A good cheap quality hotel, similar in Moscow, even furniture as well. It's bad that the mosque is nearby and can be heard. But if you sleep soundly, it won't wake you up. The Windows overlook the dorm 10 meters away. But if you're lucky, they'll give you a different view. The beach is 1 km away on foot.

At the same time, manazines, shops, supermarkets are within walking distance, really walking distance. There is a decent exchange office around the corner. There is no problem to have a snack. Coffee is made only in the Cousin. Very good and at an affordable price. Transport - you can't walk to the metro, it's a long way. At the same time, the bus station is Satva Bas station literally 5 minutes. Yandex Maps draws all bus routes. And that's where the convenience begins. Dubai Mall, Burj Khalifa, Gold Market, metro - 15-20 minutes to the main points for reasonable money. And a taxi - he raised his hand and left. Again, for sane money. The food is so-so, business trip. The service is beyond praise for 3*. The staff does not have enough Russian, but well done, they are trying. Oh, yes, the beach. 15 minutes active, 20 minutes leg-by-leg. Excellent sandy beach with excellent infrastructure. Come, live, enjoy. A wonderful, hospitable, cozy city hotel. I RECOMMEND IT.

Very nice 3* hotel. There were no problems with nutrition: fish and meat, greens (salads) were on the menu. Delicious. The room is clean, air-conditioned, cleaned daily, towels were changed, coffee, tea, sugar and drinking water every day. . In-room TV with YouTube., Wi-fi , safe and mini fridge. In addition, there are 2 pools on the roof, one for children and one for adults. There are only a few sun beds there - no more than 15 can fit. There is a steam room (hammam). A normal hotel, corresponds to its 3 stars. We had a rest at the end of September 2023. From the positive in this hotel is the location (15 minutes walk to La Mer beach). From the negative, I would like to note that the service is of course "lame" with them. Every time after cleaning, they forgot to put a set of towels, they had to ask each time. Towels are of course already tired, dull (as if dirty), as well as repairs in the rooms. Also, at breakfast, the tables did not have time to clean and set for new guests. The breakfasts themselves are monotonous (but for 6 days it is tolerable). The area is old for gastrobiters (as already written in previous reviews) creepy of course (Hindus, Pakestanis, Chinese go everywhere), in this area you will not see the Dubai that you expected to see. To do this, you need to go to decent areas. Although we read all these points in the reviews, we still chose this hotel, because at that time the price was attractive. But on the very first day after settling in, I wanted to leave there as soon as possible (although we are not capricious and picky tourists). In general, the beauty of Dubai and new impressions have blocked all the negative aspects.

There are a lot of shops and cafes nearby, but some of them stink as if someone died. Some rooms have a strong smell of Hindus (I have nothing against them, but for someone it is critical). My friend and I took two rooms for the same price: one room was bright, odorless and with a view of the city, and the other room was with the aforementioned smell that could not be eliminated and a view of the aforementioned quarter. The advantages of the hotel: very friendly staff and delicious food. The guests feel 95% from the CIS and 50% of them are some kind of aggressive grandmothers who arrange obscene squabbles in the lobby

Everything is fine, except the kitchen. The breakfasts are still passable. And lunch and dinner are real Indian balanda. It's easier to have a snack in cafes nearby. Opposite is a good bistro, everything is high-quality and edible. And on the day of departure, they simply extorted money for an extra 15 minutes of delay... It is better not to use cars that work in conjunction with the hotel. The hotel is only for sleeping, no more. There are more decent hotels, with rooftop pools and more friendly staff.

We're leaving tomorrow..we have been resting since 03/29/2021. The hotel is great!!! The perfect combination of price and quality..although the services - saunas, swimming pools do not work due to the pandemic. Excellent location from the beach 15min..and metro 25min...to all the main attractions too. We rest in the junior suite, without food. The area is full of budget restaurants of Pan-Asian and Indian cuisine. There are plenty of supermarkets of any price category. Cleaning every day..the hotel is quiet and always smells of Indian incense. The curtains are dense and the condees work perfectly.

