A trip to Musandam. Thank you for the excellent organization of our trip. Everything went fine - we were picked up from the hotel on time, on the way the guide told us a lot of interesting things about the places we visited, followed all stages of the journey very closely. The border was passed with fun, with humor. The boat is large, there are sun loungers and an awning on the upper deck, soft pillows on the lower, there is enough space for all tourists. The way by water to the place of rest is short, while we are walking, you can eat fruits and drink tea. Fins, masks, tubes - everything is in abundance. Riding a bun is fun, even extreme in some places. The parking lot is long, everyone managed to swim (you can swim to the beach and sunbathe there, there is enough time to relax by kayak). The lunch was hearty, without frills, but after such a rest it was dared without hesitation. Fishing didn't work out for us, but we were so unlucky, so unlucky. This is a rarity for January. The water is not as hot as in spring, but it was quite normal for my son and me. We swam and got drunk! We have booked 3 excursions: Sightseeing tour of Dubai, the Flower Park and the Global village and the Indian Ocean. I advise everyone to visit the Flower Park. It's amazingly beautiful. A huge number of colors, of different shades, connected in the form of horses, elephants, peacocks, girls... My grown son said it was a girl's paradise. And he liked the Global village more, a huge fair with attractions, concerts, gifts and food of any nationality. 40 countries are represented! For every taste! You can go there for the whole day. The Indian Ocean struck with its beaches and warmth. The water is warmer there, and it's better in Dubai. I didn't want to get out! Even at a depth, the water is transparent. I haven't seen such cleanliness in a long time. Almost every hotel has its own beach! Next time we'll go to Fujairah. We really liked it here. Thanks to Anna, who arranged everything for us!

The organization of the tour and the tour itself were completely disappointing.. the problems started even before the gathering of people. Since we were not staying in a hotel, but in a residential complex, our agent himself indicated for us the point from where we would be picked up. As a result, when we arrived at the gathering place at the specified time, we stood in the sun for about 40 minutes. From time to time, I wrote to the agent to find out when they would come for us. As a result, instead of detailed answers, he just threw a repost of his 1st message, where the time was indicated, and after that they couldn't find us at all. Because this agent did not really agree with the driver and did not point out to him the point that he himself sent us. He just told me that we would be near a certain hotel.. as a result, we had to contact the driver ourselves and go to meet him so that he would pick us up somewhere along the way. We were picked up by a small stuffy car, which could accommodate 6-7 people. After that, we boarded a bus, where we were met by our guide, an obese man who conducted a completely uninteresting tour. But what was most disappointing was the deception. Why write on the website page and in the tour plan itself and say that we will stop near the museum of the future, as well as take a ride on the monorail, when it wasn't even close.. We really liked Dubai itself and the sights, but unfortunately we were not at all lucky with the guide and organization.

At the exact appointed time, Denis, the guide, picked us up from the hotel and took us to the bus. While driving to Fujairah, Denis told about each emirate, answered all the questions of tourists. Then a sea cruise on the ship, drinks (water, juice, tea), fruits (bananas, apples, oranges), snacks (cookies) - everything was in sufficient quantity. Those who wished, for a fee of $ 10, could enjoy fresh shrimps, which were fried by the cook right there on the ship. Then everything goes according to plan. Diving with masks, canoeing, riding on an air mattress attached to a motorboat. There was enough time for everything. Some tourists even managed to ride several times). Towels were given out on the ship, so there was no point in dragging them out of the hotel. Lunch is without frills, but delicious and everyone had enough of everything. I even went to get more). Then the ship moved away from the shore for fishing. Everyone enjoyed fishing. The fish fiddled with the nozzle, but none of the 18 tourists caught anything in the end). Although I had such a jerk that the fish tore off the leash with a hook. It's a pity, such a barracuda broke down))). In general, I highly recommend the tour - you will definitely not regret it!

We were on an excursion to Oman on November 16, bought from another tour company, and the performer turned out to be Dubai relax Travel. Unfortunately, the impressions turned out to be from the series "expectation - reality🤡" The tour was bought mainly because of fishing and snorkeling, the guide along the way enthusiastically told how they caught a full box of different fish on the same excursion yesterday and what a wonderful and diverse underwater world was. But we were "unlucky": we did not swim to the place where all this beauty is, because there are waves and unsuitable weather conditions. As a result, we got up in some bay where there were simply no fish, no one caught anything from the whole tour (30 people), including the fishermen themselves. One girl only miraculously caught a fish like a perch - and that's it. When asked to swim a little to another place and try there, the guide said that she would not point out to the captain and he knows better. As for the underwater world - the water was muddy because of the waves and there were only faded small fish and sea urchins. Asked about dolphins, they replied that neither the guide nor her colleagues had ever seen them. Felt somewhat cheated… As I understood, we did not reach the right place (the Indian Ocean) due to weather conditions, but they did not start suddenly, it is quite possible to predict, would it not be better to cancel or postpone the tour so as not to spoil people's impression? Vacationed with friends at the Sheraton hotel on JBR Street in January. The hotel is simply gorgeous, delicious breakfasts, clean rooms and friendly staff. We also visited various excursions such as safari, Atlantis Water Park and Ferrari Park. Many thanks to our guide Nadezhda, who helped us choose the best places to visit. We had a great rest!

We had a rest in the UAE from April 5 to 12 at the Marina Byblos Hotel. The staff is very polite, the food is delicious. We could hear a little music from the bar in the evenings, but it didn't bother us, we lived on the 5th floor. The beach is a 10-minute quiet walk away, the metro is close, the location of the hotel is very convenient. The guide, Nadezhda, came in the evening of the same day, which was very convenient for us.
