We are currently living in this hotel (16.09-26.09). Check-in is at 14.00, reviews say they check in earlier, but we did not succeed, they said the hotel is fully loaded, nevertheless they offered to check into a room of a higher category right now for an additional fee. We refused and waited until 2 p.m. Upon departure, you can extend the room for an additional fee, if the departure time allows. There is a table with guest coffee in the lobby, unfortunately, no one offered it to us. Breakfast and dinner in the main restaurant Horizon on the level (porridge is NOT very tasty), lunch for dinner can be exchanged with each other, there are 3 more ala kart restaurants where you can have lunch or dinner: Japanese, Italian and British gastro pub, the most fun gastro pub, but you can only have dinner (lunch) there 2 times. The staff at the restaurants is very helpful. The room has everything for comfort, including glasses and bathrobes, but there is no dental kit, there are no Russian channels except TNT, there are a lot of shops and cafes nearby, and the beach is just around the corner. Marina Mall is a 17-minute walk away, and the metro is 15 minutes away. The location of the hotel is great. Room cleaning will do, we are clean, we did not walk on sand and dust in the room. The beach is crowded, I would not say that it is clean on the sand, there are a lot of migrant workers resting, and tourists themselves often do not follow where they throw, the water is very warm and quite clean, you can walk along the wooden embankment to the artificial island of Blue Waters, ride the tallest Ferris wheel in the world. There is a swimming pool, but we have never been there - we only come to rest near the sea, they give out beach towels, we need to take them by 21 o'clock. My personal opinion is that the hotel attracts solid 4 stars.

We had a rest from 08/31/2025 to 09/06/2025. We enjoyed everything very much, let's go back there again. It is very close to the sea, if it is very hot at sea, then there is a cool cooling pool in the hotel. Great view from the room to the sea. The food (we only took breakfast) is excellent. There was plenty of room for everyone both in the restaurant and by the pool. After two days of staying at the hotel, a plate of fruit was brought to the room (a gift from the hotel), very nice. The room is large, everything is clean, everything worked. We cleaned every day (we left one dollar each). In the evening, we ate in cafes, which are very numerous around the hotel. There is a free shuttle service from the hotel to the Outlet Mall, a 40-50 minute drive and a three-hour walk there. In general, I will return to this hotel again! Thanks to the staff, everyone is friendly, they speak Russian.

The hotel is perfectly located: on one side is the sea, on the other is the urban infrastructure, near the metro, shops. Room cleaning every day. Tea, coffee, ironing board, iron, hairdryer, bathrobes are provided in the room. The water could be replenished from coolers in the corridor. The staff is responsive, there is a Russian-speaking girl, Ako, who solves all issues. Breakfasts are 10 out of 10! I recommend the hotel, I'll be back.

The rooms are huge, with two bedrooms, a living room, 1 separate bathroom and two bathrooms! The location is not bad, but there are eternal traffic jams, keep in mind! View of Blue Waters and Dubai Marina , in principle, there is a place to walk, the metro is next to the red line , you can easily and conveniently get to the Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa there! The taxi arrives without problems , the main thing is to put a dot on the Marina side of the road. The rooms are shabby and not very good in places! Don't take high floors if you don't want views. So how long to wait for the elevator! In general, keep in mind! The service is very good, the rooms are cleaned every day without any problems! The paste brush and gels are all there!

The hotel left a mixed impression. We chose it ourselves, since last year we were in the JA ocean grid and this one is located across the street. When we bought it, it was significantly more expensive, but I wanted to see the difference. The central restaurant, where breakfasts, lunches and dinners are held, was not particularly liked, there was a lot of food, but it was all unclear, some salads, practically no fish, no cheese, that's for sure. But there is an alternative to an Italian restaurant- delicious. And the JB bar is very tasty and really good meat and fish. A separate story with elevators. You have to wait for 15 minutes. There are 3 of them, it's not serious for such a hotel. View of kleso, the beach across the street, Dubai Marina nearby. Umbrellas and towels are provided for the beach. A good pool, sun beds for those who are not ready to pay for sun beds on the beach. The staff is in no particular hurry. Carefully, if you need to go and the hotel staff offers a taxi, it will cost 2 or even 3 times more expensive. Get away from ttrl and vote for a city taxi.

There are no Russian speakers on Reshepsen, English is an assistant. The breakfasts are delicious, they don't go hungry. The sea is 5 minutes away, towels are provided, but there are no sun beds and umbrellas on the beach from the hotel, this is a minus. Cleaning is daily, towels are changed. (The first line, the beach is nearby, the metro is 20-25 minutes on foot, a taxi is always available at the exit from the hotel, the staff works as quickly as possible for all your requests (there are Russian-speaking staff at the reception and in the main restaurant - special THANKS to them!) - Daily room service, decent cleaning quality. It was cool for a couple of nights - they brought a heater to the room, which greatly and pleasantly surprised us! The rooms are almost all with excellent view characteristics, quite spacious with a spacious bathroom and a full bathroom. - There is more than enough food, themed dinners are held every week, where you can find a sufficient number of different seafood (oysters, mussels, shrimp, squid, octopus, etc.); A variety of good cheeses, fresh salads, herbs, a wonderful "sweet table", Meat - I would like to highlight this separately.: - in addition to beef, lamb, fish, there is even pork in 3-4 types of execution… The daily menu (breakfast, lunch, dinner) of the main restaurant is also not bad. You can always choose a set of products according to your mood and desire. - Great shopping in January. Many well-known brands offer discounts from 30 to 75%. Beautiful weather. During the day +23, +27. In the evening +18,+20. It's not hot, but you can sunbathe and even swim in the sea (the sea was +22, +23). We stayed at Amwaj Rotana at the end of March — the weather was great, about 32 degrees, ideal for a holiday! The room had a stunning view of the Eye of Dubai and the Persian Gulf. It is especially beautiful at night — the Eye glows, creating a "wow" effect that you want to shoot over and over again. The hotel is declared as 5 stars and generally corresponds to: clean, stylish, high-quality service. There is a gym, a swimming pool for adults and children — everything is in good condition. The public beach and metro are just 3 minutes away on foot, which is very convenient. There is a 24—hour supermarket nearby (30 meters from the entrance) - I helped out more than once. On the downside, the hotel was 100% loaded at the time of our stay, and three elevators were clearly missing. Sometimes I had to wait quite a long time, especially in the morning before going out. Otherwise, it is a great place to stay in Dubai, especially if the location and beautiful view from the window are important.

The restaurant staff is attentive and professional, many speak Russian. The service is top-notch. From the reception desk to the last employee of the hotel, everyone takes sincere care of the guests. Room cleaning is carried out daily and efficiently. The location of the hotel is ideal: the beach is a 2-minute walk away, there are many shops and restaurants nearby. Having your own swimming pool and several restaurants on site makes your stay as comfortable as possible. The only small disadvantage is that sometimes you have to wait for the elevator, but these are small things compared to the overall impression.
