I liked the hotel. The food is good and varied. We lived in an old room. The plumbing leaves much to be desired. As for the sea, the approach is very good. The beach is great. There are shops at the hotel. Friendly staff. I liked the Ali Baba store. We bought tea cheaper than outside the hotel. The seller is very friendly, speaks Russian well.

I give my assessment of the hotel objectively, because I can compare it with many hotels of this category in Egypt. She worked in the field of tourism herself, traveled through advertising campaigns and looked and personally visited many hotels. The Pyramisa hotel surprised in a very good way. Firstly, the service is close to European, no intrusive arrogance, everything is cultural, the staff speaks different languages, many people understand Russian. I was surprised that when checking in, which is standard from 14 o'clock, the staff went to meet us and we were checked in much earlier, because we arrived at the hotel before breakfast. The room is large, superior type, with a seating area (armchairs, table), tea, coffee, kettle in the room. Almost all rooms of the hotel have a sea view.2 bottles of 1.5 liters of water are brought daily during cleaning. The food is very diverse, for every taste, drinks according to the All inclusive system are of high quality. There is also a bar with coffee, tea, pastries in the lobby, and a separate bar with alcoholic beverages. There is also a pool bar and a snack bar on the beach. The entry into the sea is perfect, light yellow fine sand, nearby corals on artificial pillars that simulate a "flooded city". There are even tourist yachts that bring tourists for snorkeling. The sea is clean, clear turquoise water, there is practically no wind, because the beach is located in a lagoon. We were in February, during the windy season, but enjoyed this wonderful atmosphere of our hotel compared to tourists from other hotels who complained about the bad beaches in their hotels, the winds and the inability to swim. The shops at the hotel are also worth visiting if you want to buy something. The prices are normal, and with the ability to bargain, you can buy the things you need for yourself at quite reasonable prices. I liked the jewelry store in our hotel, where Mohamed and Michael work, as well as the oil store on the adjacent territory of the Luxury hotel, where the seller is also called Mohammed. They all speak Russian and will make very good prices for you compared to the prices in the shops when you go on a guided tour or free, or express shopping + sightseeing. The same thing will be 1.5-2 times more expensive there. A very strong team of animators, entertain, and offer interesting programs. Some are unhappy with the numbers about the old plumbing, but in any case, everything works. And if you find fault, you can find negativity in everything. For my part, I recommend the hotel. I would have come back here again, although I was cool about Egypt before that. And after relaxing at the Pyramisa, it was like being in Europe. The hotel is good. The restaurant has the usual dishes, as in all hotels in Egypt. Baking and confectionery are monotonous. The coastline is clean, sand, you can even do without coral slippers! Well, the hotel can already be said to be old. Renovation is slow, but in the future there is a chance that all buildings will be repaired. Jambs, thresholds, tiles with chips, so it doesn't make sense to find fault with this. The room is cleaned at your request at least every day, but we decided that once every three days the room cleaning mode is comfortable for us. Tips of 1-3-5 dollars must be left on the table.
The food is ordinary, edible vegetables, fruits (at a separate table with personal delivery), a huge number of monotonous sweets, we did not take them, it is better to be content with baklava on a separate table.
Every dinner outside is grilled, lula, shrimp, meat. There is a bar on the beach, it's enough to have a snack.
The sea is what people go to Egypt for. In this hotel, the beach is excellent, the sea is clean, there is a lifeguard on the shore. Where the columns are more careful, corals have grown there and I cut my hand on them. They sewed it up at the clinic at the hotel, there were no problems with insurance. The doctor did well, he did everything quickly, calmly, left a tip of $ 20. The stitches were removed already at Moscow time, there were no problems with the wound.
Otherwise, the hotel is like a hotel, do not wait for animation, one disco on the beach, a couple of aqua aerobics on the beach and that's it.

The only advantage of the Pyramid is the sea. Everything else is on 2 . The lights are turned off twice a day, the refrigerator in the room did not work, they promised to change it for all 10 days, they do not clean well. It's not my first time in this hotel, it became absolutely unbearable. I'm not going there anymore.

