We have been in this hotel since 06/02/2024. We had a great rest! The food is delicious, there is everything and meat (chicken, beef) and fish are white, fresh. Salads are in the assortment, fruits too (pineapples are very tasty). Omelets and scrambled eggs can be ordered for breakfast. The coffee is delicious. The Mexican restaurant has live music, dishes and cocktails are interesting and satisfying!) the beach is without waves, the water is clean and warm. They give you a towel. Everything is great for cleaning, they cleaned every day, replaced all towels and always supplemented with detergents and water, tea, coffee. The staff is always respectful and smiling! There is a Russian-speaking Roman employee at the hotel, you can contact him for any questions, he will always help. He recommended us and organized a shopping trip, we were satisfied, we recommend it. The location is fine, there is a transfer 3-4 times a day to 2 malls.

Nice, clean hotel. The beach is nearby, there are always free sun beds. Towels are provided both on the beach and by the pool. Our room was on the 9th floor, corner. The room is clean, comfortable every day, cleaned perfectly! We had breakfast and dinner-sometimes dinner was changed for lunch. In general, there was always something to eat. Minus one, for us, it's a long taxi ride to the center of Dubai. But you could also take a free bus from the hotel to the shopping center, and then take the subway. Taxis are expensive. There are a lot of tiles by the pool, many fell, and my child also fell there, injured his arm, but the staff quickly provided first aid, and even the next day they were interested in how he felt. The staff is 90% English-speaking, but there were 2 Russian-speaking guys at the reception. In general, we could still visit it.

