The hotel is at the 5-star level. Very good service, housekeeping,"aerobatics" the guys are just great!!!! Everything says that all the staff is trying very hard to provide their guests with a great vacation. The location is very advantageous, a wide strip of beach, despite the busy hotel, there are always free sun beds, thanks to the service on the beach. The food is varied, you can always choose what is interesting. We are very satisfied with the rest. All services are working perfectly! I highly recommend the hotel for a vacation.

We stayed at this hotel from 02/28-03/07/2025.
I really liked the hotel.
In detail:
- upon check-in: we arrived at the hotel around 12:00, we were very pleasantly greeted at the reception, the girl even knew some words in Russian. She gave instructions about the hotel, put on bracelets, and took the suitcase to the luggage room. Check-in is at 3 p.m., but she promised to call WhatsApp as soon as the room is ready.
We went to the pool bar, sat with cocktails, and waited for a room. (We could have gone straight to lunch, it's from 12-30, but we decided to have lunch after check-in).
As a result, no one called us, they came to the reception at three o'clock sharp, and we were given room cards (a life hack - they probably prepared the room earlier, she just didn't call (maybe she forgot) - so I advise you to try to come earlier and remind yourself). No deposit or tour tax was charged.
- Room: the room is very nice, spacious, clean, and beautiful. All rooms have sea views (this is how the hotel was built), we had a room on the 2nd floor, but the view was still great. There is a balcony with armchairs, you can smoke on the balcony.
There is a kettle in the room, a coffee machine, everything is free of charge. There is an ironing board and iron, a safe.
According to the room, the only jamb is the air conditioner. It worked strangely, it didn't respond to the control panel, it was very cold for the first two days, and it seemed to be adjusted the second time.
- for food. We had everything included. In general, the food is delicious, but there is little variety, on the 4th day it gets a little better. There was beef stewed daily, chicken in various versions, lamb stewed in tomato sauce, fish not every day and dry, once there were shrimp with squid in curry sauce, there were always vegetables, fruits too- watermelon, melon, pineapple, apples, pears, bananas, fruit salad. The breakfasts are excellent for 5.
There was always enough room in the restaurant (even though we always went during rush hour). A hostess greets you at the entrance, marks the room number and leads you to a table. The service is excellent, the waiters clean everything up quickly-they bring drinks, etc.
Besides the main restaurant, there is also a pool bar and two ala-kart restaurants. It's paid there, but as we understand it, with the all-inclusive tariff, if you eat at the pool bar instead of lunch at the main restaurant (or have dinner at ala-kart restaurants instead of dinner at the main restaurant), you get a 100 dirhams discount. So we had lunch at the pool bar several times for a change, and we paid about 90 dirhams for two full-fledged dishes (such as burgers). The portions are large and delicious.
Actually, you get drinks at the pool bar. There is a large selection, there is a separate all-inclusive menu, unlimited beer, tea and coffee, juices, many non-alcoholic and alcoholic cocktails (such as gin and tonic, sunrise tequila, Cuba libre, etc.) are included. There is a list of "advanced" cocktails (such as aperol, mojito), they charge 20 dirhams per cocktail.
The drinks are high-quality, the bartenders are great.

The pool is small, clean, warm, similar to the infinity effect, you can drink cocktails at the bar without leaving the pool. The pool is shallow, 1.25 m.
The beach is large, the water and the water's edge are clean. The beach itself is 4 clean, there is garbage, steers, I have not seen them cleaned. But there's not much garbage, it doesn't catch the eye.
There are a lot of sun beds, almost all with umbrellas, there is enough for everyone. We came to the beach late in the morning (at about 10:40) and always found comfortable sun beds under an umbrella (despite our compatriots who like to take towels on the sun beds at dawn and leave, unfortunately there are enough of them here).
- animation. There are only "beach" activities - zumba in the pool during the day, stretching, yoga on the helipad at sunset in the evening. There is no entertainment in the evening, either on the beach or in the lobby.
- about the area. The hotel is located on a busy street (in fact, on the embankment, but due to its active landscaping and very wide beach line, the street does not feel like an embankment). There are cafes, restaurants, souvenir shops, supermarkets along the street. There are Russian signs and Russian-speaking sellers.
There is a bus from the hotel to Dubai Mall (every day) and, as we understand it, to Abu Dhabi. You need to sign up for buses.
Total for the whole hotel.
The beach and pool are excellent, the service is excellent (everyone is very friendly, they always ask how you are, and they really do everything you ask), the food is 4.5 - everything is delicious, but there may be little variety, entertainment and activity - 3 (it's boring in the evening, the pool is open until 19.00 (strictly with this, lifeguards are active they work), the pool bar is open until 20-00, you can't sit anywhere in the evening without a drink.
Although there seems to be a sports bar somewhere, but it is not included in the all-inclusive package.

