Excellent hotel in terms of location, good metro interchange nearby, 20 minutes by bus to Kite beach. Near the shopping center, 25 minutes on foot. Everything is within walking distance, as well as a family recreation park with beautiful views and a promenade around the pond. The hotel has a small swimming pool, where you can also lie down on the sun beds and go to the sauna to warm up. We lived on the 37th floor, the view is gorgeous, the room is spacious, you can safely cook whatever you want, there is a stove and refrigerator, we took everything from the supermarket 5 minutes from the hotel very close. We really liked it, I recommend it.

We had a rest from 02/24/2026 to 03/02/2026, Junior Suite room. Clean, cozy, rooms with old renovation. There is a kitchen where you can cook something. The room is located on the 33rd floor (windows do not open, only air conditioning), the views are mesmerizing. Breakfast/dinner is standard. There is a heated swimming pool on the 7th floor, there is no sun, strong wind, it is very cold to go out. Close to metro and shops. A tourist tax of 30 dirhans per person is charged upon check-in. The beach is far away. 50 dirhans are charged as a deposit for beach towels. In general, we are satisfied!

There is no dryer in the room and it is very cold. The windows don't open. It is not possible to dry clothes. The staff is excellent. Friendly , always helpful . The location is good. Near the subway, to the Emirates Mall on foot in 15 minutes.

I didn't like the hotel. Very old and dirty. First, we checked into the standard room that I had booked. As it turned out, there are insects living in the bathroom. We were moved to an upper class room as an apology. Thanks for that. But! The cleaning at the hotel is disgusting: Someone's fingernail was lying under my bedside table for the entire period of my stay, they talked about it at the reception several times, but it remained there (room 3403). Once they left towels on the bathroom floor to be replaced. They came from the sea, cleaned the room, took away the towels, but did not put new ones. I could barely get them to be brought to us. It took about 30 minutes. During this time, the whole family has already washed and dried themselves with bathrobes. There's mold in the bathroom. The room is falling apart. We took breakfast and dinner. Neither one nor the other is delicious. The hotel was booked knowing that it was a good worldwide hotel chain. You have 4 stars!!! A complete discrepancy. Score 2 only for the excellent location.

The location is near the metro, which allows you to get to any attraction on your own and at no great cost, every day there is a transfer in the morning to kite beach (very clean, beautiful, not densely populated beach), in the evening to jbr beach (nice walk, I do not advise swimming, and things did not dare to leave unattended), but a transfer to jbr it brings a Marina to Dubai, there are many beautiful locations, an Infinity pool on the roof of the address resort hotel, I sincerely advise you to visit, you don't have to pay extra for the pool, use only the bar, the observation deck is better than in Burj Khalifa and costs several times cheaper. The food is varied, there is a bias towards Indian cuisine, 1/4 dishes. There are basically 2 soups, 2-3 types of meat, fish, side dishes, and a variety of salads, appetizers, and so on. (This is without Indian cuisine), the pools are on the 7th floor, the hall is in the same place, the sun does not reach the pools (they are between the buildings), after the first day I still recommend kite beach. Of the excursions presented at the hotel, I highly recommend a safari to the desert, intense, for the whole day. The rest is up to your wishes and preferences. You can walk to the grand bazaar, around which there is an incredibly beautiful view, including the sail, and the local Venice. Go either early in the morning or after 16 hours, on foot for 30-40 minutes. It's called suk Madinat jumeirah. I advise you to take at least breakfast and dinner at the hotel, we took full board (breakfast, lunch and dinner), the difference in the cost of the tour is minimal, but at no extra cost in restaurants, the rooms are spacious and clean, cleaning every day, bed linen change every 3 days, towels every day, you need to ask for toothpaste)

