The cuisine is designed for both European and Asian tastes. We weren't hungry, we could choose juices, fruits, and vegetables. We stayed in a room on the 24th floor for 9 days. I didn't get tired of the food during this time. We took half board. The rooms are clean, cleaned every day, reported water, cream, accessories. The air conditioner was working fine. The summer heat was easily tolerated. The staff was polite and helped with any questions. A translator was used when communicating. There is 1 transfer to the sea and back to the hotel in summer. Brought and taken away. A shuttle service to the Sharjah City Center was also provided. We used transfers throughout our stay without any problems. I recommend the hotel. I lived in it twice (in January and in July).

We stayed at this hotel from 6.11.25 to 13.11.25. The hotel positions itself as a 5-star hotel, but I would put it at 4. Check-in at 14-15.00. We arrived at 9 and had to wait, we couldn't sleep, they woke us up. Of course, we were offered a room with a balcony, but we had to pay an additional 100 dirhams.The breakfast was a monotonous buffet, and we enjoyed the waffles and pancakes.There was a shuttle service from the hotel to the beach, but the bus was small, and not everyone had to wait to get in. Alhan beach is clean,there are changing rooms, toilet is clean,shower. There is a shop in the hotel building, and you could eat there. There are many shops near the hotel. There is a promenade and a park not far from the hotel. There are a lot of seals in the park. The room was cleaned every day, but the towels were not changed for three days, they shook it and laid it beautifully. We had a towel with a pink spot and it was changed only for the 4th day. The room had large beds, a TV, a table, curbstones, curtains. There was no balcony, the view was on the second tower. There is a mosque not far from the hotel, and prayer began there every day at 5.40 a.m. and it was very clearly audible.

There is a park near the hotel, and there are many cafes where you can have a snack. I'll start with the cons: since January 2024, the hotel has noticeably deteriorated : Firstly, there is nowhere in the rooms to dry clothes and swimsuits/swimming trunks at all, the humidity in the room is high, and everything starts to smell. We asked the reception what to do, it turns out they can give us access to a room with a balcony where we can hang our clothes, and it costs $10 per day, an extremely questionable decision for a 5* hotel. The cuisine at the beginning of the 24th year was excellent, there were both European and Indian dishes for every taste. Now 80% of the dishes are from India, Syria, and almost all salads and food are super spicy, although the staff says it's not spicy. We had two meals a day, at the age of 24, we could eat both lunch and dinner, but without breakfast, or choose any option. Now it's breakfast and either dinner or lunch, you can't choose dinner and lunch. Of the advantages : Yes, these are 5 stars, attentive staff, super-attentive staff in the restaurant, they are more like grandmothers in the village who need you all to eat. There is an area with sun beds. I cleaned every day, brought everything I needed. The breakfasts are varied, some of the food is Indian. There were only 4 of us for lunch, the dinners were delicious Friday and Saturday seafood. Very tasty juices and coffee from the coffee machine. They always put food on the table and there's enough for everyone. You can pour juice into a bottle and take it with you and take fruit from the basket. We did not have breakfast on the first day and asked for lunch boxes on the day of departure, after talking with the manager, the girl packed two containers for us to have a snack at the airport. Judging by the reviews, the transfer times change at different times. It is necessary to come to the beach and from the beach minus 10. We did not go to the shopping center because the transfer was at 10:30. The view from the windows is certainly awesome. The hotel itself has excellent staff, the furniture is a little tired, but everything works. The rooms are spacious, there is a little dampness due to the climate, but if you turn on the air conditioner, of course it does not exist. The breakfasts are good, there are not enough meat dishes, but the rest is in stock. Omelets and waffles are prepared in front of you, and a robot delivers them on delivery. I liked the chef, he is a pleasant person and keeps the kitchen tidy and clean. In general, if you are used to Sheraton in Russia, this one loses a little, but it keeps its mark. Nearby hotels are much worse, and what is better is noticeably more expensive. Tips: there are three large grocery stores nearby (Lu lu, nesto and spinney), as well as a Costa coffee shop (like a starbucks) nearby. Of the restaurants nearby, Aroos Damascus found only the optimal one. The gold market (steam trains) is useless, except for the exchanger on the 2nd floor where the gold is, the exchange rate is really better than others. Apparently, the hotel is not very popular among Russian tour operators. The location of the hotel is convenient: it is located near the Persian Gulf and the airport (15-20 minutes by car). I got a standard room on the 11th floor with a balcony, which was important to me. The food at the hotel is specific, mainly Indian cuisine. It was unusual for the child and me. French fries or minced potatoes are not served here, only rustic potatoes, but very spicy. The child ate pasta and sometimes chicken. Every day we were offered fruits: watermelons, melons, oranges. The desserts were delicious too. The hotel does not serve alcohol, as Sharjah is the strictest emirate in this regard. The transfer to the seaside was on schedule, and there was plenty of room for everyone. The hotel staff is polite and pleasant. You can take things to the dry cleaners for a small amount. The transfer from the airport is individual, in a new Toyota. It was very pleasant. I recommend this hotel, but with children, I would hesitate because of the food. Otherwise, everything is fine.

There is a swimming pool with warm water, a sauna, a gym. The food is very tasty. We have never regretted that we took this hotel. For those who love more than just beach holidays.