Nice hotel. We had a rest there in January 2025. Sea view, great beach, panoramic pool with a bar, the eye is happy wherever you look. The food is great, there's not a lot of it, but it's for every taste. At the exit from the hotel, there is an alcohol market about 100 meters away, prices are slightly lower than in Duty. Dubai city center is a 50-minute taxi ride away. I recommend the hotel to everyone.

A great hotel to stay in. A good choice of food. Of course, it would be nice to update the rooms, I think they will definitely do it. There was one drawback, there was cool water instead of hot, even if you drain the water for more than 15 minutes, it did not help. Our room was on the 1st floor, above the main lobby.
We cleaned every day, there was always a lot of bottled water.
The beach is great, the sand is fine, the water was warm.
Two buses leave the hotel every day, one to Dubai mall, the second to the shopping center in Anjman.
There are a lot of food shops around.
The staff is polite, they will always help, there was sometimes a Russian-speaking staff at the reception.

I liked the hotel! The territory is small and cozy.

Free transfer to Dubai Mall and Ajman Shopping Center. You need to make an appointment in advance.
Nearby there are souvenir shops, tour companies, supermarkets, cafes, Ajman marina, unistream-currency exchange and alcohol market. Prices are much more affordable than Dubai.
Wi-Fi catches perfectly all over the area including the beach.
The contingent includes Russians, Germans, Arabs, and Indians.
You can order a greeting inscription on the sand, they will do it for free.
Check-in from 15:00, check-out at 12:00 free of charge, if rooms are available, can be done before 14:00.
We had a Fairmont view king room.
A huge king size bed. There is an ironing board, an iron, a clothes dryer and a safe.
There is also a bathtub and a shower cabin. (Cabin with transparent glass!) Shampoo, conditioner, lotion in dispensers. Cotton pads, sticks, caps and a hair comb are also placed. There are no toothbrushes or toothpaste.
The tea station is replenished every day - tea, sugar, bottled water. There is a coffee machine and capsules, but they are for an additional fee.The fee is 8 dirhams per capsule.
There are bathrobes, slippers and a beach bag.
The balcony is spacious with wicker furniture and soft pillows, the view of the bay is beautiful.

The deck chairs are good with soft mattresses. Light sand, turquoise water-beautiful.

Meals:
We took only breakfast. A diverse assortment: cheeses, vegetables, sausages, hummus, ham, eggs. Pancakes are baked, waffles, croissants, muesli, yoghurts. Juices- orange, watermelon. There is always milk porridge. Fruits include watermelons, melons, oranges, grapes.
Smoked salmon every other day.
Cons:
-No free coffee in the room.
-There is a slight smell of dampness in the corridors and rooms.
-The sun loungers by the pool are always occupied, there may also be problems on the beach when fully loaded.
- Because of the breakwater, the tides are very noticeable.
Those who like to swim far and deep will not like the sea here, they are not allowed behind the buoys. And at low tide, you can walk to the buoys.
- The hair dryer is old, the temperature is not regulated.
- Tourists from the Bahi Hotel go swimming on Firemont beach all the time.

