I liked the hotel. The metro is a bit far away, but you can take a bus to Dubai Mall. 20 minutes walk to the beautiful beach. There were breakfasts, everything is fine. I took lunch once and dinner once, also a Swedish table. Minus strong air conditioners in common areas, but this is the norm for the UAE.

The food is quite decent, the juices are natural. The rooms were cleaned every day. The room has everything you need: a hairdryer, refrigerator, kettle, cups, safe, slippers. On the upper floor there is a gym with exercise equipment, a sauna and a hut. You can use it at any time. Although it is a "three", it is no different from 4*, except that there is no pool.

It is better to change the currency at a bank branch ( located around the corner of the hotel on the left ) , called the Wall Street Exchange .

We stayed at this hotel from November 13 to November 19, 2025. I'll start with the check-in, we arrived quite early, it took a long time to get to the hotel from Sharjah airport by transfer. Russian Russian Upon arrival at the hotel, we were greeted by a nice girl who sells guided tours (the prices for guided tours are pleasant) on the 1st floor of the hotel, speaks Russian very well (the hotel staff does not speak Russian, keep this in mind) and escorted us to the reception, our suitcases were left near the entrance (later they were "dropped off" at the a luggage storage room, free of charge), they asked for money for earlier check-in (we refused). We decided to leave our suitcases, change clothes and go straight to Kite Beach (La Mer beach is next to the hotel, but we went to Kite beach). I really liked Kite beach, I can't say anything about La mer beach, but many of our hotel praised it. The location of the hotel was very convenient for us, it was possible to get to any point in Dubai without any problems. We used public transport all the time. The Al Satwa Bus Station is located nearby, where you can purchase a NOL silver transport card and replenish it there. We only took breakfast, the food was good. Once we took a paid dinner for two and gave about 130 dirhams. There is a cafe Green Lemon Restaurant near the hotel, we took food there a couple of times, we were satisfied (the prices are good). The hotel also has a rooftop pool, which is clean and you can even see the Burj Khalifa from afar. The area is Pakistani and Indian, it didn't bother us in any way, everyone is friendly and ready to help at any moment (we communicated with everyone through Yandex translator, there were no problems). Everything is nearby within walking distance, especially public transport such as bus 88 (right next to the hotel) and bus 8 nearby, we constantly used these routes. There was Wi-Fi in the hotel, both in the lobby and in the room, for free, but we bought it in advance for 2000 rubles unlimited for all days of rest (7 days, everything was fine everywhere). We had a deluxe room, the room was nice, it was always clean and smelled delicious, water was replenished every day (1 liter in a glass bottle), shower gel and shampoo were in the bathtub, the air conditioner worked well, there was also a refrigerator, kettle and even a good hair dryer in the room. The staff was very helpful, always smiling, saying hello and asking if there were any problems. In general, I can safely recommend this hotel.

I chose this hotel because I didn't have time for the one I wanted, I read the reviews and everything seems to be fine, but no, personally, of course I didn't like everything from the very beginning, we arrived very early with a small child, waited for three hours, the deposit system is crap, i.e. you give them $ 130, and they return you at the last the day you were in Dubai in dirhams, what nonsense, they took dollars, so return them to them, they did not make any concessions, in general, the first impression was already spoiled. This is not the first time we have rested in the UAE, but we faced this for the first time, the hotels were more expensive and there was no deposit, but there would be something for that. And the view from the window is simple, shock and tears, you can't open the curtains. And red-haired friends are running around here, it's fun in general, Cleaning for the view, the floors are dirty after cleaning, they are just vacuumed, but not washed!!!! It ended closer to 22.00 and I had to go to the reception with an empty sleeve. Let's go, show them, have a laugh... They brought it, of course, within 5 minutes, but somehow you have to look. Lunch was paid separately for 55 dirhams. also a good one. We bought excursions around Dubai, on a boat, to the observation deck, to the flower garden. We walked around the Deira district. There are supermarkets from Indian to English chains, where there is an ATM. They clean well. The rooms have a kettle, tea, coffee, safe. There is no balcony, slippers and a bathrobe. There were no Russian speakers on the respeshen, there is enough basic English. It is better to go in winter, since you have to walk to the beach and there is no pool.
