It's amazing! We rested, sunbathed, swam , and ate goodies. We went to wonderful places, but this is a separate wonderful story. The hotel is really very nice. The staff is responsive and smiling all over. The food is very tasty and very different. There is everything : from simple porridge for breakfast to shrimp and mussels for dinner and lunch . Also meat, fish, pastries, fruits . Everything is fresh . The dishes are clean . It was very pleasant to relax. The location is excellent. And the store , and the bank , and the restiki . Everything is at hand. I recommend it to everyone.

It's not 5 stars at all. We were in the body of a family for the New Year holidays. Pros- the hotel is clean and the location is very good. On the downside, the waiters in the restaurant (we had everything included) don't come up at all, they don't take the plates off the small tables (so they don't eat too much), you can't wait for drinks or wait for the end of lunch. Sometimes managers chase waiters away to no avail, but it would be better to increase the number of waiters and reduce managers. You can't pour anything yourself, not even water. (breakfast only has 2 cups and water is freely available). The food is meager, but there are delicious dishes. There is no shower on the beach or at the entrance to the hotel, and you can only wash your feet by the pool. There are also no changing rooms or restrooms on the beach.

The staff is very friendly, especially to children. The cleaning is excellent, everything is at the highest level. In January 2024, renovation began (it will last 8 months) of some of the rooms and it was noisy during the day (it didn't matter to us, because we came to the hotel late). The beach is private and the staff really makes sure that there are no strangers. There is always a lot of space on the beach. The territory of the hotel is large, there is a bridge with carp, there is a playground, a large wooden ship for children, there is a heated swimming pool, a bar. I also want to note that there is a huge tree here and there are a lot of birds gathering here! I didn't even have to go to the aviary, it's interesting to watch here too). The location is great, although the wheel did not work (the opening will be on 04/28/2024 - at least that's what they plan). The photo shows a view from the terrace (take rooms with a balcony or terrace, because the windows in the rooms do not open, there is a split system, you can adjust the temperature in the room). I want to come back after the renovation.

The food is varied, it won't get boring in a week, there is no children's menu, there are a lot of fruits, sweets, buns, porridge, red fish, honey, everything is standard. The cleaning is regular, good, and there are enough towels! There are sun beds on the beach, strangers are not allowed to use, but they are allowed to swim. This is the first time in Dubai, I compared this hotel with the Turkish premium class (Maxx royal, voyage, cullinan) the attitude of the staff is much better in Dubai, they smile at you sincerely))) We will definitely come back! Everything on the beach is for money. The restaurant is on the 9th floor, lunch and dinner is an elevator ride like during rush hour on the subway. The tables in the restaurant are always full of dirty dishes, it is better not to drink from glasses under water (always stained), drinks can be waited up to 30 minutes, the waiters are hiding, probably saving. There are few sun beds on the beach, you need to arrive before 09-00 to take them. The territory of the beach and the hotel is poorly cleaned (bottles , cups, wrappers) are lying everywhere. The facade of the hotel is clean only at the entrance - then there is a layer of dust and dirt and it is 5 stars. During the evening, you will be approached at the bar a maximum of 2 times, and then (after 23-00) everything is for a fee. The waiters serve first those who pay immediately and then those who have everything included!!! In short, who goes for the comfort of 5 stars is not here for you.
