The location of the hotel is good, right on the shore of the bay. There is a private beach, umbrellas and sun loungers on the beach, there is a shower. The sand is fine white, but dirty, there is garbage and cigarette butts. The approach to the sea is gentle, calm in the morning, after lunch there is a small wave. When checking into the hotel, they give you a card for a beach towel, you exchange it and go, but if you lay down in the morning and left the beach at lunch and handed over the towel, then they won't give it to you a second time, they say leave it on the beach, nonsense of course! The hotel itself is old, in need of renovation. The rooms are normal, there is everything you need, clean, cleaned every day. They put a 1.5 liter bottle of water for free every day. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel. The breakfasts are very modest, the choice is small.

Nice hotel. We were lucky with the room - we were accommodated in a suite instead of a standard one. The room is clean, cleaned well, shampoo, soap, paper, tea, coffee, sheets, everything is new every day.
A new towel is also given to the beach every day, which must be handed over in the evening. The beach is beyond praise - clean, wide, the water is clear, there are places where there are fewer waves in windy weather.
Everything is tailored to Russian tourists, this is important for pensioners, for example.
We took breakfast/dinner - the food was monotonous, but we didn't stay hungry.
The hotel is often crowded, so the room is not extended.

We had a rest in March. From Dubai airport to Sharjah, 30 minutes without traffic jams. The weather is 27-32 degrees. Nice hotel, old, but everything is clean, the bed and towels are snow-white! The staff is very friendly, helpful, speak Russian! Mostly Russians are vacationing - married couples with children. The food is not varied, but very tasty. The dining room is large, there are no queues. The air conditioners are working at full capacity - you need to put on a sweater. The pool on the territory is excellent - clean, warm 29 degrees. There are plenty of sun beds on the beach and near the pool. Towels are provided. The beach is a fire! A beautiful sloping entrance, clear water, clean, white sand. The beach is wide. You can walk for hours. There is a supermarket near the hotel (to the left). To the right of the hotel there are KFS and McDuck, other cafes. However, they did not work during Ramadan. There is a gift shop and a sweet shop right in the hotel (cheap and tasty)
The hotel also has a gym. There is a free bus service from the hotel to two shopping malls.

The highway is busy, it is impossible to open the doors to ventilate the room, you jump on the bed from the noise, two small beds for three, the coating in the room is all stained, in the bathroom, the room has fungus on the tile , they asked to change the room, refused even with an additional payment. the food is not hungry , but very poor , they save on napkins . The towels that were given to the beach , they are completely leaky , that 's right , when they said , they began to give 1 leaky 2 better .this hotel has only a beach for 4, everything else is old, everything is dull. Of course, we would have survived all this , we rest a lot, we have been to different places. but!!! THERE'S A FUNGUS IN THE ROOM!!! They brought with them , half of the things were thrown away , everything stank like that , it was very hard to get it all out , we fought for two weeks , cleaning , washing , ultraviolet lamps , it 's a shock !!! And we've been breathing this for 7 days. Everything stank , even the hair dryer and cosmetics . We have passed all the smears , we are waiting for the result . I would attribute the small territory and food to the disadvantages of the hotel. The territory of the hotel is actually the building itself, the beach and the pool. The food is monotonous, only watermelons are made from fruits. But you won't stay hungry. Unless, of course, you compare this hotel with the Turkish fives and even fours, then in general it will go. I don't want to return to this hotel a second time, well, only if the price is very low).

Towels on the beach are all in holes, I've been coming here for 10 years and no matter how much I've been on the beach at this hotel, there are always the same towels, washed to holes, and even with stains!
There are not enough sun beds for everyone!! I got up at 5 in the morning and was constantly busy! From the evening at 22.00, Russians and Kazakhs (the main visitors of the hotel) leave all sorts of junk on the sun beds, tie their T-shirts and so on, so that when they come to the beach, even at 5.00, everything is occupied!! The toilet is wobbly, barely works, the water barely flows, drains to hot for 15 minutes, there are a lot of black spots on the carpet, legs after carpet and heels are black!! The toilet is never washed with chlorine! It stinks of shit frankly!! Half of the towels were replaced once, half were just stacked! They don't vacuum until you take their brains out! But! The vacuum cleaner is not washable and all the dirt remains! They don't go on the balcony at all and they don't wash the floors there!!
On the 3rd floor there are rooms renovated from May 2024, I saw the renovation personally!! In October, they already refused to settle us there!! It's newer there, laminate flooring, bathroom tiles and plumbing have been replaced!
Next is the food! The cook is Indian, so the food is so-so! Don't expect chic, no fresh scrambled eggs, waffles or omelette for breakfast! Boiled eggs, beans, potatoes, nothing meat for breakfast, occasionally sausages like noodles, you can't chew! You won't stay hungry, but the food is compound feed!