There is no depth at once, so that's the best thing for children and those who can't swim. The demand for the hotel has grown dramatically, there are a lot of people, and the hotel was not ready for this. Only the deficits fly away much faster (watermelons, melons) queues for melons of ten people, there are not enough glasses (the waiters take them right out of their hands). Cleaning is "tired" or does not have time))) Even for a buck a day. Linen and towels are not replaced from the word at all. Only at the insistent request))). The non-working refrigerator was changed for three days. Next, the beach. I have never seen people who came at 10-11 running around and looking for free sun beds before. And so at 9 o'clock, after breakfast there are constant scandals, who took whose sunbed))) I watched it every day. The staff of the beach (towelers) took away the towels put up to 8 together with personal belongings a couple of times., and took them to their place, then went and took them away with a scandal. Next, the reception. This is generally a separate topic. They lie, looking into the eyes without hesitation. We had three rooms. 10 dollars were put in the passport. All three gave a view of the construction site, the first building, the first floor. Young people don't care, I asked to change one number for an old grandmother to the other side. They were fed "breakfast" for three days. And they didn't do anything. You could have just said right away, we won't change it and that's it. We had our flight rescheduled for 8 hours, THEN we extended the rooms for a day for free. And the reception came at 12 and said, check out))) I had to call the guide and give these goats a phone. After a conversation between them in Arabic, the numbers were extended. I ordered dry rations for overnight departure. The answer is yes, everything will be ready for your departure. Do you think there were?))) Summarizing all the above, the sea is yes, of course, and the beach is not bad, despite the cigarette butts and cups lying everywhere, BUT otherwise the hotel is very TIRED. I tell the porter : Well, you can all go, he flaps his eyes and says: is that it? I told him: well, that's it. And he says with tears in his eyes: absolutely ((( The beach is a separate topic. Beautiful sand, sunset and sea are all the advantages. In August, flies attacked. They were everywhere. On the beach, in a restaurant (although for me it's a canteen), in the lobby by the bar. A dude walks around and catches flies with a tennis racket with an electric current, I have not seen this yet. The food is monotonous every day. I heard about rotavirus because of the local guests (Arabs), there was some kind of diarrhea for 4 days, but without unnecessary consequences. The animation is terrible, they wear tights and sometimes there is no show. I don't know who likes it in the reviews, but it's more fun at my country house. Cleaning the gloom. Rooms are cleaned mostly if you give $ 1. I've been paying like this for 4 days in a row. Beer is a soda. Cocktails are tin. Maybe it was different before, but now, especially for Russians, the "special" attitude is horror. Well, the bracelets were removed about the check-out, they were evicted from the room, they did not even extend it for money (although the guys from Serbia extended it - draw conclusions about discrimination). We were sitting in the lobby waiting for the transfer and took an individual one. In general, the conclusion is: take the money past the paid tour and be ready to pay for everything! Without money, they will go to the minimum service. The more you tip, the more life at the hotel will seem perfect. But! More to Egypt, and this particular hotel is not a foot away.

I really liked everything. I had an all-inclusive suite. The staff is smiling, friendly, the Russian administrators, Julia and Victoria, were always in their place and instantly solved any questions and problems. The cuisine is varied and delicious (fish, chicken, meat, vegetables, fruits, sweets, pastries, drinks). There is always an opportunity to drink coffee, tea, drinks, alcohol, cocktails. The beach is super. Sand. Good entrance to the water. The beach is equipped with sun beds and umbrellas. Our first trip to Egypt, and I can't say that it was successful. All the impressions about the hotel and the rest are spoiled by poisoning, I don't even know what... At first, my stomach hurt for a couple of days, but it passed, and in the last couple of days I was overtaken by such a strong intestinal disorder that kapets. Moreover, friends also flew away with vomiting, although we ate different things, lived in different buildings. Teeth were cleaned with bottled water, drinks were drunk without ice, no upi juices, local alcohol.. but it hooked us significantly. The room was initially given a disgusting one, it's good that we managed to change it to a normal one. The BEACH and THE SEA are the only things that pleased me. Swimming with masks in a flooded city was also very pleasant, I saw plenty of fish))I liked the promenade, fountains, and car rides. I liked the excursions on the yacht and to Luxor..I didn't like the cleaning in the rooms, the bed linen was in pellets, I didn't really like the food, yes, there was a lot of it, but mostly tasteless. The ongoing renovation at the hotel also sometimes bothered with smells, dust and noise.

