A good hotel for your money , confident 3 stars , I really liked the place , Lamer beach , 10 min walk , there are a lot of restaurants , fast food , grocery stores nearby , there is an alcohol market with good prices , to the prices of duty free + 15-20 % , to the Dubai mall by taxi 14 min.

We rested from 04/29/2022 to 09/5/2022. For its cost, a great option. The room was cleaned every day, breakfast and dinner buffet or a la carte. Everyone was friendly, helped. From the hotel to La Mer beach can be reached on foot in 10-15min.,to Burj Khalifa 40 min walk. We mostly traveled by taxi. We cleaned the rooms every day, the food is monotonous, to be honest, the quality of the products is 3, there was not even normal tea, packaged (The staff is polite. No, there are three stars here. First of all, there are cockroaches!They were blown away when they saw it by chance on the ceiling in the evening, went to the reception, told about it, pretended to be surprised. A janitor came, knocked him to the floor with a bullet gun and killed him. On the fourth day, two towels and a hairdryer were taken from the room, I had to look through the reception. Before departure, we arrived late from an excursion and when we handed over the keys, they showed us that we did not have a rug in the bathroom (THERE WAS NONE INITIALLY) and there was no towel for our feet (THE CLEANERS MESSED UP). AS A RESULT, A CRAPPY HOUR AND A SPOILED MOOD!!! Breakfast is not very good, sausages, and only sausages 15 minutes walk from the beach. Lots of fast food nearby. A lot of shops, but it's all China!!! A 2-star hotel, no more!!!

Nice hotel. The location is great. Dubai Mall can be reached by taxi in 20-30 dihrams. The beach is exactly 20 minutes away . The beach is clean and there are cafes there. The hotel has a good guide (Michael) Egyptian, speaks Russian well and the girl is young (I don't remember the name, Adela seems) They are always helpful in all matters, polite and always in a good mood. Well, at the reception, in principle, they changed our room without any problems (because of the air conditioner) . And about the kitchen, there are a lot of sharp things in the assortment. The hotel is located 15 minutes walk from La Mer beach, 5 minutes to the bus stop, 10 minutes to the bus station, 20 minutes to the metro. Burj Khalifa is visible from the hotel. La Mer beach is clean, the water is clear. The hotel has a free sauna, hammam and fitness equipment. The food is monotonous, without "peddlers", Currency exchange is nearby, the Jumeirah Mosque is 2 minutes away, on the way to the beach on the territory of the Iranian hospital there is a beautiful mosque in the Samarkand style. The hotel looks modest on the outside, but inside it is quite spacious and comfortable. I would say 3+ stars. The price-quality ratio is excellent. There were nuances with the lack of towels, etc. But the staff is responsive, everything was quickly brought on request. If you ask or ask for something at the reception (in English) as a rule, they reacted quickly. There is a representative of the tourist bureau in the hotel (Egyptian office), inexpensive excursions (I do not know the quality). Of the minuses, there was a construction site nearby and Windows to the parking lot and the neighboring building. But there is a lot of construction in Dubai) The sound insulation with the window closed is very good, even the singing of the mullah in the neighboring mosque was not listened to in the morning.

We had a rest with our daughter in December 2022 . Great hotel, beach nearby, 15 minutes to Dubai Mall by taxi 20 dirhams. Super meals were taken for breakfast and dinner. The staff is responsive and friendly. I recommend it .

Cons- the location of the hotel, in a creepy quarter, the first days were just unpleasant. (we arrived in Dubai for the first time, the impression is spoiled).Dining room, in a dark, gloomy place, good breakfast, terrible lunches... not tasty . But if you go for 5 days, it will do. There is no delicious coffee, only for money. Desserts too. Rarely. There is no balcony, there is nowhere to dry things, there is no beach towel. Rested since December 21 , 2019 . The hotel is good. The rooms are cleaned cleanly, however, I had to be reminded about cleaning twice. We took breakfast and lunch. Especially the breakfasts are varied. There is enough of everything and everything is delicious. Fish and chicken dinners. I would like to mention separately the Junaid waiter , cheerful, responsive and very positive. Chat with him and a great mood for the whole day is provided! I wish there were more of them! Good and waitress girls. The beach is close-it's very convenient. Do not depend on transport. The beach is clean, beautiful. Sun beds are paid and very expensive. But with their own bedding and towels it is very convenient. I would really like the hotel to give instructions on how to get to your floor (you need to attach a room card in the elevator, and then press the floor number), that the sauna is on floor R and its working hours, no one tells you about it. It's good if there is someone who speaks Russian at the reception. Hotel guides (Russian-speaking) never refuse to help. We took two excursions to Abu Dhabi and the flower garden. I really liked it. Excursions can be taken on the beach-it's much cheaper there. The exchange office is not far, around the corner. And there's also a big supermarket. The room has tea, coffee, cream and sugar, two bottles of water. The stock is replenished daily. Shampoo, conditioner, body cream, shower gel, were also replenished daily. The hair dryer is very high quality. Slippers and bathrobes are not provided. One inconvenience, there is nowhere to dry swimsuits, and they do not dry out overnight. I would really like to have a clock at the reception, as well as information on air and water temperature. The Dubai Mall and the tower are 10-15 minutes away and it costs about 15 dirhams. The same amount if you go to the subway. If you want shopping, then ask where it is better to go, because Dubai Mall is a very expensive store. The impression remained good. I recommend the hotel!

We're leaving tomorrow..we have been resting since 03/29/2021. The hotel is great!!! The perfect combination of price and quality..although the services - saunas, swimming pools do not work due to the pandemic. Excellent location from the beach 15min..and metro 25min...to all the main attractions too. We rest in the junior suite, without food. The area is full of budget restaurants of Pan-Asian and Indian cuisine. There are plenty of supermarkets of any price category. Cleaning every day..the hotel is quiet and always smells of Indian incense. The curtains are dense and the condees work perfectly.

Air conditioning, TV - 2 Russian-speaking channels 👍, safe 🔥, refrigerator (perfectly cooled), hair dryer (good)👍, full-length mirror 👍, large mirror in the bathroom, hygienic shower 👍. Changing the bed linen every day, it was not entirely clear by the towels, but most likely too. On the bed (white) it happened that there were either spots (blue) or holes, not very nice. The surfaces were not wiped, even by dry cleaning (switches, bedside tables, telephone in the bathroom and room, external walls of the toilet, etc.). There were soft carpets on the floor on both sides of the bed, which is very nice for the feet, but they were poorly cleaned or not cleaned at all.... Every day 👍water renewal, coffee, tea, sugar, toilet paper, shampoo, shower gel, soap, garbage disposal. There is a kettle in the room👍 We took breakfast, we were very pleased that there is a choice, every day, although not great, but there was a variety. Fruits, pastries, juices, sausages, omelette, casserole, cheese, slicing, herbs, coffee, tea, etc. A very pleasant area for eating, in the lobby of the hotel there are several areas for relaxation and waiting🔥 The friendly staff is always happy to help. Upon request, an ironing board and an iron were brought to the room. LA Mer is two not very large bays, you don't even feel the open sea. Like everywhere else, everything is licked to a shine. There are more gastriks on the beach in the evenings and on weekends, but they behave calmly. There is not much place to walk in the evenings. Somehow it's not comme il faut in this area. The only drawback of this hotel is that it is located far from the metro and you spend a lot of time trying to get to any location, BUT if you do not plan to move around the city a lot, then this option is very good.
