We were at this hotel in May 2023 with a family, two children 11 and 5 years old. Arrived at 9 am, placed us at 13:00, although according to the rules of the hotel check-in at 15:00. We didn't take the deposit, but we paid the tourist tax. As I understand it, everyone in the UAE pays for it. We had breakfasts and dinners. They were not hungry. The choice of dishes is not like in Turkey, but everything is delicious and fresh. I liked the hotel, for the Emirates its own territory and its own beach is a luxury. Towels were changed without problems during the day more than once. There were always free sun loungers on the beach and on the pool. A pool with cool water, it's generally a bomb. The only thing I didn't like was the bulls on the beach. The child played every day in the sand in fomachki, and I cleared his territory from cigarette butts. Moreover, it was thrown on more than one day. In general, I want to come back here.

Many people do not want to spend money and choose a hotel without their own beach and this is a big mistake. You go to the beach and you know exactly what they will find for you and a sunbed under an umbrella and unfolded properly, a towel will be spread out. When you leave the beach, I'll clean it up. Say a trifle, but these are the results of discipline and respect for vacationers. Respect of the administration. I'll tell you about nutrition. It was great, for every taste - from vegetarians, baby food to meat and fish lovers. Cheeses, sweet dishes - everything is at the highest level. Every Saturday there is a festive lunch. I was in nature once - I have not seen such an abundance of seafood in any hotel in Europe. The staff is very helpful. Each shift has a Russian-speaking administrator. Even if there were some technical errors. Everything was solved. I highly recommend it. You won't regret it.

Choosing a good hotel also on the first line of the sea, you expect a comfortable stay, but in fact the organization is at a low level. In the morning, you should just allow yourself to sleep a little, and not rush like the sun has risen outside… you will face queues and lack of places. From the lack of tables and jostling at breakfast to the total absence of sun beds and umbrellas. We took a special hotel on the 1st line to have our own beach and come calmly and sunbathe / swim. In fact, by 9 am all the sun beds are already occupied!! You are sent to the sand without a canopy at a time when the sun burns you in 10 minutes. All this creates an atmosphere of nervousness and spoils the mood. I highly do not recommend this hotel to those who appreciate comfort and do not want to fight for sun beds and breakfast tables.

We rested at this hotel in 2013, it had a single territory all in greenery, like a nature reserve. We passed through it to the coastline. Now everything has changed dramatically, access from the hotel to the beach has been removed, the total part of the hotel territory has been cut off. But there was a trail where people constantly walk. There is constant noise and parties near the hotel, there are a lot of yachts in the sea. With great sympathy for the visitors of the hotel.

We have been vacationing together with my wife since May 29, 2021. There are few guests on weekdays now and the beach is free. For breakfast, there are queues for a vacated table due to the simultaneous arrival of several residents. The breakfast itself is excellent, a variety of dishes for all types of food. From healthy lifestyle to Piggy.. Everything is delicious. I liked the Chinese restaurant for dinner, huge portions, sauces are served separately, so you don't have to worry about the sharpness of the dish itself. I didn't like the Arabic restaurant. Instead of grilled eggplants, hummus was brought, when I told the waiter that they had made a mistake and brought a dish not from our order, he invited the shift supervisor and they began to convince that it was eggplant, but only mashed.... It's a shame, if there is no dish, then put it in the stop list... Again, this is an ala kart restaurant there and there is nothing to put in the stop list... The grilled chicken was very much a ward - to a crust as hard as a stone. A responsive receptionist Anastasia works at the reception, and a Russian-speaking girl works in the main restaurant, this is important for us since it is not so convenient to communicate with an online translator. The most important advantage of the hotel is its location! JBR is the most central place of the City. A huge number of cafes and restaurants for every taste and prosperity. To the metro - 10 minutes walk in a straight line. There is a large supermarket near the metro. Very close by is a small convenience store. A good fitness room, but it's much better to run on a treadmill along the sea. Cleaning every day, shampoos and so on - of mediocre quality. Of the minuses - there is no indoor pool, open without heating. In the not hot season (before NG and until March there will be nowhere to swim). There is a large disco outside the territory and the music booms loudly until 2 o'clock in the morning. Keep a close eye on all amounts of taxes and fees when paying and booking - there may be surprises in the form of an additional 20%
