A good mid-level hotel.
Excellent location in Marina district. Polite staff. Surrounded by everything: supermarket, pharmacy, cafes, restaurants and currency exchange. It is a 15-minute walk to the JBR area and the beach.

Not a bad hotel. To the sea 15-20 minutes on foot, or by bus, which they provide (he takes and picks up). Near a good supermarket with an exchange office. The only thing for a hotel with a good view will have to pay extra. Great location! 15 minutes to the sea at a leisurely pace and several shops across the street. The view of Dubai Marina is simply spectacular. The pool and staff are above all praise.

The hotel is very old. Dirt is everywhere! Very unsanitary conditions. The linen has turned yellow from old age and poor washing. The curtains are all full of holes

Great place. Spacious rooms with a kitchen are a good bonus if you stay for more than a couple of days. In some rooms there are frankly not enough sockets.
The view from the rooms is 50/50 - half on the canal (very beautiful), half on the local highway.
There is a great supermarket 100m from the hotel. There is a separate exit to the embankment.

Relatively good location in the Marina. There is a construction site nearby, so the constant noise is annoying. The rooms require renovation. The service is good, the staff is attentive and always tries to help
