A chic hotel, with a pleasant and attentive staff. Despite the almost absence of English, they always found a common language. Excellent, and varied food. Great location, good breakfasts, friendly staff. The bed linen is good, the electrical outlets are universal - suitable for Russian plugs. The air conditioner was not used (it was ventilated by an open door to the balcony (February). The water pressure in the shower is good. The cleaning was of high quality, they washed every day, renewed drinking water and tea. I needed to bring the order (gift) from Dubai, but I couldn't find it in the stores. It turned out that you can write out in an online store, but I only have Russian bank cards, it is impossible to pay with them. I went to the reception. The staff helped me to place an order. I left them the cash to pay the courier for the delivery if I wasn't at the hotel. After 4 days, the order was waiting for me in my room. Thanks! The guys are very decent. If I decide to come to Dubai again, I will stay here again.

Hotel on solid 3* Of the minuses: one restaurant, resembles a dining room in its interior and furniture, monotonous food, to enter the hotel, you have to go through an underground parking lot, the pool is small and cold, the hotel territory is some kind of narrow space between other hotels, there are no greenery, no plantings, concrete roads all around. I liked everything. Wonderful, friendly staff. Always friendly and ready to help. The room is cleaned every day, towels are changed every day and drinking water is brought, which is very important in this heat. Location-JBR center, 5 min walk to the sea. Towels and an umbrella are provided. You can't put an umbrella in the sand. A sunbed costs 250 AED. There are many cafes nearby. The food is good, for 4. We had half board. On the beach, the sand is not cleaned regularly, there are bulls all around. Everything works in the room, there was an incident, a hose flowed in the bathroom, while they explained, 10 minutes passed. Eliminated later. The pool is small, there is no territory in the hotel. There are many hotels nearby, one on one. Grocery stores are nearby, everything is there. Mango is delicious! The staff does not speak Russian, but you can explain yourself. The weather in early November is +32. The sea after lunch with waves and the wind begins.

The food is delicious and quite varied. Chicken, beef, rice, pasta, eggs, vegetables, fruits, sweets, drinks. Everyone will find it to their taste. The pool is medium, the maximum depth is 1.65 m. There are sun beds and umbrellas near the pool. The water is 30 degrees. It takes 10 minutes to walk to the beach. It's all good.

I am resting now in this hotel (end of September 2023) and I like it. There is a private beach across the street, there are no special inconveniences in walking - 5 minutes maximum. The service is normal, the choice of dishes is good, the only thing missing is more fish dishes (only fillets of fish of the same type for lunch and dinner). And there is no coffee for lunch and dinner from the coffee machine, only instant. Otherwise, there are no questions. Price and quality compliance. I recommend.

Great hotel, spacious rooms! We had a family - just huge, 100 meters! 2 bathrooms, kitchen. The breakfasts are acceptable. There are enough places. The pool is small, but it is not needed, because the hotel is located right at the beginning of the JBR beach - and this is its most important advantage! It's a pity, this year the price tag is inadequate for it, but I hope to return to it again.

In the photos, a beautiful hotel with cool views, in fact an old apartment hotel in need of repair. We did not take the cheapest duplex room. Furniture requires urgent replacement, some sockets are already all. The wallpaper is lagging behind the walls. I imagine what kind of trash happens in lower class rooms. If you are not pretentious about quality, then OK, this option will do. But we are definitely not going to this Ramada anymore. For the same money, there is a place to stay at the Marina and the Palm Crescent.

Great hotel, close to the beach and DMCC🌟 metro station. This is a rarity in Dubai - such a combo👍 They give out umbrellas and towels in a bag for the beach. The food is excellent, buffet for breakfast and dinner, lunch on the menu. You can choose lunch or breakfast if you have a breakfast and dinner option. The rooms are spacious, clean, cleaned every day. The only negative is that towels are greedy for some reason. They could only put one body towel for two of us, not put a hand towel at all But when asked to fix it, everything was immediately brought. But the situation repeats every day. A strange policy with towels under all other conditions at a high level. The staff is polite, the hotel left the best impression🌟🌟🌟👍👍👍 P.S. the photo was taken on the way from the hotel to the subway🥰

The disadvantages are indirect - these are huge gaps in the area and a beach with a lot of people, from here the water is dirty enough, the coast is not flat, there are a lot of yachts and boats next to the beach, all this stinks and creates additional discomfort. In general, the beach is the main disappointment of this place.

In a room of 100m2 we had a kitchen, a hall, two balconies, a bedroom, two bathrooms, two plasmas, a bunch of closets, in short, the two of us got lost there, I don't know why I booked one, it was a little uncomfortable. The second time I booked 45m2, here it is more comfortable for two, floor-to-ceiling windows, dimmed light, clean, cozy, there is no balcony, it was a little sad. I would even say mediocre. on 2+ Get drunk, without enthusiasm. Salads and hot dishes.. not bad. Sometimes there is something delicious. Without fanaticism. Although in the Emirates, the Indians provide excellent cuisine in other hotels! That is, they know how to cook, it's something else. I wish the hotel and the management team to show more love to the guests and the hotel and surprise us one day with the level of service!

The hotel is quite old, has seen a lot. The staff certainly tries, but it's not enough. When I arrived with my family, I had to change the room 3 times. In the first, everything was smoked through, in the second, the yellow color of the bath and dust literally everywhere. It was decided to leave the third room, but when moving from the 2nd to the 3rd room, we noticed that the mini-bar was not full, we did not touch it, but when we left, we were charged 31 dirhams for it. All rooms provide for the presence of a washing machine, so, for some reason, it was not in ours. After long negotiations at the Reception and switching to "pure Russian", the senior manager solved the issue, but somehow not completely, the installed machine drained not all the water into the sewer but half, the second flowed to the floor, we revealed this fact when returning from the pool, of course they eliminated everything later with blue duct tape, but not nice. The irons had to be changed 3 times too, one soiled the laundry, the other leaked, the third was decided to leave despite the broken spout. One excuse for this hotel is that we did not choose it, but other people chose it for us. We wouldn't have done it voluntarily ourselves. Although there are advantages - large rooms, two bathrooms, a family of 4...6 people can be accommodated for sane money. Food is acceptable.