Well located: maritime Museum, aquanarium, marina to Dubai within walking distance (I recommend a much faster and cheaper taxi) the service is on the level, the food is fine. The beach, the service, is not bad. The room could have been better, but we only spent the night there. There is a main building (see the photo from the balcony) and a bungalow in an easier way, look for yourself.

Side dishes are different - rice, pasta, vegetables. Greens in the form of salads are present, there are delicious olives- olives. There is always tea. Porridge and yogurt help out for breakfast, I don't eat eggs. There is a strain with fruits and desserts, but this is not a problem. There are delicious budget mangoes in the shop at the hotel, and about desserts, so this is only a plus! There is no temptation, so there are no extra pounds. If you are overseas, then this is definitely your hotel. If you like entertainment and gastronomy, look at something else so as not to spoil your vacation with regrets. We travel a lot, and each time we pick up what we want this time. The priority was the sea, it did not let us down!!! Good balconies in the rooms, this is important for me. This is one of the criteria for choosing a hotel. The room itself and its filling are not as important to me as the opportunity to sit in the evening with a view of the sea and the stars. A feature of Carlton, a beautiful view of the planes taking off and landing in Dubai against the background of the evening and night sky. It is interesting to observe how lights appear at intervals of a minute, turning into airplanes. I'll tell you right away, you can't hear the hum! Conclusion for myself - nothing annoyed me, I swam a lot, smiled a lot, I was happy! So the choice was right, if possible, we will return to this hotel (we used to be in Sharjah in 2 others). I will note separately, there is a travel agency across the street, they bought "Night Dubai", they are satisfied!!! In the same place, Tatiana suggested a fish market, visited, bought, ate! On March 8, there was a wonderful seafood table. I want more!

At first, they moved into a room facing the refrigerators, it was impossible to sleep.The room is dark, the carpet is whitewashed, it's already scary… She asked to be moved, the room was found the next day. The room is brighter, newer and cleaner, but without a balcony, we didn't really need it. And the construction of soazu has improved! The food is good, I compare it with Cuba. There are few dishes here, but they are delicious and edible. Fish, chicken, beef,salads, vegetables,only watermelon and canned fruits. We took breakfast, lunch, and dinner. In the morning, tea, coffee, packaged juice are served from drinks. Lunch and dinner tea and coffee. Water only in the room is 1.5 liters per room per day. There is no alcohol, if you like to drink, you are not here or buy in a dutik. Jamil's guide talks about everything, the staff tries to help in every possible way, which was nice. In principle, it's not bad, but the cost is too high. In the store, prices are at least 2 times more expensive than in Moscow for almost everything. I was on vacation with my wife. 4*, no more. Nice room, suite, deluxe, 115. Upon check-in, they take a passport or a $ 100 deposit. But a very inexpensive shop with a large selection of sweets and mango inexpensive, tea and coffee beans and ground. No need to go to the city for goodies when you leave, everything you need is at the hotel! And clothes, and souvenirs, and bags! Of the minuses - sun beds are in short supply (there are a lot of broken ones, not enough), in the morning they have to be occupied early, alas. There were big cockroaches in the room (oh, horror!) and red-haired small ants. Humidity is felt - mold is on the walls.
A lot of cats! Here they are fed and not arrogant. The only thing on the beach sometimes smells of their urine.

