The hotel is just super, the pool and the sea are within walking distance, friendly international staff, performs their duties one hundred percent. Although there is very little animation. I'm stopping 3 times and will go again. Silence, there are no youth parties. Clean and calm. The sea is right behind the pool, its own territory, comfortable sun beds with soft mattresses. The rooms are comfortable, all without exception with access to the sea. In addition to the bath, there is also a free-standing shower. The cuisine is different.

I liked it very much. We had a rest with children and grandchildren from May 19 to May 30. The weather is excellent. At first, the heat plus 32 was very oppressive. Even in the evening, but then they adapted and even plus 37 didn't bother. The hotel has its own beach and swimming pool. The water is just super, warm as fresh milk and pure! I was surprised that the ebb and flow here three times, I did not understand the system. One day it was sooooo windy and stormy, but the bay of the beach was cleared from the sea by a stone ridge, so the waves got to our beach very moderate, not like the beaches of hotels nearby. The food is great, although the grandchildren on the 10th day at dinner went through the dishes and winced that there was nothing to eat. I had to poke their noses into the inscriptions of the names and into the dishes themselves - they said thank you to grandpa for being delicious in the shv. It was on the table. It is conveniently arranged that, if desired, instead of a seam.at the table, you can go to any of the two restaurants (Italian and Turkish) in the equivalent of 100 dirhams and eat to order. It is very convenient that there is no intrusive animation and brain-numbing blunt slotting. But quiet, elegant, sometimes even meditative music sounds everywhere. The children and their grandchildren went to the Dubai Mall. They liked it, but according to their photos and their stories, we decided not to go - we have enough high-rise buildings in Moscow City.

Brief description: the second half of October, 5 nights, type of food breakfast (BB), family of 4 people, a tour with a flight from Kazan, for the first time in the UAE.
Why I chose Fairmont Ajman: The Ajman Emirate seemed to me something in between expensive and noisy Dubai and quiet secluded Ras al Khaimah and Umm al Kaywain, where it is not so easy to find a restaurant for lunch/dinner. It is not so long to get to Ajman from Dubai or Sharjah. The price factor was also important. The hotel met all the criteria. First line, modern, beautiful, good reviews and photos, price.
First impressions: arrived at the hotel around 9:00 am, before check-in. Before we could get our luggage out of the bus, the movers took it and took it to the temporary storage room. The Jamine reception staff turned out to be very competent and calm, explained our rights and opportunities to us, tried to find a free room, but it was not there yet. Nevertheless, thank you for this opportunity. We changed our clothes and went to a restaurant near the hotel for breakfast. When we returned, our room was ready.
What is available: a beach with almost white sand, a pleasant entrance to the water, which turned out to be almost hot. On the territory you can always find a sunbed, use the toilet and shower. We alternated between the sea and the pool, one 1.25m deep, the other 40 cm, in which children are quietly frolicking. The pool is clean, with a comfortable temperature and super chlorinated. Several jets of water are beating from the banks, under which you can stand. In the center of the pool there is a jet from the bottom - it's also nice to stand. On the 1st floor there is a quite decent fitness room, in which we periodically practiced. The lobby on the ground floor is pleasant, cool, with lots of sofas, here you can relax in the evening, for example, reading a book or sticking to the phone. We have not mastered the children's room. At area 11, water aerobics begins in the pool. There are yoga classes.
Shared restaurant: who writes that there is a limited choice of dishes for breakfast - it didn't seem so to me, I found something new every day. I liked Turkish bacon, sausages, hash browns, pancakes. There is a choice of pastry, fruit, can fry fried eggs, omelet, scramble. There are always juices, sometimes cups run out on the tea and coffee table. I note that at the entrance to the restaurant, a beautiful April meets and finds a table (no need to go and look for yourself).
Well, and the room: for two adults and two children, the Fairmont View Room - Twin is quite sufficient (this means that two separate 1.5-double beds). Before we moved in, we were offered to combine them, which turned out to be a good idea. And they also brought an extra baby bed. In the bathroom there is a toilet, a bidet with a separate room, then a shower and a bath (there was no time to bathe in it). Two bathrobes, towels, slippers (we were given two more pairs of children without any questions). There is a long table in the bedroom. There is a refrigerator, kettle, capsule coffee machine, iron, hair dryer, ironing board. Even a corkscrew and a bottle opener. Daily cleaning, the bed is made, the stock of water bottles, tea bags, capsules and cream is replenished. There is a TV that I also didn't have time to watch. One day they called the room and asked if everything was in order, if they needed anything. In general, the service is on top.
Results: the rest turned out to be unforgettable, high-quality thanks to the hotel, pleasant thanks to the warm Persian Gulf and fun thanks to ourselves. We don't like to be stuck in a hotel or on the beach. Therefore, the option of "breakfast" was acceptable, so as not to be tied to time. Free shuttle to Dubai as a bonus - book a place a day in advance, it's better to sign up as soon as you arrive. Go to the Ajman City Center - a good, large selection of goods, a good Carrefour supermarket. And I recommend visiting the UAE Pygmy Zoo - you will be impressed.

