We were at the May holidays. They clean the rooms well, they don't take tips. There are always compliments in the room in the form of towel toys for my son. The staff is friendly, sociable, there is a free bus at the Mall of the Emirates, a free one-hour boat ride once a day, free use of kayaks on the beach, and a ball. They take Nurlan from the hotel to the store, an open, sociable person, explained everything, told, and were satisfied. We were in the pool 1 time and twice on the day of arrival while waiting for the room. I advise you, a great hotel, with a magnificent view of the Persian Gulf, we met the dawn every day, the hotel has a Russian-speaking staff, they can tell and explain everything, water is delivered to the room upon a call. I liked everything. Maybe the food at the hotel was a little inappropriate. For me, there is a lot of spicy and not quite familiar food. You won't stay hungry anyway. Although the hotel is considered to be on the second line, but the sea is very close (no more than a 2-minute walk). The sea is clean and very warm. The room has almost everything: soap, shampoo, shower gel, body and hand cream, toothbrushes, a small tube of toothpaste, slippers, hair dryer, iron, ironing board, safe and refrigerator. There is also a kettle, cups and tea-coffee, sugar of 2 types, sugar substitute, milk and bottled water. All this is replenished as needed. The only thing missing in the room was a clothes dryer. Since humidity in the Emirates and linen dries badly, a dryer would not hurt. I write in such detail so that they don't carry too much. Towels on the beach are provided free of charge, as well as sun beds and umbrellas on the beach are also free of charge. There are air conditioners everywhere in the hotel, so the heat is not felt. Buses to shopping centers run from the hotel 3 times a day for free. The hotel is located on the "palm tree" at the very end of the island. There is no entertainment in the hotel. Cleaning is super! Every day, cleaned thoroughly, the hotel, the beach - everything is clean. Shuttles run from the hotel to shopping centers (Mall of Emirates, Dubai Mall), there is a currency exchange, more profitable at the exchange rate. By the hotel - everything is fine! A warning for Russian-speaking tourists is that an employee of a company selling gold and furs, calling himself Roma, is sitting in the lobby of the hotel. At first, he communicates very politely with tourists and tries to sell them "individual excursions" (as a result, it turns out to be a very expensive transfer to iconic places in Dubai performed by his boss, who can easily be rude if he is asked clarifying questions). This was the only negative moment from the first trip to the UAE.In general, take excursions only from travel agencies!

The best hotel I've been to, and I've visited a lot of places and always pay attention to all the details! If it were possible to put 100 points, this is exactly the hotel that deserves them. For a small cost of living, you get the service as in the most expensive hotel. The staff in general conquered us, very caring, always go to a meeting. The food is very tasty and varied, delicious coffee and drinks. The rooms are clean, the bed is super comfortable, cleaned every day. Its beach is 200 meters away, there is also a swimming pool, a gym. Many thanks to all the staff, especially Aichurok, Sharon, Sofi and Ranjana went to meet us and organized a late check-out, we missed one lunch and they credited it to us (we went to the airport well-fed and satisfied) and in general they are very nice and cool girls! And what a cool view we had from the window. In general, I highly recommend this hotel, for such a price we did not expect that we would receive such a service, honestly there are no minuses at all. I even had a hair dryer that was not powerful and the hotel immediately replaced it with a new one. Thanks again for everything!
