Great hotel! Cleaning, towel change, replenishment of tea, coffee, cream, 0.5liters of water - every day. The food is normal (fish every dinner, veal, chicken, side dishes, soup, porridge in the morning, delicious pastries) Clean rooftop pool, hammam, sauna, gym. It's a long walk to the subway, but by bus (7, F11- easy to get to the subway) .

We arrived in Al Khouri on 05/30/25 The hotel is clean and cool, there is a great rooftop pool, a small gym that is always hot as hell, the rooms are humid, there is nowhere to dry the laundry that simply does not dry, the food on the first day is a buffet for breakfast and dinner, lots of vegetables, chicken, lamb, pasta and fruits. But on the second day, there was no buffet for dinner, they served a modest menu, and only WATER was served for dinner and lunch!!! Tea, juices and coffee are available for a fee of 20AED. They were forbidden to take food with them, the staff is watching it, it's not pleasant. You CAN NOT take excursions at the hotel. Poor service!!!!!! The beach is 15-20 minutes away in the heat, La Mer beach is abandoned, the water is clean, the sand is dirty, more was expected from Dubai!!!

I concluded for myself that if I go on business alone, then this is my choice. It's better not to bring your wife and children here. Not the best option, but don't consider it at all for recreation. I had to spend 3 days at this hotel due to flight cancellations. The food is meager, they make sure that God forbid they take out something, they wanted to take croissants for tea at lunch, they forbade them to take out a fine otherwise. During the eviction, they also inspect the room, they found coffee stains on the towel, I asked them to show it, because we don't drink coffee. There were small yellow spots, I said it was from mango and I don't see anything terrible in it, everything will be washed off. Then they didn't fine me, but it takes time, and the transfer is waiting. If you stay in the room for a long time, your head starts to hurt. There's nothing interesting nearby, just poor neighborhoods, and this hotel is getting ready to receive 4 stars.

I was disappointed with the hotel in every sense of the word. The view from the window onto the roof is filled with technical debris, the room is dirty, there is someone else's hair, no consumables, I haven't taken slippers, shampoo, etc. for a long time, but there is nothing here, including water. We planned the tour, so the tour sellers at the hotel convinced us to take their tour, allegedly at a low price, it was late and you couldn't plan another tour, it was only one day free, one amount was announced to us, and when we canceled the reservation of the original tour, the price was doubled and we couldn't explain the pricing. As a result, we didn't get anywhere and the only day off was gone. There is nothing to eat from the food.

A very nice hotel. It is located 15 minutes from the sea, unfortunately there is no beach of its own. We went to a very, very decent city beach! We liked it. Yes, the hotel takes a deposit of 350 derham. Unfortunately, there were no slippers, but they give adapters for sockets to the Euro standard. There is a kettle in the room. Water and tea/coffee bags are brought to the room.

We were a family in early March for a week. Convenient location near the beach , bus stops , shops . The hotel is clean, excellent food was served for breakfast and dinner. The room is spacious and clean, everything works, the linen and the bed are excellent. The rooftop pool is super heated, the Mucraru employee is always polite and cheerful respect to him! They brought Alko with them. There's an alcohol market nearby, but we never got there. There's a pool on the roof, we went down a couple of times. And so the beach is 15 minutes on foot, we swam in the sea. There is a sauna, a fitness center, and there were almost no people there. Everything is clean, friendly staff. They left a deposit of 300 d for two people and a tour fee, like 70 d for 7 nights. By the way, dirhams were bought at Sberbank, the normal exchange rate.

There are bus stops on three sides, and a 30-minute walk to the metro. La Mer Beach is a 20-minute walk away. We combined beach holidays in the morning and sightseeing in the afternoon. The food is not very varied, but delicious. The disadvantage of the staff's work is that there are often not enough cutlery on the tables; food is replenished slowly. Even ordinary water is often not enough. The rooms are cleaned with high quality, and there is a pleasant aroma when cleaning the carpet in the hallway. But the towels in the room were only for the shower. I had to ask for the 3rd day for my face at least, for my hands, and they didn't bother. The shower outlet is only for the electric shaver. There is a hairdryer in the room, but you need to use it in the room. An adapter is needed for sockets. Ask at the reception when checking in. They asked later and promised to bring it. That was not the case. We met a maid and took her in. She also gave me an ironing board and an iron. Guided tours can be purchased directly at the hotel. There is a swimming pool on the roof of the hotel. You will receive hand-painted towels at the entrance. There is no balcony in the Superior rum, and there is nowhere to dry the laundry. The beds are very comfortable, the bed is great.

Honestly, a solid 3—star hotel, no more. From the good news: there is always karak tea and dates at the reception, it's really nice. The room is generally normal, you can live, there is a safe. Now the cons, and there are many of them. I'm just tired of breakfast — it's the same every day, the main dishes are always made from eggs, and there's no variety at all. Cleaning is a horror. They just make the bed and that's it. The floors are not cleaned, nothing is wiped. The floor was washed once, and only because we had cleaning with us. The windows are dirty, as if they haven't been washed in years. The gym is closed on Dec. renovation, (the whole floor) is blocked, so there's no point in going there. The most annoying thing is the fire alarm. At 7 a.m., we were woken up by a siren, and then it went on and off. It's just a nightmare, it's impossible to sleep properly. And the icing on the cake is the safe. We put our documents, money, and a bottle of Coke in there (it's cool there). On the third day, the safe somehow turned out to be open, even though we were definitely closing it. The documents and money are in place, but the cola is gone. Is it funny? No. It's strange and unpleasant. After that, the trust in the hotel disappeared. Also, the hotel doesn't give a damn about the brushes, they put them on the third day when our slippers were being cleaned, too. In general, there is nothing. Pakistanis or Indians come to the beach and want to "get to know each other" The neighborhood is terrible, it's good that it's not Deira there at all. Bottom line: you can live, but there is no service, there are a lot of joints, and it's difficult to relax here.

The hotel doesn't seem to be bad. It is located two kilometers from La Mer beach. There are 2 pools on the roof, one for children and the other for adults, both heated.Upon check-in, they charge a deposit of 300 dirhams and 10 dirhams tax for each night. The deposit will be refunded upon eviction. The food is monotonous and sometimes very spicy. We had 2 adults and a child to ask for an extra bed. Water, tea and coffee were replenished only when requested. The iron was also given only after the request.When the room was turned in, the Wi-Fi was turned off, but when they came to the reception, they connected us again, as the room was turned in at 12:00 and we were picked up from the hotel at 18:00. When buying a safari at the hotel, they forgot to register us and we had to wait an extra hour for them to pick us up. Our guide from Anex tour had more expensive vouchers. The guide from Anex tour, Abel Alapishvili, is very touchy. We didn't buy anything from him, so he didn't give us any information about the transfer to the airport. I waited until the last, I had to write to him several times and he answered at 1 a.m.