They asked for our passports and safely forgot about us. After sitting for about half an hour, I went back to the reception and was told that the room was ready, they gave me the keys and told me to go up to the 18th floor. No one bothered to escort me to my room and help with my suitcases, even though I arrived with an elderly relative. On the 18th floor there is again the smell of dampness and a hundred years of unwashed carpet, a table with a layer of dust, dirty windows. The room smelled nice, clean bed and towels, bathroom supplies, shampoo, conditioner and shower gel are screwed to the wall)), but very good quality. Very cool and comfortable beds, excellent plumbing and hot water (some guests had problems with this). Among the disadvantages of the room: insufficient lighting, although there are many light sources, long black hair was lying on the floor and chairs, although cleaning seemed to be carried out. It spoiled the impression. Well, our windows overlooked the neighboring building, we were not going to sit in the room, so it was uncritical. According to what principle the cleaning procedure is established in this hotel, I still did not understand, at first they changed the bed linen every other day, although we did not ask, and in the last week they stopped altogether). The quality of the cleaning is three-fold, but we did not mess up. Towels were changed. But they were constantly saving on consumables, either soap or lotion would not be reported... Cleaning on request, even without a request, we were put in order. Thank-you chocolates were ignored for 9 days out of 10. Another nuance: the refrigerator is walled up in a wooden cabinet and it is warm in it, as soon as we began to leave the cabinet open, it began to work normally. And yet: I do not recommend leaving food leftovers in a bucket overnight, cockroaches immediately come running from somewhere. Breakfast starts at 6.30, which is very convenient. We did not differ in variety, we had a choice and we were not hungry, everything was fresh, delicious, vegetables and herbs were well washed, fresh pastries, pineapple fruits, watermelon, melon. Three coffee machines, a variety of teas. A beautiful restaurant, clean dishes, very polite and smiling waiters, all the dishes were constantly served, a cute robot that delivered scrambled eggs. There were enough places and food for everyone. There are no complaints about the restaurant, all well done. The impression was slightly spoiled by the Chinese, who communicated (shouted) across several tables and constantly made loud burps, but this is their culture, nothing can be done..))) A couple of times I asked to warm up my food for dinner, they helped without any problems, only took a receipt that I was warming my food (apparently in case of poisoning). A separate song and a sore spot is a transfer to the beach. Every 45-60 minutes from 8.00. The bus is dead, the capacity clearly does not meet the needs of the guests, as a result, the back seat was still broken in half)) They took me there 3 times, and for some reason 2 times back. And boarding the bus to the hotel turned into a massacre... It is unclear where another 25 people were supposed to go. As a result, many people took a taxi, about 15 dirhams. When I came up with a claim on this issue, they told me to provide receipts from the taxi, whether they were going to refund the money remained a mystery.. The next day, the bus began to travel more times. Al Khan beach, there is nothing to compare it with, was generally satisfied, there is a detailed review of it. But half of the days there was a storm and they were not allowed into the water. Umbrella 30drh, chaise longue 10drh, own towels. The hotel has no territory at all. There is a large parking lot and another hotel nearby. It's not very clean. The water is very chlorinated, but the very presence of such a complex is very pleasant. The hotel is in the city center, near the lagoon embankment, 35 minutes away singing fountains, blue train market, fish market, various shopping centers, there is a place to walk, it is quite safe. It took 20 minutes to get to the beach by transfer, people walked for 45 minutes, it was up to 35 minutes in traffic jams. In conclusion, I can say that this hotel clearly does not correspond to 5 stars, but we had a great time. It will all depend on what you are waiting for. If you go with a microscope to look at minor flaws, then you are not here. I take off one star for bad smells, poor cleaning and shortcomings in the service. For early check-in at 2 o'clock and check-out a couple of hours later, as well as for the work of the restaurant, I put plus points. If you take a burning tour a couple of days before departure, then this is a gift, you should not overpay for this hotel, it is better to take it closer to the sea.

I don't understand the rave reviews. The food is mediocre, nothing special, like in a 3-star hotel. Body lotion was not reported. I didn't show the TV, I went to the reception three times and talked about the problem, they promised to solve the problem, but they decided only after 3 requests. The room is poorly cleaned. And the main disadvantage is that the windows don't open at all. Therefore, the air is terribly stale, it is impossible to breathe, because just air conditioning will not solve this problem. The rooms still need to be ventilated, but there is simply no such possibility. This is not to mention the view from the room, maybe with a view of the Jacuzzi and neighboring rooms, then the room will be like a basement, dark, and the lighting is so-so, very dim.

Yes, the hotel is far from the coast, but it is surrounded by supermarkets, cafes and bus stops. The swimming pool in Feral was warm, but the recreation area is almost always in the shade, and where there is sun, repairs were carried out. The Jacuzzi is cool. There are many Chinese, Arabs, and Hindus in the hotel - a diverse contingent. For the money that we paid for the tour from St. Petersburg, it's good.

The bus to the beach is the deadliest, compared to the neighbors of the holidey inn and crystal plaza, it takes half an hour before departure at 8:00 a.m. for sure, otherwise you will take a taxi. In the morning there were 3 buses (I went only 2 times a couple of times, after the indignation of the guests, I drove 3 times), back 2 times (when they left, they did 3 again after a significant part of the people did not get back) The cleaning was, but so-so. No one has vacuumed under the bed for a long time, the bed has not been changed, only made. Towels / water / coffee / tea are provided and changed without problems. The food is ordinary, it happens in 4* and in a variety, for the first time I see 5* without fresh fruits at all, all juices from bags, the restaurant gives the impression of a dining room, completely enclosed, without views of the street. The hotel does not have its own territory, it is just stuck in the city. There is a Jacuzzi, hammam and sauna, a swimming pool on the 7th floor, everything is small, in my opinion, with quite chlorinated water, especially in the Jacuzzi.
