We have visited this hotel several times and each time we were very satisfied with our stay! The rooms are clean, comfortable, with stunning sea views. The family room is generally just a fairy tale for a family of 4 people. Two full-fledged rooms with double interior doors, excellent sound insulation. The breakfasts are good: oatmeal, yoghurts, sliced eggs, egg dishes, pastries and fruits are always available, two coffee machines are publicly available, plus the waiters bring coffee and tea to the table. And most importantly, it has its own gorgeous beach with magnificent access to the sea, a hotel that you want to return to! 🫶🏻

I had a rest in this hotel from 07/16/21/25 a year alone. The rest is calm. I was greeted wonderfully, and a cool drink was immediately brought. After filling out the documents, I was immediately checked in at 10.00. Room 913 was gorgeous, just like in the photo (slippers, bathrobe, soap accessories, water, tea, coffee, hairdryer, scales) Room cleaning is excellent. The food at the restart is delicious, especially the fish dish. The staff is very friendly and pleasant. The dishes are clean. Internet access is available throughout the hotel. The sea is very salty, it keeps you on the water. The air temperature was from 39 to 43 °C. The water in the sea was like fresh milk, it definitely won't be cooling. There is a shower and a pool for this. It was very stuffy like in a sauna for two days. Then it got better, I didn't notice anymore. I went to the sea from 7.00 to 12.00 and from 16.00 to 18.30. In the morning it was generally gorgeous, but at 16.00 the water in the sea was bitter. Upon eviction, I asked to extend the room for 1 hour as I was picked up from 15.30 to 15.50. and I was extended. Since I had everything included, I went to lunch and was picked up by a transfer. I stayed at this hotel in December 2024, with my wife, 2 people. I liked literally everything! It looks like a very nice hotel, beautiful. The check-in took place without delay, in 5 minutes. The reception staff understands some Russian. We (Russians) speak English worse than Hindus, Pakistanis, etc., it's a shame! Room 128 is nice, clean, 42 sq. m., 2 beds with 50 cm mattresses, very comfortable to sleep in. TV - channel 53-Russian. Bath, toilet-no complaints,soap,shampoo,cream of good quality. A balcony with a view of the beach, the Persian Gulf. The hotel has a great beach, lots of sun beds, plenty for everyone. Beautiful weather +25+27,water +23+25.ALL meals were taken. There is enough choice, everything is delicious and appetizing. Drinks and cocktails especially pleased me. There is an alcohol market with reasonable prices within walking distance. I've read a lot of reviews on nutrition, that it's gotten worse, and someone is not satisfied. Let these people run out of pasta in their pens so that they don't write nonsense!!! Relaxing in Fairmont is great!!! I am satisfied with everything, I recommend it to everyone.

We stayed at this hotel from 05/23/25 to 05/31/25. Room: We had a junior suite with a terrace. Spacious, with a lovely bathroom and a bathroom. Very clean. The waiters are very friendly. I will always help and treat you. The beach is big, the sea is amazing. The water was warm in the pool in March. The children did not come out of the water. There are enough deck chairs for everyone! As well as food 😂 Practically all the staff at the hotel does not speak Russian, but this is not a hindrance, there are translators on the phone. My wife and I rested at the Fairmont Ajman Hotel in mid-September 2024. We were in the Emirates for the first time. Therefore, of course, the first impression was created primarily by this hotel. Like the Emirates and Fairmont Ajman, they welcomed us hospitably, as warmly and conducted us, filling our luggage with Arabic sweets and goodies, impregnating our clothes with the scent of the sea and the hot sun. I must say right away that we liked: the attitude of the staff (all very friendly and positive, and sincerely, it makes a good impression against the background of contrast with the atmosphere we are used to), food, the beach, the condition of the rooms and so on. Good professionals at the reception, stylish, discreet, polite, open. All are English-speaking. It is desirable to know English here, at least at a basic level. One manager, Yasin, speaks Russian more or less well. A very nice young man. Quite unexpectedly, he settled us in a two–room superior room instead of the standard one booked (I will immediately make a reservation that all rooms, including standard ones, are spacious and comfortable, with sea views). We lived in a huge room with a private balcony and terrace, two bathrooms, a living room and a bedroom. The view of the Persian Gulf and the surrounding area is fantastic, especially at sunrise and sunset. The furniture in the living room is a little tired, but everything is very clean (top–level cleaning) and very decent. As for food, there is enough of everything, except, perhaps, fish and some sea delicacies, it was a little surprising, after all, the country is located at sea, however uncritical. The variety of dishes is slightly less compared to Turkey, and All Inclusive is different – not 24 hours and not always, everywhere and everywhere. However, in my opinion, such a system is less harmful to health, so we felt great. The huge building of the hotel looks out to the sea. Spacious sandy beach, comfortable swimming pool. Comfortable places need to be occupied in the morning, because there are a lot of vacationers, but you will not stay without a place at all, it will just not be under an umbrella and somewhat to the side. The sea was warm, sometimes even too warm, like fresh milk. At low tide in the evening, the hotel staff could write some kind of congratulations on the sand, wish them a good day. It looks beautiful. There is no evening program here, from the word at all. It was unusual for us. You can entertain yourself only in some hotel bar, but we walked around the city, fortunately, everything is nearby, including the port area nearby and next to it a wonderful walking area with cafes, benches and other things. There are a lot of shops nearby (and practically no one imposes anything on you). But in the evening it is very stuffy, high humidity. Therefore, the best place after walking is in the hotel lobby, which is huge, beautiful and cool. Before leaving for the hotel, we were warned that check-in after 15.00, so there will be no breakfast and lunch on this day, and on the day of departure we will be fed only breakfast. In fact, we were fed dinners both on the day of arrival and on the day of departure. No problem at all. Thanks again to Yasin. If you specifically look for flaws in the hotel, then, of course, you can find something. But they were all insignificant. We had a great rest, an important role was played by the very positive energy and sincere kind attitude of the hotel staff – at the reception, in the restaurant, on the beach and everywhere. In general, the Emirates is a very positive country. We have the most pleasant impressions of scale, luxury, modernity, technology and energy (Dubai is, of course, a separate song, not even a song, but an anthem!). If you want complete relaxation, then you should go to this hotel. The building is pompous, chic, the rooms are good, overall everything is clean, the beach is just magical. But the food is a complete disappointment. It's just the bottom. A maximum of 3 stars, you expect a completely different thing from a 5-star hotel. We have been vacationing in the Emirates for more than 10 years and have been in hotels of different levels, but this is the first time we have met such food. Every day it's the same, in the same marmites, it's not tasty at all, there's zero variety. Dishes and glass are constantly running out, the coffee machine is constantly breaking down, the staff doesn't care about you. If you want to eat at least something more or less, come to the beginning of dinner, otherwise there will be nothing left, the staff no longer reports (desserts for sure). The hotel costs a lot of money, so if you are ready to put up with the lack of normal food, for the sake of the beautiful sea, then you can go if there is no alternative. We definitely won't be coming back here.

