A wonderful hotel! We were from 07.09.-14.09.2024 everything is clean, the food is delicious, the staff is polite, any issue is resolved quickly! The beach is clean, the sand is white, the sea is transparent. There is a free shuttle service from the hotel to the Dubai Mall and fountains 2 times a day. The sunsets are simply amazing 😍 I really liked it!

We were in the UAE for the first time and stayed at this hotel. I liked everything. Good service, delicious food. A great beach, you could always find a free chaise longue. I went to stretching and yoga: it's fine. But in a bar on the beach, the waiter suddenly began to ask for an advance payment, they did not write down expenses to the room. We went to get a map. Conla the next day with us, the British were given everything without problems without payment, we were outraged: why is there such a different approach to customers. The receptionist came and apologized, but they didn't go to the bar anymore. The sediment remained. The room was cleaned every day, it was clean.

I'll start with the main fat minus - Food.We had three meals a day.there is nothing to feed the children, unless you feed them pizza, French fries and nuggets every day - this is the children's menu offered by the hotel!all the food is seasoned, spicy, in some sauces, etc.One type of fish resembles mackerel.Chicken or pork or rubber beef ... steamed vegetables ... but apparently they were just doused with boiling water - they are hard inside and again sprinkled with spicy seasoning.....we are not very picky.....but this has not been seen yet.When we chose a hotel, we read excellent reviews, but we arrived as if at another hotel....very sorry.I do not recommend this hotel.The sea is warm, the weather is great....but even this does not improve the atmosphere of relaxation!!!

A great hotel - nice spacious rooms, beautiful design, a decent Swede (life hack - if you want red fish for breakfast, you need to ask the cook who cooks eggs).
We were in extreme heat, so we practically did not leave the pool, but the animators did not let us get bored there either. Although to be honest, these activities are not for me.
There are good restaurants and cafes nearby, and excellent Turkish coffee with sweets is served right across the street. There is also an alcohol store in the next building (yes, it is sold in Ajman, but it is not poured in restaurants, it is only for tourists). There are small shops, an amusement park and a local market where they can cook excellent fish in the morning.
I recommend it!

The rooms are cleaned daily. But in 7 days they never vacuumed the carpet or dusted the cabinets and tables, which is strange. In the room there are slippers, bathrobes, hair dryer, scales, shampoo, conditioner, body gel, bottled water (2 bottles per guest), refrigerator, tea bags, coffee capsules, sugar, coffee machine, kettle, disposable cups, 1 body towel for each, 1 hand towel for each Everyone, there's a bath mat for their feet. It is impossible to use a hair dryer, the temperature is not regulated, the air is very hot. The bathroom has a shower cabin and a bathtub. The pillows smell damp.
The sand on the beach where the water does not reach is prickly, there is garbage, basques, a lot of shells, it is not comfortable without shoes. Where the water reaches , there is soft , comfortable sand . There are few sun beds, if you do not take a sunbed in the morning, it will be difficult to find. Towels are not tired, large, they are given out without restriction. There are mattresses on the sun beds.

Check-in at 15 o'clock, our room was ready at 14-30. We arrived at the hotel at 9 o'clock, changed clothes in the toilet and went to the sea.
There is 1 transfer to Dubai Mall and 3 to Ajman City Center - you need to make an appointment in advance. The bus departs for Dubai at 11 o'clock. Lunch starts at 12-30. For us, the transfer to Dubai was not convenient. We took a taxi.

