The bathroom is spacious enough, TV, shower gels and shampoo with soap are replenished every day
The smell in the hotel is pleasant, there is an exit from the hotel to retail outlets, no one speaks Russian, except for a man who offers tours.
Smoking is not allowed in the rooms, but there is a smoking area at the exit.

The hotel is cool, but the rooms are tired.There were always problems with cleaning: there were no towels, then water, then shampoo, etc.Not a single day without going to the reception due to klinning's inattention.The strangest and most inconvenient thing is the lack of a refrigerator in the room.There is a kind of refrigerator, but it is not a refrigerator, but a nightstand with a backlight.Nice pool and breakfast.Comparing with another 4* hotel in Dubai, which we visited last year: no coffee from the coffee machine, no fish, no nutella).Location is better : from the airport by taxi 10 minutes, metro and mall within walking distance (7 min).We paid only $ 800 for 10 nights with breakfast for two, it's a sin to complain about such a price.

Unfortunately, I did not like the word at all. A city hotel, the windows do not open in the rooms, the kitchen is average, it takes 15-20 minutes to walk to La Mer beach. One sunbed and an umbrella costs 120 dirhams, which is about 2,800 rubles.

We really liked the hotel. Well, everything is fine. And the location, and the breakfasts and the beach and MICHAEL. The rooms are good. Only with the air conditioner at first we suffered. And then they turned it off completely... And we were happy. I just fell in love with this hotel. LA MER Beach is exactly 15 minutes away. And then along the beach three minutes to the sea. And the sea itself is A FAIRY TALE. We were in the middle of May 2023. We still go tanned. I WISH YOU ALL THE BEST AND GOOD LUCK!!!

The hotel is located 15 minutes walk from La Mer beach, 5 minutes to the bus stop, 10 minutes to the bus station, 20 minutes to the metro. Burj Khalifa is visible from the hotel. La Mer beach is clean, the water is clear. The hotel has a free sauna, hammam and fitness equipment. The food is monotonous, without "peddlers", Currency exchange is nearby, the Jumeirah Mosque is 2 minutes away, on the way to the beach on the territory of the Iranian hospital there is a beautiful mosque in the Samarkand style. I recommend it.

A very pleasant place. We lived in this hotel for three days - daily cleaning, polite staff, air conditioning in the room. It's pretty quiet- it's far from the road. On the ground floor there is an eatery, around the corner there are Filipino cafes for those who wish. Five minutes to the bus station, 15 minutes to the beach. Well, the staff speaking different languages is also a pleasant moment

Hotel as is 4*, cons:
It is not allowed to buy in this country, but ....
I booked a hotel with a balcony , settled into a room without.... I went to sort it out, moved, the door to the balcony does not open during the day (mows from the heat), OK in the evening, the floors are not washed.
You can buy it on the balcony on the sly (the ashtray from the bottle is then removed into the lamp)
Pros: the breakfast is normal, the staff is excellent, the location is excellent, 20 minutes to the city beach on the way you need to go to the Indians to drink tea - very tasty, we are light-skinned the only one who drinks there)
Near 2 large shops, a bunch of cafes, the budget for 2 people for food begins ( cafe) from 30 tugriks.
Summing up: the UAE is a show-off, there is essentially nowhere to go, all the excursions have been completed, if you choose from the available resorts, then Phuket and Turkey are better, I understand that this is completely different, but this is my opinion.

Everything is fine, except the kitchen. The breakfasts are still passable. And lunch and dinner are real Indian balanda. It's easier to have a snack in cafes nearby. Opposite is a good bistro, everything is high-quality and edible.
And on the day of departure, they simply extorted money for an extra 15 minutes of delay... It is better not to use cars that work in conjunction with the hotel. The hotel is only for sleeping, no more.
There are more decent hotels, with rooftop pools and more friendly staff.

In general, in reality it is even slightly better and larger than it seems in the photo. Breakfasts are OK, lunches and dinners are quite monotonous, although sometimes delicious. There weren't many people in June.
The location is gorgeous. 10 minutes to the beach, along the way there is a shop with a candy bar, there are a lot of cafes and inexpensive shops around. If the price is good, you will not regret taking it.
I will say separately about the staff - they are smart.

Overall not bad, close to the airport. We paid for the transfer to the airport upon check-in, the reception said that the transfer runs every 30 minutes at night. As a result, we could not use the transfer, we went downstairs, the reception said that the bus had left 10 minutes ago, the next one would be only an hour later. They left on foot.

