Terrible hotel, does not correspond to 4*. The food is disgusting. There is not even plain water for breakfast. Only for money. Coffee and tea from vats. And powdered fruit drinks. There is not even an ordinary fried egg. For lunch and dinner, lettuce leaves, onions and some cucumbers are made from vegetables. From the hot rubber pasta, dried rice, meat and fish in batter. Desserts are very small and the most modest choice. The rooms are tired. There are black spots in the bathroom (mold?) The sun beds on the beach are dirty and half of them are cracked. One of the advantages is the Persian Gulf, the first line. They clean up cleanly. If you stop, then without power. You can buy breakfast or dinner at a nearby hotel for the same money. Many thanks to the employee named Ginis (Gineesn), solved all the issues that were not satisfied in the room, everything came quickly and promptly from the beach, everything was arranged and resolved.
In general, rest, food, everything suited us! We are not capricious. The only negative for us was dirty sand, the child was not allowed to play in it (cigarette butts, corks, some pieces of paper). And the rest was wonderful for us! The sea upset us, at the end of our vacation there was a big storm, they were not allowed to swim😔
I advise this hotel unequivocally, but who has a budget for a more expensive hotel, to go to a 5* hotel, although it is not a fact that it will be better there.

The gym is more of a sports storeroom. Massage, spa fantasies. Everything is worn out, even the towels. If the windows are on the road, you are a khan, the noise of the road and the mosque is just tin. The fan in the bathroom was not turned off in a completely different way than in the barracks. It doesn't pull for 4 years exactly. And the price is not weak. Maximum of 3 years. Specifically what I didn't like:
1) poorly cleaned in the room. The carpet is stained all over, which are not washed apparently. And vacuuming is basically very bad. The number is generally "kind of tired". We lived on the 4th floor.
2) the food is very monotonous. Usually there is always chicken soup for a child in hotels. Not here. There was not a single day. And in general, soups are not very tasty. On the menu: pasta is very tasteless cooked, always this overcooked potatoes, overcooked fish in batter is not tasty (heartburn after it). Vegetables are given. Canned fruits. There is practically no meat. Boiled eggs are always broken. Instead of the usual normal scrambled eggs, there is always some kind of "mess" of eggs, everyone was indignant, no one ate them. Porridge on water, oh-very liquid, disgusting, oatmeal every day. Cheese is ridiculous, there is even a choice. Sausage in the morning is two kinds, terrible, the same every day. Once in 9 days they gave meatballs. In the evening, sometimes they gave goulash. The only thing that is delicious is rice (so I had to take it often). From drinks tea and coffee. There is no water. Even if you ask..even for a child, 1 cup..no! You need to buy it right here.. in the dining room!
3) the beach is not cleaned. We watched a broken large watermelon for 6 days. They were already leaving..no one has removed it.
4) if the windows of the room overlook the city, then at the bottom they (in my opinion) have some huge blocks from air conditioners (it's not very clear what it is), and they are constantly making noise all night..We came to rest to stay in silence, and here the noise is around the clock, and through the closed windows it is also very audible. They asked to give another number - they said there were no available ones.
5) every day at about 17h they start cleaning around the pool. And even if you are swimming with a child in the pool, they still begin to wash off the dirt with a hose from the surrounding area (from the tile)..and where would you think..to the pool..right at you..And it's useless to say anything..You're nobody! It turns out you would still swim, but you have to get out!
THE SEA IS GREAT, BUT THIS IS NOT THE MERIT OF THE HOTEL!

