I didn't like it very much. To begin with, the information on the tour was unreliable: we bought a tour in Abu Dhabi. The first stop is the mosque, then the ethnographic village, the Sheikh's memorial and several photo stops+A buffet LUNCH IS INCLUDED. Bottom line: there was no lunch. The order of the tour is the opposite-the mosque is the last, when the child was just crawling there from fatigue, and we were not fed a plus. They just wouldn't let us go in to buy food somewhere, they yelled that we didn't have time to wait for you. Knowing this order of visiting places and the absence of lunch, I would not even take this tour. Julia sold it to us, and I was not pleased with the meager apologies. I am attaching a screenshot. At the beginning of the tour, people themselves went to another mosque on the way, so there were so many screams, they almost left without them, other tourists were already trying to persuade them to take them away. THE DISGUSTING MARINA GUIDE. A woman in a comeback, who was interesting only to the same age women. This was the tour of her life, not Abu Dhabi. How and in which cafe she ate with her friends, how and where she lived since '98, how she rejoiced at every object that was built here, because before there was nothing here, and there was nothing there and here. How she seduced sheikhs and sent them three letters, how they invited her to visit, and all that sort of thing. I didn't learn much about Abu Dhabi at all. How she fucked up my child. God forbid he asks what's in my window, she immediately yells that she's going to give him the microphone and finish the tour. I endured attacks on the child from her side the whole tour. At the same time, I constantly made fun of him that he wanted to eat, such a feigned type of care, in which I did not let him go and buy anything, although we stopped at McDonald's to use the toilet. A person absolutely does not know how to work with people, loves himself very much and praises himself very much. She is very boorish, she did not allow us to ask more than one question to the hike of the excursion, like we are knocking her down. There is zero information, I never got out of the car – they walked around the mosque and the village on their own, although other groups went with a guide, as I saw.

I would like to leave a review about the guide Dmitry. For the first time, I see that the guide himself takes people to the bus and back. On the way back, we transferred from the bus to the guide's minibus and to the other two tourists, he opened the minibus door and wished a good evening, there was a traffic jam in front of my bus and I offered to drop me off a little earlier, not knowing the rules of the road, I opened the door myself on the second attempt, but I couldn't close it. Then Dmitry shouted at me: take the pen! I couldn't do it again, he yelled at me again, and then another passenger helped me close the damn door! Another car started honking from behind, which only meant that Dmitry had stopped in the wrong place and that under no circumstances should he yell at a customer who was paying you. Also, I had problems at the border with Oman, as my passport was not scanned and had to be entered manually, as employees at other airports had done more than 10 times. Yes, it's inconvenient, but it doesn't invalidate your passport. As a result, with the whole queue of 30 tourists getting off the bus, Dmitry said that I had the wrong font in my passport, which added to my stress, as they began to give me advice that I should have changed my passport earlier. Dmitry also asked me why I came on this tour, since I knew that I had such a passport. I replied that I didn't know it would be like at the airport, and I remind you that all airports where I've been have no problem knocking out the passport numbers manually. I couldn't cancel the tour standing on the border with Oman, and instead of calming me down, Dmitry only spread panic and finished me off by yelling at me at the end of the tour when I got out of his car! In Oman itself, I only remember a skinny, nursing cat that screamed with hunger on the shore of the port and none of the fishermen paid any attention to it! And the tourists just didn't have any food, it amazed me! Can't you give her some giblets or a fish head???

On November 16, we went on an excursion from Dubai to Abu Dhabi, with a visit to the mosque, palace, embankment, date shop and lunch. As a result, the guests who gathered in the main bus waited for more than 1 hour. One of the shuttles had an accident on the way. They were supposed to go to the mosque right away, according to their time, but they waited for more than 1.5 hours. A visit to the Embankment eventually turned out to be a 5-minute stop on a small piece of the embankment for photographing. We got to lunch later than 18.00, and the lunch itself was held in a cheap Indian instead of the declared Arabic. On the way back, the driver started racing, as a result of which the drive belt on the trailer was torn, then they moved for more than an hour in a tightly closed bus without air conditioning. The replacement bus promised by the guide Larisa did not appear, we were standing in the middle of the highway and no one was going to help us. After negotiations with the guide Larisa and representatives of the company from her phone, they realized that nothing could be achieved from them and called a taxi directly to the highway for 80 dirhams to the hotel at 21.10. At 21.30 they were already at the hotel. Two days later, having contacted other participants of our excursion from Moscow, we were surprised to learn the continuation of the adventure story of our tour group. The replacement bus never arrived, the broken bed moved off the highway, and from there some friends of Larisa's guide took 2-3 people a third of the group in private cars. Larisa told the rest to wait on the spot with the bus driver, promised that they would be picked up soon and left, abandoning the group. As a result, no one appeared and the driver, who of course did not understand a word in Russian, and several participants of the tour were called by the police, who arrived in several cars and provided several minibuses for transfer. People got into the licks after 23.00. At the same time, neither Larisa nor the representatives of the tour operator company did not appear and did not contact any of the guests in the future. The money for the spoiled excursion was not returned. The tour operator does not respond to the claim written upon arrival at the hotel at the moment on 11/20/2023. As a result, a lot of time on the road, a very small time limit at the visited sites, standing in queues, although we had to arrive on time everywhere, lunch and dinner at a cheap Indian restaurant, a broken bus and a guide Larisa who left the group in the night.
