A pleasant hotel. Expensive is rich. Very friendly staff. There is no problem with the language. They speak Russian or turn on the translator on the computer. At sea and in the pools, lifeguards closely monitor the safety of guests. Water aerobics and other activities at sea. The heated pool is pleasant and comfortable to swim in any weather. The room stock is clean, but not well maintained at all. There were problems in our room at the entrance: the doorbell did not work, the air conditioner did not work, the bathtub did not work (drain), the table lamp is broken, the sink is broken and clogged, the internal phone was not working. If you go for a week, you can close your eyes, but we arrived for two and there were six of us. Therefore, we needed both the phone and the bell to keep in touch. I hope that such moments will be put in order after all. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are above all praise. Linen change every other day. Clear. Thanks!

We were nearby, at the nearby Bahi Ajman Hotel. But this hotel is better for conversation. He's definitely better at food; there's red fish and shrimp, and so on.. Overall, it's pretty good. But as always, there are nuances. The rooms are already battered, the cupboards and bedside tables are stripped in places. We had a two-room suite with access to two balconies overlooking the sea and a courtyard with a swimming pool. Room service is provided every day, beds are made, etc. But initially, when we moved in, we had to ask them to do extra cleaning, it was kind of dirty. Afterwards, they washed the floors every day, but the overall impression was ruined. There are chairs and a table on the balcony, you can smoke. Of course not in the room. Also, we couldn't figure out how to control the air conditioner, it was really cold in the room. And provided that we arrived in December, we froze quite badly in the evening and just had to turn it off completely. It got stuffy in the morning. The food was delicious, European, and there were touches of local cuisine. But it is advisable to arrive early for breakfast, otherwise the queue accumulates later and the tables are not vacated quickly enough to accommodate everyone. The pool is warm and heated. There is a "frog house" for kids. Access to the sea is convenient, sun beds with umbrellas. Periodically, various activities are held, such as aqua aerobics, yoga, and others. You can go on jet skis, but as for me, the price is not adequate at all, 400 dirhams for 25-30 minutes. That's about $120. You can bargain, of course, but it's not pleasant. Otherwise, three and a half stars, maximum four. It's kind of subjective.

Half of the light bulbs don't work, there are no sockets by the bed, and those that do work through one. It smells strange. The Internet disappears in different zones. I've been taking tours through them for several years now, recommended them to my friends, everything was fine. But for the time being. I saw a tour at Fairmont Ajman 5. The price jumped crazily with every visit to the site. From 180 to 320 for the same offer. I wanted to book several times, but failing to click the button, the price increased significantly again. Like the tour, it was also getting more expensive every day. If at the start I could have taken a suite of 77 sq.m. with HB for 260, then in the end I was able to purchase only the standard 42 sq.m. It was important for me with HB, since we did not plan to leave the territory with children. When I chose a tour, I filled in the HB meals in the form, and when I booked, I also chose HB. However, after the payment, they sent an RO voucher, without power. The price is the same for a tour with or without meals, and I sent a lot of screenshots to Level support to fix the error. During the week, the hassle, correspondence, and phone calls were exchanged for 2 adults from RO to HB. Children were offered to pay almost 50 thousand extra for meals. For an additional level, they asked for money again, about 20 tr. This is despite the fact that the Tour was purchased for 4 people. For information, at a Booking for 4 people, the difference between without food and with food is 32 thousand. And the children stay free of charge.... That is, the Level takes a very strange position, and not in favor of the clients. Now the next point is the layout of the tour - flight and hotel. There was no transfer in it. Usually, a normal tour involves the airport closest to the hotel. But on this tour, the Abu Dhabi airport is Zayed, and the hotel is in Ajman. The distance is 185 km. With 4 hours of traffic by taxi. The price is 15-27 thousand rubles one way. There is also my mistake. that I did not check the airport of arrival and departure. At least they included a flight to the UAE and not to Oman in the tour. In general, I AM EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED with LEVEL TRAVEL this time. About the hotel - great fellows. The first is how accepted. Nutrition for children is not a problem at all. We'll make an extra bed, of course, we'll go to the meeting, we didn't take the money. We also got a room upgrade for free. The cleanliness of the hotel is captivating. Plumbing, furniture, everything is very decent. A large number of floor lamps and lighting fixtures in the room. Beautiful balcony and view. Someone wrote about tired rooms - this is definitely not our case. Everything is fine. The towels are lovely, fluffy, and soft. Water in glass bottles every day, filtered. Coffee machine and capsules, cream, tea sets in the room. Iron, board, desk, safe. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The beach is very clean, there are no bulls, corks and cans. the water is beautiful. The only thing is that the sand is dirty near the water activity zone. The animation - water aerobics, pseudo-yoga on the helipad - is bad, the animators should at least teach yoga classes or the administration the simplest exercises. In the evenings, there is sometimes a performance at a restaurant on the shore - belly dancing, fireshow. There are Padel courts. The food was normal, there was beef, mutton, and seafood. It's not a Turkish choice, but it's not bad, we've definitely never been hungry. Safety on the beach and in the pool is at an altitude, the lifeguards are really watching, watching - well done. The conclusion is that the hotel is good, we would have returned! The assembly of the tour and the support of the Level-travel this time is just an extreme negative. Next time, I'll take the tour somewhere else.

