Three stars is the maximum for this hotel. Of + a good beach, closed from the wind, for children, a lot of all kinds of animations for children and adults, there is a 12 km embankment for evening walks, a closed area so there are no local beggars. - the rooms are cleaned terribly badly, there are dead people at all, there are after repairs. The staff is careless. Because Russian tips are given little or not at all, then the attitude is the same. There are no bathrobes, slippers, or even a toothbrush cup. We were in March of the 24th year.
I really liked the breakfasts in the kitchen, a lot of delicious pastries, there is definitely no such thing in Turkey.
There is only one swimming pool, and only there you can swim. Pools with slides are not allowed to use.
The sauna is paid, although initially they said that it is free. I didn't like the Mongolian restaurant because the food is not cooked by the chef on the stove/ and so, in general, we had a good rest / were not hungry. The children liked the early strawberries and melon/

One of the advantages is a good beach and delicious food. Good children's and musical animators.
Among the disadvantages, the hotel is old and in need of repair. They gave me a dead and dirty room, I had to change it. There is a light music in the hall- the owners cannot replace the burned-out lamps. Water flows from the roof from condensate conduits. There is a bucket in the middle of the restaurant collecting water. A tile was placed on the marble in the corridor. Concrete work is underway, mudslides are breaking down doors, pieces of concrete are lying in the corridor, during the day you put the child down and behind the wall the puncher is rattling and the screams of storytellers. Room cleaning is on the dump, and always at different times. A pool towel was stolen, I paid a fine of 20 bucks, and in order to pay, I spent 2 hours and was dragged three times between the reception and the towel center. Well xs. This is not what you expect from a 5* hotel. 3.5* stars purely for the food. There is very loud music on the beach during the day. not relaxation, but a Negro slapping on the ears. We rested at the hotel from 25.08 to 02.09.2024
For 9 days of rest, along with transfer, flight and other things that are included in the package tour, they gave $ 1600
I must say right away - we really liked the hotel!
I'll write down the pros and cons to make it more convenient.
Positive:
+ We read reviews about rooms with poor repair and decided to immediately protect ourselves by investing $ 15 in passports. We arrived at the hotel at 8 a.m., they immediately put on our bracelets and showed us where the main all-inclusive restaurant is located. Maybe it's the magic of $ 15, but it seems to have been done to all visitors)
+ We were checked in an hour earlier, at 13:00. All this time we were either sitting in the lobby or walking around the hotel.
+ The room was just great!! Sea view. To the right and left, 10 steps away (literally), there were swimming pools (large with different depths and 120 cm with hydro massage, waterfall and heating), we walked about 3 minutes to the sea.
Renovated room, large double bed, comfortable mattress, there is also a sofa. All rooms are the same, the only difference is the view from the balcony.
+ I had excellent Internet connection in the room, in order to call my family and hang out on social networks - quite.
+ Towels were changed regularly, cleaned every day, the bed is also made every day, floors, mirrors, shower, toilet are washed. We tried to leave tips every day, but because of the early excursions we did not always have time, so we did not notice much difference between cleaning for $ 1 and free) The only time we saw an Arab come out of the room sad)
+ The food is sooo delicious!!! Who writes that they give the same thing and so-so, I have a question, what do you eat at home?)
For breakfast they give porridge with various toppings for every taste, pancakes, waffles, fried eggs are cooked at 3! There are cereals, sausages, cheeses, drinking yoghurts / Greek without additives / fruit, fruits, vegetables, a bunch of sauces and dressings, sausages, potatoes, boiled eggs and vegetables, sandwiches with any filling are prepared separately. I can't list everything, but after staying there for 10 breakfasts, we couldn't try everything) A very tasty cappuccino.
For lunch, the eyes also just run away, several types of meat, fish, seafood, a bunch of vegetables and fruits.
For dinner, pasta is also made with any filling and grilled king prawns, as well as rolls with salmon, caviar, octopus, etc. every day.
There is always a bottle of water, appliances, salt, pepper, toothpicks, glasses on the tables.
And a bunch of other very tasty food)
+ I would like to mention dairy products (yoghurts, cheeses, milk, etc.). They are insanely delicious!! I've never tasted anything tastier in Russia.
+ Every dinner they make an installation of fruits, vegetables, make fountains)
+ There are always places in the restaurant, they are removed from the tables immediately. Even what was not touched is removed - a separate plus)
+ The staff is very responsive, sociable, smiling and speaks Russian very well. The staff always greeted us when we even just ran by. I have never noticed a bad attitude towards Russians at all, as they wrote here)
+ The hotel is mainly occupied by foreigners (Serbs, Poles, Bulgarians, Germans, Arabs). When choosing a hotel, this point was one of the most important to avoid a fight over shrimp with compatriots)
+ The sea is just magical! It is very warm, especially in the evenings. At a depth of 2 meters, the bottom is perfectly visible, the water is clean. There are live corals with fish all along the shore, you can dive with a mask and take a closer look at them.
Those who complained that they were kicked out of the sea and pools at 18:00, do you really want to swim in the Red Sea after sunset or swim in the dirty pool in the morning?)
+ Booking of sun loungers is prohibited until 8:00 in the morning.
+ There is a bar on the beach where you can have a snack (fruits, burgers, lasagna, meat, sausages, French fries) and drink. We did not try local alcohol, only beer (the most common), we took a bottle of Prosecco with us from duty-free.
+ There is probably everything possible from sodas) Cola, pepsi, sprite, merinda. Milk can also be poured separately.
+ There are many souvenir shops, pharmacies, grocery stores nearby (the only place where you can pay in Egyptian pounds)
+ You can eat in the restaurant from 7:00 to 24:00, with short breaks.
+ We were lucky and when we were already settled, there was no repair, only pleasant silence and the sound of the sea)
+ They are very good at monitoring safety in swimming pools and at sea
Minuses:
- You can book a chaise longue at least for the whole day. Because of this, sometimes I had to walk all over the beach to find a place for myself.
- The bathroom is old, no repairs have been done there.
- There is no cup for toothbrushes, there are no toothbrushes and toothpaste themselves.
- No repairs have been done in the corridors of the hotel either, it is shabby in places.
- On the tour, we were picked up the very first and brought the very last) Of course, this is logical, because first there are 5* hotels at a great distance from the airport, but still a couple of times because of this we missed breakfasts and dinners
- Early breakfast is something) Of all the things offered, I ate a cucumber and coffee) As my boyfriend said, it was just like we were given leftovers from dinner)
Most likely I missed something, but despite all the disadvantages, the hotel is just wonderful, especially by Egyptian standards.
I would love to go back there again!

