I liked everything! We chose excursions at home, communicated with the manager of the Touristino company via messenger. We were given all the necessary information, oriented by prices. Upon arrival in Abu Dhabi, at the hotel, we met with a representative of the company, bought a sightseeing tour and discounted online tickets to Ferrari Park, Aquapark and Aquarium.
There are no complaints about the sightseeing tour, everything is clear: they were picked up from the hotel on time, brought back for dinner. Our guide Kirill Nikolaevich, during the tour, told a lot of interesting things, felt a lot of experience and professionalism.
We were also satisfied with visiting theme parks, the child (8 years old) is especially delighted with the "Abu Dhabi Water Park", did not want to leave.

Good afternoon! We took an evening walk on an Arab boat along the Dubai Marina. At first they wanted at 20:00, but since there were no seats, they offered seats at 18:00 to meet the sunset. The perfect time: while the boat is sailing in one direction, you can take gorgeous photos against the sunset and in daylight, and in the opposite direction already in the night lights. Juices/water were offered on the boat. Then they brought a snack, soup (everything is delicious). Then they were already invited to the second buffet. I think everyone will find something there for themselves, there was a choice. The food is delicious, the cook is well done :) the waiters too :) Then there was a performance (show). In general, we really enjoyed the walk, thank you! :)

He arrived exactly at the appointed time, drove us to the place by car, and on the way told us how to better organize our time in the park. On the way back, he answered questions about life in the UAE. We were given 7 hours in the park. If we take fast track, then this time is quite enough. Otherwise, you may not be in time, because it's the holidays - and there are a lot of people. Alexey picked us up exactly at the specified time. He took everyone who was not vacationing in Dubai and put them on their buses at the transfer point.

We are in the UAE for the second time, stayed at the Hampton in Ras Al Khaimah, the hotel is perfect for families with children. We went with a 2.5-year-old child, he endured the road perfectly. There are a lot of attractions in Legoland for a child of this age. Through the search and booking service, Sputnik selected and ordered the tour "Musandam from Sharjah" by the operator Dubai Relax Travel.
Upon arrival in Dubai, I contacted the booking agent Anna in a messenger, she sent me all the necessary information.
A good tour, I really liked it, everything that was listed in the description of the tour - however, all the points were fulfilled.
At the exact appointed time, Denis, the guide, picked us up from the hotel and took us to the bus. While driving to Fujairah, Denis told about each emirate, answered all the questions of tourists. Then a sea cruise on the ship, drinks (water, juice, tea), fruits (bananas, apples, oranges), snacks (cookies) - everything was in sufficient quantity. Those who wished, for a fee of $ 10, could enjoy fresh shrimps, which were fried by the cook right there on the ship. Then everything goes according to plan. Diving with masks, canoeing, riding on an air mattress attached to a motorboat. There was enough time for everything. Some tourists even managed to ride several times). Towels were given out on the ship, so there was no point in dragging them out of the hotel. Lunch is without frills, but delicious and everyone had enough of everything. I even went to get more). Then the ship moved away from the shore for fishing. Everyone enjoyed fishing. The fish fiddled with the nozzle, but none of the 18 tourists caught anything in the end). Although I had such a jerk that the fish tore off the leash with a hook. It's a pity, such a barracuda broke down))). In general, I highly recommend the tour - you will definitely not regret it!

Disgusting disorganization. We have booked a trip to the water park for February 8th. The message confirmed this date to us. No one arrived at the appointed time. As it turned out, the manager confused and booked us on February 10 (all the dates in the correspondence were correct). As an alternative, we were offered either another date, only February 11 (we booked February 8 in advance, because we have no other plans), or go by taxi ourselves, while the price of a ticket to the water park is more expensive than on the official website.
To organize a trip from the hotel to the water park, the tour operator does not need much intelligence: just pick up and take everyone on time. No need to come up with an entertainment program, no need for a guide, nothing. But this campaign didn't even manage that.
P.S. It takes about 150-180 dirhams to go to the water park by taxi, and if you get there by public transport, the travel time will take about 3.5 hours with all transfers. That's why we chose to go with the tour organizer. And as a result, we were left without a water park at all. Thank you very much.

On November 16, we went on an excursion from Dubai to Abu Dhabi, with a visit to the mosque, palace, embankment, date shop and lunch.
As a result, the guests who gathered in the main bus waited for more than 1 hour.
One of the shuttles had an accident on the way.
They were supposed to go to the mosque right away, according to their time, but they waited for more than 1.5 hours.
A visit to the Embankment eventually turned out to be a 5-minute stop on a small piece of the embankment for photographing.
We got to lunch later than 18.00, and the lunch itself was held in a cheap Indian instead of the declared Arabic.
On the way back, the driver started racing, as a result of which the drive belt on the trailer was torn, then they moved for more than an hour in a tightly closed bus without air conditioning.
The replacement bus promised by the guide Larisa did not appear, we were standing in the middle of the highway and no one was going to help us.
After negotiations with the guide Larisa and representatives of the company from her phone, they realized that nothing could be achieved from them and called a taxi directly to the highway for 80 dirhams to the hotel at 21.10.
At 21.30 they were already at the hotel.
Two days later, having contacted other participants of our excursion from Moscow, we were surprised to learn the continuation of the adventure story of our tour group.
The replacement bus never arrived, the broken bed moved off the highway, and from there some friends of Larisa's guide took 2-3 people a third of the group in private cars.
Larisa told the rest to wait on the spot with the bus driver, promised that they would be picked up soon and left, abandoning the group.
As a result, no one appeared and the driver, who of course did not understand a word in Russian, and several participants of the tour were called by the police, who arrived in several cars and provided several minibuses for transfer. People got into the licks after 23.00.
At the same time, neither Larisa nor the representatives of the tour operator company did not appear and did not contact any of the guests in the future. The money for the spoiled excursion was not returned.
The tour operator does not respond to the claim written upon arrival at the hotel at the moment on 11/20/2023.
As a result, a lot of time on the road, a very small time limit at the visited sites, standing in queues, although we had to arrive on time everywhere, lunch and dinner at a cheap Indian restaurant, a broken bus and a guide Larisa who left the group in the night.