Great hotel! It's the most comfortable place I've ever lived! The metro is 100 meters away, the Mall of the Emirates is one station away, or you can walk! A large sportswear store SSS (discount) and Brands for less is across the street ! The hotel has 3 transfers - to Kate beach in the morning and this is the best beach ! To the Marina in the afternoon and evening and to the Outlet Mall at 4:30 p.m. Covers all needs! Well, take the subway anywhere ! The hotel has 25 floors, but there is no crowd feeling at all! At breakfast, the coordinator distributes the tables and you don't stand over anyone's soul! Generally well done! Cleanliness , order - any request is fulfilled . But the collapse is cleaning every day, water, tea too. Shampoo, balm and body lotion are available, and the shower and bathroom in the room are very convenient! Towels are provided by the pool and you can take them to the beach - the pool is really in the Shade, but very warm !!! The room is comfortable, the bed is super, the linen is white ! Large closet , refrigerator . I couldn't hear the noise of people or the road at all, but my windows overlooked the highway. The food is delicious, high-quality, the dishes are repeated, but this is normal for breakfast! There is an Indian menu - try it! I definitely recommend this hotel to everyone! I don't understand the high rating of this hotel. The rooms are already old and battered, the carpet is stained on the floor, and some rooms stink unbearably of smoke -they asked us to move. The food is also bad, there is a poor choice of dishes, and for lunch and dinner it is some kind of incomprehensible spicy meat mash and the same incomprehensible "salads". We really liked this hotel. A spacious bedroom and a huge bathroom with a shower, a bathtub and a bidet at the same time, high-quality cosmetics. The breakfasts are gorgeous, delicious, mostly European, but Oriental food is also present, overeating. 2 swimming pools on the 7th floor and a mini sauna . There is a free shuttle service to what I think is the best beach in Dubai, Kite Beach. Beach towels are available in the pool area. Water was given 1 liter every day. At check-in, 2 liters. Very convenient location of the hotel: near the metro and bus stop. The Mall of Emirates is nearby. Lots of different cafes nearby. On the downside, there are no bathrobes and slippers, I'm writing only because it should be in 4.

There is a metro station and 81 bus stops next to the hotel to get to kite Beach in case you didn't sign up for the Shuttle or were late or decided to go off schedule. You can take the subway to the beach in the Marina or take a free shuttle from the hotel after lunch. The buffet is good, there is a lot of food, the service in the restaurant is excellent. By the way, we checked in immediately at 10 a.m., we didn't have to sit in the lobby and wait for the check-in time. In general, if possible, we will definitely choose this hotel again.

We went to the reception at the appointed time. Inside! There was a man in the hotel, he looked at our paper and we went. It turned out to be a taxi. No identification marks, no counter! A nice, but not wonderful hotel, in a convenient location and a great view from the room (if you have a relatively high floor). Due to its size (large), the reception can be very overloaded and you can wait two hours for registration. I waited almost three hours upon check-in, but it should be noted that the girl at the front desk was very correct, recognizing the problem, promptly issued vouchers to the cafe for free drinks for the whole family. The check-in itself didn't go without problems either. The appropriate number was "found" only the third time. Either the room is already frankly destroyed, or it doesn't have the right number of beds. But in the end, everything turned out well. Of course, the rooms themselves are already tired and require rather "close" attention. As it is, the hotel is cool, the elevators are fast, the restaurant provides delicious and varied food for both breakfasts and dinners. By the way, it's a great view from the restaurant window on the subway and highway. A shuttle to JBL Beach is not worth signing up for, just like Kite Beach. It is much faster and easier to get there by taxi or public transport, especially JBL, due to the permanent traffic jams in Dubai Marina. Moreover, the JBL bus often arrives almost full and you can't physically get on it anymore. Otherwise, the location is very convenient, the metro is almost across the street, which is very convenient given the traffic jams in the city. Mall of the Emirates is within walking distance, where you can have a delicious meal and play snowballs if someone suddenly misses winter :)

I don't understand who writes positive reviews about this hotel at all, these people, apparently, had only settled in hostels before. This is not a hotel, but a complete shit, a maximum of 2 stars. They were relocated here while waiting for a cancelled flight in early March 2026. Apart from a more or less tolerable spa area with a gym and a generally well-designed lobby area, there is nothing normal about this hotel. The rooms are tired, many are completely smoky (11th floor), the windows do not open. The pool is a puddle with dirty glass windows through which the city cannot be seen. There is a residential area with migrants around the hotel, and there are no normal beaches nearby. The food is just disgusting, I almost threw up at the sight of this buffet. Even the simplest dishes (rice, omelet and chicken) were cooked so badly that it was easier to stay hungry. The highlight is added by the vile orange leatherette chairs in this dining room, which I can't bring myself to call a restaurant.

Due to recent events, we were forced to spend two nights in this poorhouse. There's no other way to describe it. It looks and looks like a decent 4* hotel.
