Very cool! We took it with breakfast / dinner, the food was very tasty, worthy of respect.the rooms are clean, cleaning every day, the only thing you need to remind yourself about it sometimes ;) but this is normal for 3 stars) the air conditioner does not make noise, the hotel is cool, there are shops, groceries, clothes, and a market nearby. The beach is a 15-minute walk away.Those who say more, don't believe it.of course, it's 30-40 minutes to the metro, in general it's very good for a 3-star hotel, I thought it would be worse, judging by the price.negative reviews, but not bad, the staff is very friendly.

You will live in the Filipino-Pakestan quarter, near the Lamer Bolotse beach, the hotel does not make birthday gifts. The breakfasts are normal, you won't stay hungry. It's better to add money and choose a hotel with a nice beach.

Recently I lived in it, this is my first experience of living in 3 of it. I was very satisfied. Tea accessories and bath towels are reported daily, towels are not greedy, everything is in good condition. Great beds, great beds. Very good food, although a little monotonous. And the most gorgeous beach is within walking distance. I have been to Dubai many times, I plan to return to this hotel, I did not expect such a wonderful service from the troika, and by the way there are Russian-speaking staff.

Clean hotel, standard room, but most without a balcony. this is already how to pay) the cleaning is excellent. The staff is smiling and responsive. There are few Russian speakers at the reception, but we communicated well since WiFi is super everywhere. The beach is 20 minutes on foot, not a burden, and as a reward La Mayor beach!!! Convenient location relative to the beach - 20 minutes on foot and the excellent sandy beach of La Mer in front of you. There is a bus stop near the hotel. But it's easier to use a taxi. It's a long way to the subway. There are no beach towels in the hotel. In the toilet room above the bathroom there is a cord for drying clothes, but this is not enough for two towels and swimsuits. In addition, things do not have time to dry out and an unpleasant smell appears. It is better to take a room with a balcony and bring your cord with clothespins. :-)) Not far from the hotel there are three supermarkets, several fast food cafes and a good exchanger. But still the main thing is a great beach within walking distance!!!

I liked the hotel, relatively close to the beach, and residential areas of ordinary people. Accordingly, the price level in shops and cafes is acceptable. The rooms are clean. They clean it all the time. Nice sauna. Breakfast included in the accommodation will not allow you to starve to death)). There are "our" people at the reception. The local tourist bureau, also with "our" people, organizes excursions at reasonable prices.

We sat without a TV for 3 days. And thank God that, in principle, they lived here for 4 days. Breakfast is the maximum that you can take from the food here. And that!!! On the last day we ate only puff rolls. Because the same chewing forces have not been. Of the variety, only eggs in different forms. But they are always not finished!!!!