The hotel is wonderful, what pleased me the most is that the staff is very helpful, ready to help in any situation. We were going to the airport in a hurry and forgot our winter clothes at the hotel. They only noticed it at the airport and we had to leave without her. The hotel contacted us through a tour agency. There was a Russian staff who transported our clothes to Russia and sent them to us via SDEK. And no one asked for a penny for it!!!! Pure human help. By the way, our things from Hurghada returned to us in Murmansk, that's such a trip. This place is always in the heart ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

This is not the first time I have been staying at this hotel with my family and friends.
we rested for the first time from 10/23/22-10/29/22.
I really like that the hotel is located in a bay where there is almost no wind, the sea is clean, the entrance to the sea is good, there is a bridge nearby where you can dive with a mask, there is a lot of beauty (columns, fish) animation spends all the time from morning to evening (stretching, bachata, dancing, foam disco, fire show, disco on the beach in the evening and much more) there is a children's club, there is a lot of entertainment for both adults and children, the guys are trying, the evening shows are interesting. The food is also good for both adults and children, there is always something to choose from. I think it's a good hotel in Egypt. I'll come back here again. The sea is super. The hotel is on average 4. Meat and fish are not tasty. The desserts are delicious. The room was cleaned well every day. The staff is polite in the restaurant and the cleaners. We checked in only at 14 o'clock, although we arrived in the morning. They usually check in earlier, but OK, there are a lot of people in the hotel, maybe there really is nowhere to check in right away. Check-out is also at 12 without the possibility to extend the room. They take off the bracelet and you can only drink water! Rolls and coffee at the reception are only for those who are wearing a bracelet. Before the transfer, you just sit on the hotel grounds and you can't even have lunch for money. A cool hotel in Hurghada, but it pulls in 4* (not 5*).
We had a rest on March 17-24.
The room stock is a bit "tired", the food is "like in Egypt", generally normal. Alcohol is average.

