Hotel Review: Rixos Premium Dubai Wonderful Vacation at Rixos Dubai it was 2 years ago. My family and I spent a month at Rixos Premium Dubai on JBR Beach. We had a fantastic holiday! Great Location and Room The hotel is in a perfect location right on the beach. Our Sea View Room was spacious and clean with a beautiful balcony view. Excellent Facilities We enjoyed the swimming pools and private beach. The hotel has many restaurants with different types of food - all were very good. Friendly Staff The hotel staff were very helpful and kind. They always smiled and helped us with everything we needed. Good to Know The beach area can be busy in the evenings because it's a popular place, but we liked the lively atmosphere. Our Experience We had a great time at this hotel. Everything was perfect, and we want to come back again!

We had a great rest! 😍 The view from the window is gorgeous! The breakfasts and dinners are great! Very convenient location. A nice clean beach, the sand on the sun beds is dusted off, the bins and used towels are cleaned regularly. Since the entrance to the bay itself is considered urban, the hotel security guards ask everyone (not from the hotel) to lie on their towels and leave their belongings right in front of your nose, culturally asked to leave the territory. The pool is well chlorinated, which is a plus. The territory itself is not exactly huge, but it is sufficient. Several restaurants of different cuisines.

Hello everyone I had a rest with my girlfriend from 15.10.25.g. - 23.10.25.g. We arrived in the morning at 8 o'clock. We waited for the number until 3 p.m., they didn't give it to us earlier. But we weren't upset either. There is a spa on the second floor, where they are allowed to wash, change clothes and tidy themselves up. The staff is extremely responsive, they have contacted us many times, always listened and found a solution. Our room also included two standard tickets to the Atlantis Water Park, which can be found to the left of the reception desk. Our room was superior with a view of the sea and the Eye of Dubai Ferris wheel. The view is amazing! We lived on the 13th floor out of 35. Pretty high, but it could have been higher!). The room itself is in good condition. If you don't find fault too much... the TV is not smart. You can't watch YouTube on it. But in general, we didn't have time to do it). You're in Dubai!!! Shower gel and stuff like that from Lacitan. Respect! The mini bar is paid. But next to the kettle is tea, coffee and water for free! The room is clean and smells nice! The beach is nice, when we left we installed new sun beds! You're not lying on a net, but on a mattress with a comfortable headrest! There's plenty of room, but it's better to get up early for breakfast and take a sunbed. Since we arrived in season, the queue started for breakfast closer to the end. And accordingly, it is no longer possible to find free sun beds after 10 a.m. But if you are traveling out of season, then you will not have any difficulties with this. A little more about the beach. The sand looks like it's from the Maldives, but I'm not sure. It does not heat up very much, the feet do not burn on it. Restaurants are expensive. 15-20 thousand rubles for two people! This is one dish and one drink each. But, there is a McDonald's not far from the hotel! The Hilton Hotel also has a currency exchange. The course there is very good! And also, there are small boutiques all over the marina that sell perfumes and Dubai chocolates. Don't believe them. Their Dubai chocolate is not real. Real Dubai chocolate can be ordered on delivery! It will be delivered to you directly at the hotel. And be prepared that it will cost about 100 dirhams per tile. A very pleasant place! However, it was wildly hot in the month of June and we spent all our time in the pool, as it cooled down!🥰 the music on the Bass was Top! The cocktails were delicious and even the hookah was more or less for the Emirates. The food is very tasty and varied! I was gorging on the freshest figs! There were a lot of different meats. Our room was huge... a suite, with a cool freestanding bathroom, where I took a lot of photos)). In general, I love this grid, they opened a new one in Abu Dhabi (the second one) is also very cool!

As a result, I had breakfast at the Godiva branded cafe. I ordered room service for dinner, as in the evenings the hotel turns into a courtyard with locals. There are really few places on the beach. To order a drink, I had to wait for the waiter to serve the male priority guests. A woman as a separate person in the service hierarchy is approximately at the level of a child. It is extremely surprising to me that they charge me in full, and the attitude of the hotel staff is like a lack of hospitality. Unfortunately, the Rixos International standards in Dubai have not been visited. Therefore, a minus star for the service and a minus for the lack of security.

Very nice hotel, two pools - shared and 20+. We took breakfasts and dinners - the quality of food is excellent, perhaps the best that I have seen is the entire range of cheeses, including brie, Grana Padano; red fish - several types, desserts are really delicious, fruits - not to mention everything... our room was gorgeous with partial sea views. A great hotel, we celebrated the New Year here - it was a grandiose show with a fascinating fireworks display. Live music, and a table is something! The assortment amazed us - there was a whole tuna fish, which was sliced into sashimi. There are many other dishes, you can't describe everything, but like in a fairy tale, a tablecloth is a fake, no other way. I remembered! The room's ventilation system was cracking. It's so quiet, but it was audible at night. There is no way to open the doors between the rooms, making them family-friendly. Next to the tower is an apartment. There were larger rooms, but some of the hotel's services are not available to those staying in the apartments.

