It's a little far from the beach, 3-5 km. The rooms are huge, but old! Clean, but there are no disposable slippers, bathrobes, sometimes they do not give towels. The service is friendly, from the airport by taxi a little more than 100 money. you can get there by monorail. the pool is small. The food is meager and ends quickly, you are late and eat the leftovers. there is no quick cooking of hot dishes. fruits 2-3 names. view from the window or on the lagoon with yachts or on the roadway. Very close to the church and the morning begins with a loud prayer! I would give three stars! There is no greenery in Dubai itself! but there is something to see and buy!

It has been since 02/21/2020.Nice hotel! A wonderful restaurant, very tasty, I recommend taking HB meals. Friendly staff! Great location! To the sea 10-15 minutes at a calm pace. To the metro 10 min. Great Dubai Marina area, clean, beautiful, sparsely populated! Thank you so much for the cake that was put in the refrigerator for my daughter's birthday, it was a pleasant surprise. I give the hotel 9 points out of 10.

The hotel is not bad, but already a little shabby. The apartment has a washing machine, kettle,microwave,refrigerator. With dishes, the choice is weak. Plus , there is a good market opposite . There is also an exchanger. The beach is literally 15 minutes away slowly . It is convenient that in the evening there is a place to just walk. The metro is also close. Meals - we took breakfast - calmly pulls on 4 *. The pool is located as if at the entrance to the hotel, a little livelier. Somehow it was not very comfortable to swim there. Towels are not given to the beach. We bought some good Indian ones in the market. Lived in 2019 in January.

We rented an apartment for a month-October! We were with my husband and what is our disappointment, what was in the picture and what we saw in fact! The air conditioning system flowed on all floors in the lobby, the ceiling was mildewed, appliances and furniture needed replacement for a long time. In the first room we were settled with a balcony overlooking the mosque and construction sites, it is impossible to sleep, since the balcony doors did not close tightly! We tried to use the washing machine, it's broken, there was a sharp smell of sewage in the kitchen from the sink! Three days after contacting the reception, we were moved to another room, all the equipment was in good order, there were a couple of comments, but the staff quickly eliminated everything. We didn't order breakfast, we were at lunch and then decided to eat out of the hotel Special thanks to the staff, they responded to all requests, eliminated all shortcomings and tried to make the stay more comfortable.

The rooms are comfortable, spacious, equipped with necessary household appliances, sound insulation is good, the only drawback of the rooms is that they are a little "tired" - cosmetic repairs are required. Room 402, view from the balcony of the Marina with its boats, lights, skyscrapers. Marina embankment, beach, supermarkets, cafes are within walking distance. The room has everything you need, for us it's a coffee maker, kettle, microwave, washing machine. The cleaning is excellent.

If something is needed, then ask several times - in English, in Russian, no difference, apparently you need to know Arabic))) They only took breakfast, it was acceptable. From fruits watermelon, melon, oranges. Vegetables are not tasty. Cleaning- the floor is black, and no one will wash it for you))) Ask for slippers, though not the first time, but they will give you) and there are bathrobes, but also on demand)) This is an apartment, there are dishes, a hob, an oven, a washing machine. Dubai itself is beautiful!!!!

Near the mosque! And they read the prayer 5 times, and sometimes more! It starts at 5:45! Then 6:10 and so on. It is impossible to sleep. For ordinary tourists it is very hard to be blown up at 5 then at 6 in the morning! Stock up on earplugs, which is also not very convenient. And so, everything is fine))

Great place. Spacious rooms with a kitchen are a good bonus if you stay for more than a couple of days. In some rooms there are frankly not enough sockets. The view from the rooms is 50/50 - half on the canal (very beautiful), half on the local highway. There is a great supermarket 100m from the hotel. There is a separate exit to the embankment.

A good hotel, 4 stars pulls. The breakfasts are delicious (we only have them included). The view is beautiful. We got a room with a balcony and a view of the port. Some people pay extra for this kind of view. There are Russian-speaking staff. If you are promised a SPA on account of a deposit (mandatory payment upon check-in, we have $ 100 and 140 dirhams) - do not believe it. The SPA salon rents a room in the hotel and provides its services for a fee before the service is rendered. The sea is 10-15 minutes away, there are two ways by which you can reach it. The location of the hotel is very convenient, for such a price, you can forgive all the shoals. The rooms are not the first freshness, but again, you can forgive for such a cost. Hotels on the Marina are more expensive than this one. There is a port with yachts nearby - very beautiful!

The view from the balcony is fantastic! The whole marina mall is in plain sight... indescribable. The color is off the scale!!! The mullah in the mosque next door sings so beautifully (especially in silence at dawn) that you are transported to another world... Can I attach a photo with a video?

One of the best price-quality in Marina. I had a rest in October 2021. Walking distance to the best beach in Dubai is about 20 minutes. Most of the way in the shadows!!! Near DMCC metro station. Very convenient. There is a convenience store and a pharmacy nearby.