Minuses: food and everything related to the F&B section. Comparing with the standards of the Fairmont network in other countries, I was very disappointed. The food, more than half is repeated every day, the variety is only about 1/3 of the buffet menu at both lunch and dinner. The food corresponds rather to the level of a 3-4 star hotel, but not 5, this can be seen by the serving of dishes, their taste. Desserts are generally 90% the same every day, and not the most delicious. In general, the food is good, I did not stay hungry, but without frills. The service in the restaurant is also average. There is a very large flow of tourists. The hotel is crowded. 80% of them are Russian-speaking tourists, a lot of pensioners. Queues for dinner for good dishes. A good hotel in terms of tranquility and the sea. Its own beach, clear sea, fish and crabs. There are no strangers on the beach, you can safely let the children go.
Among the disadvantages: poor cuisine, no entertainment for children. Just to sunbathe and swim. They take you to the Dubai Mall for free, and the local Ajman City Center, which also has a lot of shops. You can buy everything you need.
Another of the disadvantages: right now there is a construction site in the neighborhood. They work day and night. It doesn't bother you much, but it can be noisy at night. The doors to the balcony cannot be opened.

We rested for 10 days in this wonderful hotel) We had a deluxe suite with a gorgeous view of the Persian Gulf. The beach is clean and well maintained. As for the sun loungers by the pool, if you want to take them, come early, this is a fact, but if you come later, there is always a place on the beach, under an umbrella, for all the days we had no problems with this, we calmly found places. The staff is very responsive, mostly English-speaking, but if you don't know English, it's okay, they will understand "on their fingers". We took everything included, but, as we wrote earlier, there is a lot of food, but if you stay for more than 7 days, it starts to get a little annoying, since there is rarely anything on the menu that changes, a maximum of 2-3 dishes, but this is not a minus for the hotel, our vacation was great and we were very satisfied🌴☺️

We had a vacation with our family in October 2024. The hotel itself is clean and tidy, the beach is nice. But these are all advantages. But there are much more disadvantages. The restaurant had the same food for 10 days. Three hot ones, three salads, and desserts that were nothing. The children suffered in general. At lunch, you could order one children's portion of nuggets (3 pieces) and French fries (a small portion).... The child was constantly hungry ((( one coffee machine for the entire hotel, so there was always a queue for him like in a mausoleum. There was no entertainment for children, no animation at all. For adults, only aqua aerobics for 30 minutes a day. There were no discos or shows in the evening from the word Absolutely ((( The rating of the hotel is not 5 stars as stated, but a weak 3.... I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT!!!

Of the minuses, because the hotel is very large, you need to occupy sun beds on the beach in advance, and in the restaurant the dishes are delicious, they are not taken out in very large portions and they run out quickly, you need to catch when a new portion is brought. Nevertheless, it is a very good impression. It's October now and the hotel is completely packed. For fans, there is a free alcohol bar, and the Oscar alcohol market is a hundred meters from the hotel.

The rest at the end of September was a success!
The hotel really has all rooms with balconies and sea views. A fairly large beach and a breakwater.
The rooms are large, the interiors are modern (I just didn't want to come to the "granny style" with dark furniture and red carpets).
The bed is just huge. The bathroom doors are made of glass, but it is frosted- checked, nothing much is visible through the glass.
There are problems with an extra bed. But, Fairmont was originally a chain of business hotels. The concept of this network does not involve round dances with children (designed for people who are able to hire a nanny) and discos until they drop (there are no discos in Firemont Flame Towers Baku either-decent people listen to jazz). There is a panel for our devices under the TV-there are 2 sockets. You don't need to ask for any adapters.
I am completely satisfied with food and drinks, because I am omnivorous. Even the presence of pasta didn't bother.
It's nice that the lunch and dinner times are slightly extended. Food is added regularly (if there are 2-3 pieces left in the marmite or salad bowl, the waiter brings a new one).
Perhaps the range is not as wide as in Turkey or Egypt. But, on the other hand, everything is fresh and there are practically no "mixes" from the last meal. The cost of products in the Emirates should be taken into account here. Desserts are very tasty. A separate love is a large cupcake with different toppings (vanilla sauce, creamy caramel and chocolate). The breakfast feature is eggs with Benedict sauce and Belgian waffle (whipped cream is available separately).
For cocktails, Moscow Mule is my favorite. Actually, it's a cool pool bar.
Upon arrival, I was even in a slight shock - people with mobile phones are walking in the pool at the same time, children are swimming on lifebuoys and adults on mattresses, there are groups of people drinking cocktails. People are sitting behind the bar, waist-deep in water, drinking cocktails, smoking cigarettes and hookahs. A kind of merry bacchanal.
At the same time, the audience is decent and polite. No one is bothering, there are no drunken fights and scandals.
All issues are resolved peacefully.
We were pleased with 2 routes to Dubai Mall (who knows how to count-there are prices for some things lower than Moscow + missing brands and local ones with interesting things).
PS. Initially, it is necessary to take into account the value of education in the tourism market. A hotel in Turkey from the Amara chain with similar trip parameters cost 50 thousand more.
I chose Fairmont and never regretted it. I will definitely come back.

