Beds, mattresses, pillows, bed linen are all fine, but there are complaints on my part, it's not the first time I've rested in the hotel, organza or tulle curtains are very old and sewn manually in several places, apparently where it was torn once by customers, room 202, aesthetically catches the eye constantly, the 5-star hotel is not it's new, but I want to come back with a lot more advantages, only for the curtains I lower my rating.

It's a very nice hotel.. among the large stone anthills, it is quite intimate, with excellent staff (there is a Russian speaker), excellent food and a clean pool (there was always enough space for everyone). A big plus is the convenient location.. access to the water, private beach and promenade on one side and access to the city on the other.. The choice is yours!)

Good afternoon! I am currently staying at this hotel. I do not recommend going here now, repairs are underway, there is a smell of paint, solvent everywhere, and even in the restaurant. Eating in such a place is not pleasant at all. Well, the cherry on the cake is impossible to stay in the room from 9.00 to 17.00, they hammer with a drill, a puncher, it's tin. Do not rest and sleep. They stick out all day on the street, they're not ice in hell either. If I'd known it was like this, I wouldn't have come here. The renovation will last until the end of September.

I spent three days at the Sheraton Jumeirah Beach Resort in early May. The impressions are excellent, although the hotel is not new, maybe that's its charm. The proximity of the beach, a cozy area with a swimming pool, a cafe and ice cream, where you can admire flowers and relax in the shade of trees, captivates. The rooms are clean, the staff is friendly, bottled water is free every day. A buffet with a normal assortment. For the evening, there is a large selection of establishments along King Salman Bin Abdulzaiz Al Saud Street, where the hotel doors open. It's very nice to stroll along the Dubai Marina Bay promenade in the next block, watching all kinds of floating restaurants in bright lights. A beach with soft sand and clear water, although the abundance of boats and other motor vehicles is annoying. You can ride a camel and visit the beach attractions. It is easy to use Yandex Taxi with the operator du, just show the driver the customer's name on the mobile phone.

I don't understand why there are so many admiring reviews. I just want to write about the pros and cons of the hotel. Decide for yourself. Pros: the hotel is clean enough. The staff is friendly and smiling. They are cleaned more or less, the linen is clean. There is coffee, tea, and a kettle in the room, which is convenient. They put 2 bottles of water per person every day. Beach towels are provided. The availability of bathrobes and slippers is nice. Not a bad location. The metro is about 20 minutes on foot. Minuses: the food is absolutely not a five-star hotel, on a solid three. Sometimes you could find something delicious for dinner. The breakfasts are meager. Tomatoes are plastic. The waffles are dried up. Watermelon is not sweet, pineapple is not ripe. Something like this. At the moment, the hotel is being renovated, it is very loud, you will not be able to relax quietly. At 8.50 we wake up to the noise of the drill, an alarm clock is not needed. No one warned us about this when booking. When they came to the reception with a question, they answered - yes, we have a renovation, sorry. The windows do not open in the room, there is no way to ventilate the room. The territory is put in order in places, in places there is dirt and smell. Bottom line: of course, we will not recommend this hotel to anyone and we will not return here ourselves. A complete disappointment!

Nice, cozy hotel on the first line , very convenient location , JBR district , everything is relatively close to shops , boutiques , McDonald's, restaurants , the area is simply gorgeous , there is a swimming pool with a bar on the hotel's territory , beach towels are always available , we took breakfast dinner , the price/quality corresponds , a grocery store if anyone will to search , above McDonald 's , we need to figure out how to get up , we went through the Ramada hotel , you go up from the parking lot where they have an entrance to the floor with a restaurant , and you go out to the site where there is a grocery store that has everything you need , there is a scooter rental nearby , we took and rode to the Marina area, very cool I recommend . The hotel is decent , the location is fire.

Great hotel! We arrived out of season! But I missed the REAL summer so much, I enjoyed every roasting ray of the sun! I really liked the breakfasts, there was everything I needed! The view from the room is awesome on the wheel of the Eye, on the sea and on the skyscrapers! Water is brought every day, cleaned every day! The service is excellent, everyone is responsive! The location is the best! For the first time in Dubai, I chose a price-quality hotel plus my own beach, 5 minutes from Dubai Marina, 10 minutes from DMCC metro and Dubai Marina shopping center! Dubai is gorgeous! I liked everything everywhere!

For their first visit to Dubai, they chose this hotel and did not lose. The ideal location, the first coastline, its own private beach, walking distance to the metro and to the Dubai Marina Beach promenade, excellent service, delicious food, responsive staff - this is all Sheraton Jumeirah beach resort. I liked that the hotel is relatively small, very cozy. There are never queues at the buffet in the restaurant, the dishes are updated on time. There are always free sunbeds on the beach. Our room was spacious with a gorgeous view of the sea. The cleaning was daily and very thorough. Water was brought in excess under the NV system. I like to stay in different places and not repeat myself in choosing a hotel, but this one satisfied me so much that on my next visit to Dubai, Weber got it again.

Everything was great on our trip! Arrived at 23.00, placed, went to bed, room 518, everything is clean, the bed is huge. I also liked the location, there is a place to walk in the evening, where to go, there are a lot of cool locations around. And the metro /tram is nearby, we went to the shopping center and to the water park. But we froze in the room (mid-December). The swimsuits did not dry well overnight. There is no balcony, the windows do not open. I also think it's a bad decision - glass, instead of a wall in the shower, you can see everything… There was a need to update the deck chairs on the beach, there was some kind of neglect. The beaches of the neighboring hotels looked nicer.
