You have to go to a bus stop 400 meters away and go to other beaches, such as Kite Beach, and this is 40-60 minutes in the morning crush with hard workers. Buses run every 20 minutes. the food is extremely monotonous, for 13 days there are the same sausages and omelets. Unexpectedly, the buffet for dinner was canceled as part of the main course. The dishes offered on the map were with very specific spices and almost no protein products. The staff is helpful, but clueless, they chatter very quickly in terrible English with a small vocabulary, nothing is clear what they are saying, some kind of merged meowing of incorrectly pronounced words. The guide from Anex tour, Abel Alapishvili, is very touchy. We didn't buy anything from him, so he didn't give us any information about the transfer to the airport. Honestly, a solid 3—star hotel, no more. From the good news: there is always karak tea and dates at the reception, it's really nice. The room is generally normal, you can live, there is a safe. Now the cons, and there are many of them. I'm just tired of breakfast — it's the same every day, the main dishes are always made from eggs, and there's no variety at all. Cleaning is a horror. They just make the bed and that's it. The floors are not cleaned, nothing is wiped. The floor was washed once, and only because we had cleaning with us. The windows are dirty, as if they haven't been washed in years. The gym is closed on Dec. renovation, (the whole floor) is blocked, so there's no point in going there. The most annoying thing is the fire alarm. At 7 a.m., we were woken up by a siren, and then it went on and off. It's just a nightmare, it's impossible to sleep properly. And the icing on the cake is the safe. We put our documents, money, and a bottle of Coke in there (it's cool there). On the third day, the safe somehow turned out to be open, even though we were definitely closing it. The documents and money are in place, but the cola is gone. Is it funny? No. It's strange and unpleasant. After that, the trust in the hotel disappeared. Also, the hotel doesn't give a damn about the brushes, they put them on the third day when our slippers were being cleaned, too. In general, there is nothing. Pakistanis or Indians come to the beach and want to "get to know each other" The neighborhood is terrible, it's good that it's not Deira there at all. Bottom line: you can live, but there is no service, there are a lot of joints, and it's difficult to relax here.

One of the disadvantages is to get to the sights and metro by bus. If you left the hotel and went straight towards the beach, then the area is more or less nothing, two-storey Dubai.
