Though it's not longer a for many years Hyatt, one can still feel the touch of luxury in the architecture, interior design and spa and swimming pools area. There are renovated and consequently slightly more expensive rooms on top two floors. The lobby restaurant is a good value-for-money and delicious enough to be favored even by the locals from the nearby business centers. A metro station is a walking distance from the hotel.

Good hotel has lots of positives. Good rooms very spacious. Some small improvements. Breakfast repetitive items. Room services to be improved. Tea bags refilling. But were kind enough to give me a late checkout. Was impressed.

In principle, the hotel is good. But in my opinion, the cost is too high. The rooms are large and cozy, but some of the furniture is old and falling apart. In winter, they turn off the air conditioner and use the heating, which is manually regulated. Tea, coffee, water and bathroom accessories are replenished daily. Towels are also changed (5 pcs. / one). TV, ironing board with iron in the room. The bed and pillows are soft and comfortable. In my case, I got my slippers only when I checked in. The cleaning is shallow and fast, but daily. The staff is friendly and helpful, helps with everything and responds to requests or help. The hotel's infrastructure is developed and convenient. The location is also acceptable, the metro and shops are within walking distance. The room cards were initially given two, as a result, after a couple of days they were taken from the room and the refrigerator began to work stably, most likely it only works with the card in the inserted position and in the presence of the guest. Downstairs there is a nice small swimming pool and sauna with different steam rooms. Massage and gym. Gift shop, car rental and restaurant. Buffet breakfasts with a good assortment.

It's a lovely hotel, and I'm very pleased. I came in connection with a business trip and wanted to come again. I booked a superior room, I got it on the 8th floor, everything was new, crystal clear and worked properly, I especially liked the control via the panels (which are everywhere for convenience), the presence of USB sockets, wireless charging stations for phones. There is tea and coffee in the room, hairdryer, shower accessories, bathrobe, slippers, ironing board and iron. The breakfasts are excellent for every taste. The spa is gorgeous. Even the sound insulation is on the level. Everything is clean, decorous and noble, the staff is polite. I'll be happy to come back again.

Great hotel! All in greenery, friendly and helpful staff, simply gorgeous SPA, cozy rooms! The staff has been working for years, which indicates a good attitude towards them. The rooms are cozy, the hotel is currently undergoing renovation - the SPA has been renovated, and the restaurant is currently being renovated. We carry greenery around, and the birds are singing. I am thrilled, and I always thank the staff for their service! I've been staying here a lot for work for 2.5 years now

I didn't like the hotel at first - the old Turkish five. But then, we lived for 5 days, even very well. The rooms are renovated. The spa has a very good massage. The pool is normal. The hotel is very tired inside. The reception and common areas are still normal, the rooms are in poor condition, the carpet is dirty, old furniture, plumbing leaks. A lot of people wrote about smoky rooms - I didn't have that , everything was OK here. Breakfast is normal, but for 3*, not for 5*. In general, it's normal, but not wow. The reception staff is normal, everything is calm and fast, the cleaning staff is not quite there. They do not put dental kits, although it is clear that they are being consumed. They don't bring things to the laundress , they left them in a bag , no one took them away. The cleaning is average, not everything is cleaned. There were no problems with the water. There was an ironing board and an iron in the room. The location is normal, the territory is well maintained. After visiting the hotel, I felt somewhat cheated. And he left the hotel with joy. I checked into this hotel only yesterday and the impression was immediately ruined. At first, the key did not work, the room is terribly hot, the air conditioner is not working. The split system is set to 28 degrees and is not adjustable. You can open the window, but the noise from the busy road keeps you awake! After contacting the staff, an engineer came and said that it was the same in all rooms, but this was a lie — colleagues living in other rooms claimed that their room had 24 degrees. In the morning they promised to turn off the heating, returned to the room it was +28, this is bullying. After cleaning the room today, the cups were not washed, tea was not put in.....Disgusting service.....I'm waiting for the technician again, 40 minutes have passed since contacting the reception. I will never come to this hotel again, only a negative impression.
