Nice hotel with perfect service, I want to say thank for complimentary early check in at 7 am. Cleaning service is also good. Restaurant on ground floor is good and menu consists of a big variety dishes of grilled. As for gym. 10 of 10

Great hotel. Great location, metro is 2 minutes away on foot, near a great grocery store, cafe and much more. The breakfasts and dinners are varied. There are two swimming pools and a SPA on the seventh floor. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean, cleaned every day. The furniture is a little tired, but these are small things, the advantages of this hotel completely cover this disadvantage. I recommend you to visit. Thank you, good visitors!

The hotel is located near the Mashrek metro station (no more than 5 minutes on foot), and the trail.The station is a large mall of the Emirates. Rooms with a "standard" set: there is a kettle and tea bags, an ironing board with an iron, a safe, a TV. There is a bathtub and a shower, shampoo, hair conditioner and shower gel. Drinking water in glass bottles is in the room all the time - it is brought every day. One of the inconveniences is the Arabic sockets, which are different from the ones we are used to. An adapter is needed. You can buy it nearby in a supermarket (immediately to the right at the exit of the hotel and 5-7 minutes on foot) for 10.5 dirhams. Another minor inconvenience is that there is nowhere to dry the swimsuit. I had to hang them on "hangers" for clothes. The staff is friendly.

The location of the hotel is certainly the best to fully embrace Dubai and enjoy it. The hotel itself is quite comfortable for us, everything is fine! The room was a little dirty from the carpet, of course. The food is also varied, we are not particularly picky in this regard! Since we were going to relax and get emotions!

I liked the hotel. Delicious varied food for dinners and breakfasts. Friendly staff, daily room cleaning. The pool is on the terrace of the 7th floor, the water is warm, but all the time in the shade, it was cool to get out of the water in April. The location of the hotel is excellent 3-5 minutes from Mashrek metro station, it seems to be 4 stops from Dubai Marina and 15 minutes from the sea to beautiful places. There is also a free shuttle service from the hotel to the beach and Kite beach (at 9 they take you away, at 13 back, it takes minutes to drive). This beach has an open sea and not as many people as the Dubai Marina area. Sun beds are paid everywhere, so do not forget to put a mat on the beach ☺️

DO NOT CHOOSE THIS HOTEL!
We are currently in this hotel, because we bought a tour (we can't refuse - money will burn), and the only good thing here is the location - near the metro station and a good restaurant, and friendly staff (who should be everywhere anyway), that's it.
- About the rooms: all rooms have very dirty carpet (walking with bare feet is just disgusting), there is a terrible smell of mold and dampness (this is said not only by us, but also by the visitors we met in the elevator) - we changed the room 3 times! They don't give you any slippers or bathrobes. The windows are all dirty, I don't want to look in them. There is not even a small closet with shelves in our room, only hangers in the number of 6 pieces. The ventilation is disgusting, the smell of cigarettes and tobacco spreads throughout the room and bathroom.
The bathroom is constantly very cold floor (slippers were not given), yellow joints everywhere, torn tiles, in the shower there is only the shower itself, watering cans that you can take - no, there are no shelves where to put bath accessories, the taps open with a creak.
The pool is more of a children's paddling pool with a view of the track, although you are unlikely to see a view from it.
The staff is not a single Russian speaker (although there is at least one in other hotels "according to reviews"). They asked to bring towels (they didn't bring them in an hour)
Breakfasts (we have only them) - from normal food: scrambled eggs, shakshuka and vegetables + drinks (EVERYTHING). Everything else is definitely not our usual food, everything is spicy, sour, liquid, in short - a big minus. There are no pancakes, cheesecakes, yogurt that we are used to (and you just won't find all that here).
Transfer to the beach - you will drive at least 40 minutes, because this transfer will stop at 3-5 more different hotels. Back - also, there is no air conditioning in the transfer. Take a taxi (and it's not cheap here)
There is no place to dry things. There is a small rope stretched over the bathroom, in which you simply will not be able to swim. Things don't dry, they get wet after 3 days. We dry it in the room on the TV, table, etc.
There is no balcony.
Complex regulation of the air conditioner, you will either freeze and turn into ice, or steam up from lack of air.
I sincerely wish that this hotel was renovated and everything was washed here. I don't know who leaves good reviews, but if you don't like living in a hut, this is not your option.

In principle, the room has almost everything you need. On the 18th floor, the noise from the road does not interfere. Of the minuses - there are no oral hygiene kits in the room, the pool is in the shade for almost the whole day - the sun shines for 30 minutes maximum, the refrigerator slightly cools drinks that should lie there for several hours, the furniture is already tired, lumps of synthpone form in the pillows after 2 nights of sleep, the windows are dirty, streaked. In general, you can live, but you won't want to come back.

