The only good thing is the location

Although the hotel positions itself as a 4-ka, however, it pulls only 3-ku. And that's why, the rooms are a bit old, although they have their own kitchen, the cleaning is not perfect, there is a feeling on the balcony that no one has cleaned for years. Breakfast every day is monotonous and not very tasty. The pool is not large, there are few sunbeds, and you can sunbathe there for only a few hours, as the sun quickly hides behind the building and it gets cool.
From the poles, of course, this location is in the heart of the Marina's walking area, there are many inexpensive cafes and supermarkets nearby, JBR minutes to the beach is 15 minutes, the metro is practical as well. Beautiful view of the Marina from the rooms, tables on the street also with a view of the Marina and yachts. For your money, a good Hotel, taking into account that you will only spend the night there.

We rented an apartment for a month-October! We were with my husband and what is our disappointment, what was in the picture and what we saw in fact! The air conditioning system flowed on all floors in the lobby, the ceiling was mildewed, appliances and furniture needed replacement for a long time. In the first room we were settled with a balcony overlooking the mosque and construction sites, it is impossible to sleep, since the balcony doors did not close tightly! We tried to use the washing machine, it's broken, there was a sharp smell of sewage in the kitchen from the sink! Three days after contacting the reception, we were moved to another room, all the equipment was in good order, there were a couple of comments, but the staff quickly eliminated everything. We didn't order breakfast, we were at lunch and then decided to eat out of the hotel
Special thanks to the staff, they responded to all requests, eliminated all shortcomings and tried to make the stay more comfortable.

We liked the hotel. We had a family vacation there from 11.03.2020. Responsive and friendly staff, very good location, room cleaning was done every day. To the sea 15-20 minutes at a calm pace. We really liked the Dubai Marina area, clean, beautiful, sparsely populated, a good place for walking, there are playgrounds, restaurants, shops, Dubai Marina Mall is located nearby. There is a frozen construction site and a mosque nearby, we can hear the prayer being read, but it didn't bother us, the child didn't wake up.

It is especially pleasant to write during the raging of the covidla. The hotel is quiet. No frills. The cuisine is delicious but not diverse. The rooms are comfortable. The view from the balcony is fantastic! The whole marina mall is in plain sight... indescribable. The color is off the scale!!! The mullah in the mosque next door sings so beautifully (especially in silence at dawn) that you are transported to another world... Can I attach a photo with a video?

The hotel is not new, but quite in good condition. I am pleased with the presence of a swimming pool with a beautiful view of the Marina. The gym is small, purely for show. There are Russian-speaking staff. A convenience store opposite the hotel.

It has been since 02/21/2020.Nice hotel! A wonderful restaurant, very tasty, I recommend taking HB meals. Friendly staff! Great location! To the sea 10-15 minutes at a calm pace. To the metro 10 min. Great Dubai Marina area, clean, beautiful, sparsely populated! Thank you so much for the cake that was put in the refrigerator for my daughter's birthday, it was a pleasant surprise. I give the hotel 9 points out of 10.

Excellent hotel for 4)*. Excellent location to the beach and metro, and, of course, the Dubai Marina and Mall. Buffet at the hotel. You can reschedule dinner for lunch. The spa, due to the epidemic, did not work. The room has an excellent kitchen, ranging from a refrigerator, microwave to a dishwasher. There is a safe in the room. But another cool moment is the view from the restaurant at any time of the day.

Excellent location, large rooms, everything you need is available.There 's even an oven in the kitchen .The supermarket is less than 100 meters away 24/7. Signature is a top for your money. JBR beach is generally cool in 10 minutes walk. The hotel itself is right on the canal, everything is clean and the view is good. Food for 3, but it's like it's not necessary there.

Near the mosque! And they read the prayer 5 times, and sometimes more! It starts at 5:45! Then 6:10 and so on. It is impossible to sleep. For ordinary tourists it is very hard to be blown up at 5 then at 6 in the morning!
Stock up on earplugs, which is also not very convenient.

There is also an exchanger. The beach is literally 15 minutes away slowly . It is convenient that in the evening there is a place to just walk. The metro is also close. Meals - we took breakfast - calmly pulls on 4 *. The pool is located as if at the entrance to the hotel, a little livelier. Somehow it was not very comfortable to swim there. Towels are not given to the beach. We bought some good Indian ones in the market. Lived in 2019 in January.

The hotel is located in a convenient quiet location, 15 minutes walk to the beach. The rooms are comfortable, spacious, equipped with necessary household appliances, sound insulation is good, the only drawback of the rooms is that they are a little "tired" - cosmetic repairs are required. The staff responds quickly to requests, but does not speak Russian. I recommend the hotel.
