It doesn't really pull in its 4 stars. Of the bad things, I want to note the incorrect work of the staff, at the reception they do everything somehow, they constantly forget something, confuse, do it wrong, which can entail financial losses or discomfort. Of the good ones, the beach is two minutes away, a warm bay inside the palm tree. The location is also inconvenient, far from the city, you have to pay a lot for transport. It's generally tolerable, but I wouldn't go back there a second time.

Very nice mini hotel. Wonderful service, friendly staff. The beach is within walking distance ~300 meters. Near Dubai. It takes no more than 40 minutes by taxi. It takes 15-20 minutes to reach the trunk of the island. 7-10 minutes by taxi to the monorail and you can rush to Dubai. I liked everything. They didn't want to leave.

A small but very pleasant hotel. The view from the window (taken with a view of the sea) - you can look at it forever! There is no animation here, but it is not declared either. The children will be bored, there are 2 swings for them and that's it. The beach is a couple of minutes away, clean, umbrellas, sun beds, toilet and shower are available. Towels are provided right on the beach. I really liked the beach. The staff is helpful. 3 elevators, you won't have to wait. There are no complaints about cleaning, everything was changed and replenished regularly. The room has an iron and ironing board, which surprised and pleased me. There is also a hairdryer, kettle, coffee/tea. I liked the design of the room and the carpet on the floor. Nutrition: I would like more fruits and ripe ones, unripe watermelons and melons, a couple of times there was pitahaya and a couple of times bananas, which are disassembled in minutes (whoever got up first and sneakers). But they didn't stay hungry. Several times a day, a free bus runs from the hotel to shopping centers, which is a big plus. That is, you will relax on the beach, and you will be able to quickly and inexpensively get to any attraction from the shopping center by metro.

I was vacationing with children aged 14 and 16 at the hotel from April 7 to April 12, 2024. The hotel is good, but compared to the nearest hotels on Palma, it is a bit rustic. The sea is close, the beach is good, but there are not many sun beds, after 10.00 there are no more places under umbrellas, the pool is very small, they did not even swim in it, the food is delicious, the standard set, I liked that there were always seafood, juices, water, coffee for breakfast, lunch and dinner without restriction. The room is well renovated, but keep in mind that you need adapters for sockets, the bathroom and toilet are not very conveniently thought out, very high-quality daily cleaning! Free of charge daily, 4 times a day there is a shuttle service to two malls, one of them next to the metro (30 minutes from the hotel to the metroby bus), it is convenient to go sightseeing! We traveled by subway, because taxis are not cheap here. In the evening, you can walk along the embankment, which is wide enough, there are practically no people. There are two restaurants in the hotel - Italian and Mexican, we went to Italian, nothing special, tiramisu was delicious! We were in the UAE for the first time, we liked something, something was not very good.

Nice hotel. Beach holidays in this place are better than on Jumeirah beach, because there are few people here, and all hotels have their own sun beds, only the sand is not very soft, there are a lot of shells, although someone likes it. There is not much entertainment: you can walk along the embankment or go to the shopping center (free of charge from the hotel). I also recommend going to the park on the trunk of a palm tree. Everything is fine with the hotel, it is quiet, the food is quite tasty, although the choice is small (it is better to take breakfast and dinner). Not all rooms have balconies, some do not open windows, but you get used to it.

Nice hotel. Delicious cuisine. There is a choice. The alcohol is good, but it could be better. I would replace the beer with bottled, whiskey with rum, and pour it more expensive. A super hotel. The beach is nearby. Every day there is a new assortment of food. Everything is very tasty. Convenient transportation schedule, transported to three large malls in Dubai. The rooms are comfortable and comfortable, if something is missing, you can ask and everything will be brought. We have been to this hotel for the third time since the age of 21, which means that we really like this hotel. Excellent value for money. Many Russian guests have someone to chat with. There is a beach nearby in three minutes, where there is a cafe-bar, a shower toilet, there are always free sun loungers. The kitchen has failed a little, it has become a little poorer than in the twenty-second year, there are too many dishes of Arabic and Asian cuisine. It's nice that the staff already recognizes us at the reception, they gave us a good room according to our wishes. The restaurant manager, Christin, recognized us right away. It is very pleasant and touching, especially to have such a phenomenal memory and observation and remember us among thousands of guests. It is worth noting Roman, who helps in communicating with the reception, we received a lot of useful information from him, a very sincere and positive person. There are free buses several times a day to the big shops of Dubai. The hotel staff is friendly and responds instantly to your requests. There is a beautiful promenade nearby for walking and jogging. For dinner, it seemed that everything that was not eaten for breakfast and lunch. On the floor, we had the fifth, there is a persistent chemical smell, and in the room, if you turn off the air conditioner, the smell of either mold or sewage begins to appear. I'm not even talking about a faulty outlet, because there are four of them in the room, and there are two of us and besides the phones there is still something to charge. The most important thing is that the price and quality match!!! Of course, the service is not as strong as in Turkey, for example. But there were always plenty of places on the beach, the room was clean and with new linens every day, there was a lot of food and delicious (although it wasn't super diverse from day to day), most of the staff were very pleasant and friendly people. In general, about the palm tree, especially such a remote place - you should only go here from a tour operator who will provide a transfer, because there is nothing to do here, there are no entertainment options outside the beach in this hotel either. The prices are high, but this is Jumeirah. They take you to the city three times a day. The Marina is about 15 km away, this should be taken into account immediately if you take a room without power. One of the disadvantages is the noise at night from neighboring hotels, not sleeping with the window open (we had the 9th floor, with an additional fee for a partial sea view). The pool is shallow and noisy from the road, there are few sunbeds, does not work at night - I did not understand the meaning of it. And also a waste of time on the way to the sights. But its clean beach is worth it. We were in early March. In general, 9/10 is exactly in terms of price-quality ratio . P.S. for those who want to save money on taxis: we took a free transfer to the Emirate Mall, from there by metro where we wanted 3-5 dirhams per trip, you buy a card for 20 dirhams at once (or better gold if you have enough money). If you are going, then take rooms with balconies. There are many of them. That's another matter. The sea view from them is lovely. Transport. 5 km to the single-track line. There are only taxis and 3-4 buses per day according to the schedule. For tourists with a group program, this is not a big deal. They have a transfer at hand. But if you arrived on your own, you will have to spend money on a taxi. And there it is very expensive. A completely quiet place with a nice landscape. The staff is very friendly and caring.