There was an unpleasant situation with booking a Cabana, I booked a room a day, they asked me for a room, they told me the money in fact, I arrived in the morning, I said I booked, to which they answered, not necessarily, choose any one, I paid and immediately two Russian-speaking women (mom and daughter) jumped in and began to claim that This is their Cabana, they have booked it and will not leave it. I had to give in and the kids and I went to the beach. The staff apologized, returned the money and offered a sofa by the pool, there was shade, but we didn't need it, they refused. It is unclear how the system works. In general, the hotel is trying, the tourists themselves spoil a lot. For example, in front of me, one man did not want to leave the room at this time and said it in a very rude way. But check-in is underway and the room must be cleaned. The choice fell on this hotel for a number of characteristics: all rooms with a view of the bay, a private coastline, a playground and a children's room. Our 3-year-old child was not bored. The child always had porridge and pancakes for breakfast, and there were always soups for lunch. We had everything inclusive and we used the bar both on the beach and in the restaurant. Edit everything is included, but not everything - there is a separate card that can be ordered separately for an additional fee. All alcohol here is imported, bottled, beer is exclusively bottled, in the restaurant it is also poured from bottles in front of you. You can't find any alcohol of your own production here, as in Turkey. And that's a good thing. There were problems with sun beds - it was difficult to find a free one after 10 o'clock local time. Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday were more comfortable, but the rest of the days the whole family had to huddle in one place. Many people leave their towels and things and leave... You can't do that, we didn't do that, of course. The entrance to the sea is shallow, and there are plenty of places for those who like to swim and dive. They put up inflatable water structures from which you can jump. It is worth noting that rescuers are watching you everywhere. One lifeguard for the main pool, one for the children's pool and one for the sea area. The rooms are spacious, there is water, tea, coffee machine and, accordingly, tea bags and capsules for coffee machines. There are practically no Russian-speaking staff, they spoke English. However, the tourists were 70% Russian-speaking. I give the hotel a high rating, we liked it, we will return there again!

All rooms have sea views (this is how the hotel was built), we had a room on the 2nd floor, but the view was still great. There is a balcony with armchairs, you can smoke on the balcony. There is a kettle in the room, a coffee machine, everything is free of charge. There is an ironing board and iron, a safe. According to the room, the only jamb is the air conditioner. It worked strangely, it didn't respond to the control panel, it was very cold for the first two days, and it seemed to be adjusted the second time. - for food. We had everything included. But then they explained that they have some kind of religious rules there, so that's fine. The territory is green and well maintained. The pools are clean, the beach is great, the sand is white. There is animation, but we are more on excursions - we went to Dubai, Abu Dhabi, everything is great! The spa is actually a song! Massage therapists are just magicians. However, when my wife asked for a massage in Russian, they did not understand, but we explained - and everything was done properly! In general, the hotel is a five plus! We will come back again, and we advise you. Just grab the all inclusive right away - it's worth it! P.S. Wi-Fi in the lobby is free, but if necessary in the room - 100 dirhams per week.