We stayed at this hotel with a friend for 7 days from 06/14/2024. It was our first time in Dubai, so there is nothing to compare it with. In general, we were satisfied with the hotel and the rest. Check-in and room. We arrived at the hotel at 11:00, the room was already ready, and we were immediately checked in. We booked a room with a sea view, we never regretted it. I got the 7th floor, the view, as already written in the reviews, is just beautiful at any time of the day. The room itself is also incredibly good. Everything is new, clean, modern, lots of mirrors, a large spacious wardrobe, there is an iron and ironing board, a dental kit, slippers, a shower cap in the bathroom, as well as a kettle, coffee/tea, refrigerator in the room. Everything worked fine, there were no difficulties. We brought adapters for local outlets with us, they were not in the room by default, but perhaps we could ask at the reception. I would also like to mention the cleaning - it is full-fledged every day. They washed the floors, vacuumed the carpet, washed the plumbing, changed the bed linen and towels. Twice, as we understood it, the manager of the cleaning service came to us and asked if we were satisfied with everything, or if there were any comments. Also, I would like to mention good hygiene products in the room - shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. A pleasant fragrance, silky hair after these products. Food. We took FB - breakfast, lunch and dinner. We've never regretted it either. In June, it was incredibly hot, there are no restaurants and shops in the area, I did not want to think every time on vacation where and how to eat, and go somewhere or walk in the heat, and the prices around are not at all democratic. If you pay for dinner separately at the hotel, it was about 4000 rubles per person. It is more profitable to take a full meal right away. The buffet, of course, is small in size, especially in comparison with the buffets of hotels in Turkey and Egypt, to which we are accustomed. BUT all the cooked dishes are incredibly delicious! Respect to the chefs. There was always meat (beef, very soft, juicy), fish, chicken. There are different mashed soups every day. There were seafood several times - crabs, mussels, squid. On the side dish - pasta, rice, couscous, rustic potatoes, mashed potatoes. Fruits include pineapples (sweet and juicy), apples, watermelon (not bad), melon (unripe), pitahaya. Desserts include cakes, profiteroles, mousses in serving cups. Also vegetables and all kinds of salads from them, hummus, pickles, etc. For drinks - there were juices and water for breakfast, only water for lunch and dinner, in addition, 3 coffee machines ALWAYS worked in the restaurant. The menu includes cappuccino, latte, hot chocolate, espresso, moccachino and other options, as well as teas to choose from. The coffee is decent. Someone wrote that all food is spicy, it's not true. Dishes with seasonings, but correctly selected, emphasizing the taste of the dishes, there was no excessive sharpness. We also went to Italian a la carte for dinner. There is a choice: main course + dessert or main course + appetizer, drinks are not included, everything else is for an additional fee. We took pizza, pasta, an appetizer of shrimp and vegetables. The pizza was ordinary - cheese, sausage and tomato sauce, the pasta was dry, the shrimp appetizer was ordinary. Don't waste time, dinner at the main restaurant is much tastier and more varied. Beach. The hotel has its own restaurant, a 2-minute walk away. It is always clean, there are always free sun beds. Also on the beach there is a bar, shower, toilets, air mattresses near the shore, on which it is very comfortable to sunbathe. The entrance to the sea is smooth, sand, sometimes small pebbles and shells are found. The water is beautiful, warm and clear, there are many starfish on the bottom. An important point is that they give out towels right on the beach, you can also take them there. You can take as many times a day as you need, it's very, very convenient, a huge plus!! You don't have to carry towels. The views from the beach are stunning - to the new and old Atlantis. Swimming pool. It is small and shallow, but it is comfortable for everyone to swim. The water in the pool is colder than in the sea, it cools down very pleasantly in this heat. The pool has wide sides on which it is comfortable to sunbathe without overheating. There are showers and a toilet near the pool. There were always enough sun beds. There is a bar nearby where you can get alcoholic/non-alcoholic cocktails, beer, smoothies, etc. Prices from 38 dirhams. From 14 to 17 hours, a 30% discount. Transport accessibility. There are only other hotels near the hotel and a beautiful promenade where you can walk in the evening and enjoy the views. All attractions must be reached by taxi, or by a free transfer from the hotel, which runs to two malls several times every day. The schedule is given at the reception. We used a taxi (called via the Careem app), the subway, and also took a sightseeing tour of Dubai. The price turned out to be about the same as if we drove ourselves and paid everywhere for travel, only more tickets were included, a comfortable transfer from/to the hotel and between locations, plus dinner at the Dubai Marina. There was plenty of free time in each location. I boldly recommend this tour, especially for those who are in Dubai for the first time. To get to the Mall of the Emirates, we used the hotel's free shuttle service, which is really very convenient, since taxi prices are high. Staff. We had a family vacation with a small child in September. The hotel is small, very stylish and modern. The location of the hotel is wonderful for its price. There are transfers to malls, but it is not always possible to get to them, because demand greatly exceeds supply. The food is like in Dubai's threesomes. Good quality, quite varied food without frills. Fruits are mostly just for breakfast. Great desserts. Fish is always represented. However, the amount of spices sometimes just kills the taste of the food. I want to drink constantly afterwards. Seafood once a week. Vegetables and salads are always in the assortment. Hummus is very tasty and bruschetta. Good coffee and tea. The service in the restaurants is excellent. The purity is crystal clear. The linen was changed once in 9 days, which is strange. Towels were also changed, it is unclear, then two will be given, then four, then six. Body lotion is given once per stay, which is also strange, one tiny tube for three people?! The beach is something. The good thing about it is the view, the sunset, towels, new sun beds with pillows, mattresses on the water and of course a lifeguard. The rescuer is just a human being. Badly:the beach itself was dirty (even condoms were lying around) the toilet, the lack of paper and towels was regular, periodically the toilet was generally closed for half a day, debris from the sea, stones, complete absence of waves, dirt from the pontoon (vile algae). By the way, the hotel has a children's pool and a playground. The toilet by the pool is also a stinky dump.the beach is across the street. Overall, the hotel is good. Change the cleaners, repair the toilet on the beach, clean the beach apparently every day with such tourists. Of course, 450-500 thousand per week, this hotel is definitely not worth it.

The rooms are more or less fresh, they are cleaned perfectly, there were no complaints at all. The kitchen deserves special attention - it's sooooo delicious. Chefs and assistant chefs are incredible professionals in their field. They may not have such a diverse menu, but it's just very tasty and homemade. Meat, fish, pasta, and mashed potatoes are very well prepared. And much more. I would also like to mention the girls (Nimar, Christina), the employees who also work in the catering area, who met us every day and wished us a pleasant appetite. The girls are very courteous, polite, and friendly. They helped us with our question very much, and they met us halfway, for which we would like to thank you very much! Very nice guys work at the reception. They solve any problems quickly and accurately (within their competence and common sense, of course). Also, of course, the loyalty of the staff deserves special attention. They are sooo customer-oriented. They are very polite, kind and at the same time unobtrusive. The cleaning staff is also as professional as possible. They show signs of attention in every possible way (unobtrusive, elementary, but useful). Apart from the fact that they are cleaned very well and cleanly. The beach is also wonderful. The coast is gentle, we swam calmly with our 4-year-old daughter. There were tides, but it didn't interfere at all. There are always places on the beach. There have never been any problems. The only disadvantage of this hotel is its location. But we can't say that categorically either, because the views we had there were definitely worth it. It's just that there aren't any shops nearby, etc. but! This problem is generally easily solved by a regular and timely (there is a schedule, it will be given at the reception) transfer to the mall of emirates, which in my opinion eliminates this disadvantage. You can also easily order groceries and food from restaurants to the hotel in the application of any delivery service (Careem, talabat, deliveroo). That's why I don't see any problems at all. You can't take a taxi, that's a fact. But it is not necessary. We only used it once when we got to the mall of Emirates for free, there in the same mall we took the subway for 12 dirhams for two, and got to the Dubai Marina. We walked there and got to our hotel for 57 dirhams (about 1,500 rubles). You guys are doing great! Don't lose your People, which will help you maintain the same quality you have now. Because they are the ones who make the guests' stay at the hotel as comfortable as possible.

