Everything is OK, very nice, everything is clean, cleaning every day (don't forget, guys, about tips). If it wasn't for the mosque next door.... Well, there were a couple of unresolved questions about the reception staff. It would be a solid 5k.

The hotel is just 4 rooms, clean, cool (air conditioners everywhere) two elevators (convenient), there is (Wi-Fi), not a large area for eating in the hotel itself, of course you can eat outside but it's hot in the shopping center))) the rooms are ordinary, nothing bad and it is clear that the repair was a long time ago.. But on vacation, this is not the main thing, you spend hours on the beach and on walks (there is something to see) by the way, 15-20 minutes to the beach on foot, just shops nearby, you can go buy some water or just cool off from the southern heat.. In general, the hotel is well located, with a gorgeous view from the balcony in the evening- at night everything is on fire..

There were holidays in NG. The only thing I liked was the view of the Marina, we lived on the 6th floor. Tired bathroom. After a kind of wet cleaning, the soles on the feet are dirty, the floors are sticky. Dirty dishes were left in the sink, they were washed about cleaning, that's just what remains a mystery, since there are no sponges, no dishwashing detergents!

We try every year to go to Dubai in May and specifically to the Marina. This year it is the signature! A normal hotel! Location + service + food!! There was one joint - It was a little strange, there was NOT ENOUGH HOT WATER in the shower for several evenings! Next to the mosque absolutely did not interfere!

The main advantage of this hotel is its location. On the Dubai Marina boardwalk, within walking distance from the excellent beach and the JBR embankment. 15 minutes walk to the metro and you can get to the main attractions of Dubai. This is an apartment hotel, all rooms are equipped with a kitchen. Level 3 stars, no more. Room cleaning leaves much to be desired. On the balcony, apparently, since the construction there has not been what we call a general cleaning. The rooms are served by young men and they understand in their own way what cleanliness and order in the room are.

We are now in this hotel on 07/21/2023 The only plus of this hotel is the location.
We have a family room, the room is designed for 4-5 people , there are 2 mugs in the room , not a single fork , well, God be with him . There is boiling water in the pool , it is not possible to swim , the air temperature is 40 , the water is the same . We contacted the managers for 3 days , make a pool , the water is not updated , they tell us tomorrow , tomorrow comes and everything is the same . All vacationers are told different reasons for breakage , filters , pumps , and the main argument is SUMMER . Bleach does not even smell , it is not treated with anything , the water is stagnant . Moreover , in the shower on the pool , the water is cold , and in the pool there is boiling water . We want to contact the management of the hotel , for what to pay such money ? To sit in the room?

The only advantage is the location. The rest is disgusting!!! Dirt, sewer stink, disgusting food. Terrible beds, old bed linen, towels - they can just turn out and fold. The plumbing is broken and leaking. In general, it doesn't even pull three stars!

This hotel does not pull on the top five in any way. Even the top four, which we were in last year, is much better. When we checked into the hotel, it was very cold in the room, as if we were waiting for penguins. They put towels on two people as one. In the following days there was also a shortage of towels, I had to ask for them to be brought. The food is monotonous, for breakfast potatoes, pasta as well as for dinner plus rice. And so every day. By drinks:Orange and multifruit juice, coffee, tea. No, neither pineapple nor mango. When we were in 4th grade last year, it was all there.
Of the advantages, good reception staff and a good location (near the Jbr Marina beach). Walk to the beach in 20 minutes. We also had a beautiful view from the balcony of the bay with yachts. There is a mosque nearby. Opposite is a cheap supermarket.

A huge plus of the hotel is the location and proximity to the beach. Everything is within walking distance. In the evening, you can just walk and not get involved with transport. The food is normal, no frills of course, but you will be full.

We had a rest in January 2023 at this hotel, it was the first trip to Dubai and I can say with certainty that it will not be the last! I have already recommended this hotel to my friends! The service is very good, everyone is friendly, friendly, the managers who are in touch 24/7 helped a lot when booking the hotel, for which they are especially grateful, if not for them this vacation could not have taken place at all! A good hotel, 4 stars pulls. The breakfasts are delicious (we only have them included). The view is beautiful. We got a room with a balcony and a view of the port. Some people pay extra for this kind of view. There are Russian-speaking staff. If you are promised a SPA on account of a deposit (mandatory payment upon check-in, we have $ 100 and 140 dirhams) - do not believe it. The SPA salon rents a room in the hotel and provides its services for a fee before the service is rendered. The sea is 10-15 minutes away, there are two ways by which you can reach it. The location of the hotel is very convenient, for such a price, you can forgive all the shoals. The rooms are not the first freshness, but again, you can forgive for such a cost. Hotels on the Marina are more expensive than this one. There is a port with yachts nearby - very beautiful!