HARAM. prominat shopping is all a long way to go, about 10-15 minutes from the hotel. Rubles and cards are not accepted. Only eurushki and dollars, exchange them for their dirhams. At the hotel, the course here is normal. cleaning every day, 1.5 liters of water in the room, shampoos are replenished, towels are changed regularly every day. the staff is polite, but not executive. You won't stay hungry, we had dinner for breakfast, for lunch we stole food from breakfast and had lunch in the room, because of the heat I didn't want to go somewhere. We liked it. We were in the main building, overlooking the sea. Great view! Heated swimming pool. Your own beach with sun beds and towels. We stayed at this hotel in September 2023. We lived in a chalet (rooms are not in the hotel building, but with a separate exit to the street)
I'll start with the pros:
1) the first coastline, in conditions of extreme heat, this is very important, it was convenient for us to run from under the scorching sun to a cool room in 30 seconds.
Soft sand on the beach, smooth entry into the sea.
2) delicious food, not to say that it is varied, but everyone will find food to their taste.
3) Very nice and friendly staff, good room cleaning
4) free buses to local shopping centers, and a bus stop with public transport is also close to the hotel.
Now the cons:
1) despite the ceiling-to-floor window, the chalet was quite dark during the day, the lighting was poor, the sconces in our room did not work. Plus, the dark-colored old furniture ate up the space even more and made the room look like a closet. It didn't spoil our vacation, so I'm not lowering my rating.
2) I was also upset by the behavior of the cunning visitors of the hotel, who already at 5 in the morning occupied sun beds and umbrellas with their towels and went to bed, thereby creating an artificial deficit. No one spends more than two hours on the beach anyway - it's too hot, so if everyone took up their seats upon presence, there would be enough for everyone. And so you come at 8 a.m. to spend an hour there before breakfast - there are no people, and all the places are occupied. Of course, the hotel management did nothing about this and did not monitor the availability of sun loungers.
3) the lack of a large amount of free water. This is a feature of the country itself, water is expensive there, so you will not find refrigerators with unlimited bottles of water, as in Turkey. They give out one 1.5 l bottle per day for two, the rest had to be bought, because in such heat you want to drink a lot.
In general, with all the disadvantages, we were satisfied with our rest and stay there, in terms of price-quality ratio, this hotel still deserves 5 stars, despite the above disadvantages.

January. Perfect bottom, water, sand! The coastline changes very much during the day - an interesting phenomenon.
At full sea level at the very umbrella of the beach, at low tide - goes 20 - 30 meters. But the bottom is clean. There are waves, rescuers are kicked out of the water every other time) but you can go to the neighboring beaches.
It's obviously boring for sknorling ((( just a smooth sandy bottom. There are rocks across two beaches - you can swim there a couple of times. But a lot of hedgehogs!!! Immediately they are not noticeable at all.
There were no hedgehogs on the beaches themselves.
In January, the water is cool in the morning, but it always warms up in the evening. We swam every day!
If with children - an ideal option!

The hotel is rustic, renovated in the late 90s. The rooms are dim and not very cozy. They clean badly, the floors are not washed with water at all, even if you ask (((
There are no slippers, it's better to take your own.
The food is simple, but the beef is always good! There is no water in the restaurant at all, only juice.
Some rooms even have access to the parking lot. But in the off-season they are not inhabited.
The staff is friendly.

We went in early March 2023. We swam - the water in the sea is warm. Heated swimming pool. The big plus of the hotel is its first line.
The restaurant was well fed-there is fish, chicken and beef (you can find something to feed the child).
A couple of times we went to restaurants outside the hotel in the evening - in restaurants on the street in the country it is very spicy, even if you ask without pepper (the child could not be fed)
Russian Russian is understood by all the staff at the reception, even the room cleaner speaks Russian.

Very poor diet. Breakfast: three types of sliced vegetables such as tomato, cucumber, pepper. One type of porridge. Fig. Burnt dry omelet. Sausages. Boiled egg. Flakes Cheese, sausage. Yesterday's croissants, bread. And so it is problematic to feed Children every day.

To Dubai by taxi about 1500rubles in one direction.
I advise this hotel only with a combined tour of Dubai for 3-5 days and then here to swim in the clear sea. But if there are waves it is impossible to enter the sea
KEEP IN MIND that breakfast is not included on the day of arrival, lunch is not included on the day of departure!

The hotel is old, but cozy and homely, they took 3 meals a day with fright, I praise the cook, but they overestimated themselves, they had enough breakfast, missed a lot, because they were on excursions, traveled all over Dubai, only in Dubai mall there were 3 times out of 10 days of rest, the Indian Ocean, flowers, a yacht trip. All excursions are from our tour operator Mamuka, with dignity and on time. Only here deception was not included in the plan of our vacation, for some reason I went to the fur coat store at the hotel, just for interest, probably, and there's horror, the models are old from the time of perestroika, the seller of the Turks, began to deceive, saying that the goods are from Greece, and this is golim China with a smell, I see why lie I don't understand, we even had a conflict.He began to call us to the big store, but my husband and I, seeing this product, did not agree to a divorce, we know their percentage system.