I really liked the hotel, everything is clean, the staff is responsive and attentive enough, but once again they do not climb. There are Russian speakers, if anyone is relevant. I am a native English speaker, English was more relevant to me :) the contingent is different, there are Europeans (British, Germans, there was a couple from Australia, there are not very many Russians, but there are), also from Thursday evening local people with wives and children stop by, here they are noisy horror.
The pool bar is cool, we had all inclusive, alcohol is also included in the bar and at lunch and dinner, but it wasn't relevant to me either. You won't be interrogated for coffee at the pool bar, you asked for 3 days, promised and didn't bring it.
There is a local buffet-style restaurant, also after 22:00 you can eat in hotel restaurants, I liked the Turkish restaurant, very tasty! We haven't been to Italian, pizza at night is harmful))
The pool is good, with cooling, at +45 in the afternoon is very relevant. I also liked the beach, the Persian Gulf warms up so much during the day that the water is like milk, I really like this kind of water, it's unpleasant for me to swim in the cold sea. One of our friends lent us a mask (thanks to the kind people), my daughter and I looked at the local flora and fauna, very beautiful fish!
They always give out a towel before going to the beach, there are animators from Kazakhstan and other countries. In general, a very pleasant place to relax.
In this particular hotel, I advise you to take full board, because it takes 15 minutes to walk to the nearest cafe, and in the heat, even after sunset, it's just disastrous for the body))) in the morning at 7 I barely reached the nearest store, I got back by running between pharmacies with air conditioners.
Upon arrival, we were given a room on the 4th floor, but I asked higher, if possible, they improved the category and gave us the 14th floor, we like higher :)))

That's not all)))) we waited an hour for the receptionist to bring the luggage ((( they called the reception, they said they were taking it! They said they took me to the wrong room and then they searched...🤦♀️ The room itself is great, spacious.. a large bathroom with a bathtub and a shower cabin, a toilet with a bidet is separated by a glass door from the "washing" compartment. There are no complaints about the room as a whole! Except that there are disposable cups instead of normal cups and saucers. You can ask them to bring them, but the next time you clean the room they will be taken away and you will have to ask again. Room cleaning every day (unless you put up a sign). There are no complaints about cleaning either, everything is fine! The guys are doing great, they're trying very hard. We go to the restaurant ... in my opinion, the food is extremely poor ((( the breakfasts are poor somehow.. fruits are often sour (as for melons or fruit salad, there will definitely be something spoiled). We went to lunch once - we never went there for lunch or dinner again! In general, there is something to compare food and service with, and here it can be a C plus. According to reviews, we went to a seafood restaurant about 15 minutes from the hotel. I'm not talking about shells and fragments of shells, especially in the area of sun beds - there are a lot of them here and they are quite sharp. In the mornings (9 o'clock, when everyone is already going to the beach), I saw bags near the sea line, and some kind of sponges or foam (by the way, they were there for more than one day).. they told us about it at the reception - they explained that the wind was blowing.. But let me tell you, there's wind in other hotels, too, but I haven't noticed that, and there are workers constantly walking along the beach and collecting debris.. the beach umbrellas are old with holes, some strange rusty poles stand on the beach and spoil the view, the sun beds are quite close to each other. If you don't stay too long for breakfast and come to the beach by 11 o'clock, there are still free ones. The shower doesn't work well on the beach near the playground (water trickles), but there are two clean shower rooms with gel and shampoo in the beach toilet. The sea is beautiful, of course, and it smooths out all these flaws, even though they hit the low tide))) There is sometimes live music in the evenings, it was nice to listen from the 12th floor. I don't know how often, but they invite you to yoga classes at 17 on the helipad. Before lunch, there is water aerobics and exercises for children. We stayed at this hotel from May 9th to 18th. The room was 717-superior-with a bathtub, shower, bidet, plenty of closets, refrigerator and safe. The view from the room is of the pool and the sea. There are few outlets and they are for a triple plug, we contacted the reception several times to have a broken outlet repaired. The staff is polite and friendly. The beach is small, sandy, clean, the sea is warm, clean, beautiful!!! The sun beds had to be occupied very early, at 6 a.m. the first row was already occupied. The food is delicious, not very much, but you will not stay hungry. Fruits include pineapples, tasteless melons, watermelon, grapes, bananas. The staff in the restaurant is slow, it took a long time to clear the table or take an order. There was no hurry to add the finished dishes either. We had an all-inclusive food system with drinks-delicious cocktails, German beer, normal wine. There is a free bus service from the hotel to Dubai Mall.