The sea and the beach are great!
Clean water, smooth approach, white sand, equipped embankment 8km along the entire bay.
Several bars, a bunch of restaurants, volleyball courts, animators.
2 steps away is the landmark "Flooded city" with a bunch of fish (snorkeling is provided).
There are various excursions (I recommend a safari and a boat trip with fishing).

We had a rest in November and I want to say that the hotel is very tired. It doesn't pull at 5 stars in any way. The furniture in the rooms is clean. The cleaning is disgusting. There are no free sunbeds on the beach by 8 am. The food is delicious, except for grilled meat, it is eternally burnt. The hotel does not reach 5 stars. You only need to take improved renovated rooms, and preferably at The V Luxury Resort. You can use the territories of two hotels, but the rooms and meals are on a completely different level. The hotel is perfectly located near the waterfront. A great vacation in a beautiful place!
The food is delicious and light. I've never had a stomach ache! Steamed meat, crumbly rice, perfectly fried French fries even without salt. Alcohol and foreign sodas are freely available. Lots of fruits, there was never a shortage of dishes or food.
There is a barbecue area on the street next to the main restaurant, where you can enjoy the atmosphere of the seaside and pizza.
The corridors are spacious and bright. Renovation is actively underway. They are cleaned every day, the linen is snow-white. The rooms have free shower gel, shampoo, two bottles of water per person per day.
The staff is friendly, neat, always go to a meeting.
The territory is spacious, there is a place to walk. And if it gets boring, then there is an 8 km long embankment in the cobblestone.
Even if you manage to find a flaw, it is interrupted by the sea and the beach. Everything is clean, the rescuers are constantly on duty. There was not a day when it was not possible to find free sun beds. Beach towels are also provided clean. The water is unrealistically clear, a bunch of animals (fish) of all kinds and sizes, warm and super salty.

Nice hotel😊👌 We had a rest in early May 2023. We were located in the middle building, the room was spacious and with a sea view, although all rooms here have a sea view😁👍 The food is decent, we visited two restaurants in Alyakarta (although one is supposed to be, we said that my wife and I had a wedding anniversary and we were given an additional restaurant). You should go to this hotel if: 1. Do you like the resorts of the Krasnodar territory, with beaches where people have nowhere to fall. 2. We stayed at the hotel in October 2024. We definitely will not go any more and will not advise friends and acquaintances, but we will try to dissuade them if they have a desire. There was a terrible smell when checking into the room. They found the cause of the smell. When opening the small refrigerator for the minibar, the room was filled with a stench, there is no other way to call it. Changed to another clean refrigerator. It took precious rest time and some effort to replace it. The number is dead, old. The curtains are ancient, dirty, and do not close in the form of an oilcloth. The toilet door won't close, the door jamb is falling apart. There is a smell from the scupper in the shower because it is not equipped. The only advantage of the room is the conde. It worked fine. The highlight of the hotel is that all activities take place in the courtyard between the buildings or on the beach nearby. Be prepared to dance the lombada in the evening in the room, because the music from the street is very loud until midnight. There is no escape. The meals are monotonous. Beware of various stewed masses and grated fresh masses. After two days of staying at the hotel, they ate only rice and chicken. For objective reasons :) . The only good thing is the sea. Water, tea, coffee 24/7. Entertainment events are held in the evenings. I went to yoga on the beach under the guidance of a very charming coach Margarita. Entertainment activities with children and adults are also held on the beach. In general, the rest was very memorable! The water is gorgeous!