A wonderful hotel!
The room that was provided to us was very cozy, despite the fact that we had read in advance about the need for renovation in standard rooms. Our room had a beautiful view of the sea and the pool. The room was cleaned every day, and funny figures were even put out of towels.
The sea was amazing. In the summer months, the water was warm, and I did not want to leave it at all. The beach was also a wonderful place to relax. There you could have a snack with French fries, burgers or sausages.
But perhaps the best thing about this hotel is the staff. If you give a dollar to an Arab employee, he will be happy to provide you with the number you want. And this applies not only to the Arab staff, but also to the rest of the hotel staff.
The food at the hotel was also excellent. Varied: noodles, potatoes, fish and more. The pastries were especially delicious: different buns for breakfast, yoghurts for lunch, and cakes and chocolate for dinner. There are shops and restaurants on site, as well as mini-cars for rent and a ride along the beach.

We have been to this hotel 2 times. In November 2022 and October 2023 On the second visit, we noticed the changes that had taken place - the territory became more beautiful and well-groomed, all the sun beds on the beach with new mattresses, the furniture in the lobby area of the restaurant was changed. It became more comfortable and more beautiful. The year before last, the hotel consisted of the main building (reception, restaurant and premium rooms) and three buildings with standard rooms. Last year there was a division of the hotel. The luxury area was completed, and half of the hotel separated and became known as The V Luxury Resort, where more expensive and comfortable rooms, more refined food in the restaurant. And the area with slides became part of the new hotel. But we didn't go there much. the 1st time we lived in the standard, the 2nd time in the Premium in the main building. The differences are in the fresh renovation, but only in the living area of the room. The bathroom is not renovated., as in the standard. In general, I would give the hotel a solid 5, but I reduce it to 4 only because of the cleaning in the room. She was NOTHING. The cleaners are young local boys. Floors are not washed from the word at ALL, towels are not changed. They just fold it neatly. A couple of times I put dirty towels on the bed and a few dollars on top to change them. For control, I put markers in the corners with a felt-tip pen. So the dollars were taken away, and the dirty towels were neatly folded in the bathroom. I had to fight with the janitor. Hygiene products, water, tea, coffee -everything was replenished regularly.
As for nutrition, it is quite decent and edible, with an "Egyptian" bias, diverse. Lots of fruits. There is a grill area outside the restaurant, but the meat was often overcooked.
The beach deserves special attention. I bet 5+++. There is no such beach anywhere! He's just gorgeous! Respect to the hotel! Clean, huge, with a huge number of sun beds with mattresses. You need to come and take places early. As everywhere else in principle. The Red Sea is a separate love! There is a so-called Sunken City on the beach - with columns and underwater platforms where you can meet all kinds of fish and other marine life. Excellent entry into the sea, not gentle and not steep. But we need corals on our feet.
Animators work on the beach during the day. The guys are trying their best! There is also a beach bar where you can have a snack at noon - French fries, meatballs, kebab, vegetables, rice, fruits. Cocktails and beer are served.
No one swims in the pools, although there are several on the territory. The water in them is icy. There is a children's area with slides. But even there the water is very cold. Especially not for children to play. And why the pools, when there is a gorgeous beautiful warm sea nearby!
The hotel is located in a quiet location in the Sahl Hasheesh area. There is a beautiful promenade for walking, you can rent an electric car. And drive along other hotels. Maybe they are more luxurious, but there is no such beach, their entrance to the water is very shallow, and people swim from the pier.
Diving, snorkeling, a trip to the Pyramids, Luxor, the Nile, boat trips, including the Egyptian Maldives - there is something to do on vacation.
Will we come back here again? Definitely yes! We're going in a month for the third time!

