Not an unambiguous attitude to this hotel. According to the location, this is a five plus. The first line from the beach. Although they write everywhere that the second one. The beach is nice. Rent a sunbed for almost 100 bucks a day. Beach towels and umbrellas are provided at the hotel. Everything is of very good quality and really useful service. The food is delicious, the cuisine with an Indian bias but spices in moderation. Children find dishes for themselves and eat quietly. We had a rest in early April. There are a lot of people, but everything is organized. There are no queues, there is enough food. The rooms are tired. We had a family with two bedrooms. For four is a great option. The presence of a kitchen with a refrigerator and a washing machine helps out. Upholstered furniture with stains. The furniture doors are sagging, barely closing. Cleaning once a day without complaints. There are three grocery stores, several pharmacies, a swimming pool on the territory. In general, it is located on the territory of a residential complex. So the entire infrastructure is accessible. Nearby there is a large, but for me useless shopping center. The main attractions are just around the corner. Ferris wheel 5 min. walk, only in the evening. There's a gorgeous territory there. There are a lot of souvenirs, cafes and shops. The sail is visible from the beach. Local Disney 10 minutes by taxi. It feels like the hotel is pulling on a solid three stars.

Of the minuses: one restaurant, resembles a dining room in its interior and furniture, monotonous food, to enter the hotel, you have to go through an underground parking lot, the pool is small and cold, the hotel territory is some kind of narrow space between other hotels, there are no greenery, no plantings, concrete roads all around.
There is no entertainment at the hotel. It is very boring, especially in the evenings, there is no terrace, no comfortable sofas. Naturally, there are no Russian-speaking staff
From the pros: really nice clean room, daily cleaning, the sea is within walking distance

Great hotel. Of the minuses, there are no balconies, but this is normal for them. The staff is friendly, responded to all requests quickly. The beach is 3 minutes on foot. All the necessary infrastructure is nearby .

The staff is polite, they said they would check in at 15:00 or earlier for an additional payment of 5000 rubles, but an Uber taxi driver deceived us on the way from the airport ( he asked us to close the order and at the end of the trip asked twice as much money, they gave 8000 rubles together 4000 rubles. They were alone with a friend, without men, so they tried to deceive us at every step 🥲). We slept right in the lobby, apparently they pitied us and settled in at 13:00.
We were only at breakfast, we were well fed, almost the same thing every day, we ate too much.
You can smoke around the pool, people complained about 6 Arab men who did it without stopping, there was also an Afro crowd, the guys turned on their personal column, it felt like they had a private pool at home. 😁
So everything is good, the numbers are also good. It was difficult to understand English with a Hindu accent, but this is not a problem 😁👌🏻

I am resting now in this hotel (end of September 2023) and I like it. There is a private beach across the street, there are no special inconveniences in walking - 5 minutes maximum. The service is normal, the choice of dishes is good, the only thing missing is more fish dishes (only fillets of fish of the same type for lunch and dinner). And there is no coffee for lunch and dinner from the coffee machine, only instant. Otherwise, there are no questions. Price and quality compliance. I recommend.

Great view from the window, perfect cleaning every day. Towels and umbrellas are provided for the beach. Near the metro. Near the beach. Minuses : there is no cooler in the lobby, the windows in the room do not open - the wet swimsuit is constantly and nothing dries, the reception is not always competent. The hotel is really not cheap. I'm still out of season here. With an outlet and everything is fine here, no adapters are needed. And they settled me at 11 a.m. already, not at 3 p.m.

The location is perfect - the beach is nearby, there is a place to walk in the evenings, which is a rarity for Dubai. Near the island with a Ferris wheel. There is a nice, always ready to help girl from Kazakhstan at the reception. The rooms, of course, are rustic, but everything is functionally there. We had 5 toilets in our room for three families. Of course, when there are a lot of you and with kids, it's convenient. I recommend it with a clear conscience to those who do not pursue sophistication!

In the photos, a beautiful hotel with cool views, in fact an old apartment hotel in need of repair.
We did not take the cheapest duplex room. Furniture requires urgent replacement, some sockets are already all. The wallpaper is lagging behind the walls.
I imagine what kind of trash happens in lower class rooms.
If you are not pretentious about quality, then OK, this option will do. But we are definitely not going to this Ramada anymore. For the same money, there is a place to stay at the Marina and the Palm Crescent.

Great hotel. Spacious rooms. Yes, the renovation is not to say that it is luxurious, but it is quite neat. We are very picky, but we were satisfied. The hotel periodically updates the room stock. The location is perfect, 2 minutes to the beach, shops and cafes. The hotel provides beach towels, umbrellas. The food is varied, somewhere in the third part with a bias towards Indian cuisine. Everything is very tasty. The entrance to the hotel is from the basement with parking, but this is generally common in Dubai. I definitely recommend it, we plan to return.

A good hotel, rooms for every taste and budget. At the reception, you can solve any issue, one of the employees, like Ahmed, speaks Russian well, special thanks to him! The choice of food is not great, but everything is quite tasty cooked. Split systems work well in the rooms, it is always comfortable. There is a swimming pool at the hotel, convenient if not hunting for the beach.. The beach certainly did not suit the fact that you need to rinse your feet for free, you need to go to its middle, and this is a decent distance. The beach is quite clean, light sand. In general, the hotel is normal, I recommend it for a small and medium budget!

Great hotel, close to the beach and DMCC🌟 metro station. This is a rarity in Dubai - such a combo👍
They give out umbrellas and towels in a bag for the beach. The food is excellent, buffet for breakfast and dinner, lunch on the menu. You can choose lunch or breakfast if you have a breakfast and dinner option.
The rooms are spacious, clean, cleaned every day. The only negative is that towels are greedy for some reason. They could only put one body towel for two of us, not put a hand towel at all
But when asked to fix it, everything was immediately brought. But the situation repeats every day. A strange policy with towels under all other conditions at a high level.
The staff is polite, the hotel left the best impression🌟🌟🌟👍👍👍 P.S.

The food is delicious and quite varied. Chicken, beef, rice, pasta, eggs, vegetables, fruits, sweets, drinks. Everyone will find it to their taste. The pool is medium, the maximum depth is 1.65 m. There are sun beds and umbrellas near the pool. The water is 30 degrees. It takes 10 minutes to walk to the beach. It's all good.

Around the hotel: the staff is adequate, everything is worn, cleaned, served on demand, the bed was changed every day, on a call to houskeeping, a couple of times they tried to break through before lunch, clean up and change the bed/bath accessories, but I sleep for a long time, and on a boiling white I generally want to lie around all day and not go out. In a room of 100m2 we had a kitchen, a hall, two balconies, a bedroom, two bathrooms, two plasmas, a bunch of closets, in short, the two of us got lost there, I don't know why I booked one, it was a little uncomfortable. The second time I booked 45m2, here it is more comfortable for two, floor-to-ceiling windows, dimmed light, clean, cozy, there is no balcony, it was a little sad.
The overall impression is VERY GOOD.