Vacationed with my husband at the Fairmont Ajman Hotel from September 10 to 17, 2023. A cozy hotel with a calm, friendly atmosphere! Attentive, responsive staff, always ready to go to a meeting if possible! We arrived in the morning. Check-in at the hotel at 15 o'clock. The number was given to us already at 12 o'clock. We left in the evening. The rooms are released at 12 o'clock. We extended the room for two hours for free! Thank you very much! (I want to note that this is not always possible, of course. It all depends on the workload of the hotel. On the last day, we met tourists who, unfortunately, were refused an extension of the room. I don't think you should be offended by this! It should be treated with understanding.) The rooms are spacious, all with sea views and balconies. The room has a capsule coffee machine, kettle, glasses, iron, ironing board, bathrobes, slippers, various hygiene products. Drinking water was supplied every day. Replenished tea, coffee, sugar, cream. We found two Russian channels on TV - the First and Russia 24. We cleaned every day, very well. According to nutrition, we took only breakfast (BB). The breakfasts are very decent! In the hotel, past the main one, there are two more restaurants - Italian and Turkish. The beach is large, sandy. Cleaned daily. There seemed to be enough deck chairs for everyone. It should be noted that the hotel administration takes care of the safety of vacationers. The sea was "open" from 7 am to sunset, the pool from 7 am to 8 pm. And all this time, two rescuers were sitting on the towers at sea and two rescuers near the pool (one near an adult and one near a child). An awning is stretched over the children's pool. In September, the water in the sea is not just warm, but very warm (hot on the border) by the evening it becomes. And it is very nice that the pool maintains a comfortable water temperature of 27 degrees! There is an opportunity to really cool off in this heat! Some write that the territory of the hotel is not large. It was just right for us. If you want to walk, go to the city, since the location of the hotel allows you to do this. You can go to the Dubai Mall. There is a free shuttle service twice a day from the hotel: 10:00 there - 17:00 back and 12:30 there - 20:30 back. You can go on an excursion. There is something to see in the UAE! In the hotel itself, too, you didn't have to be bored: exercise, water aerobics, water polo, yoga, table tennis, activities for children, etc. The animators are just great! Taking this opportunity, I want to say hello to animator Ako, a super girl :). On the ground floor of the hotel (floor G) there is a good SARIGIANNI store of leather, fur, jewelry, plus other outerwear. Sales consultants Diana and Ilya, speak Russian. We are always ready to help, and not only in the selection of goods! Thanks! There is also a small market on the territory of the hotel, where, in particular, you can buy children's toys for playing on the beach. We were completely satisfied with the rest! The perfect hotel for the price. The food is delicious, a large selection. You can make an omelet with different fillings, which is very cool. There are a lot of desserts, fruits. The beach is clean, you can play volleyball, although in the game zone it is better to clean the sand from shells, pebbles, etc. The location is great, and the territory is well maintained. We were at Fairmont Ajman 5*, a few years ago. Then I had a very pleasant impression. Arriving now at the end of September, we were amazed at how much the level of the hotel has decreased. The service, the restaurant resembles a dining room. The staff is poorly trained. The level of culture of the waiters leaves much to be desired .The food does not correspond to the 5* of the hotel. There has never been a sea of food. Under this name, they offered chopped crab sticks and small remnants of something gray floating in a broth of the same color. The lack of sea products can be experienced if there was a variety of at least fish and meat. There is always chicken in different types and beef of the same type. And this is not my preconceived opinion. This is the opinion of many vacationers that very meager and not varied dinners. Previously, many foreign guests came here, there were very few Russians. There are practically no foreigners now. They prefer Dubai and Abu Dhabi. Our compatriots have been taking sun beds since 7 a.m. and leaving...It was not possible to imagine such a thing before. After breakfast, you could come and sit where you like. The advantages include the beach, pool and rooms all with sea views. We were surprised by the cleaning of the room. The bed is made, towels are changed every 3 days. Toiletries if necessary. The carpet and floor have not been vacuumed in 2 weeks at any time. And you can survive it, but this is not a 5* hotel level. Large , nice rooms , beautiful views , balconies with glass view panels , the sea, the sun did not let you spoil your vacation !