If you ask or ask for something at the reception (in English) as a rule, they reacted quickly. There is a representative of the tourist bureau in the hotel (Egyptian office), inexpensive excursions (I do not know the quality). Of the minuses, there was a construction site nearby and Windows to the parking lot and the neighboring building. But there is a lot of construction in Dubai) The sound insulation with the window closed is very good, even the singing of the mullah in the neighboring mosque was not listened to in the morning.

We chose the hotel based on the reviews, rested for 2 weeks in September 2022, it's a complete trash!! (a separate greeting to the collective farm, which was rated 4 and 5 in 2022). So the pros: near the beach 600-800m, La mer. That's it!!! Cons: The hotel is old, a dead repair, I don't know who puts 4 or 5 stars, the repair is stupid ala 90's. Everything is so old, even in the Russian Federation there is no such thing. The hotel itself is located next to the Pakistani ghetto (really, you will go 400-500 m deep), the public who lives nearby after sunset comes out in groups sitting on the road, eat, smoke and naturally throw all the garbage nearby. And it's a little fast when you go in the evening and don't know what to expect from a company of 6-8 people. Before that, we had a rest in the Marina area, this was not the case. So the hotel itself: killed repairs, food: they took breakfast and lunch, it's impossible to eat everything of the same type, very spicy, tomatoes, cucumbers, terrible sausages, overcooked fried eggs, and pancakes. Everything. Coffee is generally tin, a soluble mess. All hotels already have coffee machines with grain. We ordered sandwiches at the bar for an excursion, we waited 30 minutes for the result. Complete unsanitary conditions, forks, spoons dirty and not washed, further down the list wi-fi, which catches, then does not catch. We have the 3rd floor in our room, I didn't catch it, I had to go out to look for places. Smoking is allowed in the rooms!!! Made up when changing clothes attention.... torn sheets, changed after the complaint. On different resources they wrote they give adapters for charging phones at the reception, they don't give a fig!!! On day 2, cockroaches were found in the room!!!! This is in 2022!!! I will publish a photo if I succeed. A shared computer (I had to get in touch for work) is located in a common area where noise, knocking, shouting and all that, it's not normal to talk.There are only 2 sockets in the room and 1 more in the bathroom. The navigator does not find this hotel. Near the main entrance, 5 meters away, there are garbage cans of buildings. In general, a complete trash.... The only thing that calmed down was the beach nearby, and what was dumped from this dump into the city.

Rested since December 21 , 2019 . The hotel is good. The rooms are cleaned cleanly, however, I had to be reminded about cleaning twice. We took breakfast and lunch. Good and waitress girls. The beach is close-it's very convenient. Do not depend on transport. The beach is clean, beautiful. Sun beds are paid and very expensive. But with their own bedding and towels it is very convenient. I would really like the hotel to give instructions on how to get to your floor (you need to attach a room card in the elevator, and then press the floor number), that the sauna is on floor R and its working hours, no one tells you about it. It's good if there is someone who speaks Russian at the reception. Hotel guides (Russian-speaking) never refuse to help. We took two excursions to Abu Dhabi and the flower garden. I really liked it. Excursions can be taken on the beach-it's much cheaper there. The exchange office is not far, around the corner. And there's also a big supermarket. The room has tea, coffee, cream and sugar, two bottles of water. The stock is replenished daily. Shampoo, conditioner, body cream, shower gel, were also replenished daily. The hair dryer is very high quality. Slippers and bathrobes are not provided. One inconvenience, there is nowhere to dry swimsuits, and they do not dry out overnight. I would really like to have a clock at the reception, as well as information on air and water temperature. The Dubai Mall and the tower are 10-15 minutes away and it costs about 15 dirhams. The same amount if you go to the subway. If you want shopping, then ask where it is better to go, because Dubai Mall is a very expensive store. The impression remained good. I recommend the hotel!