Not a hotel, but a hangout!!! A quiet horror. Starting from the reception, where you are simply ignored upon check-in, and ending with the basic service of the 5* hotel. The hotel is huge, there are queues for breakfast at almost any time (from 7:30 to 11:00). Eating in the constant hum of a multinational crowd, the effect of a cafe at the airport during rush hour! The staff is trying to even out the situation, but to no avail. Tea and coffee are included for breakfast, but for dinner a regular pot of tea costs 30 AED. Rave!!!! The room stock is all antique. When we checked in, there was trash behind every bedside table. We found a child's toy from the old guests. The minibar is fully chargeable, and you will not leave the hotel upon check-out until its integrity is checked. Any alcohol by the pool is paid for. A bottle of prosecco and two 900AED beers. Pool towels are strictly according to the towel card. And try to forget it, you'll be lying on a naked sunbed. Just negative impressions about the hotel.

As for the weather, yes, it's really hot, but not deadly, I expected the worst. The first 3 rows at the small pool are paid - 400 dirhams. The music at both pools is loud, but tolerable. In the middle of the day, a flock of seagulls comes to drink and swim in the decorative part of the pool)) This year the audience is more European and Muslims from the East (dressed in European style, including women). There is pathos - there are three Rolexes stable in the elevator for 10 people, luxury bags only, and so on. So feel free to dress up))) The prices of food and drinks are invigorating, but we are familiar. A cup of latte 725 rubles, pizza 2250, Belgian waffles with fruit and cream 1125, 2 ice cream balls 750. Prices were indicated in rubles at the exchange rate of 25 (they were during the fall of the currency). There is a constant problem with sun beds because they rent out places on the beach on a commercial basis: people come from the street and the money rests on this beach. Wonderful hotel 😍Magnificent, clean and modern rooms,cleaning several times a day,good beds and mattresses,clean towels - they smell delicious.It was not a comfortable pillow, I asked to replace it -they brought three rubles to choose from.Very polite staff, the girls at the reception speak Russian.We had breakfast included-very tasty food, for every taste, vegetables, fruits,fish,meat, shrimp,rolls, and desserts were just off our heads. We paid extra and also took dinners.The view from the room is amazing.The pool and the beach are magnificent.We are very happy with our stay at this hotel.

A wonderful hotel, we have been vacationing in Rixos on jbr for the 6th or 7th time and will return here more than once. In the morning, we train, we go to yoga and meditation (playing bowls), to the gym (there are all the necessary simulators). The food is just great, one of the best in Dubai, fresh fish is always for dinner, sushi rolls, everything is fresh and very tasty, seafood is in perfect order here. The rest of the dishes are meat, cheeses, vegetables, all at the highest level, even tomatoes like in Turkey (there are no good tomatoes in Dubai). The service is excellent, cleaning 2 times a day.

There's a club on the ground floor- I didn't go there, but it's obviously popular. I haven't been to the beach either - there are a lot of people. The room is nice, large, 10 meters, comfortable. It's funny when you sit in the lobby during the day, your aunt plays the violin. Come out and you are in the center of jbr for evening walks a great place. Russian Russian The man heard that we were speaking in Russian - he immediately called the Russian-speaking girl!!! She's in the photo! Aigerim- helped us more than once later! She was very sweet, she told me everything and explained everything! there were also many other staff who also spoke Russian! everything is very comfortable!!! After breakfast, our room was already ready! the view of the Palm Tree- I really liked it, because the previous two years we stayed in other hotels - and the view was on the Wheel) The floor was 28th !!! Super simple!!! When we were in the past, the lobby was very attractive - the hotel turned out to be no worse than the lobby))) very concise interiors!!! My son and I had a room with a living room and a bedroom! - very convenient - everyone has their own room! both have their own bathroom - it's very convenient! the room had both a bathtub and a shower!- it's also very cool!!! The breakfast is amazing!!! I can 't even list everything that was there ! two types of cereals, a variety of muesli, soups! several types of eggs! The chefs will do what you need! sliced- meat, fish, cheese! Lots of fruits! Vegetables!juice!even 8 types of ice cream!!!!! (in the 22nd and 23rd years we were at the Hilton and the Sheraton - there is even dinner and next to this breakfast is not worth it in this hotel!!!) pools! very beautiful! but more for relaxing and splashing! not for sports swimming (if anyone is interested!) the sunbeds are cool, stable) you can always find a free one! if not by the pool, then by the bay!!! in general, I am happy with everything! we put things in the laundry- quickly!