A review that may help you choose a trip:
The hotel: the rooms are not bad enough, small but in good condition, the plumbing is used but generally nothing. However, at the entrance, they took a separate resort fee of about 4 thousand rubles, which was not discussed initially. Room cleaning every other day, which is quite acceptable. The food is generally convenient in time intervals, but the choice is meager and on the 7th day of arrival the same thing gets boring, and there are also specific spices that do not always come in.
The location of the hotel is not bad, close to the metro, but the accessibility of the metro ends only with the convenience of getting to shopping malls, mall of the Emirates and Dubai mall Burj Khalifa.
Transfers and beaches: there are solid disadvantages here. There are two beaches to choose from, and only one with a small number of people and clean water and a beach is pleasant, but even here it turned out that the sunbeds are paid and their cost is around 8 thousand rubles per day for 2 pcs. The transfer to this beach is the only one per day, and also not very convenient, leaves at 9 a.m., and the first bus arrives at the hotel is already full, that is, the transfer is not a hotel, and you have to wait another half hour for the next one, as a result, you need to go out for breakfast at 8 a.m. to catch 9 at the reception, and then wait another half hour and, taking into account the road, you get to the beach by 10:00, return transfer at 13:00. You can get to this beach in another way only by taxi, at a cost of one way it goes around 1500 rubles one way. If you try to get by metro to this beach, go 4 stations, but then walk around 40 minutes in the unbearable heat among the private sector, lack of shade.
Beach number 2:
It is more convenient to get there, the taxi cost is the same 1500 one way, there are 2 transfers, at 15:00 and at 18:00, the return in two hours, but taking into account traffic jams at this time you go to the beach for an hour and it turns out through a return transfer, which is not logical to use. You can also get to the beach by metro, generally not bad, 4 metro stations, then 20 minutes on foot, through a beautiful Marina with yachts and a good view.
The beach itself is certainly not very far from the word at all, the views are not bad, there are skyscrapers behind, a Ferris wheel in front and many yachts standing in the bay, but the water is very dirty, perhaps because of shipping, as well as because of the huge number of people, and not tourists, but so to speak local working Indians, Pakistanis, etc., sand dirty with garbage and cigarette butts, in general, it is in the water and on the beach itself is not very pleasant, except to come up to look at the views ...
Of the advantages: at check-out, the cards were blocked at 12:00, but they said that we can stay in the room until 15:00, departure to the airport at 18:30, although it is possible this is a plus for this particular operator, since in previous trips there was the same pleasant plus, we will add further on the transfer to the airport.
To summarize, we can say that this kind of trip is suitable exclusively for those who do not go to the sea and sunbathe, but to shop and buy something, or with adult children to visit all kinds of parks, but then it makes sense to take a cheaper hotel, since there will not be time, as well as leave this money for a visit these parks. And it should be borne in mind that the mentality of local workers who are present on the street does not imply the presence of our Russian etiquette, to let a woman, or even more so a woman with a child into an elevator or a door, give way, everything is a rod for a break that is quite uncomfortable with a child...

The hotel itself is good, but the service leaves much to be desired ...
1) We were alone in this hotel from a travel agency, it was assured that there are Russian-speaking staff, but no, there are no Russian-speaking staff from the word at all (this is not a big problem, because we speak English, but for those who do not know English it can it's a bit problematic, but not critical).
2) In the room every day, the staff made the bed, took out the trash, tried to replenish consumables (mostly those that are not needed in principle). On the first day, when we checked in, we were not left with pasta, we had to go down to the reception and tell them to put pasta for us. The pastes in this bag are literally for one time, so I had to save a little. Shaving machines, shower caps, combs were endlessly replenished (as if it was forbidden to comb with one comb for a week), it would be better to replenish the paste every day..
3) We returned to the room every day in the evening and found wet rags in the room, which apparently the cleaners forgot when they cleaned.
4) On the first day, we immediately decided to ask for two plates and two forks in the room so that we could eat something in the evening in the room, as a result, they brought us these plates only on the third day, although we asked more than once. And that was brought only after we met the cleaner in our room because we returned early from the beach and asked for him. But the bad luck is, they didn't bring us forks, but a knife.. After that, we still gave up trying to ask for anything. Either the staff doesn't really know English themselves, or they're being bullied.
5) An offensive moment occurred on my girlfriend's birthday. It just so happened that the manager himself asked how old she was and found out word for word that just the day before she had a doctor. The manager told the girl to come to the reception at 00:00, a surprise would be waiting for her. Well, we decided to go for the sake of interest, it's always nice to receive gifts. She left at 00:00, this manager was at the reception, she approached him, he forgot about what he said about the surprise, in the surprise. He told them to go to the room anyway, because they would bring a surprise there. Okay, let's go to the room, waited for an hour, no one brought anything, went to bed. The next day, this manager was on shift and decided to ask if a surprise had been brought or not, we said no, he said he would figure it out and bring everything. But no, they didn't bring anything. To be honest, we didn't even need this surprise at all if they hadn't told us about it themselves. We wouldn't even have mentioned DR, but it's a shame that they said about him themselves, and then just ignored him.
6) About breakfast: they are edible. A large selection of food according to the buffet principle. Of course, many things are either very salty or tasteless. But I liked the potatoes, eggs, and pancakes with different toppings.