The hotel is not bad, but there are disadvantages! The staff does not speak Russian at all! Not a word! Fortunately, we have prepared for this... The furniture is very tired for 5 stars… The food is monotonous, very much, it's hard to find something for yourself, but if you try, you can!) There are good shops and restaurants across the street, you can buy pizza 3 times cheaper than in the hotel, eat seafood, which the hotel does not have… The sea is great! Clean! But the wind is constantly blowing! For three of us we got a huge room (52sqm), corner, on the 4th floor with a huge balcony! This is a huge bonus!) The view is great! There is nothing for children. The kids are bored at the hotel. The pool is great! Heated! But they heat up well Fri-sun apparently for local vacationers) They are cleaned every day, they bring enough water, but the dust is not wiped off at all! It's lying in kilograms!!! In general, 5 stars does not pull!
Dubai is 20-25 minutes away by taxi 125-130 dirhams, the taxi is always right next to the hotel.

There is a swimming pool on the territory, not as big as it seems from the photo. In the morning, it smells of chlorine. The beach is clean, there are a lot of sunbeds. Jet skis, kayaks, boats are rented on the beach.. the cost bites. Say that you are not the first time, bargain and you will go to a meeting)) discount immediately
Since the territory of the hotel is a little boring, I went to the city, souvenir shops, the simplest grocery, cafes, restaurants on both sides of the hotel. If you go further into the discount centers for locals, they will look at you there as a miracle), but the prices are normal, as well as supermarkets with a huge selection of goods. There are also exchangers, they took a commission for the exchange.
The hotel is not bad, we would come back here again, the location is convenient. There is no tourist tax.

Climate: I like the heat by the water. From 7 to 11 is normal, then it's normal after 16. The main thing is not to go to the city and not wait for what you should like. Walking down the street is not comfortable. The shops and shopping centers are well equipped with air conditioners.
Ajman Emirate: very different from Dubai, there is no luxury and beauty here. Its a plus that it is not far from Dubai, while hotels are cheaper.
Hotel in 2023:
The hotel is not new, but it is quite comfortable. A big plus is that all rooms have a sea view. The pool is quite normal size, standard for most inexpensive 5. The sea is good, comfortable, warm. There were no questions about the cleanliness of the sea during my stay. There are waves that I like, you feel like you're at sea.
Rooms are cleaned every day. The room size is good. A family of 4 people is comfortable. Our room had 2 beds 1.5 meters wide. We are not big, we sleep quite comfortably.
There is no entertainment or animation. What is very not navyashevo that we liked. Who loves entertainment and movement, then definitely not here. The children's room is only for the little ones, older children need to entertain themselves. There are no consoles, etc. in the children's room. There are no water slides (who cares). In the Emirates, normal slides are rare in hotels.
The food is very boring this year, but adults will find something to eat. For children, there are no fries, pizza nuggets, which they usually like. In the children's menu for lunch and dinner, you could order 1 dish to choose from (a small pizza margarita, fries a small portion of something else). Who likes grilled dishes, they are not here.
In the a la carte restaurant, the deposit is 100 dirhams per adult, the rest is out of your pocket. One dish costs about 85 dirhams. Children are not allowed a deposit. If I went to the alyakart, then the buffet is not allowed and vice versa.
There is a bus 2 times a day to Dubai Mall, which is very convenient.