Nice hotel. The location is great. Dubai Mall can be reached by taxi in 20-30 dihrams. The beach is exactly 20 minutes away . The beach is clean and there are cafes there. The hotel has a good guide (Michael) Egyptian, speaks Russian well and the girl is young (I don't remember the name, Adela seems) They are always helpful in all matters, polite and always in a good mood. Well, at the reception, in principle, they changed our room without any problems (because of the air conditioner) . And about the kitchen, there are a lot of sharp things in the assortment. In general, I liked everything and had a good rest. There are good conditions for a budget holiday.

It's bad that the mosque is nearby and can be heard. But if you sleep soundly, it won't wake you up.
The Windows overlook the dorm 10 meters away. But if you're lucky, they'll give you a different view.

We rested from 04/29/2022 to 09/5/2022. For its cost, a great option. The room was cleaned every day, breakfast and dinner buffet or a la carte. Everyone was friendly, helped. La mer beach is a 15-minute walk away, very convenient. Suitable for travelers who are set up for a tour of the UAE. Yes, the Burja district, Palistins, Hindus, Pakistanis. But, everything is quiet and calm, and most importantly, the prices of groceries and cafes are much cheaper.

I should immediately note that this hotel was chosen because of its proximity to the Lamer beach, because it resembles a bay protected from waves that are quite strong on other beaches in April. I will not stop at the rooms and meals: everything is decent for its class, the only thing, in my opinion, is overdoing it with aramatizotor from Zelinsky, A suffocating smell in all the corridors. Interesting location. This hotel is located on the garanitsa of the area where guest workers live. Go to the left and get to Southeast Asia, to the right, through the transition and you are already in an Arab country. The beach is about 15 minutes away, if at a brisk pace. LA Mer is two not very large bays, you don't even feel the open sea. Like everywhere else, everything is licked to a shine. There are more gastriks on the beach in the evenings and on weekends, but they behave calmly.
There is not much place to walk in the evenings. Somehow it's not comme il faut in this area. You can get to Dubai Mall in 15 minutes by taxi, take a walk in the center.
In a word, the hotel is not bad, but the location is for an amateur. Advantage: good price/quality ratio.

We had a rest with our daughter in December 2022 . Great hotel, beach nearby, 15 minutes to Dubai Mall by taxi 20 dirhams. Super meals were taken for breakfast and dinner. The staff is responsive and friendly. I recommend it .

We sat without a TV for 3 days. And thank God that, in principle, they lived here for 4 days. Breakfast is the maximum that you can take from the food here. And that!!! On the last day we ate only puff rolls. Because the same chewing forces have not been. Of the variety, only eggs in different forms. But they are always not finished!!!! We chose the hotel based on the reviews, rested for 2 weeks in September 2022, it's a complete trash!!
(a separate greeting to the collective farm, which was rated 4 and 5 in 2022).
So the pros: near the beach 600-800m, La mer. That's it!!!
Cons: The hotel is old, a dead repair, I don't know who puts 4 or 5 stars, the repair is stupid ala 90's. Everything is so old, even in the Russian Federation there is no such thing. The hotel itself is located next to the Pakistani ghetto (really, you will go 400-500 m deep), the public who lives nearby after sunset comes out in groups sitting on the road, eat, smoke and naturally throw all the garbage nearby. And it's a little fast when you go in the evening and don't know what to expect from a company of 6-8 people. Before that, we had a rest in the Marina area, this was not the case.
So the hotel itself: killed repairs, food: they took breakfast and lunch, it's impossible to eat everything of the same type, very spicy, tomatoes, cucumbers, terrible sausages, overcooked fried eggs, and pancakes. Everything. Coffee is generally tin, a soluble mess. All hotels already have coffee machines with grain. We ordered sandwiches at the bar for an excursion, we waited 30 minutes for the result. Complete unsanitary conditions, forks, spoons dirty and not washed, further down the list wi-fi, which catches, then does not catch. We have the 3rd floor in our room, I didn't catch it, I had to go out to look for places.
Smoking is allowed in the rooms!!!
Made up when changing clothes attention.... torn sheets, changed after the complaint.
On different resources they wrote they give adapters for charging phones at the reception, they don't give a fig!!!
On day 2, cockroaches were found in the room!!!! This is in 2022!!! I will publish a photo if I succeed.
A shared computer (I had to get in touch for work) is located in a common area where noise, knocking, shouting and all that, it's not normal to talk.There are only 2 sockets in the room and 1 more in the bathroom. The navigator does not find this hotel. Near the main entrance, 5 meters away, there are garbage cans of buildings.
In general, a complete trash....
The only thing that calmed down was the beach nearby, and what was dumped from this dump into the city.
