We were at this hotel in early December 2022. The location of the hotel is very convenient, within walking distance of the sea and the metro. Near a good store, pharmacy. The check-in took place with minor problems, because the rooms offered did not correspond to the paid ones.Plus, yes, a hotel is being built nearby and if the windows are facing in that direction, it is very noisy and dusty. Rooms with balconies on the bay say that everyone is busy and cost more, which the operator in Moscow should have told us about (although we have other information from the operator). We lived in a two-room room, there is a refrigerator, washing machine, stove, oven, toaster, kettle. However, if you plan to cook, there are very few dishes and you need to purchase dish washing products yourself, including sponges, towels, etc. The cleaning in the room is very mediocre, walking barefoot in socks it is clear that the floor is not particularly clean, although they are cleaned every day. Towels are not always changed, in recent days 4 towels were taken away altogether, 3 were returned))) We took breakfast and dinner, standard breakfasts (cereals, porridge, omelet, eggs, rolls, cheese, sausage, etc.), dinners are also not bad, without frills, but you can eat. Beef has always been tough, chicken and one dish of fish.There is a pool, small, but you can swim. For those who plan to eat in restaurants, I can advise in the bay, when leaving the hotel (how to go to the sea), go a little to the left, a restaurant of Uzbek cuisine, an acceptable price tag, a good selection of dishes, very tasty lamb. In general, the hotel is not bad, only the noise from the construction site was very disturbing.

Advantages: location, friendly staff. Cons: the food, we only had breakfast, was meager; the bathroom did not have a thought-out entrance to the bathroom - the bidet interferes; the floors in the room were dirty upon check-in. The cockroaches we read about in other reviews have not been seen. Water, tea, coffee, cream are laid out every day.

relatively cheap for marina - to the metro or to the main beach 10-15 minutes on foot. In the evening, you can walk / run around the marina. This is where the advantages end.
Minuses:
1) the hotel is old. The furniture is old, falling apart, looks very tired.
2) Disgusting central air conditioning system! The corridors and rooms are damp! It is practically impossible to set up the condee in the rooms. It's so damp that there are puddles all over the hotel from condensation dripping from the ceilings.
3) breakfasts are cheap, monotonous and tasteless. It's not worth taking - money is wasted.
4) There is its own infrastructure, but very small. You will not get into the pool, because it is for 5-8 people and is always busy.
5) There is a construction site right under the hotel (10 meters away) - dust on the balconies and noise are provided. There is a mosque 40 meters away. Mullah certainly sings funny, but not at 4 in the morning)))
Bottom line: as a cheap hotel for a relatively (marina) budget accommodation, it is quite suitable. It is impossible to consider it as a "good hotel" for recreation at all.
The staff speaks English. There is no Russian.

The hotel is located directly in the Dubai Marina area. The advantages include its location. From it you can walk to the beach and the Ferris wheel. Breakfasts and dinners at the hotel are not to say that they are varied, but you will not stay hungry.
The disadvantages include tired numbers and the lack of Euro sockets. Also, the disadvantages include traffic in Dubai Marina. Sometimes it was easier to get out in the middle of the road and walk than to continue to take a taxi.
Attention: a two-pin euro socket is usually located in the large room of the room under the table. In our room, she was at the entrance under the table.

The hotel is nice, there is a cafe at the hotel small, but cozy on the street there are also tables. The food is very tasty, they took only breakfast because they constantly arrived late and would not have had time for dinner. All the staff is friendly, there is a spa, not a bad view from the window of the Marina is just super, especially at night. The air conditioning in the room worked perfectly. There was a construction site nearby, but nothing bothered us, the same goes for the mosque, it's also nearby, if someone doesn't like these sounds, then everything is very simple, they closed the windows, turned on the conder and that's it, the sound insulation is good.

If you don't want to ruin your vacation, like we did. Beware of this place.
We paid for the suite - look at the photos for yourself, words are superfluous here.
Even at check-in, when we wanted to stop by, we wanted 250dirh.
No one even apologized for such a room, they didn't even offer a new one. They didn't even try to do anything. I've never seen such a dump before. The desire to come to Dubai just disappears.
Breakfast is a horror. We end up going to the store and buying fruit ourselves. There is nothing to eat for breakfast except porridge.
This is the first time I've seen kettles with 2 pcs of boiling water put on. For +100 people. To cut apples.
It's creepy from this place and it's 4 * I would give 2-3* with a big stretch.
Self-respecting people don't go to places like this, don't make mistakes like us. The staff is not polite.

First of all, you need to understand the essence of this "hotel" correctly. For the most part, this is exactly what renting apartments (apartments of various sizes), including for permanent residence, and other types of services are only secondary. The food in the "restaurant" is edible, no poison has been detected, but it will not be possible to call it delicious. When cleaning, incidents occur systematically - they left 1 towel instead of two, did not leave at all, etc. They responded to the request for water, but warned that they would not give more than 4 additional bottles for free.
60 dirhams is a tax on accommodation for 3 nights, 100 dollars is a deposit (deposit) in case you break something.
When planning a vacation, we were looking for a nice plug in an interesting place (Marina), and we got it. There were practically no guests at the hotel, they came at 22:10, had dinner and went to bed, so he coped with his task.
From the sea 15 minutes walk, identical to the metro. There are many shops in the immediate vicinity, including a large supermarket operating 24/7.
The staff (reception and kitchen) speak Russian. There is a swimming pool with a view of the Marina.

The room is large, but dirty, for me it is not critical, since I am not in the room on vacation for 24 hours. The beach is a 10-minute walk away. The beach is wonderful. The metro is 10 minutes away.