The room was a deluxe sea view, 4th floor, excellent room, clean, renovated. There is a daily set of gels / shampoo/soap in the bathroom, as well as bathrobes and slippers. The guys cleaned in good faith!) On the balcony (the view from the balcony is amazing (see photo) !!) a table and chairs with cushions. We hung out there in the evenings) and listened to the sound of the sea!) The food is very good, by the way, healthy. Personally, I am (an adherent of sports and rights.power supply) just liked it (and what else do you need?!): stewed vegetables, vegetable salads, cod fish in batter, baked potatoes, grilled chicken, various soups (our favorite was cream soup with seafood, lentil soup). Oh, and my favorite oriental dish: samosa with stuffing! Who was often there. Next, for breakfast: oatmeal porridge, omelette, toast with jam, light desserts for lunch (so as not to get fat)). Briefly about the vacation 09.10.24: the guide met me from the airport and explained everything clearly, we went to check in. The tour agent warned us that check-in starts at 14:00, but they can provide a room earlier. The hotel confirmed to us a room in a chalet with a sea view for 3 adults with a separate bed for each, as a result, they began to move us into a room where there are only 2 beds and dragged a very bad sofa bed for a third person. The view was of the sea with garbage. e container platform. We began to resent the fact that the area of the chalet rooms does not provide for occupancy for 3 people! Absolutely! There is very little space! They began to be indignant:we went to the representative of the tour operator, they said that the room did not meet the stated parameters and needed a replacement, to which the tour operator ANEX TOUR replied that the tour agent had sold us such a room that he could not do anything. When asked why the hotel confirmed the reservation, he did not answer anything, he said that only the tour agent was to blame for everything. We found a room for ourselves on the 1st floor of the chalet, where, due to the layout of the room, there was at least some opportunity to put a third bed (although a bed is a big word!). Then they began to bring us towels, appliances and other things for 2 people! It's just terrible, every day we went and asked for supplies for the third! The cleaning was not done efficiently and the bed linen was not changed at all in 6 days!!! Absolutely!!! We asked for cleaning, but the staff did not react at all!!! They said we'll do everything well, but as we didn't, that's it. One thing was good that the sea was a few steps away from the hotel. By the way, beach towels and shizlong had to be borrowed at 6 am!!! There just weren't enough of them and no one cares!!! I don't recommend this place! The vacation was certainly ruined!

It's a good hotel, it's not the first time we've had a rest. But the problem on the beach is with sun beds. People have been borrowing and bandaging everything since the evening. The administration allows this and does not fight this phenomenon in any way. In the morning you run along the beach in search of free places, although sometimes those who have occupied and marked somehow come very late. This IS A BIG MINUS.

Very mixed impressions. The first line, excellent entrance to the sea, almost white sand. The compact territory of the hotel. The hotel is very tired. The food is terrible. There are small shops (clothes, beach accessories, sweets, fruits), the staff are Tajiks, in the shops, post-Soviet, they speak pure Russian. Dubai Mall is 30 km away. Russians are resting. With very young children and pensioners. December 2023.

A cool hotel, small, pleasant, neat, clean. We lived in a townhouse-type area with individual entrances from the street. The service is normal. Heated swimming pool, super for winter stay. The sea is just behind the pool. It is quite far from the city center, we took a taxi. Everything went well with us, without any comments.

We regretted very much that we chose this hotel. Terrible rules and disgusting attitude of the staff towards vacationers! Here you will be bullied like cattle from corner to corner. A vacationer is akin to an animal for them. This is especially the sin of the workers of the beach area!!! If guests come to you, they will be kicked out after 7 p.m. If you go into the water after 18 hours, you will be whistled in your ear until you get out of the water!!! Your passport will be taken away upon arrival (which is strictly prohibited) and will be given only upon departure!!! In a nutshell - a maximum security prison!!!
p.s. If you are young, athletic and active, then in this location (for those over 50+ you definitely do not belong).

Nice hotel with its own beach. The Persian Gulf is gorgeous here. We rested in a step overlooking the bay. The room is clean, everything is there. Cleaning every day. The food in the restaurant is quite acceptable. It's a bit monotonous, but you won't stay hungry. I recommend it to those who want a vacation with the beach. Dubai is 15 minutes away by taxi.

The most economical hotel in the first Beregovaya. Lovely, very helpful staff. There is a free bus to the mall. Thanks to the staff, they took their parents to the aquarium on their own transport. By the way, the aquarium is nearby, you can walk (if your legs walk) I'll come here next time too.