It's coming to the beach too. The beach is noisy and cramped, overlooking the bay.
The entrance is shallow, you can swim, not stranded, watch the fish in the "lost city", but not deep.
There is an embankment for walking, a bridge to the sea, you can walk past shops and hotels.

They are not loyal to early check-in (long wait) and late eviction (cut off bracelets). It is difficult to arrange a good room. At least it won't be as bad as the first time.
The baths are dead.
They say there are premium rooms with good bathrooms, but I did not dare to bargain again.
If they give you a view of the construction site, and not the pool, of course there will be dirt on the balcony - I passed by such rooms, I was blown away by a centimeter of dust on the tables.

I really liked the hotel and the food especially. Variety, lots of meat of all kinds, vegetables, grilled every evening, something like that has always been there. As a lover of fish and seafood, I was especially pleased that there were all kinds of fish. And grilled tuna steaks, and shrimp, crabs, squid, steamed fillets, in general, a variety. Strawberries, melons, and many other fresh fruits. The alcohol is good, we mostly took white wine. If you make friends with the bartenders at the bar (give a dollar tip), the cocktails immediately become simply masterpieces, you do not need to stand at the counter, everything is brought to the table. The beach is huge, there are a lot of sunbeds, the guys immediately run to help, drag them where they need to, put a mattress, a towel, a good sand. There is free ice cream near the heated pool, smoothies are delicious, for $ 2, but it was worth it. We went for a massage at the hotel, not bad either. The Russian-speaking doctor constantly walked along the beach, immediately calculated her own, approached, told where to find if there were any problems. The animation is great, both on the beach and in the evenings. Children's discos and shows every evening. The 10 km embankment is great for walking. Lots of plants, flowers, everything is well maintained. There are many beautiful fish in the sea, swimming with a mask is a pleasure. Everything is normal in the rooms, large beds with good mattresses, cleaning every day, somehow their day was not allowed, the child got a little overheated, so they hung a bag with clean towels on the door and forcibly handed water and toilet paper. Of the minuses, only the winds were 2 days. But we went to the sea to breathe anyway. In general, the impressions are the best!

We stayed at the hotel in June-July 2023. Family friendly, calm, unobtrusive program, the sea across the street (underpass), hammam, sauna, four swimming pools, one of which is indoor. The rooms are not renovated, of course, but they are clean! Cleaned every day! In the evenings there is a disco on the beach, entertainment for children. My 11-year-old daughter liked it! There were many Russians. The food is ordinary, but delicious. The city is a 15-minute bus ride away, you can walk. The city has a promenade, a beach, and carousels. The hotel is a solid four!

Good day to all of you. We had a family vacation from September 16 to September 30, 2023. The territory of the hotel is very well maintained. The beach is gorgeous. The sea went away by 1.5 meters, but it did not affect the comfort. Animation is at the highest level. The pools and slides are good. The food is super, beef, duck, chicken, ostrich, fish, shrimp, crabs are all delicious. One drawback of this hotel, sooooo tired room stock. We rested for the third time in this hotel, it became much worse, from a good entrance to the sea and the beach, it is already difficult to find sunbeds at 10 am. The diet is relatively good, there are few fruits, grapes once a week, watermelons and strawberries are out of the question. The service at the pool bar is very poor, the lobi and the beach are fine, the drinks are so-so, they seem to try for tips. The animation is good, there are a lot of standard events where there are enough people, and they also hold evening shows. The reception is not Russian-speaking.

A great family hotel! We had a vacation with my husband and daughter for 12 years from April 3 to April 10. Delicious food, friendly staff, gorgeous sea for Egypt! I did not expect that there would be such a cool entrance to the sea. There were corals, but there were a lot of sandy islets, it was just great to go into aquasocks! The depth is also quite decent for swimming. We did not swim on the reef, because we are afraid of living creatures. And there was no one before the buoys. Delicious cappuccino, daily live music on wicker chairs, cozy rooms with hot water - I liked everything!!!