I had a vacation in May with my daughter for 5 years. A room
with a huge terrace, overlooking the sea. The hotel smells very pleasantly of oriental oils. The territory is small, but well maintained, for us it was a plus that you leave the hotel and immediately the pool, behind the pool is the sea. We had enough sun beds. The beach is gorgeous, white sand, the purest sea, very warm, they did not pull out until the evening, they only took a break for lunch and a short nap. Meals were taken for breakfast and dinner. Many dishes are prepared specifically with spices. But they weren't hungry. A delicious omelet is prepared for breakfast, for dinner they will cook fish in front of you, then meat. Very tasty pies. We liked the hotel.

We had a rest in March.
Our room was nice, the cleaning was excellent.
The only thing we didn't understand was why there was a glass door to the bathroom. In the evening, if the child was asleep, the light couldn't be turned on.

A free transfer went to Dubai 2 times a day, you need to make an appointment in advance.
Even when buying tickets to one of the parks, a free transfer from the hotel to Abu Dhabi departs.
For food: the cook makes an omelet for breakfast, the child ate with pleasure, at lunch they make chicken soup and pasta for the child on request. There was always something to eat.
With all-inclusive lunch, ice cream is served during the meal.
If you skip lunch, then they don't give you a lunch box, as in other hotels, they really surprised me with this, but if you suddenly skip breakfast, then only in this case they will give you a lunch box.
Drinks: water, beer in cans were provided
Unfortunately, there was a playground renovation in March when we were there.
The playroom was in the hotel, and the trampoline was functioning outside.
The animator girls were doing great water aerobics in the pool.
The territory is small, but well maintained.
We advise you to visit the Ajman Fort Museum, which is located near the hotel.
Shops, Alcohol market, pharmacies are also close to the hotel.

I agree that the furniture in the rooms needs to be replaced, but I think it's just to make the room look newer. So I wouldn't complain about the furniture. On the 3rd floor, the janitor cleans the room perfectly! The beach is good, sometimes there is garbage, but there is not much of it, so it is not critical (after all, there is garbage everywhere. there seems to be a person who goes around and collects garbage). The restaurant is good and there is DEFINITELY a choice. I'm very picky about food, and when I read that many people were starving here, I was afraid that I'd be angry all the time. But the food is a complete disappointment. It's just the bottom. A maximum of 3 stars, you expect a completely different thing from a 5-star hotel. We have been vacationing in the Emirates for more than 10 years and have been in hotels of different levels, but this is the first time we have met such food. Every day it's the same, in the same marmites, it's not tasty at all, there's zero variety. Dishes and glass are constantly running out, the coffee machine is constantly breaking down, the staff doesn't care about you. If you want to eat at least something more or less, come to the beginning of dinner, otherwise there will be nothing left, the staff no longer reports (desserts for sure). The hotel costs a lot of money, so if you are ready to put up with the lack of normal food, for the sake of the beautiful sea, then you can go if there is no alternative. We definitely won't be coming back here.
