First of all, you need to understand the essence of this "hotel" correctly. For the most part, this is exactly what renting apartments (apartments of various sizes), including for permanent residence, and other types of services are only secondary. The food in the "restaurant" is edible, no poison has been detected, but it will not be possible to call it delicious. When cleaning, incidents occur systematically - they left 1 towel instead of two, did not leave at all, etc. They responded to the request for water, but warned that they would not give more than 4 additional bottles for free. 60 dirhams is a tax on accommodation for 3 nights, 100 dollars is a deposit (deposit) in case you break something. When planning a vacation, we were looking for a nice plug in an interesting place (Marina), and we got it. There were practically no guests at the hotel, they came at 22:10, had dinner and went to bed, so he coped with his task. From the sea 15 minutes walk, identical to the metro. There are many shops in the immediate vicinity, including a large supermarket operating 24/7. The staff (reception and kitchen) speak Russian. There is a swimming pool with a view of the Marina.

We rested in this hotel for the New Year holidays in 2022. The impression is satisfactory. We lived in an apartment on the 5th floor with a view of the Marina. If you are thinking about whether to pay extra for the view or not, then definitely pay extra. In the evening it is very beautiful, music is playing (mostly Russian), but there is also a feature in the form of a mosque (you will hear characteristic sounds). The number itself is a solid three. A little tired, but all appliances (washing machine, stove, kettle, microwave, refrigerator, iron) are in working condition. There are some dishes in the kitchen, but there are no appliances. The bed is large, the mattress is comfortable enough.The room itself is spacious. As for food, the food is fresh, the choice is not the biggest, but quite diverse, there is everything you need. We took only breakfast, it was enough for us, as we went for a walk for the whole day. The hotel has a swimming pool, but we never went to it. The beach is relatively close. Also within walking distance from the hotel is a metro station, a Ferris wheel. Dubai Marina area is recommended for living) By the way, there is a Marina Pot restaurant near the hotel) a great place with a varied menu. Be sure to visit! The portions are huge and delicious

Of course, everything is quite expensive. But for us it was expected. They took only breakfast. The set is normal. Cheeses, eggs in different versions, porridge, pastries, etc. Very tasty hummus. Fruits - watermelons, melons, pineapples. Of course, this is not a Turkish variant of variety, but it is quite possible to have a hearty breakfast. I had enough until the evening. The presence of a kettle in the room made it possible to organize a snack if necessary. The pool is small. Cleaned every day. The hotel was built a long time ago. Everything is old enough, but clean. Two disadvantages - the air conditioner is noisy. We were lucky that there was no need to use it. And a new house is being built next to the hotel. Around the clock. But in Dubai, it's ubiquitous. There is a mosque nearby, but this has a certain flavor. In general, I liked everything. If I had to go to Dubai, I would not hesitate to choose this hotel.

This hotel is a complete bottom. Don't get fooled by the photo!!!!!! I changed 3 rooms . There is dirty laminate everywhere . Just for a second, I just stopped by. I had to wear sneakers, I killed my white socks right away) Furniture requires restoration everywhere. The photos are heavily processed, and when you arrive, you don't recognize the hotel. For this amount, 35,000 . It was possible to rent a room in the center, or in another hotel with better quality, it's just impossible to describe my face when I just drove up to the door of this hotel. I stayed in Dubai for 10 days. Having changed 6 hotels ( traveled ) . And in the latter, the desire to come again was completely destroyed. The rooms are very damp. Terrible hotel , definitely not 4 stars . An asset from which the owners make a profit, but do not want to invest. The old air conditioning system in the common hall , constant condensate flows down like a stream onto the railing and the floor on which the sign stood during our entire time of arrival , part of the tiles fell through in the entrance group on the porch , they were in no hurry to repair it at all . The furniture in the rooms is "tired", they are cleaned for show, towels were taken away, clean ones had to be asked, replacements were not hung. When cleaning, personal belongings (white linen) were put on dirty suitcases, the question is where are the eyes and mind?! She swore , said tell everyone not to touch personal belongings , they are very disturbing , so that they can be removed from the bed to suitcases ???When checking in, there was no general cleaning, the refrigerator is not very clean, the stove with a hood leaves much to be desired. For dinner, "Caesar" without chicken and without shrimp, lettuce leaves, cheese and crackers with mayonnaise. The fish is raw with overflowing French fries, they apologized, explained the situation to the administrator of Sofia at breakfast, they sent fruit as a compliment. There is a constant specific aroma of incense from Pakistan or India in the Lobby. Conclusion : do not even consider this hotel for accommodation !!!!

Minuses: 1) the hotel is old. The furniture is old, falling apart, looks very tired. 2) Disgusting central air conditioning system! The corridors and rooms are damp! It is practically impossible to set up the condee in the rooms. It's so damp that there are puddles all over the hotel from condensation dripping from the ceilings. 3) breakfasts are cheap, monotonous and tasteless. It's not worth taking - money is wasted. 4) There is its own infrastructure, but very small. You will not get into the pool, because it is for 5-8 people and is always busy. 5) There is a construction site right under the hotel (10 meters away) - dust on the balconies and noise are provided. There is a mosque 40 meters away. Mullah certainly sings funny, but not at 4 in the morning))) Bottom line: as a cheap hotel for a relatively (marina) budget accommodation, it is quite suitable. It is impossible to consider it as a "good hotel" for recreation at all. The staff speaks English. There is no Russian.

We were at this hotel in September 2022. The view from the room was on the construction site, for a beautiful view of the Marina, we were offered to pay $ 300 extra for 9 nights. There is a mosque nearby, with the sunrise, the mule starts calling for prayer very loudly, earplugs do not help, you will constantly wake up around 5-6 hours, fortunately all this does not last long, you can then fall asleep again. The rooms look tired. We didn't do any cooking in the kitchen, but there was everything we needed and most importantly a refrigerator that freezes well. The temperature in the room is comfortable, the climate control worked properly. There was no dryer on the balcony, things were dried on chairs, by the way, you can smoke on the balcony. It seemed to be cleaned every day, but for some reason the maid took away dirty towels a couple of times, but did not give clean ones, I had to call the reception. We have never been to the pool, SPA and gym. The food is sparse. You can change dinner for lunch. All sockets are not European, so for 250 rubles an adapter was bought in a super-market across the street and a pilot was taken with him, because there are always a lot of gadgets with him. Wi-fi in the room worked fine, not fast, sometimes stupid. There is one girl from the staff who speaks Russian. About the location, I can say that the hotel is conveniently located, it takes 20 minutes to walk to the beach at a calm pace, there is a good super market across the street and an exchange office with a favorable rate in it, it takes 12 minutes to walk to the DMCC metro station. If you suddenly want to buy alcohol, there is a small Dubai Marina Mall near the hotel, where alcohol is officially sold under the grocery store at the parking level, only according to a foreign passport, prices are normal.

We really liked the Dubai Marina area, clean, beautiful, sparsely populated, a good place for walking, there are playgrounds, restaurants, shops, Dubai Marina Mall is located nearby.
