I really liked the location, near the Marina Mall and the beach! The hotel is very clean, the pool is small, but it is enough, the staff is kind and helpful! The breakfasts are quite decent and fruits and vegetables, pastries are all there except meat, sausages instead of them 🌭 everything is delicious 😋I recommend this hotel to my friends. The room was taken from the balcony and overlooking the Marina, and arriving at night we were stunned by the beauty of the bay, it's like in a fairy tale! The hotel is mentally and physically "tired". There are no complaints about the staff, they work perfectly. They try to help. For 4 stars, very modest, probably at the level of 3, if not 2 Turkish. For 4 people in the room there were 2 sets of towels (I had to ask for something several times to bring more towels). There are beach towels by the pool (maximum for 10 people), but they could not be taken to the beach. Only after complaining to the tour operator, they were allowed to take them to the beach for a deposit. It takes 10-15 minutes to walk to the beach and the metro. In the evening, it's nice to walk along the Marina.

We had a rest in May 2023. The location of the hotel is gorgeous! View from the pool to the Dubai Marina. But, the room is very dusty, the bed linen was stained, the furniture was also stained. The tile in the bathroom needs to be replaced, there is a fungus. We just came to spend the night, so the quality of the room did not upset us much. The advice is to do a dry cleaning of the furniture, replace the bed linen with a new one, treat the tiles in the bathroom, wipe the dust all over the room. As a result, we were settled at 13:30, while no one left the hotel with us. The plumbing is lame, the shower switch did not work, they did not respond to my pritension, the overflow was running in the toilet all the time, water was bubbling all night, well, food: the tour was taken with breakfast, the restaurant was under repair, so the meals were organized in the lobby of the hotel, the breakfasts are monotonous every day, one or two dishes change, there were no fish and meat dishes for 9 days (even in a cheap Turkish troika they give chicken) but of course you won't stay hungry. The only big plus is the location of the hotel in the tourist area "Dubai Marina" and our view from the balcony of the bay with yachts. In 2021, we were at the nearby Jannah marina hotel, we liked it more.

There were five of us, two adults and three children, there were not enough towels in the room, I asked for two days to be added! The cleaning is bad! A meager and not tasty assortment of food, watermelons and melons are not ripe! The pool is small, it is better to take sun beds in the morning, there are very few of them! Our room was two rooms, tired to put it mildly (repair and change of furniture is asking for), the sockets were pulled out of the wall hung on wires, called the engineer, he shoved the socket back and left ...... Tin!!! The window in one of the rooms did not close at all, I called the engineer again, he said it was not blowing and fine.... There are no words!!!! I swatted one cockroach!!!! The hotel does not match the four stars!!! Rated two stars just because of the location!

The only plus of this hotel is a gorgeous view from the balcony, pool and restaurant to the Marina! It's a long walk to the bay, about 20 minutes. In 7 days we went there only 1 time. It would seem not much, but in the heat it is deadly, very far away. Despite the fact that we arrived in a good season, when the temperature is up to 35 degrees. The rest of the days were spent in the pool. The rooms are spacious, but old and stink of dampness. The shower had a weak pressure and worked only with a hose. The shower faucet didn't work at all. All kinds of shampoos, gels and hair dryers take your own! They are of no use. There are 2 TVs, but old ones with non-working remotes and without smart TV. When we checked in, there were no bathrobes, soap accessories and a normal iron in the room (burnt, which would easily leave stains on clothes). And so periodically I had to call the reception and request everything I needed. As for food, then refuse it altogether, or order only breakfast! They feed the same thing every day. On the last day of rest, they didn't even want to go there, they were already sick. For dinner: fish-pangasius, meat - chicken and beef stew, side dish - rice, pasta and potatoes, fruit - melon and watermelon, and rolls. For breakfast: scrambled eggs, sausages, salads, tasteless pancakes, etc Once in the beef that I ate every day I got a long black hair, after that I was hungry. I didn't dare to eat anymore. The hotel is designed after all for self-cooking. The room has a refrigerator, stove, microwave. Nearby near the hotel there is a good supermarket where you can buy food, the choice is good. The hotel pulls a maximum of 3 stars!

However, if you plan to cook, there are very few dishes and you need to purchase dish washing products yourself, including sponges, towels, etc. The cleaning in the room is very mediocre, walking barefoot in socks it is clear that the floor is not particularly clean, although they are cleaned every day. Towels are not always changed, in recent days 4 towels were taken away altogether, 3 were returned))) We took breakfast and dinner, standard breakfasts (cereals, porridge, omelet, eggs, rolls, cheese, sausage, etc.), dinners are also not bad, without frills, but you can eat. Beef has always been tough, chicken and one dish of fish.There is a pool, small, but you can swim.