I want to share my impressions of staying at this hotel and warn you about some nuances that you should know about before coming here.
The hotel itself is not very fresh in terms of renovation, but clean: the premises and the room are cleaned regularly. Bed linen was changed quite often, towels were changed every day. In the dining room, dirty plates and glasses are also constantly removed from the table during meals, "dirt" will not remain anywhere.
The beach is just beautiful, excellent entry into the water (gradual, not deep, great for relaxing with children). The water is magnificent, clean, there are a lot of fish, especially in the area of the "sunken city" (it is located on the territory of the hotel next to the pier, I highly recommend it to diving and snorkeling enthusiasts). The beach is also cleaned during the day, that is, the beach area itself is clean. I can also note that the staff helps with the search for sun beds, brings mattresses on them, covers towels - this is pleasant from the point of view of service and convenient, since you do not need to do a long search yourself because of people taking up places in the morning.
Alcohol is really bad, local, at a very low level. Sometimes it is quite difficult to determine whether you drink vodka or gin, since the taste is the same everywhere. The beer is not bad, I do not recommend wine (except with a very large amount of ice).
In terms of food, it's not very diverse, but it's delicious. Sandwiches, scrambled eggs and omelets with different fillings are made at breakfast. Every day there is fish, seafood (in the form of stews), crab and shrimp were served on the grill almost every day. A large selection of desserts and pastries, pasta of various types. During the day and night, you can always find food both on the beach and in the hotel building, there were always apples, oranges, melons and plums from fruits. Sometimes it's grapes. Mango and watermelon are only available for an additional fee. Surprisingly, there was delicious coffee from the coffee machine, not just mixed "3 in 1".
And now about the "nuances". We flew with the tour operator Fun &Sun, the arrival was late, at about 00:00 we were at the hotel. They put on bracelets, gave out a room, and told us where to have a snack (the hotel has the opportunity to have a snack from 1 am to 5 am). In the morning, at a meeting with the guide, we were informed that on the day of departure, the hotel would cut off our bracelets when leaving the room (check out at the hotel at 12:00 is standard) and we would not be able to use any hotel services (only for an additional fee. cost), but if desired, we can extend the room until the evening for $ 25 per person. Our departure is scheduled for 23:55, the transfer from the hotel should pick us up at 20:00, so it was important for us to extend the room so that we could fully relax, have lunch and dinner, dry our things before leaving for the airport. On the eve of departure, when we contacted the reception, we were told that the hotel was completely full and we did not have the opportunity to extend the room or take any vacant one. When asked if it would be possible not to cut off the bracelet so that we could pass the time at the bar or eat in the remaining 8 hours, we were told that this was impossible. The only thing that was offered was to have lunch (for free), and then pass the time on the beach (in the middle of the day in Egypt, at the very salt peak in August, yeah) or in the lobby, but, again, without the opportunity to use the bar and without the opportunity to have dinner before departure (only dinner at the hotel, for a minute, costs $15 per person). It turns out to be a vicious circle: to stay with the bracelet, you need to pay for the room, but there are no rooms, so we will take the bracelet from you anyway and even for an additional fee (we offered this option, of course) we will not leave it to you.
I would like to note that in my fairly extensive travel experience in different hotels and countries, this is the first time when bracelets are cut off when renting a room. The question arises: does a large hotel become so impoverished from the fact that a group of people who leave late will spend their last day on vacation in comfort, with the opportunity to eat and drink coffee (which, in fact, was paid for earlier when booking)? I doubt it very much. Why can't you just leave the bracelet and thereby improve your impression of yourself by taking care of people's comfort before they leave? The question is rhetorical.
It turns out that in some small things the hotel is really good and attentive, but the simple basic things are worth thinking about.
I would recommend the hotel in general, if not for the story above, but draw your own conclusions.

If we consider it only as a beach holiday, then it's great. The sea is transparent, scuba diving allows you to observe a lot of fish of different colors and shapes. The buffet is wonderful: lots of fruits and sweets, there were seafood, ostrich meat. The room is good. But my task was to visit the Pyramids, and this is very far away. I had to fly local airlines by plane to Cairo. There was a flight delay on the way back, and in the morning I had to fly to Russia. I was a little nervous, but I managed to get back. I give the hotel the highest score.