Since this is our fifth time in the Pyramid, it's silly to ask me if I like it there. Yes, I like it. And there are still more advantages than disadvantages. And, again, since I understand that reviews are read primarily by people who doubt whether to go there or not, then, yes, there is no doubt, we should go. Because this hotel will never be better than it is now, and I will try to tell you why.
First of all, about the advantages. The sea here is wonderful. We're going to the seaside, aren't we?) The approach is smooth and there is sand almost everywhere, and there is a location nearby where you can always see beautiful fish, even for those who hardly know how to swim. There is almost no wind in the bay, so the sea is calm, beautiful, turquoise. During the week, we only saw light surf once, the rest of the time the water was calm.
The beach is sandy, it is carefully cleaned. There are plenty of sun beds, mushrooms, and mattresses on the beach. Even if you arrive by 11 a.m., there will be a place. Not on the first line, of course, but maybe we'll get lucky there. There is a bar on the beach with free drinks, they offer everything that is in other bars, except for wine, for some reason. There's a beach restaurant next to the bar, that's what it's called, it's not my fault. There's a buffet with a small selection of pizza dishes, French fries, grilled sausages and the like, plus fruits and vegetables. In general, if you don't want to go to the main restaurant for lunch, then it's fine.
Since I've moved smoothly on to food, I'll continue this topic. The main restaurant itself, spacious and noisy, is the least objectionable. There is a lot of food, the food is delicious and varied. The chef, a serious man in a black chef's/ pirate beret, strictly and carefully monitors all processes in the hall and in the kitchen. It is really difficult to find fault with the quality and assortment of food. Those who scold the restaurant in their reviews are either lying, or they only eat oysters, truffles and nightingale tongues at home))
By the way, if you come to the opening, then, to your surprise, you can get bonuses such as free strawberries, pineapples, shrimp salads, red fish, etc. Later during dinner, such surprises do not happen again, only if you are very persistent and attentive)) But even without that, the range is very decent. During the week, there were grilled king prawns 5 times, kebab Lula (Egyptian jacket), 3 times there was baked duck, 2 times turkey, constantly baked beef, once there were quails, which we did not have time for, but by the middle of dinner they were replaced by grilled chicken, also very tasty. This is all in addition to the main dishes, which are also delicious. For children, there is always a choice from "healthy" porridges, yoghurts and fruits with vegetables to "harmful" but delicious pizzas, French fries and sweets. Baking is just a bomb! That's enough about the food. I just haven't had lunch yet, so...)))
Finishing off the topic of restaurants, a few words about ala-maps. Be sure to go. If you don't like it, you'll come back and have a nice dinner at the main restaurant!)))
About drinks. Juices from bags are quite good, sweet soda of ordinary quality, I don't drink it much, but besides vending machines, bartenders periodically pour Coca-Cola and Schweppes from bottles, obviously, it should be better. Locally produced alcohol, like everywhere else in Egypt, is a rare treat. But don't get poisoned, the main thing is to know the measure. Draft beer is normal.
Water. You don't have to worry about drinking water - they give you plenty of it at any bar and leave it in your room, and that's a good thing. Tap water is odorless, they don't recommend brushing her teeth, but I forgot and brushed, and I didn't get anything for it.
Lobby and reception. I'll tell you about the lobby bar separately. Be careful out there. The bartenders are cheating with alcohol, a couple of times, under the guise of wine, they tried to pour me some kind of stuff from a bottle (that's how they pour wine from large boxes), I didn't give up my license, I just stopped going there. The coffee bar in the lobby makes a coffee bean, a little better than in the restaurant, but much worse than my expectations. Apparently, this is due to the appearance of a Starbucks on the territory of the hotel. The guys at the reception are mostly Russian-speaking, attentive and polite. They will try to fulfill any request. We didn't like the room, we kindly changed to another one, we even wanted to upgrade the category for free, but the view from the window was more important to us than the new furniture. The girls at the guest-meeting are polite and attentive. They write down ala-maps from 10 to 12, the rest of the time they are bored, but they are ready to help.
About the staff in general. Basically, everything and everything works. Room cleaning is regular, gardeners are scratching on the lawns, bartenders are pouring drinks, beach boys are dragging sun beds, waiters are scurrying back and forth, animators...
I want to tell you about the animators separately, it's worth it.
I've never seen such freeloading animators anywhere. Sad figures in gray tracksuits. The first time you meet them is at breakfast. But no, don't expect them to come to greet you. Sad, sleepy gray figures will crawl into the restaurant closer to 9 a.m. to create an omelet queue in front of you and occupy the most comfortable tables. When they come face to face with you, they will turn away rather than greet you. Closer to 10, apparently, either having completely woken up or having received a cradle from their superiors, they gather on the beach to walk and artlessly invite everyone to beach activities. If you are a man over 50 and have fallen asleep under the sun, then you will be the one who will come to stretch or bachata, yelling loudly in your ear 10 times))) I've talked to animashki many times, usually they are the people who help you adapt to the hotel and create a mood. Not this time. The only thing they did diligently in front of my eyes was walking along the beach and literally begging vacationers for good reviews for themselves and for the hotel. "Open Google, please put a 5, don't forget to write how good I am! Give me the second phone, write me too!" I thought at first, it seemed to me, until first one came up to me, then another. Territory. Small. Half of the territory was cut off from the hotel during the division. There is little greenery, but it is clean. The paths are tainted, but they are partially repaired, partially paved with paving stones directly from above. On the plus side, there is a warm pool, although it still needs to be found. It's behind the first building, it's not visible from the main locations. The central pool is clean but cold, useless in winter, just like the children's pool, which is turned on during the day solely for noise.
The Internet. Wi-Fi is everywhere, the speed is enough to make a call through messengers, correspondence. The video loads slowly, and you can't watch a movie. If you need a lot of traffic, get up in the middle of the night)) Or buy a local SIM card.
The number of rooms. I will not add anything new to what has been said here a million times. Standard and superior differ in the presence of new (relatively) furniture and the similarity of cosmetic repairs of bathrooms. This time we were in a dozen rooms of both classes, they have the same size and functionality, the main thing is that everything in the room works, the rest is at your discretion.