The room was on the 14th floor, the view was amazing. The choice of the hotel was between this and neighboring Bahi, but comparing the hotel card, the number of rooms is the same, and the Fairmont has a larger territory, a larger pool and all rooms with sea views. There have always been places on the beach, of course, sun beds by the pool, where the bar is usually occupied first from 7 a.m., but the seats further away are free. We had breakfast and dinner. Maybe the lunch wasn't varied, we didn't go to it)) but the dinner was definitely varied every day. There were some products every day, such as cheeses, or there was always a chocolate fountain for dinner, and for breakfast, a chef stood every day and made an omelet with different fillers in front of you. And even after returning from Dubai by the end of the dinner, there was enough food on the tables, and we ate lobster tails for dinner. My husband is a meat lover, and every day he ate either the most tender beef that was hidden in his mouth or lamb, perfectly cooked in various combinations and dishes. Transfer of the hotel 2 times a day, because we did not have lunch, I consider it very convenient. Tc pre-registration ensures that there will be no jostling on the bus (like at another hotel last year). There were no problems with recording, we went to Dubai several times, recorded the day before and everything was OK, the bus was not full. And what I think is a big plus in such transfers is that the bus leaves exactly on time and we don't sit and wait for someone for 5 or 25 minutes. I also paid for the rest and I don't want to sit on the bus and wait for the latecomers. There is a shuttle once a week to Abu Dhabi. On the day of departure, the room was vacated at 12 o'clock, the suitcases were handed over to the reception, during the day we sunbathed on the beach, changed clothes and took a shower, we were kindly directed to a comfortable locker room with a hammam and sauna, in the fitness club on the 2nd floor. Before leaving, we ate pizza prepared according to a classic recipe in the hotel restaurant, it was delicious in a wood-burning oven and the price was normal.

The rest at the end of September was a success! The hotel really has all rooms with balconies and sea views. A fairly large beach and a breakwater. The rooms are large, the interiors are modern (I just didn't want to come to the "granny style" with dark furniture and red carpets). The bed is just huge. The bathroom doors are made of glass, but it is frosted- checked, nothing much is visible through the glass. There are problems with an extra bed. But, Fairmont was originally a chain of business hotels. The concept of this network does not involve round dances with children (designed for people who are able to hire a nanny) and discos until they drop (there are no discos in Firemont Flame Towers Baku either-decent people listen to jazz). There is a panel for our devices under the TV-there are 2 sockets. You don't need to ask for any adapters. I am completely satisfied with food and drinks, because I am omnivorous. Even the presence of pasta didn't bother. It's nice that the lunch and dinner times are slightly extended. Food is added regularly (if there are 2-3 pieces left in the marmite or salad bowl, the waiter brings a new one). Perhaps the range is not as wide as in Turkey or Egypt. But, on the other hand, everything is fresh and there are practically no "mixes" from the last meal. The cost of products in the Emirates should be taken into account here. Desserts are very tasty. A separate love is a large cupcake with different toppings (vanilla sauce, creamy caramel and chocolate). The breakfast feature is eggs with Benedict sauce and Belgian waffle (whipped cream is available separately). For cocktails, Moscow Mule is my favorite. Actually, it's a cool pool bar. Upon arrival, I was even in a slight shock - people with mobile phones are walking in the pool at the same time, children are swimming on lifebuoys and adults on mattresses, there are groups of people drinking cocktails. People are sitting behind the bar, waist-deep in water, drinking cocktails, smoking cigarettes and hookahs. A kind of merry bacchanal. At the same time, the audience is decent and polite. No one is bothering, there are no drunken fights and scandals. All issues are resolved peacefully. We were pleased with 2 routes to Dubai Mall (who knows how to count-there are prices for some things lower than Moscow + missing brands and local ones with interesting things). PS. Initially, it is necessary to take into account the value of education in the tourism market. A hotel in Turkey from the Amara chain with similar trip parameters cost 50 thousand more. I chose Fairmont and never regretted it. I will definitely come back.

A wonderful stay at the Fermont Ajman Hotel took place from 04.26.25 to 04.04.25, we were 2+1. We had a half-board vacation, but the hotel provides different food systems + alcohol. At first, we were struck by the size of the room - it was large with access to a terrace and a view of the sea. The weather these days was wonderful, 28-35 degrees, and there was no air conditioning in the room. There is a kids' club, yoga, and a game of bocce on site. Everything is fun and interesting, but during Ramadan, only the kids' club was open. The food in the restaurant is good. Free transfer to Dubai Mall twice a day. We took advantage of and visited the flower park and the observation deck on the Palm Tree. There are many small shops nearby for small purchases. We went to the China Mall and Ajman City Center, I recommend you to visit. We got there by taxi. Special attention is paid to the beach with good sun beds and a heated swimming pool. The sea has tides and ebbs, it turns out quite shallow. But this does not spoil the impression at all . for those who want to buy alcohol, there is a store nearby where it is sold. We used a Union Pay ruble card or exchanged dollars for dirhams. We are very satisfied with the rest. We have vacationed in the UAE about eight times. I recommend Ajman and the Fermont Hotel to visit.

