Although 3 stars, but very much nothing, there are 4 worse. Clean, cozy, there is enough food. We took breakfast and dinner. We took a room with an attic (large enough, furnished) , the room has everything for a comfortable stay, (kettle, tea, coffee, bottled water, refrigerator, free safe, shower accessories, towels were changed every day, cleaning daily. Well done. LA MER Beach is a 12-minute walk from the hotel. There are plenty of supermarkets near the hotel, the prices are reasonable, etc. the area is not expensive. Bus stops in 5 min. There are 4 bus stops to BURJ KHALIFA. The fare costs 5 dirhams. 110 rubles. A taxi will be more expensive. 30 dirhams-650 rubles.

Very convenient location, everything is within walking distance, La Mare beach 15 minutes on foot, metro Towers 30 minutes on foot, Dubai Mall 1 hour on foot. The hotel itself is above average, the rooms are acceptable, the cuisine is decent, there are no crowds.

The room is nice, spacious, the Windows overlooked the roofs of the houses, but this is not critical for us.
A large 2-bedroom bed, a chic mattress.
Air conditioning, TV - 2 Russian-speaking channels 👍, safe 🔥, refrigerator (perfectly cooled), hair dryer (good)👍, full-length mirror 👍, large mirror in the bathroom, hygienic shower 👍.
Changing the bed linen every day, it was not entirely clear by the towels, but most likely too. On the bed (white) it happened that there were either spots (blue) or holes, not very nice. The surfaces were not wiped, even by dry cleaning (switches, bedside tables, telephone in the bathroom and room, external walls of the toilet, etc.). There were soft carpets on the floor on both sides of the bed, which is very nice for the feet, but they were poorly cleaned or not cleaned at all....
Every day 👍water renewal, coffee, tea, sugar, toilet paper, shampoo, shower gel, soap, garbage disposal. There is a kettle in the room👍

Excellent hotel for price = quality, 10 minutes walk to the sea, la mer beach, quiet area, despite the large number of emigrants, 10 minutes by taxi to Burj Khalifa, you can take a bus and drive along the coast to the Ferris wheel (about 40 minutes-an hour drive), but you will see everything. Good materials for finishing the entrance group. 3⭐ here in my opinion surpass 5⭐ in Turkey. The bed linen is clean and changes frequently. The staff is disciplined, they try to help, fulfill requests. Of course, sometimes it would not hurt to look under the furniture, where there is a layer of dust in the finger, but almost everywhere they do not wipe. The sound insulation in the room is also not very good. You can hear what is being done in the corridor and on the street, especially with the window open. Namaz is audible at night, but not critical. Exchangers are nearby. Tours can be taken from Misha (Michael) Egyptian. We were in Abu Dhabi and liked it. The price is $40. I think there are good conditions for this price. The reception does not know Russian absolutely, although there are enough Russian speakers.

The second time I stay at this hotel, because I like it. The location is very convenient, as La Mer beach is nearby - 15 minutes on foot, it's cheap to get to Dubai Mall by taxi. The hotel is very clean, the room is clean, cleaning every other day. The room has a kettle, coffee tea,electronic safe. The bathroom is very convenient. The beds are gorgeous, snow-white bed linen. And the breakfasts are delicious and varied - eggs, sausages, stewed and fresh vegetables, beans, baked potatoes, pastries - croissants, muffins, buns, a variety of fruits. The dinners are on the menu, but also very satisfying. Mushroom soup is a masterpiece, pizza, salads, fried chicken with vegetables. The staff speaks only English. The guide, a girl, speaks Russian, offers profitable excursions, for $ 45 she bought a sightseeing tour of Dubai, on a ship. In general, I liked the hotel. But in my opinion, this is more a business hotel than a hotel for sea travel. There are no balconies at all (in standard rooms), there is no place where you can dry bathing accessories. The rooms are large, the beds are comfortable. For some reason, they promised to settle at 11, but in fact at exactly 2. As a result, we sat in the lobby for 3 hours waiting. We were told all the time - soon... why?. We had a rest at the end of April-May 2024. The hotel is clean, cleaning every day. That's it.
The food is worse only in cheap hotels in Egypt.
For breakfast, it is not known when the fried eggs are cooked with a very unpleasant taste, the same sausages.

Lunch is a separate story. You will be offered to choose from the menu:

After trying these delights, we decided to eat in other places, since there are many restaurants and cafes nearby.
I really liked the Filipino cuisine.
There are absolutely no transfers at this hotel, so you will have to move around on your own.
The beach is 1.5 km away in the heat. The beach itself is well equipped, but the water is stagnant like in a swamp.
During our stay, the sea water on this beach was dirty brown

Excellent combination of price/quality. City hotel, La Mer Beach is exactly 15 minutes away.
Breakfasts and lunches are good, but dinners are not very good anymore, but in any case, neither we nor the children (11 and 4 years old) remained hungry. The rooms are small , but we lived on the 2nd floor there are rooms with balconies .
Nearby there is a bank and many cafes and shops. You can get to the marina by taxi and take the ferry to Dubai Marina in 2 hours.

