There is a toilet, we did not find any changing rooms, there is a shower. From the hotel to the metro station is a half-hour walk or 20 minutes by bus. The area of Pakistanis, Iranians, Filipinos. atypical Dubai)) but there are many cheap cafes and a supermarket nearby. The room is very old and crying for repairs. There are dried stains everywhere on the carpet, furniture, and walls. The plumbing is broken. There are no sockets in the bathroom, there is no towel hook next to the sink, I had to go to the bathroom every time to wipe my hands. There is a hair dryer. They give you an adapter at the reception. There is a free safe. Linen and towels are always clean, it seems to me that towels were changed every day (I don't understand why). But for some reason, one towel was not reported to us three times in a row. After the call at the reception, the issue was resolved. They save toilet paper)) I understand that they don't use it, but you need to be a tourist)) The air conditioner cannot be configured, it is centralized, you can only turn it on or off. The room was very cold (we were in March) and very humid. The clothes did not dry out for three days. The Windows overlook the courtyard, where something buzzes all night (it looks like an air conditioner), and you can reach out to the neighbor opposite without any problems. The breakfasts are hearty, but very monotonous (the same thing every day but in different variations - omelette, potatoes, vegetables, sausages, etc.), for 9 days of stay, everything was too boring. The big plus of this hotel is the staff. Very responsive and friendly. All problems were solved promptly, and the necessary supplies were brought upon request. Everyone is very friendly.

It takes about 25 minutes to walk to it, because 1.6 km along crooked trails, with a passage over an elevated bridge, in the heat. You have to go to a bus stop 400 meters away and go to other beaches, such as Kite Beach, and this is 40-60 minutes in the morning crush with hard workers. Buses run every 20 minutes. the food is extremely monotonous, for 13 days there are the same sausages and omelets. Unexpectedly, the buffet for dinner was canceled as part of the main course. The dishes offered on the map were with very specific spices and almost no protein products. The staff is helpful, but clueless, they chatter very quickly in terrible English with a small vocabulary, nothing is clear what they are saying, some kind of merged meowing of incorrectly pronounced words. They cannot solve any minor problem, such as constantly self-deactivating electronic room keys. any question, such as replace the batteries in the TV remote control, throws you into a stupor. The kettle, as always and everywhere, with the lid broken off, is even funny. It's a pity I didn't film the faecal waters of La Mer and the devastation on the Lamerovsky promenade.

Water, tea and coffee were replenished only when requested. The iron was also given only after the request.When the room was turned in, the Wi-Fi was turned off, but when they came to the reception, they connected us again, as the room was turned in at 12:00 and we were picked up from the hotel at 18:00. When buying a safari at the hotel, they forgot to register us and we had to wait an extra hour for them to pick us up. Our guide from Anex tour had more expensive vouchers. The guide from Anex tour, Abel Alapishvili, is very touchy. We didn't buy anything from him, so he didn't give us any information about the transfer to the airport. I waited until the last, I had to write to him several times and he answered at 1 a.m.

One of the disadvantages is to get to the sights and metro by bus. If you left the hotel and went straight towards the beach, then the area is more or less nothing, two-storey Dubai. We arrived in Al Khouri on 05/30/25 The hotel is clean and cool, there is a great rooftop pool, a small gym that is always hot as hell, the rooms are humid, there is nowhere to dry the laundry that simply does not dry, the food on the first day is a buffet for breakfast and dinner, lots of vegetables, chicken, lamb, pasta and fruits. But on the second day, there was no buffet for dinner, they served a modest menu, and only WATER was served for dinner and lunch!!! Tea, juices and coffee are available for a fee of 20AED. They were forbidden to take food with them, the staff is watching it, it's not pleasant. You CAN NOT take excursions at the hotel. Poor service!!!!!! The beach is 15-20 minutes away in the heat, La Mer beach is abandoned, the water is clean, the sand is dirty, more was expected from Dubai!!!