There are non-scheduled shuttles to Dubai Mall every day, you only need to book a trip the night before. The rooms themselves are spacious, each has access to a balcony, all with sea views. The only problem was with the sockets, of which there was only one in the room and one in the bathroom, so it was better to take adapters. The location of the hotel is very convenient, there is an alcohol market just around the corner, and there is a huge selection of beer, wine, and spirits. There is no point in bringing it from duty free: the prices are the same, and even for something cheaper by a couple of dollars. There is a small chocolate shop in front of the hotel, (next to the "Burning Tours") including the trendy "Dubai", the prices here are the lowest, you don't have to go anywhere and look, we went all around, and eventually bought here)) Everything is delicious, high-quality and fresh.

And be prepared for the fact that no one speaks Russian except for five words. The only thing I didn't like was the small jambs in the room (the toilet door in the living room didn't close properly and the air conditioner setting screen in the bedroom didn't work), and it wasn't fixed in 10 days of our vacation. I'm sure that if we had contacted the reception a second time, they would have started fixing something. As it was, we went once and never came back with these questions. Sometimes there is little variety in their food, then there are few towels, in general, it turned out to be not so easy to choose. We decided, it wasn't, let's go here, every hotel has enough bad reviews. To our surprise, the hotel exceeded all expectations: the cleanest rooms, water is brought to the room, cleaned every day, towels are changed every day. The view from the room is on the sea, we admired the sunsets every day, it was nice to go out on the balcony. They even found out about us that we were newlyweds, and they brought us a cake to the room, as if they congratulated us on our honeymoon, it was very nice! :) The beach is the most gorgeous on the coast: there is a breakwater, so you can swim with caution even in a light storm. The water is the purest. Rescuers are constantly walking around, monitoring the situation. They don't allow you to take pictures on the rocks at the helipad. For this respect, they think about people. They are kicked out of the water after sunset, because it is already becoming dangerous to swim. There are always plenty of sun beds, we could take two sun beds by the pool even at 11 o'clock quietly. To have a choice, we came before breakfast, chose which ones we like best, put our things. We had breakfast and dinner, dinner could be changed for lunch. One day we went on an excursion and were warned that we would not have time for dinner. We were quietly rescheduled for the next day. The food is excellent and varied. Those who write that the food is bad, I don't know what you eat at home, maybe you live on Rublevka, eat seafood and lobsters every day? There was everything you needed for breakfast: eggs of 3 types (scrambled, boiled, and omelet could be made with fillings), pancakes, waffles, a bunch of different jams, chicken and beef ham, also in 3-5 variations, salted fish for a sandwich, 3-4 types of cheese, croissants, toast, fruits and vegetables, porridge, tea, coffee, juices. What else do you need for breakfast, I don't understand? For dinner it is stable: 1 type of fish, 3 types of meat, a bunch of vegetables and fruits (there were both separate vegetables, they had butter, and in a salad). Of the side dishes there was mashed potatoes, pasta, stable rice, potatoes in curry / turmeric (I didn't understand honestly what, but it was delicious). Children could choose dishes from this diet. In general, do not listen to those who scold food here, they realized from their own experience that this is nonsense. For lunch, we often went to Ajman Marina, there are a lot of cafes, there is a Turkish and a French coffee shop, or we ate at the Italian restaurant in the hotel (Gioia was somehow called that). Pizza, pasta, salads are delicious. It is cooked in the same kitchen as the buffet. We also walked in the evening often in Ajman Marina, if you go from the hotel to the left, there were always all sorts of Arab carnivals, fairs, etc. It's just better to dress modestly, there are a lot of locals there. We also went to the tennis court at the hotel in the evenings. It can be booked at the counter where towels are distributed. One of the weakest hotels in the UAE where we have been. By points: 1. In the bar, they pour everything into old plastic cups. 2. Nutrition.. 3 stars. Very, very weak! This is a great hotel! We are currently here. Everything pleases, the sea is gorgeous, the entrance to the sea is gentle, the sand. We checked into a room with a sea view on the 5th floor, the view is amazing. We rested for 10 days in this wonderful hotel) We had a deluxe suite with a gorgeous view of the Persian Gulf. The beach is clean and well maintained. As for the sun loungers by the pool, if you want to take them, come early, this is a fact, but if you come later, there is always a place on the beach, under an umbrella, for all the days we had no problems with this, we calmly found places. The staff is very responsive, mostly English-speaking, but if you don't know English, it's okay, they will understand "on their fingers".
