We spent a week at this hotel from February 19th to 26th, 2026. Overall, I enjoyed my stay, and the hotel makes a pleasant impression. Positive: 1. Location: The hotel is really in the center. For us, lovers of city walks, this was a major plus. There are a lot of interesting things around. 2. Transfer: It is very convenient that the hotel provides a shuttle service to the beach (twice a day) and to Dubai. True, we took a taxi to the beach ourselves — it's inexpensive and fast, but the very fact of having a shuttle is encouraging. 3. Staff: All staff are polite, friendly and always ready to help. It feels like the staff is guest-oriented. 4. Meals: We took half board (breakfast/dinner), but the hotel offers a flexible system: every day you could choose either lunch or dinner. It is very convenient for planning the day. Separately, I would like to praise the dinner — it was held in an open-air restaurant, atmospheric and pleasant. 5. Room and service: The room is spacious and clean. Cleaning is daily, there are no complaints. We replenished our water supply every day — two bottles per person. Minuses: The only thing that slightly spoiled the impression was the humidity in the room. We lived on the 17th floor, but the room had no balcony. We really regretted that we did not choose a room with a balcony, as it was not possible to ventilate properly, and the air in the room was heavy. If you are sensitive to such things, I recommend that you clarify this point when checking in. Result: I recommend the hotel for those who appreciate comfort, good service and active walks around the city. The price-quality ratio is decent.

I stayed at this hotel from 04.12 to 10.12.2025 with my husband and child of 6 years. My impressions of the hotel are positive. When checking in, we asked for a room with 2 beds, but we were refused due to the lack of available rooms. However, after contacting the tour operator, the room was provided the next day. Everything else in the hotel is excellent: the breakfasts are excellent and varied, the rooms are large enough with a large bathroom, there is a refrigerator, TV, Internet. The room also has a minimal set of washing facilities. Room cleaning is normal, not super of course, but it is clear that something was cleaned. The pools are good: there are both small and large pools. There are towels at the pool that you can take to the beach, but you won't be given any more towels that day. I had to dry them and use them again. The water in the pool is comfortable, there are showers. There is also a Jacuzzi, a steam room and a dry sauna, a changing room with a shower. Everything is clean and pleasant everywhere. There is a transfer to the beach, the driver is very pleasant and comfortable. There are also transfers to the shopping center in Sharjah. It is also free, as well as a paid transfer to Dubai mall. The location of the hotel is excellent: the very center. There is a shop right next to the hotel, as well as a jewelry market and a fish market in 10 minutes, where fish or meat will be prepared for you. I recommend the hotel 100%!

I stayed at this hotel from 12/13/15 to 12/19/15. I went alone, but of course I got to know each other at the hotel. The room was 1106 on the 11th floor. The room was nice with a view of the pools. I liked the hotel. It's cozy, the aromas are fragrant, and music is playing unobtrusively on some floors. The room was cleaned every day. Coffee, tea, sugar and water were reported daily. The room had a makeup brush, paste, smart sticks, and even a face mask. Gels, shampoos are very good, they reminded me of honey. On 17.12. it was my birthday, they decorated my Room with balls and made a snowman out of towels. The food was decent, you can choose for yourself what you want. It's true that it's sooooo spicy, but I chose what I eat. The staff at the cafe is polite, there was always a chef, treated. I really enjoyed going to the swimming pool, Jacuzzi and saunas. We went to the gym. We took a bus to the beach, the beach is not bad, only it is public, but there is a toilet, shower and changing rooms. Now o - they are . There is no bathrobe in the room, for tourists from other countries. There are advantages to settling in, i.e. they try to settle them faster. It's unpleasant! It's a bit dirty outside the hotel. A hotel employee put me on the wrong bus at the check-out and I was almost kicked out by the driver in AJMAN, because I'm from another company. THANKS a LOT to the tourists, they didn't give it to him. I started to panic. The location of the hotel is good, everything is practically nearby. The famous train was not impressed AT ALL. I recommend the hotel, and I may come to it myself later.

