Definitely, a chic hotel with excellent service and food.A green garden with a fountain and bird chatter.The beach at the hotel is small, but very wide with white sand and security, which drives away strangers. You can wander along the coast past other beaches very far away without hindrance. Entrance to the sea from the beach at the hotel:sand and 3-4 meters at once deep. Other beaches have a more gentle entrance, which is convenient for small children.Lots of water activities.Of the disadvantages (how can it be without them?):the hotel does not open windows from the word at all, swimsuits dry for a long time, because they can only be dried in the bathroom. DMCC metro station is about a 20-25 minute walk away (it can be faster, but it's hot to walk during the day).Prices for street food from 20 AED. It is more expensive near hotels than on a parallel street. Taxi to Al Maktoum Airport from 80 to 120 AED (hotel price), 40 minutes drive without traffic jams.Dubai-Jumeirah district is not economy class.

The territory at the hotel is not large, but the main party street is nearby and we walked there with pleasure. It's just awful!!! We are staying at the hotel at the moment, room 423. And so. I'll start with a good one, on the day of check-in, we had dinner on that day. There was a lot of seafood and very tasty food, and that was the end of the joy of staying here. The room is clean, but there is only one bathrobe for two, they asked to bring it, we are waiting for the third day (maybe they sew it? I don't know), after that, the room was cleaned several times and the bathrobe was never put on the second one. The windows in the room with a view of the beach do not open and the only air that enters the room is ventilation, which is also an air conditioner that works as if it is about to take off. The light in the room is just a pain, there is a night lamp in the toilet, which (as I understand it) turns on when moving. It turns on and doesn't turn off anymore, so at night we sleep with the light on because there is a glass wall from the shower to the room. The hotel is fully populated, crowds of people and everything would be fine, but the staff is either not enough, or very lazy and not in a hurry (every day I see a picture of how they communicate with each other and do not pay attention to the vacationers). You come for breakfast / lunch / dinner, they put you at a dirty table, without appliances, you asked them repeatedly to bring appliances, but it was easier after 40 minutes to take it yourself, this trend persists daily. In addition to the 100% occupancy rate of the hotel, they are happy to arrange events for other customers who do not live in the hotel, and in addition to this noise, it turns out to be problematic to have lunch at the hotel, because the main hall is occupied by a children's event and we were sent to dine in a cafe, where lunch took an hour and a half due to waiting because there is a large workload and the chefs do not have time. I won't say anything about an evening on the street with a party for a construction company for a hundred people, after which the entire territory of the hotel was polluted both inside and outside. The hotel grounds, as well as the beach, are dirty on a daily basis. Cigarette butts, napkins, papers, wrappers, there are a lot of shells in the sand on the beach, you can get hurt (by the way, the neighboring hotel area is cleaned at night, there is no one here). Oh, yes, by the way, there really is a beach, but it's unclear whether it belongs to you or not. It seems that everyone is resting here. To enjoy relaxing on the beach or by the pool with a sunbed and an umbrella, you need to take a seat in the morning, this is not a joke, otherwise you may only get a sunbed, there really are enough of them, but there are no umbrellas. So whoever made it, made it. We decided to leave a deposit so that we would not take money and cards with us from the Room. We put about $ 200 for the first time, the bar came, but we did not find the deposit, it turned out that they did not press the button in the system to display it. And the icing on the cake. In the afternoon, if you suddenly relax after lunch and do not press the "do not disturb" button, the staff may burst into your room. What for? Unclear. It was about 4 p.m., we were sleeping peacefully in the room, they called 2 times and while I was thinking that I needed to open the room, they came in, but they heard a voice and came out, I want to note that the room had already been cleaned that day, so the purpose of the visit remained a secret.