The biggest surprise is that half of the hotel has been cut off and now it is The V Luxury Hotel, for short I will continue to call it simply Luhari. The hotel turned out to be a good one, but now it's not about him, but about the fact that the already small territory of the Pyramid was divided in half, and there is free access from Luhari to the Pyramid, but on the contrary, no one is particularly allowed. As a result, half of the beach is occupied by guests from the neighboring hotel. And if we add to this the fact that another part of the beach, about a third, opposite the sunken city, is apparently rented out (people are brought by buses from other hotels) less than half of what used to be Pyramid Beach remains. Yes, this is the best piece of beach, but now there are 4 times more people on it than before. Umbrellas were also planted in an incredible amount. But it will never be better. A huge hotel is being completed nearby, with umbrellas occupying the entire space from the Pyramid to the pier and even under the arches of the bridge. It's going to be fun.
Get ready for the fact that there are no corals left in the flooded city, and after the covidlaw they have grown there a lot. There are a lot of fish, but there are many more observers for them.
Enough about the shore, I'll switch to the service. The very first thing that catches your eye and puts pressure on your subconscious mind is that they don't smile at you. No one at all, with rare exceptions. You are not greeted first, with rare exceptions, again. Until you contact them first, they won't greet you or ask how they can help you. This has never happened before either here or anywhere else in the Egyptian top five. Apparently, the owners have some kind of recruitment problems. Or, since Luhari and Piramisa have the same owner, the best ones are taken to a more expensive hotel, and here we are happy with what is left. Not a single waiter in a week has ever come up with an offer to bring something. Don't think about it, not just to me, to everyone. They run between the tables and collect empty glasses. There's a shortage of glasses in a 5-star hotel, just think! You go up to the bar and wait for the glasses to be washed, and there's a queue behind them. I managed to drink wine from glasses as many as three times during my vacation. The bartenders are either slow-witted, barely crawling, or frankly boorish, with rare exceptions.
The cherry on the cake is the renovation that started on the right side of the restaurant from the street. The arches have been tightened with yellow tape, the walls have been pierced and metal structures are being hung on the second floor level. Sparks from welding, the screech of a grinder, flying stones and the roar of a huge sledgehammer through the channels from 8 a.m. to sunset. There is no question of safety or comfort for vacationers. Judging by the scale, this nonsense is not there for one month. In the area of the beach, near the second building, they also build some kind of barn all day, though out of planks. There's less noise from them, "thanks" to the DJ, you can't even hear yourself from his decibels.
In short, to put it all in a nutshell: "it was better." In a nutshell about the prospects of the hotel, then: "it won't be better"! If I'm not mistaken, then the most likely and happy ending for the Pyramid will be if it is completely closed and given over to Luhari, having previously renovated the rooms and territory and dispersed the gloomy idlers of bartenders and animators))
Since I really like this place, I will definitely return, most likely to Luhari, or to a new nearby hotel. Well, or into the Pyramid, time will tell.