I have been coming to this hotel to relax with my family for more than 5 years.
I do not recommend visiting and relaxing this hotel, due to the fact that it has begun to cooperate with various student organizations, including from Europe, this is certainly not bad for the hotel.If you are a guest of the hotel and a large group of students is visiting, students came from Italy during my stay.
They smoked in the pool for children, spat into the pool water, took toys from my children and other guests without asking.
I also lived on the 17th floor and the students made a lot of noise at night, walked drunk on the floors and prevented other guests from sleeping .
I am sorry that this hotel has deteriorated and accommodates ill -mannered guests, while their group is more than 50 people and they behaved rudely .I do not recommend visiting the hotel, especially with children, in my opinion

The hotel is on a busy highway, near the metro, many cafes and a large shopping center in 15 minutes. There is a transfer to 2 beaches, and an evening transfer to Dubai Marina for a walk, but it takes about 30 minutes to drive, taking into account traffic jams. This is the worst hotel I've ever been to. It's even worse than the average 3-star hotel I've had to live in. If I had the opportunity, I would give a minus 1 rating. The room is terrible, despite the fact that it is a junior suite, the carpet is all dirty, the walls are stained, the windows are dirty, the furniture is shabby. The room has a persistent smell of dampness, mustiness and mold. The sound insulation is disgusting. All the sounds from the next room are clearly audible.
After check-in, they asked to bring bedding for the children, had to wait more than 2 hours, called 4 times, but it did not help. As a result, the disgruntled guy brought only a sheet and two pillowcases. They asked him to bring a duvet cover, so he began to complain that he had to walk several times. It is impossible to reach the reception. They never answer. They called the room service directly, but it didn't do much good.
Transfer to the beach and Dubai Mall is a separate story. This is really bullying. You have to manage to get on the bus to the beach, it's a whole quest. Despite the fact that a daily transfer to the Dubai Mall was announced, we did not wait for him for two days, he never arrived. At the reception, they don't know anything or give false information. Water and other supplies are not brought to the room, you need to constantly beg for everything. To take towels to the beach, you will be charged a deposit of 200 dirhams here. I've never seen anything like it before.
The food in the hotel is so-so, everything is spicy, a lot of spices, we did not like it.
The only positive thing is the pool, which is generally not bad. That's it!!! We didn't find any more advantages here. I don't understand where the positive reviews about this hotel come from.

Very nice hotel! The service is at the highest level. Always, absolutely always, the staff is friendly and smiling. They always help. The hotel has all the amenities: a cafe, a bar, a spa, a very beautiful pool on the 7th floor. There are also free buses from the hotel to 2 malls and 2 beaches on schedule. Room cleaning every day. The breakfasts and dinners were delicious, especially the desserts. In general, we were satisfied, even left nice gifts for the guys on the last day of our stay as a sign of gratitude. Overall, the hotel has a nice, friendly staff.

2)There is 2 liters of drinking water in the room, which is changed as soon as you request

We had a rest in March 2024. I really liked the hotel. Flawless. No complaints. The room was a suite on the 24th floor with two rooms and a king-size bed. The windows overlooked the highway. Not a bad hotel near al Barsha metro station. The area is certainly not a palm tree, but there are supermarkets, restaurants mostly Indian-Iranian or pizza/ burger. We stayed at this hotel from March 22 to March 29, 2023. The location of the hotel is excellent, near the metro, three minutes, a Mall (one metro stop), we walked, cafes, shops in the next building, there we bought fruits, juices. We had breakfast and dinner, sometimes changed for lunch, you definitely won't stay hungry, the choice of dishes is good, the decoration is super, it happened that we had lunch together.
There is a transfer to the beach, for two different ones. We went to both, which we didn't like in Dubai Marina because of the large number of people.
On the 7th floor there is a swimming pool, gym, sauna. The rooms are a little tired, but they cleaned perfectly, changed towels and bed linen every day, washed the bathroom floor, couldn't turn on the TV, immediately solved this problem, water was also leaking in the bathroom, everything was fixed in 5 minutes, thanks for solving the problems, everything is prompt. We communicated with the staff through a translator, an application, everyone is friendly, smiling. Thank you for the rest, everything is fine, if we return to Dubai, we will definitely come to you.
