Very good hotel. It is quite oriented for Russian speaking people. I was able to chose a half board option with breakfast and dinner. They are both great! Very tasty, reach of choices, every day different theme for dinner. Highly recommended. The hotel itself a little age, but very well maintained. The pool is very good.

The hotel is very cozy and clean, there are two pools for children and adults, there is a hammam and a gym, a shuttle goes to the sea every hour until 12:00 and every two hours until 18:00. The restaurant is on the 1st floor, the food is excellent, the buffet for dinner and breakfast, we took a breakfast and dinner tour; we just overeaten breakfast from 7:00 to 11:00, dinner from 19:00 to 23:00. The room is clean and cozy, the management is a cozy house. They cleaned and washed every day, changed towels every day, gave water to the room, replenished the tea and coffee station every day. DMCC Metro Station is 500 meters away, and Dubai Mall can be reached in 22 minutes. Dubai Marina Mall shopping center is 900 meters away, a 10-minute walk away.They settled us right away , they didn 't even take a deposit , only the 140 dirhams tax and that 's it . The suitcases were brought to the room and loaded into the transfer when we left. The service is excellent and the service is excellent, the deposit for the towel is 50 dirhams. We stayed at this hotel and I had mixed feelings. Well, everything is in order. When entering the lobby, the thought arose that the cabinet doors from my childhood (lacquered chiffoniers) were used in the decoration of the lobby, for me, it's a very strange choice for a hotel in Dubai or I just didn't expect to see it here, my personal opinion. The reception has Russian-speaking staff, polite and accessible, and the check-in was quick. We paid the tax, they write about the tax in the tourist information, we booked through a tour operator, so it was not a surprise for us. The room stock is tired. We are not capricious tourists, but we were surprised. The room was very smoky and sometimes tobacco smoke reached us through the ventilation system (it was once in 4 days). The furniture is tired, there are spots and holes on the curtains, but it's straight if you look hard and examine it. At the reception, we were offered to change the room, but considering that we had only been there for 4 days, we decided to stay until the end of the rest. The cleaning was daily and of high quality. Well, the main advantage of this hotel is its location. We used a taxi, convenient access to the hotel. Well, by the end of the rest, the room didn't seem so bad to us, or we just got used to it. Formally, it is five-star, perhaps 10 years ago it fully corresponded to this status, but now the renovation is outdated. It's not worn out, everything is neat, but the style itself is old: dark brown wood, the interior is a bit reminiscent of the Soviet style. However, there are many advantages. A very beautiful and modern breakfast area is a spacious dining room, there is an opportunity to have breakfast in the courtyard, it is really nice and cozy there. The hotel's infrastructure is good, the area is excellent. The pool is nice, but not huge: two small pools. Heated children's pool, heated adult pool. The staff is wonderful, many of the staff speak Russian, which is very convenient. Large hall, everything is clean and well maintained — overall the overall impression is pleasant. Our room was standard, but it was quite large. There is a spacious bathroom with a shower cabin and a bathtub. The room has everything you need: a coffee machine, iron, hairdryer, cosmetics — you don't have to bring anything with you. They also provide an adapter for sockets, as the sockets are different from ours. On nutrition: we only took breakfast. The assortment is large, there is really a lot of food, but it tastes good, without enthusiasm. There is a buffet for breakfast and dinner – there is plenty of everything, there is no monotony. The sea is warm. The metro is nearby. You can walk to the nearest shopping center if you gain the strength to stomp in the heat. On excursions: we took a jeep and buggy ride with dinner. Overall, everything is fine: a ride on the sands, a delicious dinner, and a concert. But it takes 2 hours to get there and 2 hours back. It is unclear why they did not choose a place closer to Dubai. There was also a sightseeing tour of the city. They must have been delivered to some dubious oil and fragrance store. The city itself is a continuous construction site and traffic jams. Because of the traffic jams, the tour seemed somewhat delayed.

It 's a nice place , the cleanliness is off the charts , the Christmas tree is excellent , the interior is on the level . I guess I miss the Russian language when choosing food . There were 5 days when the bed was made every 5 days . There's only coffee and tea from the bar, it's a hot country. I thought there would be cola fanta sprite drinks in the bar. The most unpleasant moment is that the hotel is actually on the highway. The constant noise of cars, including at night, when you open the window a crack. In addition, some of the rooms literally look into the new nearby hotel building. When they move in there, it won't be comfortable opening the curtains. The building is very close (30 meters) If such inconveniences don't bother you, take it, you won't regret it.

The hotel is nice, pompous, but old. The rooms are large, but visually and technically outdated. There are few outlets, it is somehow not very modern (but these are quibbles). It doesn't affect my rest, especially since I only sleep in the room (I come to spend the night). The city will always find something to show and inspire you. The location is fire. Everything is nearby. Metro. Marina. Beach. The island (blue waters). The Windows have a view of high-rise buildings (but everyone here has one), with a view of 3 prices. They are being fed for slaughter. The menu is quite expensive and varied (buffet).