Nice and clean hotel with a small territory. There is a well-groomed beach, a children's room, a large swimming pool, rental of hydrants, a floating town (excellent and interesting, especially for children), a beach bar. The hotel itself has a spa, a gym (in general, everything you need for classes is there), halls for celebrations, bars. The food is delicious, quite varied, always fresh. a large selection. I liked the hotel myself, the staff speaks English calmly, some guys speak Russian. I recommend it if you haven't been yet.

The sea is clear, the sand is white...the pool is 1.25 m, which is very acceptable for both children and adults.Here it is for me)The staff is polite, there are Russian-speaking managers. And the biggest plus is a free bus to Dubai Mall, and there is a choice of time and dates. Moreover, the price for a taxi to the Mall is about 160 dirhams...the course is 1dirham 26rub (now so). So I really like it, the rooms are large, the sea view is gorgeous, you wake up to the sound of the surf...cleaning every other day.I and the children really liked it, I went this time with 3, everyone is happy. I had a vacation with my children in late March and early April 2025. The hotel, in my opinion, has both advantages and disadvantages. On the downside: smokers have priority, and that's terrible. There are a lot of sun loungers on the beach, and at a very short distance from each other there are trash cans with ashtrays, which allows smokers to stand quietly and smoke (which some people do every 10 minutes without exaggeration), and the unbearable smell of nicotine spreads over a long distance, and a non-smoker with children must sniff, tolerate and spoil your vacation. When I complained to the staff, they told me that if I was not satisfied, they would "look" for a place for me, that is, I and my children should go and look for a place to "hide" from smokers. Is it really impossible to make a smoking area in the distance?? And I will be very surprised if all vacationers are satisfied with this arrangement. Also, on the day of arrival at the hotel, when taking a shower for the first time after the plane, we found that the drain did not work completely, and the water instantly spread throughout the bathroom and toilet room, and did not leave the word "at all". I had to go to the reception, they called the master, I had to wait for him to check how the water was leaving, it took time, and it was unpleasant. In my opinion, in a 5* hotel, such things should be checked before the arrival of vacationers, not after! How the previous vacationers washed in this room remains a mystery to me. The third disadvantage is that on the day before departure, if I needed to pack my suitcase, I found that it was not in the room! I ran to the reception, and when I found out, it turned out that the janitor had taken it away for some reason! After a while, they returned to the room, but the nerves were frayed. This is my first time at the hotel! 4 minus - I did not like the restriction in the sea in the form of insurmountable rocks instead of buoys: for those who like to swim further away, this is impossible, and the "swimmers" cruise back and forth, interfering with each other, especially when the tide is out and there is very little water. When the buoys are more convenient. Among the advantages: rooms with sea views, there is tea and coffee machine in the room, and a balcony. The children really liked the large green lawn on the territory of the hotel (they played ball and ran in the evening), there is a volleyball court, although the sand is not cleared on it, and you can cut your foot on small shells. There is a good outdoor playground, animators, a playroom, although I would rule out cartoons in the playroom (TV). I liked the food, lots of fruits, you can even ask for ice cream as part of lunch and dinner at no extra charge. The main advantages are the sea and the good weather, which is exactly what everyone is going for. Interesting excursions, but expensive)

We only had breakfast and they were great. If you are an adept of Turkish "all inclusive" and relaxing by the pool under "tic-tac, come on, come on" for the whole day, then you are clearly not here. It is better not to go, and then write negative reviews. This is a completely different concept hotel.

There are a lot of disadvantages: the service is terrible, the buffet is very monotonous and consists of very cheap products, there are no cups and glass glasses in the room instead of paper cups, the rooms are worn out, noisy construction sites nearby, dust from construction sites, noise from construction sites around the clock, the mini disco is terrible (the column works every other time), in the room, electricity and ventilation work by itself, etc.
P.S. In reality, this hotel hardly reaches 3 stars and then due to the beach this is the only plus of this hotel.