We visited in January 2026. The room was large and had a wonderful view. There were no problems with the elevators to our 26th floor. The cleaning is quite acceptable. WiFi in the rooms is excellent, YouTube on TV is working. The pool was not visited because there is never any sun there, and it is cold to sit on a chaise longue on the 7th floor in the wind. Room air conditioning is easily installed from 18-27. Comfortable. But the food was just terrible. It's not even a three-star level, but lower. The restaurant is conditionally divided into two zones: European cuisine and Indian cuisine (the chef is Indian). But even in European cuisine, all dishes are smeared with yellow or orange pepper seasoning - it is impossible to eat. The quality of fish and chicken is the lowest, and there is no beef at all, or small pieces of fat float in a vat with sauce. Vegetables are presented modestly. And there are no fruits at all! I especially wanted fruit for breakfast - I had to bring strawberries with me (in the supermarket, which is located on the 1st floor, next to the hotel entrance, it costs 4 AED per 300 gr.). But this Indian cook welcomes his guests every evening and roasts something in the open space in his pan. Apparently he has a lot of relatives who need food. That's why the table in the restaurant is so poor. The coffee was made from small grains, overcooked and bitter - the cheapest. They could only eat toast, butter, cottage cheese, and a melon they had brought with them. And in the evening, grated carrots, cucumbers, lettuce leaves, and if possible, fish out a few small pieces of beef in the mud. The wings of the spicy chicken were without signs of anything edible. The only advantage was that you could get unlimited tea from the vending machine. There is a Nesto hotel a kilometer away, where there is an exchange, you can buy batteries and all sorts of small things. Day To Day - they bought chocolate on a budget We traveled constantly to Dubai Mall 80 AED there and 120 AED back - traffic jams. We arrived at the hotel at 11:00.For some reason, it turned out that everyone who came with us, those who arrived later, were given rooms earlier.We sat until 3 p.m., not a minute less.When registering, they asked for a room with a balcony, we had previously read reviews that for an additional fee of $ 10 per day, they give such a room.We were offered such a room for 22,000 per week. We refused.But at 3 p.m. they gave me a room card and it turned out that the room had a balcony.Those could be obtained for 22,000, the same thing happens. The hotel is old, the rooms are old, everything inside has seen a lot.The room was on the 10th floor, with windows on the construction site and nearby apartments.You could look at the neighbors, and in the evening enjoy the sound of construction. There is also a mosque nearby, five times a day, starting at 05.30, we listened to prayers that are read there through a megaphone, and closed windows will not help you. The hotel itself has excellent staff, the furniture is a little tired, but everything works. The rooms are spacious, there is a little dampness due to the climate, but if you turn on the air conditioner, of course it does not exist. The breakfasts are good, there are not enough meat dishes, but the rest is in stock. Omelets and waffles are prepared in front of you, and a robot delivers them on delivery. I liked the chef, he is a pleasant person and keeps the kitchen tidy and clean. In general, if you are used to Sheraton in Russia, this one loses a little, but it keeps its mark. Nearby hotels are much worse, and what is better is noticeably more expensive. Tips: there are three large grocery stores nearby (Lu lu, nesto and spinney), as well as a Costa coffee shop (like a starbucks) nearby. Of the restaurants nearby, Aroos Damascus found only the optimal one. The gold market (steam trains) is useless, except for the exchanger on the 2nd floor where the gold is, the exchange rate is really better than others. And we returned with our family on 11/20/2025, stayed at the hotel for 11 days, and purposefully chose Four Points by Sheraton! We were happy with our stay: we had a cozy, clean room, cleaning was carried out every day, hygiene kits were provided, even razors and shaving foam, the staff was very polite, friendly, we really liked Kaunt. We addressed everyday questions at the reception to the young, but highly professional, polite, smiling guys Ashish and Madeha, all our wishes were taken into account, for which we are very grateful to them! Nutrition: we like the grain coffee at the hotel, the availability of yoghurts for breakfast, you can order an omelet with cheese, there are oatmeal porridge, sausages, various side dishes, cheese, sausage, vegetables, olives, juice, pineapples, watermelons, apples, oranges. At the restaurant, we liked a girl named Htoo, who did her job quickly and efficiently. It was a convenient transfer to the sea: the first one was at 8.00, we got off the bus at about 7.45, there were always empty seats, the Zafar driver was also a professional, he quickly and safely delivered to the beach and back. We also like the relaxation area by the pool under the live palm trees, you can take clean towels and lie on the sun beds in the fresh air, sunbathe after lunch. French fries or minced potatoes are not served here, only rustic potatoes, but very spicy. The child ate pasta and sometimes chicken. Every day we were offered fruits: watermelons, melons, oranges. The desserts were delicious too. The hotel does not serve alcohol, as Sharjah is the strictest emirate in this regard. The transfer to the seaside was on schedule, and there was plenty of room for everyone. The hotel staff is polite and pleasant. You can take things to the dry cleaners for a small amount. The transfer from the airport is individual, in a new Toyota. It was very pleasant. I recommend this hotel, but with children, I would hesitate because of the food. Otherwise, everything is fine.

Alhan beach is clean,there are changing rooms, toilet is clean,shower. There is a shop in the hotel building, and you could eat there. There are many shops near the hotel. There is a promenade and a park not far from the hotel. There are a lot of seals in the park. The room was cleaned every day, but the towels were not changed for three days, they shook it and laid it beautifully. We had a towel with a pink spot and it was changed only for the 4th day. The room had large beds, a TV, a table, curbstones, curtains. There was no balcony, the view was on the second tower. There are many Chinese, Arabs, and Hindus in the hotel - a diverse contingent. For the money that we paid for the tour from St. Petersburg, it's good.
