We had a great safari trip to the desert from Abu Dhabi. A confident driver, a reliable car. The tour lasts 6-7 hours. We left at 14, we were at the hotel at around 21. At the exact appointed time, Denis, the guide, picked us up from the hotel and took us to the bus. While driving to Fujairah, Denis told about each emirate, answered all the questions of tourists. Then a sea cruise on the ship, drinks (water, juice, tea), fruits (bananas, apples, oranges), snacks (cookies) - everything was in sufficient quantity. Those who wished, for a fee of $ 10, could enjoy fresh shrimps, which were fried by the cook right there on the ship. Then everything goes according to plan. Diving with masks, canoeing, riding on an air mattress attached to a motorboat. There was enough time for everything. Some tourists even managed to ride several times). Towels were given out on the ship, so there was no point in dragging them out of the hotel. Lunch is without frills, but delicious and everyone had enough of everything. I even went to get more). Then the ship moved away from the shore for fishing. Everyone enjoyed fishing. The fish fiddled with the nozzle, but none of the 18 tourists caught anything in the end). Although I had such a jerk that the fish tore off the leash with a hook. It's a pity, such a barracuda broke down))). In general, I highly recommend the tour - you will definitely not regret it!

We were on an excursion to Oman on November 16, bought from another tour company, and the performer turned out to be Dubai relax Travel. Unfortunately, the impressions turned out to be from the series "expectation - reality🤡" The tour was bought mainly because of fishing and snorkeling, the guide along the way enthusiastically told how they caught a full box of different fish on the same excursion yesterday and what a wonderful and diverse underwater world was. But we were "unlucky": we did not swim to the place where all this beauty is, because there are waves and unsuitable weather conditions. As a result, we got up in some bay where there were simply no fish, no one caught anything from the whole tour (30 people), including the fishermen themselves. One girl only miraculously caught a fish like a perch - and that's it. When asked to swim a little to another place and try there, the guide said that she would not point out to the captain and he knows better. As for the underwater world - the water was muddy because of the waves and there were only faded small fish and sea urchins. Asked about dolphins, they replied that neither the guide nor her colleagues had ever seen them. Felt somewhat cheated… As I understood, we did not reach the right place (the Indian Ocean) due to weather conditions, but they did not start suddenly, it is quite possible to predict, would it not be better to cancel or postpone the tour so as not to spoil people's impression? We could swim by sea ourselves, without spending so much time on the road to Oman, not to mention the money.

Disgusting disorganization. We have booked a trip to the water park for February 8th. The message confirmed this date to us. No one arrived at the appointed time. As it turned out, the manager confused and booked us on February 10 (all the dates in the correspondence were correct). As an alternative, we were offered either another date, only February 11 (we booked February 8 in advance, because we have no other plans), or go by taxi ourselves, while the price of a ticket to the water park is more expensive than on the official website. To organize a trip from the hotel to the water park, the tour operator does not need much intelligence: just pick up and take everyone on time. No need to come up with an entertainment program, no need for a guide, nothing. But this campaign didn't even manage that. P.S. It takes about 150-180 dirhams to go to the water park by taxi, and if you get there by public transport, the travel time will take about 3.5 hours with all transfers. That's why we chose to go with the tour organizer. And as a result, we were left without a water park at all. Thank you very much.