For $130, we checked into a room with a sea view and admired the beautiful sunrises and amazing sunsets, lights, yachts for a week. On one side is the beach with access to the Dubai Marina, the famous Atlantics Hotel, and on the other is the promenade overlooking the Parus Hotel. The hotel is not big, but very clean, beautiful, with a swimming pool and a beach. The rooms are very cool, in terms of appearance and size. The Burj Khalifa is perfectly visible in that room and the Parus Hotel is visible. The hotel has a very steep beach overlooking the palm tree and the Marina area, the water on the beach is not boiling, you can swim. By the way, the breakfasts at the hotel are just crazy - you definitely won't stay hungry, and in general, how much time is given for breakfast, lunch and dinner - 3 hours, that's more than enough. There is a free shuttle service from the hotel to the Mall of Emirates (shopping center), and there is a subway. Here I would like to mention the staff separately - this is not Turkey for you, here the staff is how helpful, polite and ready to help, it simply cannot be described, the service is 100%. The drivers know the hotel, the route and, possibly, your fate. Don't be surprised if they tell you interesting stories along the way or offer you the best excursions. - Hookah man top: The hotel has an excellent hookah area, and the hookah man knows his business. The hookah was so good that I almost left him a tip in the amount of my salary. - Buffet: The kitchen pleases with a variety of dishes, the buffet is quite decent. It is better to take at least breakfast / dinner, there are no shops nearby, you need to go / drive at least 3km. We took a taxi to Nakhil Mall, the meter showed 30-40 dirhams, if I'm not confusing anything. It's cool to walk along the embankment in the evening, we walked to Atlantis. The room was standard, with partial sea view, everything was fine with us. You could pay extra and take a room with a balcony facing the Sail. We also had delicious pizza in the pizzeria, the selection of fish dishes is too poor for the Mediterranean menu. The hotel itself is not new, in general it makes a good impression, but the sink drain broke twice and the light turned off twice, there is also a slight musty smell in the corridors (perhaps this is inevitable, at this level of cooling, but it means that ventilation is weak). Problems are fixed quickly, 1 time they even sent a compliment from the hotel fruit. The beach is private, sun beds, umbrellas, towels are all free, clean sea, 5 minutes at a leisurely pace. I didn't like that they were kicked out of the sea at half past 7, the beach was closed, the most pleasant time, but the staff wanted to go home, and the work schedule indicated before sunset. On-site swimming pool, with cooling, sun beds, umbrellas, towels for free. Everything is clean, the room is cleaned every day, the floor is washed, towels are changed, the bed is made, water, tea, coffee are replenished. The bedding doesn't seem to have been changed for 10 days. The location is far from the trunk of a palm tree, 5 km. There is no transport, only a taxi or a free bus to the mall according to the schedule. Overall, I liked the hotel, I recommend it.

Special thanks to the following guys: Komal, Raj, Firuz, Fairdim, Ranjana. Apparently, management is choosing the right team. From the rest: the beach across the street with free sun beds. There is a bus service from the hotel to the Mall of Emirates several times a day. It's a very decent Mall, I don't see the point in going to the Dubai Mall. Everything is here too. I recommend it!

In general, a good hotel with some "oddities". Good and varied food, excellent beach with sun beds, poloienza is given out. The location at the end of the road is a quiet place. There is a transfer to Emirates Mall several times a day. But there are also disadvantages - the lack of a normal bathroom door is a strange solution for a closet door. And the washbasin area doesn't have a door at all. There is no brush in the toilet, and the clothes dryer (the pull-out rope in the shower) is useless. There is nowhere to dry things in a room without a balcony. And dirty windows that won't open. The staff is friendly everywhere, room cleaning and cleanliness throughout the 5+ room. But there aren't always enough people in the restaurant. Plus, the restaurant is periodically used for outside events - then it's even difficult for hotel guests to find a table - a strange feature of the hotel. But in general, these are all small things - the hotel is definitely worth the money.