I've stayed at this hotel twice. In 2019 and 2020. As a place and location. Rating 5, I liked the rooms too. But their "dining room" is not that. Here we need to stop in more detail. I have never seen hotel guests standing in a narrow corridor in the summer, in the heat, and waiting for tables to be vacated. I wouldn't say there's not enough space. But that's why it happened, I do not know. I really liked the attitude of the staff and how they wished all the hotel guests a Merry Christmas.

very good. The beach is nearby, and so is the marina mall. the food is delicious for every taste. A very cool hotel we stayed there in 2022 in November, now I wanted to book again, I remembered that I didn't leave a review! We took all-inclusive meals, lunch-dinner-breakfast, everything is delicious! A variety of food for every taste, if you want to eat only vegetables, if you want only steaks)) And plus, the hotel has minivans every day that take you to and from the beach for free, as well as to the Marina Mall there and back for free! The rooms are large, but without balconies. There is no electric drying for laundry, no outdoor drying. Just a light bulb above the bathroom. Swimsuits don't have time to dry, and it's very unpleasant to wear wet ones. The breakfasts are meager, but it's definitely impossible to stay hungry. You just expect more from a 5-star hotel. They are not allowed to eat breakfast in translucent clothes. For example, I had a pink swimsuit through a beige dress without a neckline, closed to the throat, and they sent me to change clothes. But they let men in micro shorts, cleavage up to their bellies, with bra straps sticking out, and men in shorts and flip-flops. A large warm children's pool with a depth of 50 cm and for some reason small for adults. In the adult, the water is quite cool, as it is in the shadow of skyscrapers. The sun beds are large and comfortable, but there may not be towels, so you had to wait for them for a while. There is a spa center with a hammam, sauna and a small warm jacuzzi. There are only 2 sun beds. The Internet works quickly in the hotel and does not fall off. The location is at the very end of the Marina, but you can walk to the Marina Mall. There are metro stations nearby and plenty of taxis around. Nearby there are grocery stores Carrefour and Ol zumurud. The interior of the lobby and restaurant is quite "tired". There are Russian-speaking staff at the reception. The staff is helpful and friendly.

We took a sightseeing tour of Dubai- great, but New Year's Eve on a yacht from Anex tour, it sucks, only the fireworks pleased us, so if you fly with Anex at the hotel, the Balabek representative actually talked nonsense, advertised one thing, in fact it was fast and boring! I had a rest with my daughter from 09/25/24 to 10/22/24. I really liked this hotel. Friendly staff, there are Russian speakers, it is especially convenient. Upon check-in, we were greeted with a refreshing drink. It was especially pleasant after a long journey. The room is spacious, it has everything you need. Ironing board, iron, slippers and bathrobe, coffee machine with capsules, kettle, tea leaves, coffee. In the bathroom there is shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, soap, body lotion, shaving machine, cotton swabs and discs, nail file, shower cap. Everything was replenished when spending. There was bottled water in the room. Location - 15 min to the beach. There is a shuttle service to the beach, but we did not use it. The metro is also a 10-15 minute walk away. Dubai Marina Shopping Center is within walking distance. There is a swimming pool on the ground floor. Towels for sun beds were given out with a deposit of 100 dirhams. But you can have your own, except for the white ones from the room. Very tasty and varied food. The dinners were dedicated to the cuisine of different countries. There was enough food for everyone, there were no queues, everything was replenished. There are many meat dishes, cheese with white mold and dor blue, red fish salted and baked. Interesting mini snacks, regularly delicious pizza. A separate delight is the variety of cakes and pastries for dinner. Unfortunately, tea and coffee for dinner are available for a fee. Only a 1.5L bottle of water is included. Omelets, fried eggs, pancakes and waffles were fried for breakfast. There were hot soups and porridges. In general, no one will go hungry. Many thanks to the chefs for such delicious food. I will be happy to return to this hotel again

Still not a 5*, a very tired hotel. And the most unpleasant thing is poor management, there are enough employees at the reception, but they can't solve the issues, they will make mistakes, and they will also tell lies. We were in 3 rooms, 2 standard rooms and one family room. The standard room upset us with its squalor, the reception told us that they were all standard, this is not the case. In the same room on another floor, everything was cozy and beautiful. For the first 2 days, we booked and paid for a 3x room, but all the supplies, including water, were for 2x and we went for 2 breakfasts. In this situation, we decided to rebook to family so that the 3rd person arrived in normal conditions. After our 3rd departure, we were rebooked again to a 2-bed standard with breakfast, what was the horror when the young lady at the entrance to the canteen started shouting that we had breakfast for one, we had to go to the reception and figure it out, in general, the impression was that they recruited completely incompetent, casual workers to work at the reception, administrative control lost. I also note that the shampoos and so on in different rooms were of different quality, and of course this is NOT a suite at all. In the family, they gave one washcloth for three, apparently everyone should wash with one, they didn't give it to the others at all. We had breakfast, everything was very standard, there was no seafood. The main advantage of the hotel is its location, close to the metro, a promenade for walking, and close to the sea. Of course, on vacation, diving into the comfort of Dubai, you get used to the hotel, but the sediment remains.
