the old town, but we didn't go. They took it with breakfasts and dinners, and the food was above all praise. There were delicious seafood dishes, various soups, side dishes, salads, desserts for breakfast and dinner, there was always something new in 7 days. We went to the neighboring cafes for lunch, including Mac, which was convenient. The ticket was for three people and instead of a classic room, we were given apartments with a small surcharge, but with a large living room, two bathrooms, two rooms, a balcony and just an awesome view! We didn't find any disadvantages, unless there is a small pool near the hotel, but it doesn't matter at all, we were there once, there is a sailor nearby. But in the evening, there are a lot of Indians on JBR beach, washing, bathing, washing something, it's better to go to the sea in the morning when it's clean. We stayed at this hotel at the end of May.We checked in a little earlier , for which I thank you very much .As requested, they gave me a room with a balcony, but not with one, but with two.We had a one-bedroom apartment with a view of the courtyard , everything was beautifully illuminated there in the evening, we lived on the 9th floor , the elevator rises very quickly 👍🏻 The room has everything you need, it was cleaned every day, towels were also changed daily, yes, the furniture is a little outdated, you can update and replace something, but the staff is great, they try, everyone is friendly, they fulfill any requests, starting from porters and waiters, ending with the administration. The hotel has a small pool with beautiful views of the wheel, bay and Dubai Marina.The pool staff are also great, they are not allowed to occupy sun beds and leave for several hours, as they do in other hotels, they strictly monitor this. It takes a couple of minutes to walk to the sea, and they give you a bag with beach towels and a large umbrella at the counter (I recommend buying a beach umbrella holder in advance, which is available on all marketplaces, because without it, many people's umbrellas flew away, but ours stood like a cast).At the end of May it is very hot and stuffy, so it is better to have a pool before lunch, then go somewhere, take a walk, and in the evening - the beach, after 16/00 it is ideal to swim there, although the water is very warm, but at least the sun does not fry. A great apartment hotel. Probably the only four on JBR at reasonable prices. It takes about five minutes to walk to the beach, they give out towels, a bag and an umbrella. The room has a great view of the Ferris wheel and the water.(We paid extra for sea view on the spot, it turned out to be cheaper than booking it right away) The metro is a 10-minute walk away. There is an exchanger with an excellent exchange rate and a lot of fast food nearby. The only thing: returning to the hotel by taxi is always a 10-minute traffic jam in front of the hotel. The room itself is huge 120 squares, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room. There is a full-fledged refrigerator in the room, a dishwasher (although it has never been used). The food is excellent, buffet style, but with a focus on the restaurant menu, not fast food. Since the restaurant is Indian, there are many specific Indian dishes. No extra charges for drinks: water, tea, coffee for dinner, breakfast plus juice drinks. In general, it's just super for your money!!!! If you don't want to overpay 2-3 times for 5 stars, I recommend it.

The advantage of this hotel is its proximity to the sea. Otherwise, the hotel is very tired, stale. Initially, there was no tremulous care for the rooms. The room has old, ingrained dirt in places. At first they moved into a room on the 1st floor, but we were able to spend the night, we asked to be moved. The room had an unpleasant smell, dirty furniture. Then we were accommodated on the 7th floor. The situation has improved here. But, nevertheless, in places there is old dirt, old doors.... For a budget holiday, the hotel is suitable. We're not coming here anymore.