The hotel is extremely mediocre, there is no animation, the food is monotonous and boring, it does not pull on the declared "all inclusive", rather a boarding house. Includes 3 meals a day, if you haven't had lunch, then you can eat 100 dirhams at the pool bar (it's either pizza or salad) the sockets in the hotel are all for three holes, they are not designed for Russians. The room is cool, that's where all the good things in the hotel end. Music on the beach is not included, there is no disco in the evening even for half an hour, a cocktail in the lobby, and even more so in the room you can not drink. Just returned from the UAE, rested from 10.08.22 to 22.08.22 at the Fairmont Ajman Hotel for 2 adults and 2 children. We booked a family delux room, the room met our expectations, cleaning, service, attentiveness of the staff really satisfied us. The beach, the sea is also at a height. Many people write about food, but you won't stay hungry, but the food is monotonous, we couldn't eat the same thing throughout the rest (and the menu is the same for lunch and dinner). The products in the hotel have not even heard about the sea, the maximum that there is is salted red fish (not every day) and it needs to be asked from stoics where an omelet and a poached egg are prepared (two thinnest pieces are given for one bun). There were rolls with the same fish, but for the entire stay 1 time, they dispersed instantly, many did not have enough, they all said finish. And so the children gathered rolls with cucumber, apple, but did not eat. We cooked the same fish, but in different versions, the fish is disgusting, it is not possible to eat. I approached the administrator, drew his attention to the lack of seafood, but nothing has changed. Many vacationers complained about the food, especially those who had something to compare. We left early in the morning, asked for lunch boxes, in the evening they said they would have a banana, an apple, juice and a croissant. In the morning, there were only sweet cakes left over from dinner and apple juice in the lunch boxes. Such a gesture from the hotel just shocked us. If we return to this hotel, then only with breakfast meals.

As it is written in the reviews below, it feels like some reviews were written for another hotel :). In fact, it turned out that the hotel is quite worthy of 5 stars. By points. Beach: small but cozy, with a separate bay with installed breakwaters, which increases the chance to swim in a storm, but don't even hope to get under the red flag, rescuers will pull you out for swimming trunks, but to be honest, flags are hung only on business without reinsurance. Food: breakfast is pretty standard and still annoying for a week. But lunches and dinners are very diverse, chicken, beef, lamb in Indian / Chinese / Arabic / "universal" form. I will especially note the Indian food, it is very tasty. Room: we took a junior suite for a family of 4 people, a VERY large room, with some inconvenience in the form of a glass door to the toilet and a glass wall to the shower (well, at least there is a curtain). Cleaning is daily and very high quality. The rooms are not super new, but you can only criticize if you really find fault, everything works, the water goes out, the plumbing is of high quality. Ah, I came up with, for some reason the hot water in the bathroom is slightly warm. Despite the fact that in all other taps it is what it should be. There are a lot of elevators and they are configured in such a way that during a week of stay I do not remember a single case that we waited for them longer than 10 seconds. The staff is polite. All inclusive with quite normal drinks, including alcoholic (of course, Turkish ultra AI is still out of competition here, but this is the UAE). In general, if anyone doubts, then the hotel is decent.

We rested in it in 2018 and 2019, the hotel was at a high level

In the same bar, on the beach, my cocktail was in a glass with mold.. well, it's not 5 stars at all, and if you see what kind of sponge they wash glasses on the beach, you definitely won't want to take alcohol there

I really liked the hotel: the location, the first coast, the purest sea, there were never any waves. We had two rooms booked, arrived at the hotel around 8 o'clock, check-in at two, Islam immediately gave us one room, since we were with a child. Upon departure, one room was also extended to two hours, for which we are also very grateful, and on the day of departure we bought up in the sea, calmly gathered and handed over the room later than expected. The view from the room is the sea, very beautiful and calm, in this hotel almost all rooms have a sea view. The hotel has animation. Children's animation, animators Nastya and Dasha, funny and very nice girls. My daughter is very attached to Nastya, she is a person with a huge heart, gives her love to all children. Children's animation: drawing, aquagrim, children are crazy about him and of course a children's disco. At the weekend there was a fire show on the street, Arab dances. More people like Islam and Nastya, the hotel will grow. Only because of them I want to come back!!! What we didn't like: this food is very poor, there is no choice, it's the same every day, at breakfast - you have to beg for red fish, it's some kind of horror. Lunch or dinner is almost the same, there is no choice, the plates are constantly empty, you have to constantly wait for the dishes to be brought. In the restaurant, there is no service staff, barely walk, two or three people who actually run and try to please the guests. With the food and service staff in the restaurant, the management needs to take urgent measures. My rating for this hotel is 4.
