The room was on the 25th floor (27 in total). The elevators are high-speed, there are 5 of them, like. The room has a very nice setting. A fascinating view of the city. A huge balcony with a table and chairs. There was a mosque in the courtyard, but we heard absolutely nothing in the morning or afternoon, only when we opened the door to the balcony. Rooms are cleaned every day. Coffee, tea bags, coffee capsules (there is a coffee machine), sugar, cream. The water in the room is 1 liter in glass, they do not give out in plastic bottles. There is also a bathrobe, ironing board, iron. The breakfasts are excellent - watermelon is very sweet, apples, melon, grapefruit, pumpkin and sunflower seeds, nuts, dates, raisins, soups, porridges, second courses, yoghurts with strawberries, bananas and cereals, cheeses, sausages, vegetables, herbs, breakfast cereals. I really liked the omelets with different additives and cheese. A large selection of pastries, delicious juices. Pool on the 2nd floor, sun beds. We stayed at this hotel at the end of May. We have booked a suite with access to a private beach. Upon check-in, we were given basic information about the hotel and told that we did not have access to the beach.. They escorted me to my room and helped me with my suitcases. The room is excellent, two-room with all the amenities and everything you need. The next day we came to sort out the beach, another employee was there, and he immediately gave us a piece of paper with access to the beach. They settled on the 7th floor, asked for a higher one, said that everything was occupied now and it was possible to move in a couple of days, they actually offered the 18th floor later) Almost all the staff speak English, a Russian-speaking girl sometimes worked at the reception and in the excursions department, in general, I think it would be hard without English, but we didn't have any No problem, my English is fine. The hotel is great, the staff are all very nice. The location is certainly not in the center, but it is very easy to get to any place, the metro is 7 minutes away, there are buses right next to the hotel or the subway. There are also free hotel buses to beaches and malls, a huge plus. The private beach is wonderful, there were always places, the pool is cold, it was wonderful in the heat. The sea itself is clean and very calm, but it is literally hot in summer. The breakfasts seemed monotonous, the same thing every day, but everything was delicious. As I understand it, there is also a buffet for dinner, but at lunch you can choose only two items from the menu and without a drink! Nice hotel. We were lucky with the room (some kind of family room with a balcony), but the rooms are also normal without balconies. I liked the breakfasts, lunches and dinners! But I'm not one of those gobblers, so it was okay for me. The pool is small, but cozy to cool off in the heat. The metro station is about 5 minutes on foot. In general, everything is good. The hotel is rated 3- or 4+. I'll start with checking in, we arrived at the hotel by 9:00 and had to pay 150aed for early check-in. They offered to increase the room rate, but I did not agree. We changed the room to another one without any problems (by the way, the windows don't open anywhere at all), it has a better view and there were no questions with the room itself. We only had breakfast, it was more or less 7 days, then we got tired. It's the same thing every day, the choice is normal, but all the dishes are for your lover. Cleaning… It seems to be fine, but absolutely every day we call the reception, because: either they took all the towels (this item is every day) and did not put new ones, or toilet paper, sometimes they did not replenish the water. The pool is small in the hotel, but it will do to sunbathe and cool off. There is a free beach on the Palm of Jumeirah to which the bus takes you, I noticed that people have eternal problems with it, there are no places. We took the bracelets after the fact, called Yandex.taxi and left. The beach and pool are cool, but the sun loungers by the pool are paid, 250aed (haha) are free only on the beach, but it's not scary. I lived here for 7 days. I liked everything. The metro is not far away, the food is delicious (but many dishes are spicy). Nice staff. There are a couple of people on the staff who know Russian.