The only drawback of this hotel is that it is located far from the metro and you spend a lot of time trying to get to any location, BUT if you do not plan to move around the city a lot, then this option is very good. The price-quality ratio is consistent. The beach is a 15-minute walk away, the food is monotonous, but there is enough food for every taste, you can eat and overeat. They clean every day, change the towel. The staff is polite and will always help. By the way, there is a rooftop pool. If it wasn't for the location, the hotel wouldn't have a price.

Of the advantages, I will note good breakfasts, the choice is sufficient, but the menu does not change from day to day. It is quite close to La Mer beach (15min), but you need to cross two motorways. There is a small supermarket nearby with all basic products. Currency exchange and a lot of shops. On the way to the beach there is a supermarket, a good one.
There were misunderstandings related to the fact that the hotel was being renovated, but in general the field of conversations, they met me halfway and took into account my wishes. The room with a terrace is incomparable.
There are several mosques near the hotel, you need to be prepared for the fact that the audibility of prayers is excellent.
There are no free shuttles.
In general, I didn't like the area very much, I reminded Pattaya in Thailand))for holidays with children, in my opinion, it is not suitable. There are no playgrounds either in the area or on the beach.

Great hotel. The hotel has a wonderful Russian-speaking guide Michael!!! My husband and I are delighted. The prices are reasonable. He helps to solve all the issues. His excursions are 3 times cheaper than through a tour operator. A wonderful guide is a wonderful person!!!no cheating, everything tells the truth. The assistant girl with him also helps perfectly. In some stores, for example Spinneys, excellent cooking, ready meals, salads, etc. The hotel itself is comfortable, clean, comfortable, without pretentiousness. The price is moderate. All this makes a beach holiday in Dubai great and not expensive (but not cheap either).

Located in a working-class area. At the same time, manazines, shops, supermarkets are within walking distance, really walking distance. There is a decent exchange office around the corner. There is no problem to have a snack. Coffee is made only in the Cousin. Very good and at an affordable price.
Transport - you can't walk to the metro, it's a long way. At the same time, the bus station is Satva Bas station literally 5 minutes. Yandex Maps draws all bus routes. And that's where the convenience begins. Dubai Mall, Burj Khalifa, Gold Market, metro - 15-20 minutes to the main points for reasonable money. And a taxi - he raised his hand and left. Again, for sane money. The food is so-so, business trip. The service is beyond praise for 3*. The staff does not have enough Russian, but well done, they are trying. Oh, yes, the beach. 15 minutes active, 20 minutes leg-by-leg. Excellent sandy beach with excellent infrastructure. Come, live, enjoy. A wonderful, hospitable, cozy city hotel. I RECOMMEND IT.

The hotel is located on the border of the Hindu ghetto, if you decide to walk from the metro - prepare your psyche or do not go at all. There are a lot of shops and cafes nearby, but some of them stink as if someone died. Some rooms have a strong smell of Hindus (I have nothing against them, but for someone it is critical). My friend and I took two rooms for the same price: one room was bright, odorless and with a view of the city, and the other room was with the aforementioned smell that could not be eliminated and a view of the aforementioned quarter.
The advantages of the hotel: very friendly staff and delicious food.
The guests feel 95% from the CIS and 50% of them are some kind of aggressive grandmothers who arrange obscene squabbles in the lobby

A normal hotel, corresponds to its 3 stars. We had a rest at the end of September 2023. From the positive in this hotel is the location (15 minutes walk to La Mer beach). From the negative, I would like to note that the service is of course "lame" with them. Every time after cleaning, they forgot to put a set of towels, they had to ask each time. Towels are of course already tired, dull (as if dirty), as well as repairs in the rooms. Also, at breakfast, the tables did not have time to clean and set for new guests. The breakfasts themselves are monotonous (but for 6 days it is tolerable). The area is old for gastrobiters (as already written in previous reviews) creepy of course (Hindus, Pakestanis, Chinese go everywhere), in this area you will not see the Dubai that you expected to see. To do this, you need to go to decent areas. Although we read all these points in the reviews, we still chose this hotel, because at that time the price was attractive. But on the very first day after settling in, I wanted to leave there as soon as possible (although we are not capricious and picky tourists). In general, the beauty of Dubai and new impressions have blocked all the negative aspects.