We were at this hotel in September 2022. The view from the room was on the construction site, for a beautiful view of the Marina, we were offered to pay $ 300 extra for 9 nights. There is a mosque nearby, with the sunrise, the mule starts calling for prayer very loudly, earplugs do not help, you will constantly wake up around 5-6 hours, fortunately all this does not last long, you can then fall asleep again. The rooms look tired. We didn't do any cooking in the kitchen, but there was everything we needed and most importantly a refrigerator that freezes well. The temperature in the room is comfortable, the climate control worked properly. There was no dryer on the balcony, things were dried on chairs, by the way, you can smoke on the balcony. It seemed to be cleaned every day, but for some reason the maid took away dirty towels a couple of times, but did not give clean ones, I had to call the reception. We have never been to the pool, SPA and gym. The food is sparse. You can change dinner for lunch. All sockets are not European, so for 250 rubles an adapter was bought in a super-market across the street and a pilot was taken with him, because there are always a lot of gadgets with him. Wi-fi in the room worked fine, not fast, sometimes stupid. There is one girl from the staff who speaks Russian. About the location, I can say that the hotel is conveniently located, it takes 20 minutes to walk to the beach at a calm pace, there is a good super market across the street and an exchange office with a favorable rate in it, it takes 12 minutes to walk to the DMCC metro station. If you suddenly want to buy alcohol, there is a small Dubai Marina Mall near the hotel, where alcohol is officially sold under the grocery store at the parking level, only according to a foreign passport, prices are normal.

They only took breakfast, it was acceptable. From fruits watermelon, melon, oranges. Vegetables are not tasty.

Ask for slippers, though not the first time, but they will give you) and there are bathrobes, but also on demand))
This is an apartment, there are dishes, a hob, an oven, a washing machine.

It's a little far from the beach, 3-5 km. The rooms are huge, but old! Clean, but there are no disposable slippers, bathrobes, sometimes they do not give towels. The service is friendly, from the airport by taxi a little more than 100 money. you can get there by monorail. the pool is small. The food is meager and ends quickly, you are late and eat the leftovers. there is no quick cooking of hot dishes. fruits 2-3 names. view from the window or on the lagoon with yachts or on the roadway. Very close to the church and the morning begins with a loud prayer!
I would give three stars!
There is no greenery in Dubai itself! but there is something to see and buy!

I don't recommend it. The hotel has old furniture, the room is dirty, it's like they didn't clean up in front of us.
There is hair in the bathroom, the bed is dirty. They called and asked to change, everything was done without any problems.
The staff is responsive, the view is cool on the Marina, convenient location. These are the main advantages.
If you want to be comfortable, I recommend choosing another option.

We rested in this hotel for the New Year holidays in 2022. The impression is satisfactory. We lived in an apartment on the 5th floor with a view of the Marina. If you are thinking about whether to pay extra for the view or not, then definitely pay extra. In the evening it is very beautiful, music is playing (mostly Russian), but there is also a feature in the form of a mosque (you will hear characteristic sounds). The number itself is a solid three. A little tired, but all appliances (washing machine, stove, kettle, microwave, refrigerator, iron) are in working condition. There are some dishes in the kitchen, but there are no appliances. The bed is large, the mattress is comfortable enough.The room itself is spacious. As for food, the food is fresh, the choice is not the biggest, but quite diverse, there is everything you need. We took only breakfast, it was enough for us, as we went for a walk for the whole day. The hotel has a swimming pool, but we never went to it. The beach is relatively close. Also within walking distance from the hotel is a metro station, a Ferris wheel. Dubai Marina area is recommended for living) By the way, there is a Marina Pot restaurant near the hotel) a great place with a varied menu. Be sure to visit! The portions are huge and delicious

I am disappointed with this hotel by the fact that I booked a room in this hotel for a month and a half with a view of the Marina, and after arriving, they tell me at the airport that they can't settle me in this hotel without any arguments!They moved to the Marina View hotel on a level lower than the one that was booked, a room with a view of the roof and, in no way compensated.It is a pity that the guests are treated so disdainfully.

One of the best price-quality in Marina. I had a rest in October 2021. Walking distance to the best beach in Dubai is about 20 minutes. Most of the way in the shadows!!! Near DMCC metro station. Very convenient. There is a convenience store and a pharmacy nearby.