This hotel is a complete bottom. Don't get fooled by the photo!!!!!! I changed 3 rooms . There is dirty laminate everywhere . Just for a second, I just stopped by. I had to wear sneakers, I killed my white socks right away) Furniture requires restoration everywhere. The photos are heavily processed, and when you arrive, you don't recognize the hotel. For this amount, 35,000 . It was possible to rent a room in the center, or in another hotel with better quality, it's just impossible to describe my face when I just drove up to the door of this hotel. I stayed in Dubai for 10 days. Having changed 6 hotels ( traveled ) . And in the latter, the desire to come again was completely destroyed. The rooms are very damp. So much so that I didn 't want to go back after a walk . I want to thank the staff for their correct and professional work. Namely Nazar, Ashna, and Nihan! Well done guys!!!!

The hotel is mentally and physically "tired". There are no complaints about the staff, they work perfectly. They try to help. For 4 stars, very modest, probably at the level of 3, if not 2 Turkish. For 4 people in the room there were 2 sets of towels (I had to ask for something several times to bring more towels). There are beach towels by the pool (maximum for 10 people), but they could not be taken to the beach. Only after complaining to the tour operator, they were allowed to take them to the beach for a deposit. It takes 10-15 minutes to walk to the beach and the metro. In the evening, it's nice to walk along the Marina.

We were in this hotel in September 2023, they brought us at 8 am, at the reception a girl of African appearance told us that check-in from 14:00, but we can be settled now for 150 dirhams, (that is, it turns out there are free rooms, but we are not settled), we refused for an additional fee, settled in the lobby on the sofa after three hours, we are called to the reception and offered a two-room room with two bedrooms for free, but as it turns out for a regular single room, the tourist fee is 20 dirhams per day and for this two-bedroom room it will already be 40 dirhams, that is, we did not want to overpay 180 dirhams for our 9 days, we refused again. As a result, we were settled at 13:30, while no one left the hotel with us. The plumbing is lame, the shower switch did not work, they did not respond to my pritension, the overflow was running in the toilet all the time, water was bubbling all night, well, food: the tour was taken with breakfast, the restaurant was under repair, so the meals were organized in the lobby of the hotel, the breakfasts are monotonous every day, one or two dishes change, there were no fish and meat dishes for 9 days (even in a cheap Turkish troika they give chicken) but of course you won't stay hungry.
The only big plus is the location of the hotel in the tourist area "Dubai Marina" and our view from the balcony of the bay with yachts.
In 2021, we were at the nearby Jannah marina hotel, we liked it more.

We had a rest in May 2023. The location of the hotel is gorgeous! View from the pool to the Dubai Marina. But, the room is very dusty, the bed linen was stained, the furniture was also stained. The tile in the bathroom needs to be replaced, there is a fungus. We just came to spend the night, so the quality of the room did not upset us much. The advice is to do a dry cleaning of the furniture, replace the bed linen with a new one, treat the tiles in the bathroom, wipe the dust all over the room. And we will definitely come back to you in February 2024!

Room - apartments. A full set of appliances and dishes. The beach is about 15 minutes on foot. To the metro - also. There are plenty of cafes and shops around. Of course, everything is quite expensive. But for us it was expected. They took only breakfast. The set is normal. Cheeses, eggs in different versions, porridge, pastries, etc. Very tasty hummus. Fruits - watermelons, melons, pineapples. Of course, this is not a Turkish variant of variety, but it is quite possible to have a hearty breakfast. I had enough until the evening. The presence of a kettle in the room made it possible to organize a snack if necessary. The pool is small. Cleaned every day. The hotel was built a long time ago. Everything is old enough, but clean. Two disadvantages - the air conditioner is noisy. We were lucky that there was no need to use it. And a new house is being built next to the hotel. Around the clock. But in Dubai, it's ubiquitous. There is a mosque nearby, but this has a certain flavor.
In general, I liked everything. If I had to go to Dubai, I would not hesitate to choose this hotel.

This is terrible!!! And here obscene language is appropriate! I have never seen or lived worse than a garbage dump!! I didn't even put my things out, I have everything in my suitcase! I'll attach a photo - you can see everything by them!!! No set was given - it's good that they had toothbrushes from Aeroflot with them. The photo will show the color of the towels! - earthen!!! The water from the bidet does not go away!, but today at least garbage has not surfaced from the sewer!! It's my first time in Dubai! My work is connected with business trips, but I have not seen such a viper even in the most remote province!!!

Terrible hotel , definitely not 4 stars . An asset from which the owners make a profit, but do not want to invest. The old air conditioning system in the common hall , constant condensate flows down like a stream onto the railing and the floor on which the sign stood during our entire time of arrival , part of the tiles fell through in the entrance group on the porch , they were in no hurry to repair it at all . The furniture in the rooms is "tired", they are cleaned for show, towels were taken away, clean ones had to be asked, replacements were not hung. When cleaning, personal belongings (white linen) were put on dirty suitcases, the question is where are the eyes and mind?! She swore , said tell everyone not to touch personal belongings , they are very disturbing , so that they can be removed from the bed to suitcases ???When checking in, there was no general cleaning, the refrigerator is not very clean, the stove with a hood leaves much to be desired. For dinner, "Caesar" without chicken and without shrimp, lettuce leaves, cheese and crackers with mayonnaise. The fish is raw with overflowing French fries, they apologized, explained the situation to the administrator of Sofia at breakfast, they sent fruit as a compliment. There is a constant specific aroma of incense from Pakistan or India in the Lobby.
Conclusion : do not even consider this hotel for accommodation !!!!