I liked everything about the hotel!!! The attitude towards tourists has changed dramatically, there is something to compare it with.Previously, they grabbed all parts of the body, they were very indignant if they didn't buy anything in the shops, now everyone was culturally friendly and communicated with us. The only negative thing about this trip is that it does not apply to the HOTEL, but to the INFORMATION for the guide GULI from Yekaterinburg, warn the people you are taking on a sightseeing tour and to individual shops where you have % from our purchases in Hurghada to checking all your purchases in stores at the checkout. They punch the goods and, as if culturally, put them themselves in a bag, they didn't put karkade tea (a large bag) for me, they just stole it. I was on my way there for tea, you might say. You don't have to go anywhere, there are all kinds of shops, a pharmacy near the hotel, prices are the same as in Hurghada, and some goods are even cheaper.

I was on vacation at the end of March 2023 with a child. I really liked it. Daily room cleaning, if the water is out, is constantly brought. Very good food. Everything is delicious. Lots of fruits. If you are flying to this hotel, bring intestinal antibiotics, because food is just something. From the delicious - buns in the morning and rice. The rest is just terrible. Salads, cheese, sausages, fried eggs, gratins, etc. even look strange.
Alcohol is a horror. Normally, you can only drink beer. Cocktails look like a liquid that is used to wash windows)
There is an embankment next to the hotel (we were there only on the day of arrival, since the rest of the time we visited only the doctor and the toilet), on the other hand, the second part of the hotel, which looks a little better.
Tableware… Well, that's only if you're lucky. The waiters do not seem to see or hear you, the tables are not canned. Most often, if we came for lunch / dinner, we kept the appliances with us until the end of the meal, so that there was something to eat dessert. The most disgusting thing is that crows are flying over the tables on the street, respectively, everything is fine. And it's NOT BEING CLEANED UP

Pigeons regularly fly in the dining room, which often fry all sorts of bakery products from the counter.. In theory, we found heated pools, but the fact is that they are not heated. When we went on a Safari tour, we were given a dry poke. I thought there would be something useful, but there were: two sandwiches WITHOUT any sauces, water, an apple, a banana, and two more ROLLS! Honestly, it seems that they are bullying me, because I am a gymnast and limit myself in buns, it is unpleasant. The food in the dining room is good, very tasty) My mom broke her tooth on a guava bone. There is a "sunken" city in the sea, and there are LIVE CORALS right on these sunken trunks! It's very beautiful, and the fish are amazing. Towels are given out using separate cards, but towels can be very dirty. If you don't have enough cards to open a room, you can ask and they will give you🌺. There are many glades, one of which I did gymnastics in. The hotel was divided into two parts and all the glass went there, and then you will be poured into a plastic glass even on your forehead. The pool is not heated, even for children (the hotel lies that it is heated), so there is nothing to do there in winter. The food is what you didn't eat at lunch, you eat it for the evening. The rooms are tired but bearable. Juice powder is definitely not recommended for children! Fresh for 3 bucks. Nearby the hotel there are shops with lotion (everything is diluted, no one has found normal ones). Overpriced pharmacies. This is not the right hotel if you buy something nearby, everyone here has an inflated price by 3-4 times. Even the tables are not wiped for lunch, they can also leave used appliances. That's how the staff will spit on you. I can say with confidence that our tables are cleaner in the cheapest dining room.