We went on an excursion to Dubai in November 2024: of the interesting things, only dinner on the ship, everything else is fast, blurred, photos from the bus :-the Parus Hotel is some kind of incomprehensible stop somewhere near the white fences, in general, we didn't even take a photo, we looked from the bus at the Atlantis hotel and stopped at the Dubai Mall, where the guide leaves you and you walk for 2 hours. The tour guide Tatiana is just a separate freak of this whole misunderstanding. Firstly, when we were still in Moscow, when ordering the tour, we paid for the climb to the Burj Khalifa, we were sent a voucher and were assured that everything was OK and we would make it in time. Tatiana, as soon as we boarded the tour bus, said that she was not aware of any tickets for the Burj Khalifa at all and would not wait for anyone, then she switched to a raised tone, which was generally heard by those who were traveling with us. We were with two small children and I just regretted that I even agreed to go with her on this bus! Then, on the spot, she said that if we do not have time to climb the tower, our problems are, you will go back to Russell Khaimah at your own expense and no one will wait. As a result, our dad was trying to climb the tower at the speed of light, we were in no mood to wait for him without leaving the parking lot, since the prospect of staying in Dubai was so-so.Also, upon arrival in Dubai, the Mall was asked to wait for us, as the child wanted to go to the toilet (the child is 4 years old), to which we received the answer: "I will gather everyone now, explain and then you will go" (I understand, but you could have waited 5 minutes) In general, I have not seen such a bad organization of excursions for a long time. As a result, I contacted the management, of course they tried to sort everything out and again said that the guide knows about the ticket to Burj Bay and this is included in the program. Yes, they asked the guide to wait for us, but thank God we were not late, but all this time we were under constant stress. I do not recommend it, choose other excursions, specify everything, but relax tour is the bottom!

In Ferari park, for the first time, everything is fine, for the first time we saw only half of the park, now we went to 1 park separately for 1 day, so you have time to see everything in the park and there is no wild rush. I liked it in all three parks, of course, we were in Ferari, so everything was expected, the water park is also good, like in Dubai, but I especially liked and impressed this marine world, there we saw a dolphin show, an aquarium, and even stroked the stingrays (emotions indescribable experienced how to swim with a dolphin, something new and unusual, they are like cats)) Although it was the first time I heard about this park, we were particularly impressed by it. Tickets went out for 160 rubles per person, you can't find a lower price even on the coupon, so I advise you to definitely take it from Anna, she is also always in touch and will tell you what time to go, what to take with you, how to dress so that the trip to the park is perfect. The gathering of the participants of the trip took place in hotels in Dubai. We were vacationing in Sharjah, so in the morning, at the appointed time, an employee of a travel agency met us in the lobby of the hotel and took us by car to the highway to the bus stop. We got there comfortably and had an interesting conversation. There were enough empty seats on the bus - the group consisted of 15 people and was completely Russian-speaking. On the way to Musandam, the guide Lula told a lot of interesting facts about the UAE, so it was not boring to go. It turns out that Musandam is the territory of Oman, so we passed a border document check. It was quick and no problem. By the way, no one marked the passports. Upon arrival at the port, we were met by the crew of the boat and escorted on board. The two-deck boat is clean, cozy, the decks are covered with soft artificial turf. Toilet, shower - everything is clean and in working condition. We left the port for the Gulf of Oman of the Indian Ocean (!) to the interesting stories of the guide. After 30 minutes, we came 100 meters to the shore for entertainment - kayaking, banana riding, swimming with fins and a mask - everything is included in the price and I really liked it. Scuba diving was organized for those who wished for a fee - there was a detailed briefing, training, then I drove away on separate boats, and spent a clean half hour underwater, accompanied by instructors. A nice bonus was a selection of videos from the instructor's Go-pro camera, which he sent that evening. Impressions are fire!! After diving, we returned to the boat, where we had a delicious lunch with conversations with the guide and the owner of the boat, Omani Mohammed, who spoke a little Russian. After lunch, fishing was organized - we moved away from the shore, we were given bottom fishing rods, and for about an hour we tried to get fresh fish. An indescribable feeling - it really turned out! Barracuda, lionfish, tabbies and some other small fish were caught! Complete delight! For an additional fee.For a fee, the crew offered non-alcoholic beer with a portion of fresh shrimp - insanely delicious!!! At sunset, our boat returned to the port, from where we were taken by bus to the hotel. As a result, the trip to Musandam caused a storm of emotions and remained the most vivid impression of the whole vacation! We definitely recommend it! Great vacation for reasonable money! Thanks again to Anna for the clear organization!
